I love PupCulture. The Tribeca facility is really clean. The dog-walking staffers are fantastic. And the managers are huge dog lovers and give great advice. My 2-year-old Cockapoo, Penny, loves going there. I wouldn’t send her anywhere else for daycare in NYC.

My two dogs love going to Pupculture! They are excited when we approach the door and even more happy to go into the pens. Unlike other dog care places, it is not one pen with one human supervisor. The reason I like Pupculture is that there are several dog pens and they separate the dogs by size and/or temperament with several human overseers. They are loving and kind to my dogs.

Mia my dog drags me every morning and they always cheer for her as she walks in. They take great care both at day care and on the walks. Mia goes bananas when she sees her walker on the street which tells me how much she enjoys walking with her. We are very satisfied customers

The employees at pup culture are the absolute best - such an amazing attitude and they take amazing care of the dogs, you can see how passionate they are. My dog sprints to the front door of pup culture every time we pass by. I like that they walk the dogs in addition to just having them at daycare during the day. Highly recommend!!

I don’t have enough positive things to say about Pupculture Tribeca! The team provides such amazing care for my dog and are extremely responsive. They go out of their way to make a fun and safe environment for the dogs and keep owners in the loop. I can’t imagine having a dog without Pupculture!

I recently moved to New York and finding a good doggy daycare was critically important to me. Pet owners understand this priority. I did a good amount of research and explored a few daycares in the city. The Pupculture facilities are excellent! The facilities are clean and spacious. The team of caregivers are very well trained and compassionate toward my dog. I can tell my dog is well taken care of during daycare. Pupculture offers flexible care options with or without a membership. I went for a membership which also gives me the flexibility to use all facilities in the city, which I take advantage of. I am so happy and pleased with Pupculture. It was definitely the right choice for us.

This team is the best! After trying many places in the West Village for our dogs over the years, Pup Culture truly excels. The staff is professional, enthusiastic, helpful, and kind. Esther, Stephanie, Heidi, Tatiana and the rest of the crew in the Soho location are wonderful and are extremely loving to our little poodle. Our dog has even recognized staff outside of work running to them for huge greetings! The groomers are fantastic and rival any high end hairstylists in the business! They are also vigilant in the current climate of cleanliness and are hyper responsive to any concerns you may have. Our pup loves it there and we are so lucky to have found them. Dog owners should definitely try them if they have not already!

PupCulture has taken wonderful care of my Cavalier for over two years. He rushes to get in the door to play with other dogs. Occasionally he is picked up from home by the staff who are reliable and courteous. He always receives compliments after being groomed

We LOVE PupCulture TriBeCa! They are so accommodating and give Woo lots of love. Flexible schedule, solid prices and top notch grooming. Woo always comes home happily exhausted.

We have been taking our Puppy to Pup Culture for 6 years & she LOVES it there. All the staff are friendly and professional and they take such good care of her. We now receive photos of her whilst she’s there. I know she is in safe hands. She also has grooming and they do a fantastic job. I really cant recommend them highly enough they are fantastic!

My baby Jolene (aka JoJo) LOVES going to daycare at the Pupculture Tribeca location. Everyone is so nice and they take suck great care of her. Not to mention she gets to play with her doggy friends all day long.

Our maltipoo, Lola, has been going to Tribeca PupCulture for nearly 2 years and we have consistently had the best experience! We bring Lola for grooming (with Genna) and she always takes such care to keep her tidy yet cute, always being mindful of our requests. Lola also attends daycare weekly - she starts to get excited when we are a few blocks away and upon entering the door cannot contain the excitement and tries to run up the stairs.The staff is always so kind and greets Lola by name. They often send cute photos, especially when you leave a pup for boarding.We seriously love PC Tribeca! These are a few of the photos of Lola living her best life.

My dog has gone to a lot of different groomers throughout the city. Pupculture has exceeded my expectations in terms of professionalism and quality of services. My dog is always ready on time and looks great. They are very attentive to her needs and clearly have a true passion for dogs.

I LOVE this place. I started taking my dog Hummus when he was just a little a puppy last year, and Pupculture and its team have become his second family. All the girls at the front desk are so friendly and Hummus LOVES going (literally dragging me to to get in the door), there is no one I would trust more to look after him. It helps that everyone who is with the dogs helps you work on training when he plays and stay consistent with him so its a team effort (important when its a puppy!) I love that I can watch through the window from the street seeing him having a blast with his friends, allowing me to leave him knowing he is happy.I also use their grooming services which are the best, he always comes out happy looking very dashing. As a sheepadoodle he has very messy hair that easily matts, but they always give him an even trim without losing the sheepadoodle character.I highly recommend this place (Hummus is not running for President of the United States of America but he approves this message).

I take my dog, Milo, here for grooming. They do a great job! Carmen is the groomer that did his haircut last and she came out so that I could give her my specific instructions. I appreciate her taking my instructions carefully. The people here are nice and treat Milo well! I am happy with the outcome of his haircut and he leaves smelling so good! Thank you Carmen and the rest of the team here.

We’ve been to so many groomers in the area, but without exception Pup Culture (Tribeca) is the best. They consistently do a fantastic job making our Giant Schnoodle look great! They are super friendly and are genuinely caring. Highly recommended!

Pupculture Tribeca is the absolute best! My dog goes for daycare multiple times a week, and she boards there for overnights sometimes. It’s also the only place I trust for baths and grooming (Ruth is amazing!) The staff is wonderful - so accommodating to both people and puppies. They are very communicative with any updates and always send the cutest pix/videos. Your dog will be in great care at pupculture Tribeca!

Been bringing my dog to the Tribeca location for a couple of years now. Always receive great service and the groomers meet you every time and ask you questions and answer your questions. Very clean and well maintained facility. My dog is happy to visit there and all dogs seem to be happy and comfortable.

We take our dog Nico to Pupculture Tribeca for grooming and they consistently do a great job. They are always attentive and the groomer comes out to meet us. She asks us if we have any preferences or if there’s anything she should know ahead of time. I appreciate this so much since it also allows him to get comfortable with the situation. He always comes back looking great! Highly recommend using their grooming services.

My dog has an AMAZING time at Pupculture Daycare- always leaves with a smile on his face. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to the dogs. We will definitely continue coming here- highly recommend!

We have been going to Pup Culture for two years now, and we have been really impressed with how terrific of a job they do with our puppy. They are responsive and professional and make sure to take extra good care of our dog each and every time. The staff does an excellent job grooming and are so pleasant to deal with. The people at the front desk are always nice and really helpful! Their groomers do a great job at cleaning up our fur buddies. Each time I go in I cant help but browse around at the toys and supplies. They have tote bags too! So of course I had to buy!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I took my dog here for an assessment for boarding. Conveniently, I work nearby so I stopped in on my lunch to check in on him. The Kennel Attendant first refused to let me see him while I was there. I had to ask a second time and when she brought him out she had to watch him with me and was generally upset. I felt nervous leaving him there following this but I let him finish the assessment as I had travel plans and had heard good things about to facility. I received a call at the end of the day saying my dog (a French Bulldog) was growing at another dog (Golden Retriever) and tried to bite the dog, as a result he “failed the assessment.” My dog has NEVER displayed aggressive behavior in anyway and is not vocal, he rarely even barks. I asked to see camera footage like most daycares provide and they refused. I then asked to speak to the Manager, I was told the Manager would call tomorrow. Of course I haven’t heard back and it has been weeks. I called twice and keep getting told that I will get a call back that I have never received. I mainly want them to accept responsibility here and I want to share this with you all who may be looking for a friendly place, this is absolutely not it. Immediately go elsewhere which is what I did.

I love pupculture! They take such great care of my dog, Doc, while Im at work and they even call with updates to let me know how hes doing - such a nice touch -- They are so nice, professional and accommodating and I always know Doc is in good hands while hes spending time there. They really care about making sure all of the dogs are comfortable! Love that they have glass windows so I can walk by and peek in on a break. :)

We had an amazing experience at pupculture. The day care approval process was thorough (many questions + vet paperwork), yet quick on pupculture’ send — approved in a matter of hours! When we dropped our puppy off for her first time at day care, the staff was extremely friendly and comforting to our little 4 month old golden. The facility is very clean, the other dogs are friendly (each dog must pass an obedience test to make sure they aren’t aggressive) and we feel very comfortable leaving our puppy here!!

Pupculture Tribeca is just a fantastic place that I recommend to everyone who has a dog in the area. I can tell you that the staff at Pupculture Tribeca will care for your pet as much as you do (if not better)! The facility is very clean (you can see the play pens through the window), and the staff attends to the dogs and makes sure every dog is getting their fair share of play and stimulation (check their videos on instagram). I send my dog for doggy daycare, board him when I go away overnight, and get him groomed there as well (the groomers are excellent). Ultimately, its the employees that make or break a doggy day care, and the staff at Pupculture Tribeca are the best in the business.

Wow! Ive read alot of there reviews from other clients and everything they said about pupculter is true. They have such an amazing staff, so friendly and knowledgeable about pets. They took great care of my Morkie Bella, her hair was all tangled matted and they took all that matted hair off and she looks so amazing. Me extremely happy. I highly recommend this place.Like to thank all the staff who took great care of my Bella, especially the Groomer.Thank you all at pupculter.

PupCulture Tribeca is amazing! Since I adopted my rescue dog Lucky in 2019, the staff has been an amazing resource for advice on how to best take care of him, support with boarding and daycare and even spa days. The ladies who work there are v warm and caring towards Lucky and have always been v responsive when I reach out to check on him during his visits. And Lucky loves them, especially Ashley. Highly recommend their services if you love your dog!

This place has been amazing for our puppy, Jack, and our family. Jack comes three days a week and LOVES it here. He pulls on the leash the whole way and begs to come in. When we drive by he literally scrapes at the car door to try and go to pupculture. The staff is amazing and clearly love each dog they take care of. Jack was a little shy when he was a puppy, and the staff was so attentive to make sure he had enough space and felt comfortable. He is also a very picky eater and the staff hand fed him to make sure he was eating enough. I cannot say enough wonderful things about pupculture and the staff. I feel very comfortable leaving out puppy here for 7-8 hours and the peace of mind the give our family is such a gift. Highly recommend to anyone who is an overprotective puppy mom (or dad)!

As a newcomer to NYC I wasn’t sure where to send my sweet pup for grooming. Historically she isn’t very fond of the whole process and typically resists even crossing the threshold of any establishment we had been to previously. That all changed when we discovered Pup Culture. My dog is as happy going in as coming out and she always looks fantastic. The groomers and staff are very helpful and take care to follow instructions. During covid I have felt very safe with their protocols and have continued to receive consistent and reliable service. I highly recommend the grooming services here.

Our Cavapoo loves pup culture! He runs through the door every time he goes and is so excited to play with all of his friends. They also have great grooming and send you pictures from overnight boarding when you’re away. Cannot recommend PupCulture fidi and soho enough!

They do a great grooming job on my doodle. My dog actually pulls toward their shop wanting to stop by when were walking by which you wouldnt expect. Super friendly and professional staff. Cant speak for their day care but looks like a fun, clean place for your pup to spend the day.

Me and my dog absolutely love this place. Harley is always so excited to run out of my arms and into the playroom. He loves the staff. I love they have pick up and drop off services so convenient for my work schedule because I work late hours. All I do is go home at the end of the day and there’s Harley waiting for me at the door! I 10000% recommend this place to anyone unsure of whether to take their dog here for daycare.

Amazing grooming experience! Always on time, friendly staff and prices are within the NY market range (still very high, but it’s NYC). Highly recommend the grooming services.The walking services have really gone above and beyond for us recently after some feedback. We can’t thank them enough.

My dog Ella is so loved here! They take such wonderful care of the dogs and somehow she always returns smelling like a bubble bath! When I drop her off in the mornings, my pup is so excited she almost jumps right off my arms because she knows its playtime all day and Ive been told shes made some good friends too! Pupculture is by far one of the best doggie daycares in the city. I would 10/10 recommend Pupculture as your furry friends downtown spot for playtime/boarding, and grooming.The staff are so beyond friendly, helpful, and caring and truly care about both their furry and human clients. The space is beyond clean and provides such a welcoming feeling for all.My frenchie comes here daily, runs into daycare and gets so upset when he gets picked up. He cannot wait to return the next day for some more fun and play.Pupculture provides a pickup and delivery service. The dog walkers are so careful with our furry friend and makes sure he gets picked up and delivered when requested.I am so happy that I found Pupculture and happy to be a part of the Pupculture family.

I just started boarding my dog here in recent months, and it’s been going so well! The staff is super friendly and always takes such great care of my dog, Lily. My dog is a large breed and normally very anxious - but she’s adapted so well at PupCulture. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend it!

Pupculture tribeca is the most welcoming grooming place we have been to (and we’ve been to a lot!) our dog is naturally a very anxious pup and so it takes a lot for us to really trust the people we are leaving him with. I was happily surprised to have dropped him off to his second appointment at pup culture and they automatically remembered him. They never disappoint and always listen to exactly what I want when getting my dog groomed!

We have been sending our dog to daycare twice a week, have boarded him multiple weekends, and have had him groomed and bathed many times, and he continues to love it every time. The staff has been incredible, and always so attentive to our pup. Cant say enough good things about Pupculture Tribeca, and lucky to have a place for Griffin that he loves!!

They have the most helpful and friendliest staff, who always keep me informed on everything my dog did in their care. When Pupculture closes for the night, my dog sits outside and cries to be let in on his nightly walk. I think that about sums up exactly how well they treat the pets; all the people who work here are lovely and so flexible. Great grooming too. Would highly recommend for walking, boarding, grooming needs.

We dropped our dog, Quinn, off at daycare for the first time in October. She never went to daycare before and has been diagnosed with anxiety, so we were very nervous leaving her there. Quinn had such a great time at Pupculture that we went the following week too. She was so excited to go the second time. The staff there is very helpful and was totally understanding about my worries as a dog dad. I am glad to have found Pupculture and will continue using them. Quinn loves her time there!

My bulldog, Stella, grew up at Pupculture. When she was twelve weeks old I began bringing her there every morning to spend the day. She very quickly was socialized and potty trained and couldnt wait to get there. Whenever we walk on the street and Stella sees someone from the staff, she immediately greets them with kisses. Groomers are also wonderful. Stella always comes home with a great bandana. Dont know what we would do without Pupculture in our lives!!

We’ve been taking our dogs to Pupculture Tribeca since they opened and we could not be happier with the care they provide for them. The staff loves the pups, is caring, responsive, flexible and always goes above and beyond with last minute requests!We use Pupculture for daycare, walking, boarding and grooming and we’ve always had a great experience. Our dogs are happy, well cared for and safe and we trust Pupculture to care for them even when we leave them for longer periods of time. We love Pupculture!

This review is long overdue but we have been taking our little maltipoo (Happy) for over a year now and I cant say enough about the great staff and services at PupCulture both for daycare and grooming. I am a very involved dog mom and with that comes a lot of requests and the management and staff not only always oblige but do so very kindly and graciously. They always know who you are and greet you with a smile (amazing customer service is a rare find in NYC these days!). They have a very clean operation with girls who genuinely care and love to play with the dogs (also tons of organic products/toys). Love bringing Happy and will continue to do so even though its out of the way for us now!

They didn’t feed our dog during the assessment even though we specifically requested and dropped off food with them. During his first scheduled pickup, they never showed up and I had to call 2 hours later inquiring as to why or if they were coming. My 5 month old puppy was left alone for 4 hours and I had to leave my office, go home and bring him to another daycare facility. They never followed up with us and after following up with management they offered 1 free pickup ($9.99 value) for our inconvenience. Do not use.

Been taking our dog for his baths at Pupculture since June. Great service, very professional and he comes back happy. Our dog is skiddish but they seem to work well with him without making him uncomfortable.comes back smelling fresh and looking great.Highly recommended

Best groomers in the city. Always kind to my pup, Rosa and she looks amazing every time. She even doesnt look distressed afterwards, which means they handle her with great care and love!

I have had the most outstanding service at Pupculture Tribeca. Our large mixed breed shepherd has been groomed monthly and looks fantastic. All of the ladies who work there are super caring, professional, and adept in a dealing with All breeds of dogs. Highly recommend.

My dog is a nervous nelly when it comes to grooming but the staff is super sweet with her and eases her anxiety! We have a Labradoodle that is super curly but they always have her looking great! Simultaneously they let me know if there is a medical concern which I truly appreciate!!

My husband and I visited a number of doggie daycares in the area ‐ PupCulture was hands down the best. Our senior boy has been attending the Tribeca location for 3.5 years now and we are so happy with our decision. The staff has been consistly amazing...they are friendly, caring and know all the dogs so well. Fees are reasonable for the area as well.

PupCulture is amazing ! My dog literally drags me to PupCulture every time we are on the street because he is so excited to go to day care there. The staff is amazing - they know the dogs by name and all their quirks.Weve done grooming at PupCulture 3x. It is on the pricier side, however their rate is flat and inclusive of services like teeth brushing, nail clipping, etc. Where others pile on the extra charges after.

Pupculture has become like family to us. If youre in the Tribeca/Soho area, its a no brainer--They are truly the best in the business. The facilities are immaculate and my dog literally pulls me there even if were just on a walk nearby. And its no wonder why he loves it so much...The staff is fun, attentive, loving and extremely organized. You can tell they are in the business because they are true dog people. I am a first time dog mom and have frankly gotten some better advice and tips from them, than from our vet. Leo has a number of allergies and I never worry that he will get treats or anything that he shouldnt. On his birthday and around Christmas they sent him home with a bag of new toys and some treats that were safe for him to eat. One time Leo was sick while I was away on a work trip and boarding there - they separated him from the other dogs to make sure none of them got sick and sent me updates and photos of him twice a day. As a new dog mom, it was emotional being away from him while he was sick and felt so taken care of, even from afar. They are constantly engaging with the dogs and creating the most fun environment for them (see their Instagram for more). They also offer pick up and drop off so there is absolutely zero stress if I get stuck at work late or make last minute dinner plans. On occasion, Leo has been dropped off with a fresh bath that I didnt even ask for (for free). Again, if youre in the downtown area, Pupculture is a no-brainer. I cant imagine a more fun loving, affectionate and professional staff.

Pupculture Tribeca is an outstanding business. They give each animal the individual care they need. The staff are like family to us. My dog is very difficult and they go completely out of their way to accommodate her. I recommend them highly for all services.

I am writing this review solely for their customer service. My dog hasnt even had her dog day care yet and I am already very happy with them! They had a staff member come over for a meet and great and I really appreciate this. I also appreciate the time they take on the phone with you to go over all your pets details!

0 stars. After being groomed, my dog was given to the wrong owner with another dogs leash and collar who was about to leave and take him home. I was then provided the other owners dog to take home. Had I not been there my dog would have been given and taken home by another family. This is unacceptable. After this incident the manager said that the mix up happened due to the fact that she had gone on break during this time. One employee says that this RARELY happens. The manager then said that this person was lying and that is has never happens. However, when asked about a security system, she expressed that they do not have another system in place that would prevent this mix up from happening other than her being able to discern between dogs. This is clearly unacceptable and not a safe system. I provided this feedback and encouraged them to get a system so that another family would not go though this moving forward. However, the manager was not receptive to this feedback and had little insight into the severity of this situation. I felt compelled to inform other families of this issue- I hope in response to what would have been a very traumatic event pupculture re-evaluates their systems to ensure nothing like this could ever happen again.

My dog pulls and runs to the door of Pupculture from over a block away, every time. The staff is incredibly sweet and remembers her even though she only visits on occasion. Highly recommend!

I love Pupculture! Abraham and his crew take great care of my pup- boarding, daycare and grooming. He is always so excited to go to Pupculture. As soon and were on the block he pulls me straight to the door!

We love Pupculture!Our dog Batman has been going here since he was just a pup and there is no one else I’d trust with him!We use Pupculture for daily walks and daycare and regular grooming. Regardless of how they’re caring for Batman they take pride in their work and act with nothing but professionalism.We trust Pupculture implicitly with our fur baby.But what’s better is how Batman feels. He looks forward to his daily visits and we can’t walk by without an impromptu visit (and cuddle with all the girls).

The prices are much better than the places around Tribeca. Even though it is a bit of a hike for me, I make the trip and it is a pleasant walk for the dog. The employees are friendly and it is easy to make an appointment. Most importantly my dog looks and smells amazing after a visit!

Pupculture Tribeca is the BEST!! They have pick-up/drop off options and the facility has everything from daycare to grooming all on one floor with nice windows and natural light. Staff is outstanding and they all seem like they truly love working there. Highly recommend!

Our dog Hugo LOVES PupCulture! He gets visibly excited when we say the word PupCulture and we have also had a terrific experience with the PupCulture staff. They are extremely responsive and helpful, and always have sweet personal stories to share of Hugos time with them. We are grateful we found PupCulture!

Would never go here again! They are highly inflexible with booking grooming appointments and then they canceled on us 1hr before our appointment - the earliest they could take us was a few days later. This is not the way to run a business. The receiptionists at both Hudson and Broome are rude and don’t care about making you happy as a client. We will never book an appointment here again. Would not recommend to anyone.

We go here for my dogs grooming! He is notorious hard to groom and they do an incredible job in a short time frame and he always comes out looking stylish and happy!

The worst service I have ever received.... from anyone!Asked for my puppy to be fed at lunchtime - arrived to pick him up at 4:45pm to see them feeding him.....Asked him not to be fed near other dogs so he feels safe and comfortable - he was being fed TIED UP where all the other dogs were walking past.Brought it up while I was there and they LIED saying he was fed earlier, when I could see him eating through the glass.....Then contacted via email and was LIED to again - apparently they tried to feed him earlier on but he didnt want to eat.... this is a dog who will eat til he vomits then eat that too.After all this I even gave them the opportunity to put it right by not charging us for that session because they had messed up so bad and they refused! Ive taken him elsewhere now with better facilities, cost and honesty.

Our Maltipoo LOVES pupculture (we take him for both daycare and grooming). Chili runs in to greet the staff as soon as he sees the door open (which is saying a lot of a pup that typically won’t leave his parents side). The staff is considerate and always super helpful. Can’t recommend enough!

As a dogwalker, I’ve heard a lot of bad experiences from my clients about grooming and daycare. But pupculture never seems to disappoint! The employees are always so kind and loving with the dogs. Today, I took my own pup to their grooming service and I’m beyond pleased! Such a terrific job! And for a very fair price. Highly recommend.

Great place. It’s always scary leaving your pup overnight and this place makes it that much less stressful.

I absolutely love this place! It’s right next to my office so I drop Bailey here for the day and she Comes home tired and happy :)Definitely recommend!!

Service was great and everyone who worked there was amazing, however the haircut my dog got was absolutely horrible and way too short. I showed the groomer a photograph of what I wanted and she recommended we go a little shorter for the summer but she completely shaved him.

By far the best groomer in downtown. Takes good care of my dog.

I love this place! They remember my dog and always treat her well. The cut it always perfect. Plus its fun to see the what special kerchief shell come out with!! My personal favorite groomer is Susan, but I am sure they are all just as good.

I’ve been taking my Pomeranian Georgette here since she was a little baby puppy! The dogs are separated by size, which if you have a little dog, you know how important that is to feel they are safe. They walk the dogs at least twice at no extra charge. My dog literally runs to go there and comes home exhausted from playing!

Pupculture is fantastic. Our Henry runs IN the door whenever we take him! All the staff know him and take wonderful care of him. We left him for 11 days once on a big trip and they sent regular updates & photos that made us feel at ease. He clearly loves it there!

I have a very rambunctious dog with a coat that needs to be groomed pretty often and Pupculture is his absolute favorite place to go. I bring him there for daycare, boarding, and grooming and I live in Brooklyn - they are worth the drive in to the city! They know and love my dog like hes one of their own and all the staff are so friendly and flexible which is great for my field of work as I have a lot of last minute travel - I can call and say hes going to have to come in for a few days to board and theyve just say theyve got his food stored and cant wait to see him. I love the team there and wouldnt trust my dog anywhere else.

Pupcultures staff is wonderful and professional! My puppy recently started going to daycare here several times per week and loves it! The flexible daycare schedule is also very convenient.

This facility is very clean and staff are hard workers and kind to the animals. I highly recommend.

We are big fans of PupCulture and Hershey our pup loves it there. We bring her in for regular baths/grooming and have left her for day care as well. The staff is beyond helpful and super family friendly.

Pupculture Tribeca take wonderful care of our puppy - he is always dragging us through the door to get there for daycare and grooming. Hes done some overnight stays with them too - always happy to return!

I love the bath, cut and grooming that Jenna gives my dog Bu Bu. He perhaps, not so much when the water comes out, but he likes Jenna so he tolerates it! Winter cut here. :)
