Amber is the most patient, compassionate and talented groomer at this location! This is my preferred grooming location in Manhattan for my dog and I happily travel for Amber’s grooming services!

3.7 no ! zero starsNot one single employee great us . Not one single employee asked if we needed help. Them we we asked a simple question to one employee he seemsvery busy to stop and answer . This place need to be retrain on customer service
I left the grooming salon today in tears, with concerns for my dogs wellbeing and safety. Ill be back to update with a detailed review.
Augusto took 6.30 hours to groom my dog. It’s crazy and he can’t answer me why it took this long!!!! Save your dog and don’t come here.
