Not only is Kim and her team amazing at what they do, they always fit us in and make sure Koda feels as comfortable as possible. We come to get him and he’s sleeping almost always because of how calm and clean Kim keeps the shop. 10/10 would recommend!

Best grooming salon ever! Everyone that works there is so kind, professional and courteous. I take my cat and mini poodle here and always have a great experience and both my fur babies come home looking and smelling like a million dollars but most importantly come home not stressed or anxious which is testimony to what wonderful people work there

Today we sent our two westies to Get Groomed for a wash and cut and received excellent service.The owner, Kim, did such an amazing job with our dogs! They look and smell super clean and we love their haircuts and the accessories they were given! After a previous groomer put both of our pups into a tiny cage together for the grooming, we were so happy to see our dogs waiting for us in a play pen at Get Groomed when we came to pick them up! The facility is very clean, open, and bright.Overall our experience was extremely positive and we will be bringing our pups here for their next grooming!

I occasionally bring my Yorkie here, and the results consistently exceed my expectations. He always smells amazing—like those soft, soothing baby shampoos and lotions. His fur is always silky, shiny, and very clean, and after his haircut, he somehow looks cuter than he already is! ❤️

Take your dog here if you can!!! They do the CUTEST haircuts ever. Plus they are super friendly and treat your dog as if it was their own.

My favorite haircut my baby has ever had! Get Groomed has continuously done a great job with my pup. December is a tough month financially with the holidays so I wasn’t able to get my dog groomed as soon as i wanted to but when I did finally bring her in they had their work cut out for them and they worked their magic! Thank you to the wonderful staff at Get Groomed for taking care of my baby and making her look and feel great :)

I brought my 8 month old beagle puppy here for her first grooming experience and it went incredibly well! I was very happy with the end result, my pup got a bath, nails trimmed and ears cleaned. I was a little worried because she never lets me clean her ears and gives me a hard time with trimming her nails, but Kim, the owner, said she didnt put up a fuss! I also didnt have to wait too long, the appointment took less than an hour. Super happy with my now clean puppy, will be coming back!

Kim was warm, welcoming and personable to both me and my papillon Kona. This was my first visit, she went over what I wanted and I was called about 2 hours later. Kona had a full body shave, ears and tail “tamed” and her nails and teeth treated. Kona was a happy little lady when I came to get her! Thank you Kim for your great service! I will be returning for sure. 💜

I honestly can not say enough WONDERFUL things about this business. I have used them as a groomer and also as a daycare. As a new dog mom with a rambunctious 6mo old puppy, to say I was worried, is an understatement. Kim & her team have not only eased my anxieties buy Tonys 🐕 as well. HE LITERALLY FALLS ASLEEP IN THE CAR RIDE HOME EVERY EVENING! They are super caring and keep me well informed. Give them a shot for your cat or dogs grooming- meet the staff. They are truly amazing.

Fantastically clean place with a nice friendly atmosphere. I brought our London to get her nails trimmed and was such an easy process. We will be back again and again. Highly recommend this local Ossining business. Thank you owner Kim for your service to our fur babies.

Kim and her staff are the BEST! They are caring, dedicated and transparent. They have a fully opened facility and welcome all customers to see them at work. No dog is ever hidden. They will do what the customer wants but in the end they listen to the true clients, the dogs. Its what whatever works best for the dog. When my miniature poodle said no to close shaving his muzzle Kim listened. Now he allows her.

Brought my husky here. They were very professional and the price was fair. I received a text right away when they were done which isn’t always the case with other groomers. I loved the end result! Will definitely come back

Worst service my dog has received!!! I was excited to try this place based on the reviews online, and Instagram pictures shown. My mini poodle went in for a full service teddy bear cut. The owner inspected him, and confirmed to me she would be able to accomplish this type of haircut without cutting him low. I expressed with emphasis that I do not want him cut low. I called her after 3 hours have passed because I did not hear from her, she confirmed she was taking a little bit longer because he was “knotty” but assured me everything was going to be ok. When I picked up my dog he was given to me completely shaved down with zero explanation. We called the owner on our way home to complain and all we were told is sorry, but nothing was done to credit us back or give any hope to have this mess fixed. It wasn’t until I arrived home and inspected my dogs haircut that I also noticed he had a cut on both tips of the ear, and also on his left armpit area. I would never return to this establishment, and do not recommend anyone to receive service here. My dog is now afraid every time he hears a razor turn on. A dog is like a child, and should be treated with such care. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Please look elsewhere and do not risk having your dog go through this.

These ladies were lovely! I took Sir oliver today to get his nails cut and they did an exceptional job. Ive been to other places and they never seem to cut short enough. I will definitely bring him back for other services. Thank you ladies!!

Wonderful job! Luna was a bit nervous and by a bit, I mean a lot. They took their time with her and we’re patient with her taking the extra time needed! Definitely recommend!
