Great service, but poor communication.I used this service once, and she did a fantastic job with my cat. However, it was extremely difficult to get in touch with her. I sent multiple messages and voicemails over several days without a response. Eventually, I mentioned that I was impressed with the reviews but would move on to find someone else due to the lack of communication. Only then did she respond.Unfortunately, I’m facing the same issue again. I’ve been trying to reach her for the past two weeks with no luck. I’m persistent because she does great work, and it’s tough to find someone skilled with cats. I’m about to move and stay in a hotel for three months due to military training, and my cat’s fur requires regular care to avoid matting, which he doesn’t let me handle well.If you’re willing to be patient and persistent, you’ll likely get excellent service. But be prepared to spend time chasing for a response!

This was my dogs first grooming with Precision and I was very pleased. They are very focused on any concerns you may have and make notations about shampoo requested due to dogs allergies. The van was clean and they were friendly and professional. I appreciate this service as I am not really able to go out in public. My dog had a very nice experience and he smells great! I could tell they were interested in the dog having a good experience. We look forward to seeing them again. Thank you!

Joell came to groom my very nervous new pup. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get her calmed down enough to get her much needed bath, but Joell was so patient and understanding with her. Very much hoping he can give her a bath when she’s gotten over her anxiety! Highly recommend based on their patience and professionalism.

Joell is GREAT. I was reluctant to get my dog a cut because shes never had one and I didnt want her to look goofy. Joell cleaned her up great, not taking too much off anywhere, and was quick and courteous. I will be calling him again!

Joell did a wonderful job grooming my 17 yr old fur baby. He was very gentle and took his time to reduce my baby’s anxiety. I would highly recommend him and will be using him on a regular basis now.

After weeks of searching for a groomer for my puppy I was able to get a quick response from Jennifer. Her email included a detail message of what her services included and fees. The fact that she comes to your home in her mobile van is a plus for me. I was able to secure an appt within the same week. Her team was very friendly and polite. This was my first time I allowed someone other than my normal groomer to cut my dog Mason in over 6 years. I was nervous and thought Mason would be uncomfortable or anxious.Joell was patient, caring & Mason’s cut looked so good after. Joell was very professional. He explained stuff to me about my dogs paw pads that nobody had explained before.I highly recommend their services and Joell will be Mason’s groomer from now on.

Unfortunately my little one gets car sick so, I needed to find an alternative solution to getting him groomed. I came across Precision Mobile and decided to give them a try. I’m very happy with the way they took the time to not only groom him, but also explained what to do to prepare for his next grooming experience. Overall, they are very friendly and showed that they genuinely love what they do.

Joell is the best dog groomer. He gave my Havanese a fabulous hair cut after a really uneven cut somewhere else. He is professional, kind, and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!

Uneven cut, did not do what I asked... took 2.5 hours for a 6 lb.dog, never cut nails AND never told me, now wondering if she even had a bath, doesnt smell like it. Nice people seemed inexperienced to me. Maybe better with bigger dogs but never again and $95!

Joell was wonderful with my 18- year old cat. He is an animal whisperer. His deep love for animals is so evident. Our two cats and dog. Have a new groomer!

Thank you for your patience Dogs where a bit matted since they had to miss there normal grooming due to covid but Joel and Jennifer where super patient and took good care of them. Will use then again if they will have us. :-)
