Our 7 year old Australian Terrier, Little Lily, is new to the practice as we have just moved back to the area. Our first visit with Dr Christman and her Vet Tech was assuring to me we picked the right practice for our fur baby! They took their time with Lily when meeting, gaining her trust before the exam even started. Lily felt comfortable and relaxed which decreased my anxiety about getting Lily settled in with a good practice. Thank you Dr. Christman! You guys made Lily’s first experience with you easy breezy :)

I have been going to Clark Animal Care Center since 1985 at their original (on 286) and now the new location (on 250). The previous owner was good, the new management is a larger group I believe, owning multiple locations. They have always had some really great Vets and Technicians over those 40 years. My latest visit was with Dr. Benedetti, Jordan, and Kristen, they were thorough and very kind to my senior dog. The cost was high, yet that is todays reality. My only real criticism is their website, it is very difficult to book an appointment unless it is many months out.

Clark Animal Care Center is outstanding! The entire team of professionals are always kind, courteous, patient and helpful. Dr. Christman has a passion for animals that shines through in each interaction she has had with our dog. We appreciate the knowledge and love that the Center always provides!

I have brought two of my animals to Clark Animal Care Center so far and I have been pleased with both experiences, starting with the reception staff. You can tell they are extremely busy answering phones and checking people out, but I was greeted as soon as I walked in and checked in right away. Both techs I dealt with were great and really listened to the concerns I had. Dr. Christman saw both of my pets and she was wonderful! I appreciate the thorough exam and taking the time to explain everything to me. My dog has a complicated medical history and she gave me all my options of how to move forward so he has the best care without being pushy on what I should do. There was some miscommunication with vaccines with my cat because I had just moved from Connecticut so he accidentally got a vaccine he didnt need. The technician took the time to talk with the doctor to make sure my cat was safe and they refunded the vaccine since it was something that they missed on their end when the history was sent over from my previous vet. So far I am happy with my experience and looking forward to working with them in the future to keep all my animals happy and healthy!

Dr. Benedetti, Amber, and all of the staff are personable, professional, and excellent at their work. We’ve been clients at Clark for several years and have always been very impressed and highly satisfied with their quality of service and care. We recommend them wholeheartedly.

The team was amazing. We unfortunately had to put our dog down. The care that the team showed to us during this very difficult time was unmatched! I appreciate their understanding and thoughtfulness.

First visit after leaving the previous vet and I’m so glad I made the switch! The staff were friendly but the vet stole the show. She was kind, caring, thorough and took her time with me to make sure I knew next steps. She was excellent!

Dr Benedetti saw my dog for a needle biopsy. We had a great experience. He never felt a thing and in fact didn’t want to leave! From check in to check out everyone was great.

Very friendly staff and the building was very clean. Staff took their time with our dog and answered all of the questions we had. Definitely glad we switched to them!

Dr Murray is wonderful. She is caring and professional. She explained all of our options thoroughly. The visit helped tremendously in our decision making for the treatment of our ill beagle.

Adding an Internal Medicine vet to their staff is what brought me to Clark Animal Care Center.Previously at VSES in Henrietta, which closed in November, Dr. Murray is back to treating my dog, Maggie. We couldn’t be happier! Our concerns were thoroughly listened to and care options were discussed. Taking her anxiety seriously, Maggie was treated respectfully and with much care. We highly recommend Clark Animal Care Center to everyone looking for great care for their pets.

It was a very good experience.The techs and the vet spent a great deal of time making Cooper, our 5 year old cat, as comfortable as possible during his visit. I recommend them highly!

My cats have been patients here for 4 years and weve never had any issues. My cats see Dr Kiley for their annual exams and teeth cleaning. Dr Kiley and all staff are kind, communicate well, and make me feel like my pets are in good hands!

The front staff is so welcoming and Dr. Christman is absolutely amazing! She treats your pet like they were hers!

My Golden Retriever is almost 4 year old and we’ve been getting our care from Clark Animal Care Center since we brought him home at 8 weeks old. The office staff, med techs and providers are kind, caring, compassionate and professional. Although their schedules are jam packed daily, every time I’ve needed to bring Reggie in immediately, most recently for a nasty ear infection, they’ve gotten me in same day. We always leave feeling better and 100% of his acute illnesses (mostly allergy & skin related) were probably taken care of and resolved. I’m sure there are plenty of amazing Vets in the greater Rochester and Western New York region, I just can’t imagine finding better care for Reggie than we have right here at Clark’s!! Highly recommend!

We recently had our very first visit with our dog, and I loved how the caregivers took great time and mindfulness with getting my anxious dog more comfortable. They knew all the things to do to make her feel more at home with them. Much appreciated!

Took kitty for her annual physical with Dr. Christman. I am thrilled to have her back on the Clark team. She is caring and patient with my sassy cat. The knowledge and skill she displays as a practitioner gives me great confidence in the care kitty gets. As impressive is the kindness, patience, and helpfulness of the front desk team who care as much about the people coming in as their pets.

We had a great experience with Clark Animal Care until we came into contact with Dr. Benedetti and we will not be returning. At my dogs appointment the previous year, she snarled once after literally being backed into a corner and was great for the rest of the exam (per previous vets notes). But Dr. Benedetti came in treating my dog as an aggressive dog and refused to listen to me when I tried to explain to her what happened in the past. She continued to argue with me even when I tried to ask questions. She was also supposed to give my dog a comprehensive exam and although she did admit that she didnt do everything, they would not remove the charge. They charge for services not given and dont listen to owners. I will not continue using them as my vet and I would never let Dr. Benedetti near any animal.

I was able to get my cat, Kuku, in immediately for some new concerns. Taylor at the front desk was kind and caring and showed genuine concern for Kuku and his wellbeing. Dr. Benadetti was also very kind and concerned and very efficient but gentle with Kuku’s examination. She knows him and his ongoing health issues and has helped him to keep living when he had an emergency issue with his bowels. So she knows and responds quickly if he’s not doing well. She’s amazing! We’ve also seen Dr. Kylie for many years for Kuku and our other cats. She is also equally amazing and caring! We’ve been with Clark for over ten years and have been given such great care. The front desk staff is very kind and do a wonderful job. Thank you!

So far very pleased with the hospital. This was my first visit, as we recently moved back after 20 years in FL. I brought in one of my cats so that I can order their prescription food. That was easy to do on line. I will be back in April for both cats annual exams and vaccines so it will be easier to give a more detailed opinion. I dont have any reason to expect any issues. I was referred by a friend.

We take our four cats to Clark. The staff is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The treat our cats like their own. On our recent appts we were seen within a few minutes of arriving. The center is clean, both the waiting room and exam rooms.

I was pleased with the excellent care my dog received with his first visit.

My two dogs had been patients at Clark animal care for almost twenty or so years. Recently my one remaining dog was very sick and began vomiting blood. It was late at night and I called Clark’s emergency number. The two numbers they gave were not helpful. The first was no longer in business. The second put me on hold forever. We called Cornell and they got us in right away. My sally ended up being put down at Cornell. I had reached out to Clark via email the next day to state they may want to change their emergency numbers and to let them know sally had to be put down. NoResponse -not even an I’m sorry. I emailed a few days later. Still nothing. This is an email I know they see and respond to as I’ve used it before. Clark animal care has really gone down hill the past few years. The lack of compassion they have shown me for losing my dog is just unbelievable. She passed away three weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing from them. A response to my two emails would have been the right thing to do. I know vet offices are soooo busy and I respect that but a response would have been nice as I’ve been a loyal consumer for so long and I lost my dog. I really had just wanted them to rethink their emergency numbers so someone wouldn’t have to go through what I did when they are already in a bit of a panic state

An absolute excellent Veterinary clinic!!! So glad I found this place 5-6 years ago. We see Dr. Cooperman who is so knowledgeable, kind and gentle with our Cavalier and is a good listener when I have concerns. The vet techs are skillful and professional, the front office staff are nice, organized and follow through. So glad I found this clinic and the peace of mind they give me pertaining to my beloved pet.

Brought my pet in for injection with the vet tech.. Staff went above and beyond when they saw a skin issue with him that hadnt fully resolved. He always gets excellent care there. Can I award more than 5 stars?!

As a long time cat owner who has been to multiple vets.. Thankful to call Clark my home vet. I cannot applaud them enough. The upmost care and communication that tops any other vet Ive been to. Thank you Clark!

Terrible experience with this vet office. Miscommunication across the board, the office said it was necessary to have my dog come in for a comprehensive physical on top of her routine dose of medication. Wouldn’t it make sense to tell us our dog is overdue for a few vaccines, specifically inform us when asking if she had a heartworm test elsewhere? When you required the COMPREHENSIVE physical? Inform us that it appears she is OVERDUE and that you need records from elsewhere as that is the only way you can proceed at this moment. I’m not sure why it’s difficult to take responsibility for asking a client for comprehensive physical but not discussing the overdue components. Unless incompetence is the issue? The provider, specifically Dr. Benedetti, was extremely rude and nasty on the phone, and when called ‘’ma’am” politely, she corrected us with “it’s doctor” - what is the point of that? What “doctor” finds that necessary? Why not just take responsibility for not mentioning this in any DIRECT way. Learn from this as an opportunity to better communicate things that are OVERDUE and in general because talking to clients in a condescending manner is not it. We spend a lot of money taking care of our dogs, therefore we expect a vet to stay on top of informing clients of what the animal is in need of. Would not recommend this vet, unless you’re LOOKING FOR both incompetence and unprofessional communication skills. There is definitely an “i’m right, you’re wrong” mentality with this provider, defensiveness and lack of listening skills with clients.

I have been a client of Clark for over 20 years. I recently had an issue with one of my dogs that I had major concerns.They were able to get me in and do a complete physical and confirm that everything was OK. 4 months ago I had to say goodbye to my 11.5 yr boxer and they were absolutely awesome. I know that I say I am only a client but I know that I am more part of a family.

I feel that my anxious dog Pepper will be cared for well by the staff of Clark animal care!

My cat was at Buffalo emergency twice this week, and they were able to get me in within 24 hours for a recheck appt and then again the next day when I thought he’d gotten blocked again. I only waited a few minutes before being put into an exam room. Everyone I dealt with was very kind and knowledgeable. They were also very kind and empathetic with all of my concerns.

They are very kind and I love how they treat our pets.

We were treated very well. I am very comfortable taking my cat to Clark ACC. More importantly, Vinnie is very happy with the care he receives.

Just completed the annual check up for our mini dachshund by Dr. Benedetti. The vets, techs, and staff at Clark are competent and caring. We have been going there for 30+ years and will continue taking our pets there in the future.

Dr. Tandle is the best most down to earth Veterinarian I had ever had for my dogs. She is amazing.In a high traffic office, the staff at the front desk is very professional and kind.

Office staff is always professional and friendly. The techs and doctors give practical advice in terms I understand. Our pup is a big girl and they always go the extra mile to let us know about any cost that might be excessive. The support staff is fantastic and they are always willing to help with anything I need.

Disagreed with vet on how to care for one of my animals, attempted to have discussion with them. Even went so far as to admit that yes, part of the issue was me not paying attention to detail. Instead of having a civil conversation, I was ridiculed for calling the “doctor” “ma’am” during conversation and received a letter telling me I am not longer a good fit for their office.

All staff were great. Caring and informative. Listened to my concerns. My only negative comment about this practice is that all of their procedures and visits are priced higher than other vets I’ve been to. I know that this practice is now part of a conglomeration, so that might be the reason. I also get the feeling that they always try to up sell everything. They are not pushy about it, but they are definitely not old fashion vets. The quality of care is great and they really love the animals.I think the business side of things get in the way sometimes. Everything else is great. I highly recommend them.

I recently brought in my two dogs for their yearly visit. We were seen right away. As always staff were friendly and helpful. Love Dr Benedetti.

I was so lucky to have found Clark Animal Care last year when virtually no other bet was seeing new patients due to the pandemic. Almost all the vets are now part of large corporate groups and even though Clark is no longer independent, their staff still behaves as if they are. They were wonderful when my cat was first diagnosed with diabetes adjusting dosages until his blood glucose was stable. I took the same cat back this week for a troubling cough and was shown care and professionalim. The whole staff is great. We parents of fur babies are just as concerned for our four legged children as the two legged ones. And so are the people at Clark. I hope they never change the way my former practice did when acquired by a group.

Great care and friendly staff at Clark Animal Care Center. We like that there is never a wait to see the doctor and the vet tech was knowledgeable and good. Thankfully we have never had to bring our dogs into the office for an emergency visit but it is good to know that I trust the staff and doctors at Clark. I never feel like they are trying to pad the bill, by saying my dogs need more care or expensive treatment. My one issue is sometimes I have felt rushed when the vet is in the room, although I hesitate to say it is solely the vets issue as there are times I should be ore assertive. Over all we have been taking our pets to Clark animal care for 20 years and we are happy with the services provided.

I was pleased with the service we received when we took our 2 cats for a wellness exam. Dr. Grankowski was wonderful with our cats and it was obvious she enjoyed her work.

The doctors and staff are the best. My wait time was virtually non-existent. Dr. Kiley is really compassionate and caring. She asks questions, listens, and is not in a rush to get in/get out. The quality of care provided by Clark Animal Care Center is THE BEST!!!

Been going to Clark since 1991 and wouldnt go anywhere else. I was out of state for 10 years and was thrilled to return to them when I got home. Theyve been so helpful with all my pets over the years. Especially so this year. My dog, Woody, got into some serious issues. Dr. Kiley and the whole staff was so responsive. Our kitty, Buzz, saw her this week. He was relaxed and calm as could be (except for the car ride)...

I called the office to obtain radiographs and Tina and the staff were very helpful and went the extra mile to locate records from 7 years ago! This information was very helpful for the current care of my pet and I so much appreciate Tina and the staffs thoroughness to not only find the records but to forward the records were they needed to go and keep me informed throughout the entire process. A big thank you to Clark Animal Care Center for their friendly, responsive and professional service!! Its people like this that make the difference in the lives of our pets and in our peace of mind.

Dr. Cooperman is excellent. She has been very thorough w my dog. Very honest with everything that was going on with my dog and although it wasnt what I wanted to hear because I would love my dog be around forever. She gave me options for the next step for my dog while thoroughly explaining the conditions of my dog. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming as you walk in door. Im grateful for having found this place. The prices are very reasonable.

I have been going to Clark Animal Care Center for 11+ years and have always been very pleased with the amount of care my dog has received as well as the cleanliness of the building. Lola, a Doberman, with many health issues, including a bleeding disorder has been well taken care of by all the doctors and technicians. I feel as though the doctors understand that Lola is a part of my family and they always give me the best possible advice as well as explain to me any and all options when diagnosing.The receptionists are very welcoming and helpful when I call for an appointment, to get a refill of Lolas medications, or to ask a general question. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else for veterinary care and Lola surely enjoys her monthly trips to Clark Animal Care Center.

I had given an earlier, 5-star review but am changing it because of recent circumstances. While the medical care is certainly adequate ( if you can get an appointment), customer care is not. Over the summer we had some concerns about our dog. She was lethargic and not her usual perky self. Beagles are prone to heart and thyroid disease. We called to speak with our vet to see if we needed to bring her in or if recent tests revealed any problems ( we had never received a copy). We never got a call back. At one point shortly after this incident our dog ate something in our yard and was quite ill. Even though it was during clinic hours, when we called we were told to take her to emergency care. Two weeks ago we noticed nodules in her neck and she was panting a lot. We called and couldnt get an appointment for several days. In the meantime her condition got worse and we ended up taking her to emergency care where the vet diagnosed her condition as advanced lymphoma and we had to euthanize her. The circumstances wouldnt have changed if the vet had seen her, but it would have been nice to be able to go to ones own clinic, although emergency care was wonderful. We called and cancelled the vet appointment and indicated why. We never got a sympathy card or acknowledgement that our dog had passed. The practice also operates in silos. Unlike other clinics weve used, no one but the vet is authorized to answer even the simplest of questions. I would not take another pet to Clarks.

I recently took my cat for her yearly exam at Clarks. I was very pleased with all aspects of her care. I was greeted pleasantly when I arrived. During my appointment, the doctor and vet tech handled my kitty gently and examined her thoroughly. All my questions and concerns were addressed. This is my second pet to have at Clarks and I will keep going back.

Dr Kiley is a fantastic vet, who has a great demeanor with dogs and people. She helped my son and I when we had to put our 13-year-old Aussie down for Canine Lymphoma. Dr. Kiley was sensitive to my son and I need during this sad and painful transition, I only returned to Clark Animal Hospital because of her. We have now a new 8-week-old female Boxer puppy name Bella. Ive been very happy with the continued care of Dr. Kiley for Bella.

My golden retriever had a senior check up recently. Dr. Cooperman was exceptional! She took her time, listened to me, and addressed all my questions. I felt comfortable and confident with my dog’s care. I was a little apprehensive at first because I had to stay in the car and converse via zoom.. but it actually went very well! I could see and hear great. Dr. Cooperman is the best!

Clark Animal Care Center takes wonderful care of our tricolored Cavalier and us (Charlie’s) family. All the staff are friendly and professional. They answer my questions and listen to my concerns. Charlie’s veterinarian is Dr. Cooperman and I can’t say enough positive accolades about her. I’m so thankful for the wonderful care my pet receives at the Clark Animal Care Center.

The doctor spent some quality time with my cat and listened to all my concerns. She also took the time to educate me on health issues to look for as a new cat owner. My cat was treated with a lot of compassion and patience. I highly recommend this practice.

I brought my two 8 month old kittens to Clarke Animal Hospital yesterday to be neutered. The surgery took place in the morning and I picked them up at 5 pm. They were quiet at first but quickly ate and drank and by midnight they were back to their old selves -- chasing each other, jumping on my bed, playing etc. I couldnt believe it!Dr. Whitefield is a gem of a vet. Every experience Ive had with Clarke Animal Hospital has been extremely positive. I highly recommend their professional and loving care to anyone with an animal.

Its always an amazing experience from check in to check out. Staff is fabulous and Dr Benedetti is the G.O.A.T. thank you clark for 9 years of outstanding and thorough care for Samson and 17 years ofSpice before that. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

The life of as a pet owner is really easy especially with Clark Animal Hospital support.. Last night we had to put down our sweet heart and didn’t realize how difficult of a decision it was. Pets are more than just animals but they are family members. My Maggie has her yearly checkups there and the people don’t act like it’s just another pet but they act like this is my pet... I spoke with Dr Benedetti to help with the decision and advice and I felt like I was talking to a close friend or family member. When we took her in last night it was extremely rough on both of us but the technicians that did the paperwork and took Maggie were absolutely relaxing... They were very professional and we know that even though it was crushing our heart it was crushing theirs. I can’t emphasize how great this place is... I thank them for years of service and helping us out with a stressful decision...

Clark Animal Care has always taken care of my cats with love and compassion. Everyone is so nice, and friendly! Even though it is hard no with curbside service, they do their best to provide excellent service. I would not take my precious babies anywhere else!

I started seeing MD Clark many years ago. A wonderful vet. After the new operation opened and MD Clark retired I began to go to Clark Animal Care Center. I have been with DM Wakefield and the other vets for more years then I can count. I have had many animals taken care of by the wonderful vets at Clark. I find that they truly care about your pets as much as you do. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Very professional, knowledgeable, caring crew. Excellent care.

These guys are great! They were so helpful and understanding when my old dog Tyson got sick and eventually had to be put down and have been great since getting my new dog Xena. I see Dr Kiley and she is very knowledgeable doesn’t try to push me on things gives me options and is great with the dogs. If you live in the Penfield/Webster/Rochester area I can’t recommend this veterinarian office enough!

Did a great job on my dogs dental surgery, and he needed a lot of teeth removed. Initial waitlist was longer than I would have like, but I was able to get my dog in a lot earlier than his initial appointment due to a cancellation that came in.***UPDATE ***Feb 2024 – The Zeus Man had to go back for more dental extractions. Dr. Kylie did a nice job.Later in Feb 2024 – Zeus got sick from something (probably eating geese poop) and was throwing up and going to the bathroom. Dr. Christman was nice enough to see him last second and fixed up and now he is doing better.

Yesterday was my first appointment here for my cat Fernando, and I was astounded by how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was. My cat usually hates the vet and gets stressed out easily but he was so calm and cool because of their willingness to make the pets feel warm. Not only are they very reasonably priced but Dr Christman even trimmed my cats nails for no extra charge which i have the hardest time doing on my own. I no longer will dread taking my cat to the vet, couldnt be happier with my experience here.

I’m a fairly new dog owner. They were very fast to accept my pup as a new client and get him seen. Staff is friendly and informative. Scheduling is very easy with a 5 minuet phone call. The office and exams rooms are clean. The waiting area is nice and big. I’m happy with my decision to bring my dog there.

The staff was very affectionate to George, my dog. They put him at ease so fully, that he did not feel afraid and didnt even notice the shot administered.The vet followed George on a proper walk outside to check for a neurological issue I suspected. He does not have an issue. But she listened and truly cared!

Went to bring my two pups in for their comprehensive exams, and had to do it during Covid guidelines (only one person in with your pets). The vet tech, Jennifer was fabulous. She was extremely helpful and very upbeat. Jennifer made the experience seamless. My dogs see Dr Kiley, who is always great with them (and they love seeing her).With times being different during Covid, Clark Animal Care went above and beyond for a great and easy appointment.

We were very pleased and happy to join Clark animal hospital. The Dr was very good and nice it was a great experience. We are very happy we are able to take our dogs there because I know they will be taken care of.

Our experience with Clark and with Doctor Cooperman and all of the staff was very positive. Clark was able to squeeze us in for a broken leg splint replacement despite being full. As an energetic 4 mo old 3 pound dog he had to be sedated and the splint was well done.

My dog was seen very quickly with little to no waiting between check-in and entering the exam room. After meeting with the tech, the Veterinarian came in to examine our dog within 5 minutes. Checking out was an easy, fast process. Highly recommend!!

The girls and I recently visited Clarks for their vaccinations. Its like visiting family when we go. Everyone is so nice and make my girls feel comfortable, me too! They always ask about any changes in their health and reassure me when things are off. We would not take the girls anywhere else. I highly recommend Clarks to everyone and I do. My sisters,my son and two of his friends, my daughter and her friends and they all know the excellent care our furry kids get from the doctors and staff. Love them.

They recommended a treatment for our arthritic cat that has really helped and ha sprobably extended his life. They are patient and will answer any number of questions you have. My family brought our old dog to Clark since 2000 so when we got a new puppy we of course brought him here. Within the first week of adopting him he was super sick and no one could figure out what was wrong. Dr. Kiley was committed to helping Ollie and while Im sure many wouldve given up she didnt & finally found a diagnosis! She was so kind and helpful, we have to come in and call in often and were never made to feel like a bother. They even follow up to make sure he is okay :) Tristen is Ollies favorite and everyone else at the front desk is awesome too. Jordan, Heather & all of the other vet techs are so great as well. Im not sure how we wouldve made it through without everyone here!

In this current age of working during a pandemic, CACC has their appointment process down like a well oiled machine. They were running a little behind from appointment times, but working within social distancing parameters was a priority while taking awesome care of our new puppy. The vet and technician were very personable and professional. I look forward to a good relationship with our new puppy and vet staff!

My first time at Clark and my dog received excellent car from Dr Tandel. She also helped us out in finding a surgeon for an ongoing issue with are sweet dog Oscar. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Euthanasia experience always tough, but Dr. Tandle and the vet techs handled the process with empathy for Bailey and my wife and me. Clark Animal. has cared for all our dogs over the past 30+ years.

We have taken all of our pets here since I was a kid and now I take my dogs here. They are the nicest gentlest vet around. They take the time to explain everything and are very thorough. The techs are great with the animals and Dr. Wakefield is our favorite vet. Our dogs are treated like royalty when they come here.

We had an emergency and were seen as quickly as possible. Our Sophie was treated with the professional care we expect from one of Clark’s Vets and Tech staff who were so gentle and loving. Sophie is on the mend! Thankful 👍❤️

I have used Clark Animal Care center for over 9 years and my experience has always been exceptionally good. Recently, our beloved dog Polly was diagnosed with cancer. I cannot say enough about the highly compassionate and competent care that we received from Dr. Terry Allen and staff. We had to put Polly down after 3 months of being diagnosed, but Dr. Allen was there to give us medical, emotional and dedicated support every step of the way during this ordeal. We will always be grateful to Dr. Allen for her sensitivity and thorough expertise in taking care of Polly... and helping us in so many ways through that difficult time.

I turned to Clark Animal Center with a rather complex issue and my dog and I were met with nothing but kindness and professionalism. From the admin staff, to the vet techs, to the veterinarian(s), my experience was 100% positive and I cant say enough good things about this clinic.I was working with Dr. Benedetti specifically to resolve my pets issue and she was an absolute pleasure. As I mentioned, it was a bit complicated, but Dr. Benedetti was always patient, helpful, and extremely warm, which during my stressful time, was very comforting. Her gentle disposition made even my spastic dog feel relaxed (which is quite the feat).The staff in general are just very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. No question insignificant, and always on hand to clarify anything.A special shoutout to the admin staff too - they rock! I had to get several documents faxed into the office and out of it and the admin girls were always on top of it! Calling me if something hadnt come in/couldnt get out. Wonderful customer service through & through.The clinic is also very clean and welcoming for both pets and humans. Treats for the dogs (and cats too I assume) and complimentary coffee/beverages for guests to make the visit even more enjoyable.Five stars 100%!

We are loyalists of a different local veterinarian, and we’re referred here for some imaging tests. They welcomed us with open arms, and even let me gab on and on about what’s going on (doggy condition that is).Still, they treated us like we’ve been going there for years. Great crew.While the end result was quite unfavorable (the imaging results were NOT good in any way), I obviously can’t hold nature against them. I mention that part because, with no possible idea that things were as bad as they actually are, they treated us no different whether the end result was serious or routine. I’ve been elsewhere, where they only seem to care when things are grim. With no possible way of knowing an outcome (and not having the medical history), they still treated Zelda with dignity and respect (frankly, I care more about how they treat my dog than me, lol).

The team always takes the best care of my little guy, and provides me with all the info I need to keep him healthy. Much appreciated.

We read reviews for a few different veterinarians, and were impressed with their reviews, so decided to try them out. The first couple of visits were very pleasant. Staff were very nice. Today we went to have our dogs ears and eyes checked out. We were given a prescription for drops. The instructions told us to put four drops in each eye. I was a bit confused because I was sure that they were supposed to be for his ears. I looked up the medication to see what it was for and it said it was for ears. I called the office to double-check what the drops were for. I was told that they were indeed to be used in his ears. The doctor didnt even come to the phone to talk to me herself, but sent a tech instead. The tech told me that the veterinarian apologized for the typo, and said that she had just come out of surgery and was tired, this was the excuse for the error!! Wow! Really??? I was horrified! This could have gone wrong in so many ways. It brought to mind the incident When a patient went to the hospital to have the right foot removed, yet the doctor removed the left foot, stating that he was very tired and must have misread it! Also, the girl at the checkout window was quite rude and snappy. Needless to say, we will never bring our animals there again and will discourage anybody else from bringing their animals there too.

I was referred to Clark from a resident in my building. Dr. Christman and the staff here are very friendly and respectful. Our dog has a life threatening and rare disease, which other doctors not only didn’t help with but totally missed the diagnosis. She has been thriving under Dr. Christman’s care. She is thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. So glad we found Dr. Christman.

I cant say enough good things about Clark Animal Care and Dr. Christman and Amber. My 1 year old puppy was sick and we had no idea what was wrong. She was able to see us that day, then they called every day over the weekend including on Dr. Christmans day off to check in and follow up. She approached this step by step to figure out what was wrong instead of jumping right into xrays and others things. I am grateful of the genuine care she showed and my dog is all back to normal!

This is the best animal hospital we have ever found. Our Shepard had a serious problem requiring oral surgery and our vet (Fairview) gave us an appointment six weeks out. Clark saw us that Saturday and performed the surgery on Wednesday. Dr. Kiley is compassionate and explained the issues associated with the surgery and our dog’s prognosis clearly and concisely. Also, the cost of services was very reasonable.We have a new Vet!

Their staff is knowledgeable, kind and so patient with both of my special needs kitties (one is blind, the other has extreme anxiety). They were also incredibly supportive when my old pet died. Its location is inconvenient, but they are well worth the drive.

Dr. Christman was very thorough in her examination of my dog Teddy. She knew his previous medical history. She prescribed an antibiotic and an anti inflammatory. The next day he was back to better than normal. Great service as I was able to get same day service.

We have always had great service, so fast and easy. But the tech did not weigh my little lady and the receptionist said that would happen when they took her in, so I was bummed that I didn’t get a weight on her.

While we are not patients of Clark Animal Care, we were referred over to them to see Dr. Homco for an ultrasound for one of our dogs from our vetinarian. The staff there was great and super friendly. Very clean and no wait time, though it could of just been the day and time we went. Should any of your animals need ultrasound imaging please see Dr. Homco, she was so thorough and we were allowed in the room to be with our pet the entire time as she explained what she saw and why. She travels to a couple area vets to do so. All in all we were happy and would recommend this vet.

The animal Tech was extremely kind and helpful the doctor seems like she was not good with taking care of cats. I explained on Friday to them that she was extremely hard to handle I use the spray to calm her down the feliway and I also gave her some catnip getting her into the carrier was extremely traumatizing for her and me. I got to the vet they evidently didnt even want to get her out of the carrier I asked the doctor how about gloves she said no we dont use them I asked if they could sedate her, they replied NO we cant sedate her! Basically the cat and I mostly the cat was traumatized for the entire day through the night and nothing was done to help her so now I have to try this again with another vet. They couldnt do anything for the cat. I guess Im confused I thought that if you brought them to veterinarian clinic they should know how to take care of cats? Also, Im not very pleased with the center. Im happy that they got me an appointment but the appointment never happened

Definitely recommend. Ive taken 5 dogs there. I have 2 favorite Drs . I recently had to say goodbye to one my fur babys. They were so thoughtful. Even a hand written sympathy card from the Dr. .

They live up to their reputation. They have taken excellent care of my dog, and they dont nickel and dime you the way my previous vet did. Their prices for everything are completely reasonable and the care is top notch.

Dr. Allen is amazing. I visited vet after vet of trying to diagnose my Boxer a few years ago, she was the only one who found the problem. I now see her with my new puppy. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful.

They are very caring and considerate of your needs. I had a dog with diabetes and Dr Cooperman was great. I now bring my 5 year old Shih Poos there. My dogs enjoy going to the vet!

They are a very well-run practice, and their fees seem to be reasonable and in line with expectations. It’s a good 20 minute drive for us, but we feel like we’re in very good hands with the doctors and staff there. We are highly satisfied.

Took my bird there and my puppy. Bird doctor no knowledge at all and not very good at handling my bird to get checked up. She ended cutting his wings even when i told her not to because we have cats. Clipped them awfully. Then for the puppy, made us go once for 4 months and charged us for vaccines + regular visits the three times $140 each! Worst is that they didnt even give the pills or the flea med on him. They gave my husband the baggie with everything he has to do. The fourth time, i asked why were they charging the extra $50 as a routine check up visit if they suppose just to charge for vaccines and then they didnt charge for that visit. What about the other ones? And what if I wouldnt ask about the extra charge? The only thing i love about that place was the cockatiel they have and that it was pretty clean.

My boyfriend and I love bringing our kitten Peanut here, our vet loves him just as much as us and is adorable to watch play with him. I feel 100% comfortable going here very clean, friendly, and educated. I recommend them to everyone!

I appreciate the covid rules, but sitting in the parking lot for over an hour while my pet is in the facility was not comfortable or easy. More communication is needed to know what is happening. It would have been nice if the first dose of medicine was giving by the vet. They did not inform me the medicine needed refrigeration

Clark Animal Care Clinic is wonderful! They really care about the animals and your experience. They are flexible with appointments, hours of operations and they call you to follow up after appointments. We even board our dogs there when going on vacation.

Always friendly and professional and accommodating. Vet listened and took appropriate tests and overall was very pleasant. No complaints. Got in on emergency appt and am thankful.

Dr. Christman is the best! Having some trouble with our kitty and she is extremely compassionate and caring: has even called from home on her days off to check on kitty! When we call the office with questions, a doctor always calls back right away with answers.

This is the best vet office, we took my childhood Shih-Tzu here for 15 years. Dr. Allen is the most compassionate, knowledgeable, and hard-working vet Ive ever met. If she doesnt know the answer to something, shell do research. She appears to work late and never rushes you off the phone when calling you to update on your pet. Putting my Shih-Tzu down was the hardest decision I ever had to make, but she was right there with us and made it as painless as possible for him. She is now my vet for my two high maintenance Bengal cats and always treats them with patience and understanding. I would recommend the kind staff at Clark Animal Care and Dr. Allen to anyone with a pet.

I have taken my puppy here and Dr Christman for a year now and just did a neutering. The people couldnt be nicer and they truly care about my dog. My experience has been positive.

I’ve never had a problem with Clark animal care center until I recently had to euthanize my dog through them. Clark didn’t make the process easy for my family and I. When we went in to put him down they had to sedate him but they didn’t really explain what to expect. They just said he would get tired and go to sleep. It was extremely traumatizing to see my dog walking around the room trying to hold himself up and then drop to the ground and violently shake his head for minutes before he went unconscious. His eyes were bloodshot and he look terrified. I wasn’t expecting to see that and to make matters worse as I was walking out the door there were people in the back room laughing at something that they were watching. Most places have something out saying to be respectful and quiet because someone’s putting their pet to sleep, but the fact that the staff were being loud and laughing made the whole process for me even harder. I asked the staff what he would come back in and they told me he would be in an urn in a wooden box. I went to pick up his ashes and he was in a yellow tin can. The tin can didn’t even have a bag on the inside so I could transfer him to something different, he was just poured right in. Not one person I’ve talked to has had that happen. Not to mention he wasn’t even in a wooden box. It was a cardboard box that was supposed to look like wood. If they would’ve told me that before, I would’ve brought something in for him to be put in. However, the worst thing for me was when they told me that they lost his paw print. The only thing to remember my dog by, the only thing I have left of him, they can’t find. It’s been a week now and they still haven’t found it or called me yet and something tells me that they never will. They have put my family and I through so much and made the euthanization process for us awful and I never want to experience anything like that again or have anyone go through what I went through. The whole process was upsetting and traumatizing. It’s almost like they’re just doing their job and that they have no sympathy for anyone. I really hope they find his paw print, it’s the one thing I have left to remember him by.

We waited awhile for someone to acknowledge we were there. We were pressured into getting vaccines for our dog after saying no multiple times. Considering changing vets.

My dog became ill Friday evening; I was able to get an appointment Saturday morning. The doctor was good about communicating with me while Lilly was being examined and she is doing much better today.

Dr. Kiley gave me good info regarding my senior cats care. The appointments were quick and the vet tech was great about transporting two carriers in the cold and dark for an evening appt.

Misdiagnosed my female dog as having pyometra and said she needed a special hormone injection that they did not have (fortunately ).They charged me $277.00 for visit, bloodwork and 10 antibiotic pills that were not needed. When we left Clarks we searched for a vet who had the hormone we were told we needed! Hilton animal hospital had the hormone and took us right in. They retested blood and gave her a complete and thorough exam with ultrasound and concluded that there was nothing wrong with the dog other than a slightly elevated white cell count that was normal for a dog in heat.The bottom line was clark misdiagnosis, $277. Hilton animal hospital $150. With correct diagnosis. Dog is doing better. Would not trust them with my dogs health anymore!!

They have all the Covid protocols. You just call when you arrive for your appointment and when theyre ready, the will call you and meet you at the door with your pet(s). Checkout is just as easy. Ones the doctor is done, s/he will call you with whatever impressions, etc.
