The only kennel I would entrust my beloved dog with!! He can be fearful, yet he never returns from a stay at Gracelane stressed out! The staff are all courteous and helpful.

This was my first time leaving my dog at Gracelane. The experience was flawless. The office staff was very polite and professional. The establishment is clean. They offer a video component to view your pet while you are away. I didnt feel a need to get it, because the moment I walked into this establishment I knew my pet was in good hands.

I tried their dog grooming services. By the time she left she made friends with the staff and owner Chris, and her coat looked beautiful! The grounds are lovely and they have a little dog park which my dog didn’t want to leave. I would definitely recommend them and if my dog could talk so would she!

I looked at a lot of places for my boys before finding Grace Lane. I was appalled at what was out there. Stinky, small places where big dogs like mine are kept in a crate all day. The staff here are lovely, kind to my pups and the spaces are super clean and organized (check out the kitchen!). They are constantly cleaning, hosing down and keeping the areas safe. The boys are together and have both an inside and outside area. They take a nice walk twice a day and they happily hop in the car when I say Lets go to Grace Lane!

We have been consistently happy using Gracelane Kennels. They are extremely reliable, which means a lot when someone is caring for your pets. Our dogs have been and are always cared for as per our instructions, without injury, and with good common sense by the employees. It’s worry-free pet care, and we are so grateful for Gracelane.

We bought our dog here for the first time in September, 2024. The facility looks new and is veryclean. Gracelane was very communicative by text and helpful when their were issues with my credit card. Upon pickup, my dog went running straight to the girls at the front deskfor treats - he was very comfortable there. Their prices are also competitive and we will definitely use Gracelane again.

Absolutely incredible team that treats your pets like family. The first boarding facility my 6 year old anxious dog did not need his tranquilizers. He was happy and healthy when we picked him up without weight loss. Hands down the best place I ever went to in 20 years of having pets.

I have been taking my 4 legged family members to Grace Lane kennels for the last 40 years. They have always treated my family members like their own. Father Bob and now his son Chris have done a wonderful job caring for my dogs. I wouldnt leave them any place else.

My family left our dog Snow at Gracelane Kennels for the first time since we had him (four years). We were nervous.However, all of the staff were friendly, offered great customer service, and care for Snow. We will use Gracelane Kennels in the future.

Going to start out at the top here:While international we needed to find a boarding solution for our pet, we were notified on the 3rd of July. Timing was extremely constrictive due to a high travel holiday. Relied on my network and received a recommendation for Grace lane.While they were at capacity based on bookings, they encouraged me to create a profile and send health records in case someone cancelled. I took their advice, just in case. This turned into a feasible option and they worked with me through the full process of contracting a driver (they have a relationship with third party but due to last minute they were unable to accommodate) and getting a missing vaccine needed (flu).The staff was fantastic, empathetic, accommodating and warm.The facilities were spotless, the grounds were beautiful. The prices were very fair and they all welcomed me with warmth when they realized I was the guy from Spain, with the boxer.Cannot express strongly enough how impressive this organization is.

I am boarding by dog for the first time this week…. I cannot say enough about their initial communication with us regarding the process….the messages were prompt and I even received a personal phone call to sort out the payment process. They were flexible as I had to add a couple days to my original request!!

I had a pleasant experience boarding my cat Juniper for 8 nights at Gracelane. Due to last minute complications I had to book her stay just a few days before my trip, and the folks at Gracelane were lovely to work with. Booking was easily done online, and all communication during the booking process was quick and straightforward. Drop off and pickup were very quick. A staff member brought Juniper back to the cat area while another checked me in, and after I checked out a staff member met me outside with Juniper in her carrier. Everyone was kind and business-like, straight to the point, which I appreciated as I was naturally having some anxiety about leaving my cat for over a week.My only issue with Gracelane was the lack of communication during Junipers stay. There were no problems, but I wasnt aware that they only reach out if one occurs. Instead, I was under the impression that I would be receiving some kind of regular report, as I have experienced at other boarding facilities. After I reached out to Gracelane to ask about reports, I received a very quick response explaining that they only reach out if there is an issue but that pet parents are free to check in any time and ask for updates. While this eased my confusion, I wish communication standards were clearly stated on their website.

Gracelane is great for my high energy dog. He is well cared for and comes home tired. The kennels are clean and the long outdoor run in the suites are great for him.

We have tried many different types of boarding places in NYC and Westchester. Gracelane is is hands down the best. They are caring animal lovers who adore our sweet pup and they take really good care to mind all of her allergies, medications, and offer really great add-ons like walk packages and round trip pick up in Manhattan. I also love that they give baths as a part of the service and take care to use her special allergy shampoo we send with her. Our pup is always happy to head up there and comes back in a calm mental state free of stress. I highly recommend Gracelane to all our dog parent friends - they are caring, comprehensive and affordable. We tell everyone who will listen about how great they are.

Great care and affordable. Very accommodating to our feeding requirements and Bella seemed none the worse for wear despite being around all the barking dogs, which differed significantly from her humans-only home life. We’ll be back!

Gracelane Kennels provided stellar carefor our Hank as well as the peace of mind that he would be professionally cared for. Hank enjoyed his stay and we will return to GLK next time we need boarding.

I have boarded dogs there for almost 2 decades, which is a testament in itself. I have nothing but good things to say. They really care and do everything they can for the animals’ safety and health. They will willingly go the extra mile if necessary.

We had a very good first experience this past week. We loved having the app with the webcam so we could check in on our dog. They are friendly and accommodating. Will use them again.

First boarding for my dog was successful, staying 14 days. Staffs were responsive and friendly.

The people there seem very nice, but since my dog has been there, he very rarely now poops on the grass and literally will just stop and do his number right in the middle of the street. I guess his new habits are due to him being put into a run, where he doesn’t get walked and he’s peeing and pooping on concrete. I will never ever go back.

The facility was very clean and tidy. My dog was in great spirits when I picked him up. I would definitely use Gracelane Kennels again.

After using grace lane kennels for over 15 years we will no longer ever be returning. Last summer they called and told us that our dog had been not doing well and the following week he head passed away from internal bleeding a day after picking him up from the kennel, which could have been caused by being kicked or not treated right while staying in the kennel. This summer I truly cannot believe the change in character and attitude I received from the owner Chris, Jeffery, and the front desk workers. After calling in every day to check on my dogs I found out one of them was having pooping issues and the workers could not bother to call me back throughout the five day week or even let me know which dog of mine was having stomach issues. I talked to Jeffery on the phone and he claimed he would inform me about my dogs overall health and would let me know which dog would need stomach help, instead of communicating with me the company ignored me and never contacted me back. On top of this complication when I went to pick up my dogs I was lied to saying that the company washed my dogs which they clearly did not so they took my dogs back and attempted to wash them in under 10 mins. Due to this absurd treatment and the front desk ladies ignoring my requests I asked to talk to the owner Christopher who continued to be rude to me and lied to my face saying that my dogs were bathed the day before when they clearly were not and then the owner proceeded to walk away from me mumble something under his breath I corrected him and made sure he knew he would not be getting my business ever again. For anyone who has been or are thinking of coming to grace lane kennels I highly suggest anywhere else due to the disrespect from the owner and his carelessness in the way he runs his business. If you truly care about the wellbeing and health of your dogs I recommend not taking them here.

We love everything about Gracelane. The communication and all, down to how excited our boy shadow is to get there! We highly recommend. The grounds and the camera access is such a plus! We feel so safe with Shadow there :) thanks team :)

Our rescue Weimaraner, Blu, just spent twelve nights at Gracelane. And as his humans, we are delighted with everything!! From the extra walks, the bath, the webcam, the texts, and the emails (and we were “those” nervous humans), we cannot say enough good things about Gracelane! We would never think twice again about boarding our Blu there. Drop off and pick up procedures truly show how professionally run Gracelane is - and everything is done for the safety of the pups.

We all use Gracelane Kennels and are completely comfortable with leaving our pets there! they get great care and come home happy!

Chris and the rest of the Gracelane staff are wonderful. Our family dog Toby had to stay with them for 3 months due to my mom selling her home and in the transition of getting a new place. They took great care of him and kept in close communication with us when they noticed Toby wasn’t himself. We really appreciate how well they took care of him and how they treated him like family. I highly recommend this facility when you have to leave fur babies while you’re away.

Gracelane is the only place we trust with our two Rottweiler mix siblings! Our dogs tend to be untrusting of new people and places, and can be reactive when nervous. When we looked at other facilities, they wanted to treat our dogs like “babies,” and I didn’t trust them to manage their reactivity. Gracelane is staffed with professionals who are clearly comfortable managing all types of dogs and dog personalities. I feel so comfortable leaving our dogs in their care, and they have gotten more and more comfortable going with each visit. Thank you Gracelane!

Weve been boarding our dogs at Gracelane for over 20 years. Our current pup is 13 years old and definitely has her own way of doing things. The folks at Gracelane have always been able to accomodate her quirks. And, the true test, shes always eager to go.The staff is caring and professional and communicative. I would not like to leave my dog anywhere else.

What a wonderful establishment. Clean and absolutely odor free. I am 100% sure there is no better kennel anywhere and that includes where I’m from in Ohio. We board our dog couple of nights while we go into the city for all day trips, works out great. Professional and very courteous; nice folks.

Our two dogs are always treated lovingly at Gracelane - we know when we drop them off that we dont have to worry about them one but because they are in great hands! When we pick them up, they are always happy and healthy and their normal selves -- thats always a sign of a great boarding experience :) Highly recommend!

This was my dogs first visit there and he seems to have had a great time.He came home clean and tired. Watching him on the webcam for a little was nice to see knowing that he was having a good time and comfortable.Also, the staff is very nice and accommodating.

Grace Lane was absolutely amazing. I will never bring my dog to another kennel. My baby had gotten sick while My family and I were away, and gracelain took care of her top notch care. They brought her to my vet which was at least a half an hour away and stayed in constant contact with me about every decision that needed to be made. Ultimately it was nothing major, and my baby girl is home safe. But the intention to care and detail is unrivaled when it comes to grace Lane

Our two rescue dogs -- a Beagle and sheep dog mix -- just enjoyed their second stay at Gracelane. They came home healthy and happy. Amazingly the Beagle also seems to have gotten over his nervousness with strangers. He allowed a woman he met yesterday for the first time to pet him.

This was our family’s first time boarding our dog here. I felt good vibes as soon as I approached the building - it’s on a beautiful, quiet road in a wooded area. There’s a pretty dog park out front that they request that you walk your dog in before bringing them inside. Good idea! Everything looked clean and tidy; everyone I met was friendly, professional and transparent about the facility policies. I felt totally comfortable dropping our dog off here. She’s at least 9 (not sure since she came from a shelter) and not sure her sight and hearing are 100% anymore plus she’s usually really nervous when she gets dropped off to board but she seemed fine at drop off and pickup! Came back her normal self and perfectly healthy. We plan to board her here again for upcoming trips when we can’t bring her with us. Would 100% recommend! Thank you Gracelane! :)

I am very suspicious of the 4.9 stars and 1,000 ratings online. I know that what happened to my dogs cannot be the exception.Our two dogs were at Graceland Kennels for 7 nights. We have used this kennel for more than 30 years. We were told that our dogs were bathed. They were filthy and smelled of urine. I took them to Petsmart and Maya took care of them immediately. Ask Maya - she will confirm that they reeked of urine and were filthy. When I spoke with Chris he said “we don’t groom the dogs, we only give a light bath”, “we don’t groom the dogs.” Well Chris, look at your website. It says that each dog staying over 5 nights is washed and groomed. Additional work has a charge - they have a complete grooming menu available - nails, teeth, anal glands. They don’t groom? I could add a photo, but, you can’t photograph stink. And, filthy is also impossible to photograph on a brown and black dog.

We have used Gracelane for the past two years for both boarding and grooming for our dogs and they always go above and beyond. Their facilities are pristine, and our dogs are always very well cared for. Highly recommend!

Weve been bringing our pups to Gracelane for 4 years. Our girl comes home happy, loved, and nourished. (That wasnt the case at other places.) The place is clean, organized and well-run. The staff knows and loves our pup, and she greets them happily when we arrive. That says it all.

We brought our anxious (on prozac) and at times reactive dog for a trial day to see if he would be suitable for boarding. The entire staff were wonderful, patient, and so kind easing our anxiety to alleviate his anxiety. When I picked him up he was of course happy to be going home, but was happy with the handlers and calmer than when I dropped him off. Facility was clean and very responsive to communication both through app, email, and phone.

We had a great experience with Gracelane from start to finish. Everyone we spoke with over the phone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, the kennels are well maintained, and our nervous, high-energy pup had a good stay. The prices are also extremely reasonable. Will definitely be boarding here again.

Gracelane Kennels provides excellent services. My dog is always in excellent shape when she is picked up. Very professional, caring, and detail-oriented business. My dog has special dietary needs and always comes home healthy.

My dog Shiro is VERY picky and sometimes can be difficult for a dog sitter/caretaker. She hates to stay in kennels. Most of time, after picking her up from a kennel, she has lost weight, seemed stressed and sometimes she has gotten sick afterwards. However, after staying at Gracelane Kennels, she looks healthy as usual and doesnt seem stressed. We do believe that Gracelane Kennel took great care of her! Been using Gracelane for years, they offer consistent high quality care, friendly and responsive staff, clean and safe kennels and obvious actual love of dogs. Brought my cat to Gracelane for the first time, and the staff was very friendly and let me see where he would be staying. The room for cats was separated from the dogs and pretty quiet. Picking him up was quick and easy, and he didnt carry any kennel smell! Will definitely take him back to Gracelane in the future.

Because we had booked back-to-back trips (one a convention, the other a cruise) months ago, before we found our new rescue dog Quinn (our old girl died last June at 16), we had to board her for over two weeks. We were really nervous about this. But Gracelane has such good reviews that we went with them. They were great. The pick-up and return went smoothly, (thank you, Ally!) and when we called to check on Quinn, Chris was always responsive and informative. We would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone.

The daycare worked great for us. We were staying in the area and needed someone to watch our dogs while we ventured into New York city. It would of been nice to have a later pick up than 4:15PM as trains got canceled and delayed. Also, if you wanted to stay for dinner. But we were thankful they had a safe place to stay. They merely put them in a kennel for the full day which has an outside run as well. They dont walk them, feed them or play with them. but for the cost, which we thought was very reasonable and just needed a safe place for the day it worked out well. The staff were nice.

The folks at Gracelane Kennels are dog savvy and the facility is lovely. I feel that I can relax and enjoy myself when I need to board her.

This is our first time leaving our German shepherd at Gracelane. What a wonderful experience it was. We were a little anxious because in other places we left our dog, they would always call us with some sort of issue. Gracelane did such a wonderful job taking care of Blue that we were able to enjoy our vacation with no anxiety. Looks like we found our home away from home for our pup.

My dog Brooklyn has been going to Gracelane since he was a puppy. He loves it there. They take great care of the dogs who have both indoor and outdoor sections to their runs. I usually have them bathe him and cut his nails when he stays. They have a special taxi service to pick up dogs in Manhattan and bring them up to Ossining if needed.

I have brought Murphy there a number of times. He always comes back happy and clean. I would recommend Gracelane Kennels to anyone looking for a warm and nurturing environment for their fur-baby!

We love Gracelane!! Our nervous dog is safe here. She also has found some of “her people” who she trusts at the facility, which is such a relief! Their customer service always exceeds expectations, with great communication before/ during/ after her stay, accommodating our requests and needs, and conveying a genuine care and concern for our dog! They are honest as well. For example, when we pay for walks, if she doesn’t take them, they inform us and remove the charge. I’m not certain everywhere would work that way and I truly appreciate the honesty and transparency! I also like the functionality and convenience of their app based system. Highly recommend!

Dog has somehow returned with broken teeth numerous times and always dehydrated and often sick. Otherwise a good place and decent. They recently apologized for failing to know how to use their computer system which was nice.

Gracelane is awesome, we were finally able to take a family vacation without worrying about our Zelda. The suite video feed is a definite plus. The kennel staff is very professional and courteous, I highly recommend Gracelane for your K9 boarding needs.

My wife and I decided to try Gracelane due to all the great reviews we had read. We stopped by on a random weekday and were immediately offered a tour of the facilities and given an overview of all the services available. We were very nervous to leave our young puppy for the first time, but Gracelane took excellent care of Bruce! We ultimately left Bruce at Gracelane two additional trips, one that lasted several days, and the staff took great care of him. They had Bruces food on hand and even brushed his teeth and groomed him for no extra charge. Our dog loves this place. He is excited when he returns and loves the staff. Most of all, my wife and I are left at ease knowing that he is in good hands. Thank you!

We used Gracelane Kennels for the first time for our cavapoo who has never stayed at a kennel. We were a little worried she would be lonely, but it seems she had a great time. The folks at Gracelane could not be nicer and more accommodating. It’s clear they care deeply about the well being of our pets. The facility is known as the FIRST kennel ever in the United States. Yet they have a modern set up and everything is run smoothly and efficiently. Any questions I had were quickly addressed. Chris and Jeff are super friendly and just plain nice. I would send Roux to Gracelane Kennels again in a heartbeat!

This is the cleanest, most professional and caring kennel you will ever find! Chris takes extra care to make sure all your pups needs are met.I have a dog that needs medication and the staff does a great job taking care of her. There is a beautiful wooded area in the back where they get walked. My dogs always come back happy and healthy after a stay at Gracelane. Can’t recommend them enough!

First time our German shepherd was away from home -- all went great for the six days he was at Gracelane. The staff were wonderful -- very caring and available. We loved having the video feed to check on him from afar. Highly recommend.

Gracelane took care of our two cats for two months while we had unforeseen circumstances in our home. The original plan was for the cats to be with them for two weeks, but as our family circumstances evolved, they were wonderful and compassionate about figuring out how to keep them there safely during their busy summer. Employees played with them every day, they allowed us to bring our children for weekly visits, and they thoroughly brushed them out before we picked them up yesterday. Thank you for taking great care of them when we needed help!

Every time I have ever used Gracelane Kennels has been an amazing experience. I have a very shy dog that has stayed several times and he does great. This time, I brought a new dog we acquired over the pandemic that is dog reactive and I was really worried about how she would do. Yet again, Gracelane Kennels did not fail to impress! They managed both my dogs with such professionalism. I am a veterinarian and truly can’t say enough about the high quality care my pets receive here!

We used Gracelane for the first time on a 10 day trip recently. I was nervous, but they were so buttoned up and responsive! The dogs have their own private indoor and outdoor space. The grounds are well maintained. They have food for you (many many brands), and they even had our brand of pill pockets for our dogs medication. There are webcams available so you can see your dog. Would definitely recommend. Also found pricing very reasonable for the length we were away!

The place is great. My newly adopted dog Selene cant stay in places that offer a communal environment with other dogs. She unfortunately does not does not always play well with others. So she needs her own space without other dogs stressing her out. Gracelane was the perfect place for her. While she prefers her own bed in her own house, Gracelane is the next best thing. It is a really lovely place with great people. Thank you.

This is the absolute best experience I’ve ever had for boarding my baby. She had so much fun and the entire staff is so caring and professional. After my planned trip became not so planned I had to add an additional week to my Dog’s stay. I called many times to check up on my pet and to ask for additional days. This is the first time our dog stayed at Gracelane. Gracelane accommodated us arriving first thing without forewarning and still managed to bath our dog prior to handing him back. The venue is clean, and staff are helpful, however the dog’s medications were not returned and we are used to receiving a feedback report upon departure.

This was the first time I boarded my 1 year old dog and it was for 10 days. Gracelane Kennels was recommended to me by my vetinarian. Not only was he happy, but Gracelane Kennels made it so easy to set up the reservation, and Chris patiently answered all my questions. He was walked daily, and really thrived in the environment of a staff that are true animal lovers. When I arrived, he was immediately greeted by Chris and one of his staff, sat with him petting him, while we finished last minute business. I was immediately put at ease, as I knew this would be a positive stay for him. I am glad that I discovered such a wonderful kennel to entrust my pet to.... Gracelane is an excellent place to board your pets. The process of creating account and adding pet details was easy and straight forward. The staff was friendly and helpful when I called a couple weeks before the stay to confirm that all of the vaccination info was correct. My wife dropped the dogs off and said the facilities were beautiful and she felt really good about leaving the pups there. They got to stay together for a VERY reasonable rate, and even got a complimentary bath on the last day! And they did not charge us any fee for the pick up day. Gracelane is definitely our new go to for boarding our dogs.

We recently boarded our rescue dog Charlee at Gracelane and to be honest, I was anxious about boarding him anywhere as he is very nervous around strangers and about being away from home. When I called to check on him, Jeff reassured me that he was doing well and sunbathing with his back legs stretched out like he always does. Thats when I knew he felt safe and comfortable! After touring a different boarding facility and leaving extremely depressed, I was concerned about boarding my shelter rescue, Rocky, for 10 days while we were on vacation. Thankfully, Gracelane was recommended by a few of my neighbors who love their dogs like family.Both on the phone and during my tour, it was clear that the staff at Gracelane truly cared about the welfare of my dog, as well as my sanity. The grounds are very pretty in the burbs, the facilities were spic and span and during my tour, I witnessed the staff preparing special lunches specific to each animals preferences and needs.However, the biggest selling point for me were the 18 foot attached outdoor runs, which I DID NOT see in other facilities. Given the amazing service and all of the amenities, I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable the boarding prices were, especially compared to their competitors who didnt offer the same.Simply put, I HIGHLY recommend Gracelane to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and caring place to board your pets when you are away — they even returned my Rocky with a fresh bath!

I highly recommend Gracelane! My dogs stayed for seven nights and when we returned they were calm and happy and clean!! I have used other kennels in different states and never have my dogs been returned to me just as happy as when they left me. Reserving my dog’s stay and checking them in was quick and easy. We didn’t even have to bring dog food because they had a stock of our brand. I am very satisfied and it was a great feeling being able to check in on them via webcam throughout our trip!

As an older dog owner, I take special care in choosing where I will be leaving my Floof when I am out of town. While everyone has their own boarding place, some are better equipped than others. Gracelane Kennels is great for my big dog and all his needs. I found the place to be very clean, friendly, spacious and worth the cost. While some places charge more for petting your dog or giving them treats, Graceland is understanding that money sometimes is tight and wants to provide the best they can for our furry children. The daily webcam was a great feature also, since it allowed me to have my Floof with me, even when he was so far away. I will be choosing Gracelane again if I am able to go on another vacation

Our dog loves going to “Puppy Camp” at Gracelane. We have been happy with our/her experiences as well. From booking online, to providing paperwork, and the pickup and drop off of our beloved dog, all has been great and consistent for years. You can tell they have many years of experience providing customer service and caring for animals.

We love Gracelane! Our dog suffers from anxiety and tends to be on the jittery side and she never has an issue going there. They take such good care of the animals and really take the time to listen to you and know what each animal needs in terms of attention or special needs. I don’t ever hesitate to bring her there when we have plans to be away and she always comes back happy and loved. I recommend them to everyone!

Gracelane is a fantastic place and we entrust our 2 fur babies to them whenever we leave on vacation. We are very, very picky and feel Graceland not only offers great facilities but also has a dedicated staff who truly care for the dogs in their care. The kennels have indoor and outdoor (all weather) options which work perfectly for one of our dogs, who is highly fear aggressive. Our other dog gets to stay right next to him and go for walks. It’s the perfect place and the staff couldn’t be more understanding.

We feel comfortable leaving our lab, Lucy, at Gracelane. She gets 2 walks a day and she looked so shiny from her bath when I picked her up. Everyone I met was very helpful and reassuring that she would be happy and ok. They make it so easy to reserve a spot too.

We have searched kennels throughout the Hudson Valley only to be turned away with “sorry we are not a good fit”.We chose to rescue because we believe all dogs deserve a second chance and a loving home. We embraced her difficulties and worked very hard all these years to provide her with all that she needs to be happy and comfortable, so it is very heartbreaking when people just send you out the door because she’s not the “picture perfect, sociable puppy”.With Gracelane it was different: they are not the “sociable” dogs kennel only. They understand that not all dogs are the same and not all dogs can be social and enjoy bring touched by strangers. Thanks to them we were able to actually enjoy our vacation with peace of mind. Gracelane is the best - everyone there is fantastic, the building itself is clean, and they take the pups out for walks and have cameras if you want to check in on your pet during their stay. We cant say enough about Gracelane...My wife and I have been bringing our two dogs here for about a year now and could not be happier. We have left the dogs for a week on two occasions and also a few weekends here and there. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and you realize how much they care for these animals. The facility is awesome too. Its like a vacation in itself for our furry boys. We had previously used the more commercial places but we noticed a real decline in the services and attitude of the personnel. We used to feel stressed about what was happening when we were away, but now that we found Gracelane, we can enjoy our time away. We know that our dogs are in good hands and always come back happy and healthy. They are diligent about ensuring vaccination records are up to date and on file so we never have to worry about our dogs getting sick from anything. We also love the fact that we can check in via the live cameras that they have in the stalls. My daughter really gets a kick out of seeing the dogs when we cant be with them. On a personal note - the last time we went away it happened to be one of our dogs birthday. Chris, who I think is the manager, made sure that they got a special birthday treat that we left for them. He took the time to send me a picture of them enjoying too. You dont really see that kind of service these days and we are very grateful to have found Gracelane Kennels. They were very accommodating and confirmed a tentative reservation. A few days later our plans changed and we werent going to need to leave our animals anywhere, so we cancelled, they were very understanding. A few days after that our plans changed again and we were going to need leave our animals with them again. Gave a call and Chris reinstated our reservation, no problem.We just returned from our trip and picked up the animals and again everything went smoothly. Dogs and cat were happy to see us and us them. Gracelane is clean, organized and in a beautiful setting. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a kennel.

I am a returning customer who felt no worries leaving my dog in their care...hes a 140 pound Bloodhound and many people get intimidated by his size. From my initial contact with the booking to my drop off and pick up both Matt and Chris do an outstanding job. I also love the added package of being able to see my guy on camera. I have boarded my Lab/Rottweiler mix twice at Gracelane: one weekend say, and another week-long stay. Both times my boy has been happy and healthy when I picked him up. Clean, too! (They gave him a bath at the end of both stays). Gracelane is a clean, safe, and professionally operated kennel that you can trust with your beloved pet. I will continue to use them to board my dog.

We feel assured knowing that our dog is well taken care of in a clean facility that is perfect for our pet. We love that the dogs can see each other but not interact directly with each other as our dog is skittish. We love that the dogs can be either inside or outside as they please and they have room to roam. We love that staff take the extra time to tell you how your dogs stay was and they are always cleaning.

This was our 10 year old dog’s first time boarding and we were unsure how he would do. Murphy stayed 5 nights and was very happy to see us when we picked him up. We were very happy to see what good shape he was in! Years ago we boarded our dogs and when we got them back they were skin and bones and had the runs. That was not the case with Murphy! He looked and acted great! We are very pleased with his stay and he will definitely return in the future!

We needed a place last minute and Graceland had availability and was recommended by a friend. Our lab came back happy and healthy. I appreciated the options to upgrade with individual walks and a camera. Because it’s individual dog runs, you can board an intact dog here. Which was a relief for an 8 month old puppy.One bit of feedback:There are hours for the in-room camera for the luxury runs. We were on the west coast so those hours meant we really didn’t see our dog. Is there any way to make the camera 24-7?

Gracelane is the best kennel we have used for our dog, Judy. All of the staff is extremely friendly, caring and go above and beyond to make sure our dog is taken care of. I am very cautious when I board my English Bulldog. I have boarded him before at other establishments and not only do they tack on hidden fees my dog ALWAYS came home sick. Gracelane’s kennels was recommended to me by my vet. Not only were they honest with their pricing my dog came home healthy and happy. They were very responsive when I called to check on him. And when he came home he came home smelling great! They gave him a complimentary bath. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

I have used gracelane multiple times now over the past 2 years, and they are the best hands down. I have a large breed dog and drive up from NYC to board him here. They have ample space for your pet with each dog having an indoor and outdoor area. They include food and carry most food brands and will put toppers on as well to make sure your pet will eat even if they are a little nervous. This last boarding I added on nail gridding, my dog gives me a hard time doing it at all, so I honestly expected they wouldnt be able to complete it. But to my amazement they were able to grind down his nails. And for that alone I would give them 5 stars. My dog always comes home just as I left him, isnt stressed and looks like he just had an upstate vacation. Another amazing perk to this place, is if you are doing a longer stay for your dog they include a bath the day you pick them up. Which for anyone who has had a long trip home knows this is a godsent!

Gracelane is awesome! I previously worked at a high end pet care facility and this place exceeded even that place. I was nervous leaving Suzy there because she is only really comfortable with a few people. I picked her up today and found out that she did great and they were able to give her a bath! They went above and beyond to make sure I felt great and that Suzy was well cared for! We are so excited to have found the right place to send her when we are away!

Ive been boarding my dogs at Gracelane for many years now. I am always confident my dogs are being taken care of and loved for while I am traveling. The booking process is easy and Chris is super quick to respond to any emails I may send to prepare for a trip - also - having 4 rescue dogs is a lot to manage yet they are always good at reminding ME when a vaccine is due and know the preferences my dogs have while they are there!

I brought my dog to be groomed for the first time ever to Gracelane. She has some mild handling issues but overall is a very lovely lady. They did an awesome job and making her first grooming session not traumatizing! My worry for her was that shed be groomed and not want anything to do with them again but she came out looking absolutely lovely and walking very nicely with the staff; she was stressed but I think most dogs would be stressed in a new environment with strange things being done to them haha. The price was definitely reasonable for a 65lb golden retriever mix whos never been groomed haha,,, and the staff were SUPER nice! I have 3 rescue dogs and I would bring all of them to Gracelane for any grooming or boarding :) the facility seems very nice and the staff seem even nicer :^)

First time boarding my 15 yr old beagle for 2 weeks at Gracelane and I couldn’t be happier (Brandy, the Beagle too!). Greatest kennel I’ve ever boarded Brandy. Very professional and they love what they do and all the animals they take care off. Fantastic!

I have 3 dogs, all different temperaments, and the people at Gracelane just take such good care of them as individuals. I know that theyre safe, I know that they are well taken care of - one of the women noticed that one of my dogs is skittish and nervous, and I picked him up after one stay and he gave her kisses goodbye - which he NEVER does with strangers. When I commented on it she said Oh yeah, hes nervous so I just sit in his kennel while hes eating and talk to him - absolutely above and beyond!!!

I never had a tour and trusted word of mouth and just reviews like this to make my choice. when i asked for a tour right away with no hesitation i was greeted by a warm and welcoming man. who showed me the whole facility which was so clean and just as the pictures already showed. to there emasculate kitchen which was stocked with dozens of top graded food. at the end of the tour i expressed my concerns and worries which once again was responded with such warm and genuine responses, at the end i later found out it was the owner chris. which i must say its rare you ever even see the owners at their actual facilities which just showed me the pride he took at gracelane. i left with my heart feeling secure but still some natural worries. I had the webcam in her kennel which i tried not to watch but when i did i saw her food still there and was worried about her eating when i called i was told right away she wasnt eating and if it was ok to give her a substitute which made me feel such at ease. and when i saw the staff walk in and hug her and just give her some love and attention i knew my gut was right about this place. I was later told she was eating the other food they made for her and she was doing amazing. not once when i called was i put on hold or told i would get a call back, i was answered right away and called back right away, with just nothing less than sweet and caring responses on the phone. I just want to say anyone thinking about boarding their pets there is no hesitation on a yes! so thank you gracelane staff for making this first time dog moms heart at ease and taking such good care of my luna. you guys will always be my first thought and recommendation! millions of hugs to you all!!!

Had my cat groomed today and I couldn’t be happier! Staff is very nice and accommodating.The grounds are lovely. I had a hard tome finding a cat groomer and happy I came across Graceland Kennels. Had a lion cut done for my very fluffy cat for summer and she looked adorable. She was bathed and smells lovely!

The folks at Grace Lane understand dogs and they do their best to make sure that our furry family members are happy and comfortable. My two senior labs are always excited when I drop them off. I know that the staff will pay attention to their dietary preferences, their medications and even their quirks. They are almost as kind and patient with the pet parents, too! Highly recommend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was referred to Gracelane by my Veterinarian’s office after having less than favorable experiences with another area kennel (Best Friends in White Plains). Where Best Friends has group play and keeps all of the dogs in one room, often not very well supervised, Graceland keeps the dogs in their own private room and runner. I was worried my dogs would not do well being kept together as one is still a puppy and had never been boarded. I was pleased to see that placing them together in a space actually strengthened their bond. I know some of this may have been from the anxiety of being in a strange place away from their humans, but when I checked in on them on the webcam they were either sitting together or sleeping side by side or just observing the goings-on outside their room. I didn’t see any aggressive behavior or barking. They seemed calm and content.I picked them up after a two night stay and they looked happy and clean (complimentary bath). I will admit they were still damp from their baths and one of their tails was knotty, but I will blame myself for arriving too early. The most important thing is that my dogs were well cared for and not traumatized by the experience, which is not what I can say about the other place. They promptly fell asleep on my lap for the ride home and just went about their business once they were home. I know my vet uses Gracelane as well as several local celebrities and I can see why. I will definitely use them again.

This is the first time my two Jack Russels stayed at Gracelane Kennels. Chris made my two pups feel welcomed. Their stay for 5 nights was excellent. The kennel is clean and well managed. I would recommend it to anyone interested. Thanks Chris. We will be back!!!

Chris, Bob, Jeff and staff at Gracelane Kennels are fantastic. I really appreciate that I can trust that they take good care of my dogs and pay attention to their condition during their stay. I know them personally and professionally and there is no question of their care and concern for the pups.

My dog Seymour spent 6 nights at Gracelane. Gracelane was immaculate and everyone was very friendly. There are ads on services which we utilized. We had his nails clipped and he was given a bath before leaving. I would highly recommend Gracelane and would absolutely use their services again.

We have been boarding our puggle, Cocoa, at Gracelane exclusively for the last 5 years. The facility is immaculate and my dog comes back happy every time. Can’t say the same for some of the competitors in my area. There is a lot to be said for solid, consistent, responsible, and caring service these days. Gracelane is all of the above.

I love Gracelane! I have been boarding my Oreo here for about 4 years now. Never a problem, friendly, professional and accommodating even if it’s last minute. We just love this kennel for our small Havanese Leo. It’s clean and the staff are fantastic. Leo runs right in and happily greets everyone. I have no worries when Leo is there.

This was the first time we used Graceland Kennels and we plan on using them again. Scout (my dog) stayed for 7 or 8 days and when we picked her up she seemed very happy. The accommodations (bath, bed and food) were great.

We have two rescue pups that can be a bit challenging at times, but Gracelane handled them so wonderfully. They were kind, helpful and professional, and it was a relief to find a lovely, safe kennel to board our guys at while we are away. Their transporters are also amazing and I highly recommend!

We had a great first experience at Graceland! Chris was wonderful, friendly, helpful. I loved that they arranged a grooming for our dog before we picked him up. Will definitely put our Teddy here in the future!

Bob and Chris are absolutely wonderful. We have been sending our dogs to Gracelane for over 20 years and they have always taken incredible care of them. We would never even think of sending them elsewhere. We never have to worry while we are away because we know they are getting exceptional care.

Our family dogs have enjoyed the hospitality of Gracelane Kennels for the past thirty years. Our dogs over the years: Pawlie, Bob, Nick, Montana, Jack, Tino and Willy; and our cats Totor, Widl, Spike, Lily, Leo, Lila and Lola were all well-cared-for residents. We’ve had some canine medical crises, too while dogs were boarding, and Bob, Chris and Jeff have gone over the top to make sure dogs were carefully taken care of. I know my animals will be safe and comfortable at Gracelane. I just wish they could board parrots, too!

We have a challenging dog Dude and Gracelane was fantastic!! Weve typically been afraid to leave him without his trainer but Graceland Kennels setup is perfect. The precautions in place made me feel at ease being away for over a week. Dude loved the staff. I was shocked but so super excited that Dude was being so friendly with them. I would definitely recommend this amazing place to board you furry friends!!

Very pleased with the first long stay for our dogs. Facility was well maintained and staff were welcoming and personable. Value ability to customize services to serve our wants and needs. Upon pickup, dogs were happy and healthy.

Previously Betty stayed at Green Leaf in Jersey which is a wonderful facility but it was too far from Brooklyn, so I tried Gracelane which was closer and I have never looked back. It is better than I could have ever hoped for. I have had Betty stay for multiple vacations, short and long and this last time she was there I had to leave the country and Betty had an extended stay which resulted in them coordinating her return to Australia. They are seriously the loveliest, best, caring, people; Betty my love was so well cared for, you seriously could not ask for a better place for your loved dog to stay.

I dont usually have to board my dogs frequently so when I do, I get overly cautious of where to take them especially because they both have special health care needs and take medications. We are also newer to the area and wanted to have an established kennel we feel comfortable with thats also affordable. Gracelane will definitely be our go to place! The staff is super friendly and accomodating. The webcam option was also super helpful in relieving my dog mom anxiety while I was away. I got to check in on them and see what they were up to! I also like the personal walks they get as compared to other places that only offer daycare since one of my pups doesnt do well in the social setting. Thank you guys for taking such good care of my 4 legged babies!

We needed to find a place for our Boxer mix,10 month old puppy, to go to so we could go to my husbands Fathers funeral in California. We were so comfortable leaving our precious baby (little monster) at Gracelane Kennels after visiting the facility. Definitely will be our go to caretakers from now on. I have a large dog with behavioral issues. There are few boarding facilities who are willing to take him. Gracelane has always been willing and eager to board him despite his issues. They allow me to feel at ease when I have to leave town. I am so grateful that they are around!

What a wonderful experience. We kennelled our older dogs for the first time and couldn’t have been happier with Gracelane. From our first spontaneous visit to the facility with Chris who showed us the ins and outs of how everything works to checking the dogs in with Jeff who was kind and sympathetic to my anxiety. The dogs had an easy stay and I got to see them chilling in their beds via webcam. Jeff was warm and kind, going as far as sitting with my dogs to help them get over their nerves and eat to ensure one could get her insulin. From start to finish everyone we came into contact with was professional, helpful and cheerful. I would unreservedly recommend Gracelane!

I have only taken my dog here once for a 5 night stay, but I am very pleased with their service! I picked my dog up from Gracelane, and she clearly had just been bathed and acted very happy (which has not been the case with other kennels). I will be taking her there in the future. Thanks again!

The place is immaculate and does not have any of the kennel smell. It is easy to see that everyone that works there loves pets . My 7 month old pup was all excited about being there when I dropped him off. I thoroughly trust the care that he received during his stay . Thank you Gracelane
