Conveniently located and affordable daycare (and grooming/overnight boarding)! My dog has the BEST time here and looks forward to socializing. I get updates every afternoon for his daycare and the staff are so friendly and attentive. They keep me up to date on his eating habits, behavior, and alerted me once to a small limp they noticed that ended up being a muscle strain I continue to monitor for my dog. Absolutely would recommend Pupculture to anyone looking for daycare!

I never met a daycare that is so welcoming and Ashley is very helpful. Quan the manager is so accommodating and he helped me with all my questions. I never been to a daycare that was so clean as well. They made sure I got all the information I needed. My pup got her first grooming here and it was perfect. If anyone decides to take their dog for grooming or daycare please come to pupculture. Ashley is very sweet and kind and Quan is one of the best managers I have ever met, dealing with new puppies :)

I have been using Pup Culture for years and they take care of Pedro as if he’s theirs. They are very caring, responsive and attentive- walking Pedro multiple times throughout the day. Additionally for lodging they even provide email update with pictures that really give you a good level of comfort when traveling. Excellent staff and atmosphere - thank you all very much!

Ive been using PupCulture on West 57th for several years. The staff is friendly, professional and great with dogs (of course!). I have two dogs - Pippa and Millie that they regularly walk and occasionally feed depending on my schedule. They also do a fantastic job grooming Millie (and bathing my black lab Pippa).

This location is prime, surrounded by at least 10 luxury high rise rentals. Business is good.They could not care less about your dog.Day stays or even 2-3 day stays are fine, you won’t notice their negligence. Long stays don’t even think about it.Management: insincere, immature, ton of hidden charges, highly inconsistent, doesn’t follow instructions not even medical ones.Experience: My dog got an infection due to their neglecting my instructions that I put in writing and communicated in person.Instructions I stated were for a medical condition. Their response was “yeah we missed a couple days in the last week”..Haircut: very choppy and messy charges the same as an actual experienced establishment.Try Dozo, same price, team that actually cares especially for your dog’s wellbeing, free pick up and drop off for long stay, full camera experience, daily updates —

Best daycare, hands-down. My dog runs into this place. I know that he’s treated like family when he’s in the hands of culture staff. No other daycare has made me feel comforted about leaving my dog somewhere the way that pups culture does.

Thank you to the Groomer Fabia, fantastic bath and deshedding on my Husky. She was very thorough with the deshedding service. He is perfectly clean and soft without any extra hair continuing to come off any more. My husky is super difficult during baths and brushing so this great of an outcome is extra impressive. We bring him to Pupculture several times a year and will continue to, thank you!

So glad I found Pupculture! My dog was fearful at his previous daycare, but he is always excited to go to PC. I am very comfortable knowing he is well taken care of at daycare while I work long hours. He gets frequent walks during the day & the pick up/drop off options are very helpful too!

Amazing, loving and they send us pictures of our pets. Nutella is a puppy and quickly adapted. She is loving her new pupfriends and looks forward to going inside the daycare every time we arrive at the door! They also have a great cost-benefit condition, especially if you sign up for the membership.

Kloud had his first full bath and grooming at pupculture and he is very happy with the result! He is so soft, smells great and loved everyone here. Will come back!

I hate to write a negative review since the staff was so nice but for the price I’m not impressed with the grooming they gave my dog. I mentioned I didn’t want an aggressive cut but it seems like barely anything was done. I’ve attached a few photos showing how even his ears and paws aren’t cleaned up.

We took our 5 month old puppy to Pupculture for her first haircut and they did such a good job with keeping her calm and her haircut came out perfect. I’d highly recommend using them!!

Pupculture West 57th is such a warm and welcoming team. I boarded my 4 legged baby and they took such great care of her. They sent me photos once sometimes twice a day to give me comfort everything was going just fine. Superb service and a great price point.

This was our first time taking Nala for a grooming since we got in NYC and the guys in Pup Culture were very friendly and patient with us. Nala is looking great now after the bath and haircut

This place is great! They treat our dog like he is one of their own and our dog can’t wait to go for the day! Everyone is friendly and go out of their way to help. For example on days where I need to pick up our dog and get in the car they have offered to make sure he gets a good walk to pee 15 mins before! Highly recommend!!!!

Pupculture did a great job with a bath & trim for our dog. They were happy to explain, book, and confirm the appointment. At our appointment time, I was able to meet the groomer and confirm all the details regarding the cut. Lastly, I was promptly called for pickup. Will return.

Weve been sending Eevee to Pupculture for grooming for over a year now. The team deserves the recognition for doing an amazing job every single time. Eevee was traumatized by past groomers, but the team here always manages to calm her down and groom her to perfection.

My dog Dolly has been going to PupCulture several days a week for the past 2 years. Dolly has a blast there and the entire staff is amazing! They treat Dolly like their own pup, are extremely responsive and accommodating. Can’t recommend this doggy daycare enough!

Im very picky when it comes to daycares I choose! Since I have started taking my dog to Pup Culture for grooming and daycare, he and I have loved the experience! Its the most value for the price you pay! Staff are very friendly and welcoming to both he and I! Occasionally he leaves with a funny smell that may be urine clinging to him so not sure what thats about. But overall he is walked multiple times a day and staff is always able to tell me what he did and when he got his last walk which I appreciate! He comes home happy and tired which is exactly the way I want him to be! Ill be bringing him in again very soon!!

I couldnt be happier with the exceptional care and attention my dog receives at Pup Culture. The staffs genuine love for animals is evident, creating a safe and fun environment. The staff here is caring and great at communication. We left our pet here for a day while we were in NYC for a few days and I would happily take him back to Pupculture

My dog loves coming here for boarding. He always looks really happy in photos! Baths services are good too and he’s nice and clean after.

Great daycare! Staff is kind, attentive, and caring. They always make sure to take great care of my dog and accommodate pickups and drop offs. Also always communicate any issues or notes which is so appreciated. After daycare my dog is tired and happy!

We love Pupculture! Our dog Dudley goes there for daycare most weekdays & he loves it. He’s always so happy to walk inside & hates to leave. The staff is excellent — they treat Dudley like family & are all so nice to the humans too. We receive photos during the day that always bring me joy & they also do holiday photo booths. Dudley has boarded there overnight & they made it so easy & comfortable for him (& us). I cannot recommend Pupculture enough & I don’t know what we’d do without them!

My doggy, Sunny, has been a loyal customer here for two years now! Jhannet has been his main groomer and she always does exactly what we need. The office itself is very clean and welcoming and we’ve also used daycare in the past which has always been a good experience. Grooming is always on time and results are consistent as long as you know what you want for your doggy. Thank you Quan, Jhannet, and the entire staff really for being welcoming and loving with Sunny!

We love Pupculture daycare and boarding for our dog Riley. They’re so loving, caring and responsible and the space is extremely clean and well maintained. We fully trust she will always have a fun, safe experience when thrrr and we are so lucky to have them in our neighborhood!

Totally disappointed with the result after grooming. They barely cut anything from my dog (a Maltipoo) but said we could bring him back so they could cut a bit more. We gave them a second chance, but I noticed no changes after the second visit. They talk a lot but do very little.I think they should give me back the money I paid

Bean absolutely loves coming to Pupculture! He runs into the door so happy and always comes home with his energy well spent. The caretakers are sweet and treat Bean so well- there have been a couple of times we have seen them while walking Bean, he recognizes them right away and runs up so excited to see his friends!

5 stars aren’t enough to rate Pup Culture. This is the best daycare we have been to and we have tried about 5 different daycares around the city. It is clean and safe. Our pup practically lives there 6-7 days a week given our long work hours with little flexibility. We fully trust them with our little man and he practically pulls us in there every day. The staff is amazing. Every single person that works there that we have interacted with is happy and enthusiastic. We have never had a negative interaction with anybody. They treat our pup as if he were family and provide plenty of pictures during the week to keep us posted.

Best doggy day care on the UWS! The facility is kept super clean - the dogs have A LOT of room to roam around and they are very attentive to the pups! Highly recommend!!

Our dog Phoebe absolutely loves pup culture. The staff are wonderful, and the facility is clean and modern. We’ve used grooming, daycare, and boarding. We found pup culture for grooming after a bad experience at biscuits and baths, and have never looked back. Phoebe genuinely loves the daycare and gets super excited on days she gets to go. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else

Its not just a daycare for dogs; its like a second family for your furry friends. For someone who is super attached to their pup, I have zero anxiety leaving him at Pup Culture 57th. From the moment you walk in, its all tail wags and excitement. The staff there are like dog whisperers—so caring and attentive, they treat each pup as if its their own. I cant count how many times Ive arrived to pick up my little one only to find him having the time of his life and having a very real struggle with getting him to leave lol. Its like hes found his own little doggy paradise. So, if youre a dog parent, looking for a place where your fur baby will be loved, cherished, and have the time of their life, then this is the place to take them. Trust me, you wont regret it!

I have been using Pupculture on 57th sunce they opened. I use them for daycare, grooming and boarding and they necer dissapoint! Pupculture on 57th take such great care of my dog! On every nighttime walk, Ziggy sits outside the door to Pup Culture while we explain that we cant go in now because its all closed, and none of his friends are even there—sometimes he wont leave until we promise he can go tomorrow. The staff all know and love our pups, who recognize them and run to say hi when we see them on the street. The fact that theyre right downstairs, and even offer pickup and dropoff services when we need them, has been so convenient for us. Really wish they would put a camera in the play area and livestream the pups, but other than that, we couldnt be happier!

At Pupculture, our pet Winston found his second home. IT’s service hours are long and more flexible compared to the other pet care centers. Its staffs are very friendly and treat our dog like their own. Their almost daily pets photos are very interesting and we love to see them as soon as they were sent to our phone. Staff always reported to us whenever our dog had some issues. The service charges here are also very reasonable. We have full trust on this wonderful dog care center.

I took my dog Hershey, who has had bad grooming expierences else where. I have to say I was nervous but the staff and even the groomer Janet was amazing !!!!!!!!!!! We’ve been coming here for years and always a great experience! Both our Aussie and Cavalier gave gotten their best haircuts here.

Highly recommend. Really attentive and communicative staff, they answer emails super quickly and are always accommodating and helpful. My pup, Igor, is so excited every time I turn the block on 57th and practically races to the door! Clearly, they treat him well and provide a happy place to play for the day.

We’ve been coming to pupculture for a long time and we’ve been bringing our puppy, Henny, to the 57th street location for a year now and have always been satisfied with a full groom and bath. Henny always comes back happy and cheerful so we trust the groomers here!

Need a few more stars for this review. Lets face it outside of spouse or partner (we dont have kids) they take care of the most important thing in our lives. And he loves it there.Rocco runs right in and you can tell from his body language both getting there and picking up, that hes had the best time ever. Hes also high energy and completely deaf, yet the entire staff handles him perfectly. They really are just a bunch of sweet, personable and caring people, whom I trust with my furry little son.Just want to add an addendum to this review in the year since I wrote it, but these guys continue to be awesome. Many of us are back at an office part of the week, and travel has also fully resumed, so we rely on them even more. Jackie, Ashley, Amber and everyone else continues to make Pupculture a home away from home for Rocco the Wrecking Ball. Theyre even able to take walk him home if both the wife an I are under a deadline or delayed traveling. Cant say enough good things about them.

The only place I’ll leave my pup, George.I’ve tried and tested multiple dog boarding and daycare services in New York and this is, by far, the best and now the only place I’ll bring George.The service is great, they’re really attentive to the dogs and they go the extra mile.Alicia knew I was worried about leaving George but she kept me informed on how he was doing, how he ate and how he was playing throughout his stay, with little pictures too.I now highly recommend this location to every other Dog parent I know.

Big shout out to the Pup Culture West 57th Staff! My Pup boarded with Pup Culture for a week while I was out of the country. He loves the facility and pulls me into play every time we arrive. I received fabulous and comforting daily Pupdates and my Pup was happy and safe which made me very happy knowing he was in such good hands and being treated like family. I bring my mini goldendoodle to get groomed here, and I wouldnt think of anywhere else to go! The staff is so friendly, I liked my pups haircut the first time and they were very receptive to my feedback, and then I LOVED her next haircut and will keep bringing her back here.

They are super awesome! Max - my doodle , loves it there…very clean and hygenic facility and they have a very sweet set of staff…super responsive and they provided updates twice everyday when he was boarding there as well. Couldn’t ask for a more delightful group at PupCulture W 57th. Our mini doxie Pippa goes for day care several times per week and absolutely loves it. She sprints towards the building as we approach and is reluctant to leave at the end of the day. We experimented with several day care options in the area and can confidently say PupCulture is the way to go. Highly recommend!

This review is in regard to management. The company is run by very inexperienced and immature managers. They’re unusually cruel to clients and refuse responsibility of their business.

Dani was my dogs groomer. She really listened to what I asked her to do for my dog, and my dog looked great.She was finished in 2 hours.

Nick will arrange everything for us and tell us a lot of things to note. The most important thing is that she also provides bilingual commentary in Chinese and English. She will also provide us with her own opinions like a friend. In short, her travel experience this time is really satisfying😆
