I have been taking my pup to Lucky since he was a puppy 2 years ago and now that I have a second dog I am taking her also. I love how quick you can get an appointment at this place, Lucky is very flexible and makes sure to meet your needs. I really appreciate the constant communication, as a pet parent it is reassuring to know your fur babies are doing alright and that the haircut is coming out as requested. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve taking my dog here a few times to get groomed and honestly 100/10! They send you picture updates from start to finish, will let you know if they have to do something extra like de matting before actually doing it and how much it will be. Even with a full house, their service is fast, detailed and most importantly they’re very animal friendly! The before and after pics of my fur baby speak for themselves! Oh, and they’ll always put a cute bow tie on them and take a finishing picture to send to you once they’re done which I think is so cute!

Its our first time grooming at WandererHub! They are really good at communicating with setting up an appointment. They texted me pictures of my dog throughout the grooming process. My Miniature Schnauzer came back smelling amazing and looking adorable. Merry Christmas 🎅

Maxwell loves coming here not only to see his friends but to be groomed as well. He is always greeted when he comes in and everyone is so nice and friendly. I have also let him stay here for boarding when I go away and I always feel comfortable and never worry. Through grooming and boarding they always keep you updated and send pics as well. Omg they did such a great job with our dog, they removed extra hair, brushed her teeth, washed her, they also cut her nails. they even gave her a bandana. I recommend them. Such a great experience! Thank you

Absolutely amazing! I have three dogs and they all love coming here. Every time they either get picked up (by them. They offer pickup and drop off on Sunday) or I drop them off they’re happy to go inside. I love that they keep you updated throughout the process. I had my Saint Bernard trimmed for the first time and they listened to what I wanted and sent me pictures for me to see and confirm if I liked how it was going. The pups smell like a million bucks when they leave this salon. We moved further away and I rather take the drive to them then go anywhere else. No one does it like them!! Love and recommend!!! WandererHub Pet Salon is a lifesaver! They catered to my Kylo in short-notice and did a splendid job! the wife and I are only available mostly on weekends and unable to have Kylo groomed regularly. They picked up Kylo without issues and brought him back clean and fresh. they will be my go to pet groomer now! Thank you so much for your services and me and Kylo really appreciate it!

Everyone I’ve encountered at WanderHub is super friendly and helpful. I love the way the groom my dog and how easy it is to set an appt. They have even taken me the same day. Their prices are reasonable and worth every penny. I travel from PA to groom my dog with them.

Loved how quickly they respond and how organized they are with the timing. I took my cat Stormie and she looked like a wild lion (she’s Long haired) and she came out very clean and they very nicely groomed. They also text when they start the process and take pictures during and after the grooming process. Took Stormie at 1:00 pm and by 3:00 pm she was back home with us. Love it! They take care of my bubba and they remember his/my name!” Which takes skills” they always hook my dog up with a nice hair cut and teeth wash despise my dogs horrible skin condition. I leave happy knowing my dog was taken care of and not locked in a cage like they do in other places. They also ask what you want to do with ur bubba. I usually ask for a short hair cut and leave his ears with a little trim. Overall this is a nice spot to get ur doggo groom and not regret. %110 recommended- On the fun side of things, when you walk in you are usually greeted by tons of other happy dogs 😄

I was worried to bring my pup to a new groomer but they did amazing! What I loved most is that they texted me pictures and updates about my dog throughout her full service there. AND she came out look adorable. I told them to style her however they thought fit as long as she looks cute. I think they hit the nail on the head.

It was my dog’s first time here and they did such a great job! Picked up and dropped off my pup within 2 hours and the grooming was exactly how I wanted it. He smells clean, his coat is so soft and he looks so cute! I loved that they kept me updated throughout the process and asked questions to make sure his hair was cut the way I asked. I think I found my new grooming place. Definitely will be taking my dog back.

Finally I found a pet salon that really cares and with their amazing work you can tell they love taking care of our pets. Milano is a difficult and aggressive dog when dealing with strangers but in this Amazing Pet Salon they know how to handle the dog. From the beginning I was extremely impressed to learn there will be a group chat with the care team which I think I never experienced that level of service before. I was given updates and information of anything that required special attention. I know that I do not need to look further and I am a customer for life.

We took our dog, Leo here today and I dont think he has ever been so clean in his life! He hates having his nails done and many have tried and failed. The groomer really knew how to make our dog feel safe while she did an excellent job. She did a sweet little photo shoot to text us when he was ready to pick up. They did a wonderful job with updating us step by step with photos on what they were doing with our dog! Completely messed up my dogs hair three times in a row, and to top it off, my moms pup ended up with worms from their boarding home! Her poor 12-year-old dog had never had health issues (aside from chronic allergies and eye issues) like this before.Whats worse is that they asked for my hairstyle preference, only to completely ignore it and then get upset when I asked for corrections before leaving. And when I politely asked for a slight trim, they refused my payment and service altogether! Went from 0-100 I was so confused and worried because my dog was in their hands.To make matters even worse, they resorted to name-calling, bullying, and even violent texts towards me. It was honestly horrifying. The driver even apologized!!! for their behavior, confirming everything word for word.I used to trust them to take care of my moms deaf 12-year-old dog, who cant travel for grooming, but after this third bad haircut, worms, and unsanitary conditions, Im heartbroken. They’re lying stating all types of mean things about my mothers dog and what I asked for - are even telling people I didn’t want to pay which is untrue. I was shocked to hear them say I didn’t have to pay because I was going to, I just asked if before she left if they could cut a bit more like I asked. Also shocked when they got mad because I asked for the same thing I requested at the top of the appointment. Just scary scary responses.I feel like I’m being gaslighted by the owner but karma is real.Just a friendly and very honest warning to be careful dealing with them. Glad that they work for some others. They used to work for me too. Just not anymore.

WandererHub takes great care of my 2 cats. Theyve only been at this location for a couple years, but I have relied on them for five more year when they were previously petness world. One of my cats is a long hair black cat prone to matting, and Meldrin and his colleagues always know just what she needs to stay and feel better.

Although I was concerned at first due to the small space in the front shop. I was reassure there is a long soecae behind the front settings. In here, cats, run freely and dogs. They are very loving and knowledgeable of pets behavior. Thet text photos once the service is completed. It was the first time my kitten was getting a nail, teeth and bath treatment. It is important to start the cleaning in early stages, this way, tge cats get accustomed. I will definitely recommend this place and return for further services to my baby.

I got my puppy groomed for the first time at this salon because it was recommended to me by my friend before we both had bad experiences with this business. Speaking on my experience, I was very explicit with what I asked for and explained what issues my puppy was having with hair loss possibly due to separation anxiety. My puppy was up-to-date with all his vaccines and had no other health issues. My friend said they never asked her for her puppys vaccine records or rabies but they were pushy with me about my puppys record simply because I disclosed that he was having this issue (even though I expressed that the vet confirmed he had no allergies, irritation, or fleas/ticks, etc). Later on, I arrived at the appointment and the energy was off. I asked to stay for a while and they refused. I even provided my own NEW, recently purchased, never opened Kiehls (expensive) dog shampoo and conditioner, and by the time I picked up my puppy, the bottles were already almost half way used, which is weird because I always bathe my dog at home and dont use more than a few pumps. My puppy has curly hair so no matter how much I brush, he always has even the slightest bit of trouble with brushing because of his texture. I was sure to brush him out with 3 different tools before our appointment to avoid the matting/knots fee as recommended by the workers at the salon, yet they still tried to charge me this add-on fee during his appointment. They also charged me a puppy fee, knowing that it was his first grooming appointment and he was obviously going to be anxious and defensive. In my opinion, if your service isnt for all dogs and you have to charge for any slight inconvenience to you, then your service simply isnt all inclusive). I asked for a teddy bear cut and gave explicit requests and they ignored them, leaving him with all the features I explicitly asked to avoid (long mustache and ears, afro-cut, etc). I expressed this after seeing his pictures they sent and asked this to be touched-up-- they said they would fix it, but he looked exactly the same as the pictures when I picked him up. After the appointment, my puppy was shaking and terrified, and even fell asleep in the Uber (which he never does) out of what seemed to be exhaustion. He got home, and for even days prior, he was slightly limping from one leg, was overly anxious, didnt want to eat as he usually does (and still doesnt), and is now TERRIFIED of going into cars because he thinks were taking him back to this salon (he never travels in cars and he was perfectly fine on the way to the groomers but terrified with every experience in a car afterwards). It has been well over two months and I am still suffering the consequences of my puppy going to this salon.update: their response doesn’t even make sense and my dog was not aggressive or putting anyone at a “liability” or risk as a 6 month old puppy who was scared and anxious. THEY did something wrong to my puppy, not my puppy or I to them.

Came to the city last minute from South Carolina without grooming my dog. After many failed attempts to find someone, I stumbled upon them. I called and immediately was professionally greeted and accommodated to take my sweet Luna girl. I honestly did not expect for her to come out looking so good! Next time I come to the city I will bring Luna here. Definitely recommend.
