Spoiled Rotten Doggie Day Spa

I had been going here for a few years and had enjoyed our grooming experience with Colleen. I received a call ahead of an upcoming appointment that she is no longer with them and would not be able to accommodate appointments. After my original post they did end up calling me back to offer an appointment. We will see how things go and Ill update my review.

Super happy with this groomer! We went here for our 2 year old golden who has never been groomed on recommendation from a friend with a golden that goes here. Charlie looked like a show dog on pickup. Hes horrible with his nails and I was super nervous about leaving him knowing how wiggley he can be. When I picked him up he was a happy dog and looked and smelled amazing. Well be coming back again!

My dog is very anxious and does not like strangers. Colleen was fantastic with her and now she runs into the place, lays down for Colleen to give her a belly rub. No problem here and Colleen does a great job.

Very disappointed in this business. We have been taking our dog here for a couple of years. When I arrived for our appointment I was informed our normal groomer is no longer with the business and my appointment was cancelled by the owner. I never received a call or message ahead of time to inform me of the cancellation. To top it off I was told the existing groomers are not taking in any new clients. Very disappointed!

Our Border Collie Star loves to be spoiled rotten by Loren. He knows he will be treated with tender loving care the minute he charges through the door. Couldn’t think of a better groomer to take care of our special pups.

We have now taken both of our Bernedoodles here and have loved our experience so far! The cuts are adorable and really fairly priced. We have tried many other local groomers and are very thankful we found this spot!

Ruthie is a gem! She does a beautiful job grooming both of my shih tzu dogs and I am always thrilled with the results. I highly recommend Spoiled Rotten!

We took our bernedoodle puppy here for his first groom & it was amazing! Friendly staff, reasonable prices, & quality work. Lauren did a great job & we will definitely be back.

Have been taking my goldendoodle here for a few months. She is groomed once every 4 weeks. I was told she had to be shaved due to some matting around her neck/collar area. Naturally, I was hesitant to shave her mid-January with the cold temperatures we have been having. Our groomer told us we were welcome to get a second opinion, and if we needed to come back for a shave to just call. I decided not to shave her (which was a mistake) and did not end up getting a second opinion. When I called Spoiled Rotten back to schedule, they informed me they removed my dog from the client list, and would no longer service her. After reminding them that they offered to see her again, they stated they were doing me a favor in the first place, and would not service her again. Very unprofessional. They do a great job grooming and were great with my dog. Very disappointing.

We just moved to the area and my mother in law recommended we visit Lauren here to groom our 1.5 year old Goldendoodle. He had his first full groom today and we couldn’t be happier! He warmed right up to her and she gave him his cut just as I requested. We’ll definitely be back every 5-6 weeks for our regular grooming sessions.

Ruthie has been super for us. Our little buddy Harpo always looks great after a visit. Shes flexible and easy to work with. These ladies do a great job.

They usually do a good job with my dog. The last groomer who tried to work with my dog scared her (we hadnt seen her before) and when I tried to call last time the message said theyre down a groomer. I hope that woman is gone. But it was impossible for me to get a hold of anyone to make an appointment recently. We decided to go somewhere else.I wish they took credit card.

My dog absolutely LOVES it here!!

Can not say enough on the excellent care they took with our 9 year old Berner as it is difficult for him to stand very long. He has never looked better!!! Highly recommend.

Ive been bringing my little dogs there for years and have always been quite pleased with their cuts. All the groomers seem genuine and caring.

I only love it for my dog Buddys groomer Ruthy.We have gone everywhere she has gone and Buddy is 13 .She really cares..I hope they appreciate what she brings!!!!

Very unreliable service- had to stop going there due to chronic cancellations by groomer for personal problems. Totally unprofessional.

Id like to see if they can take my dog on but Im not getting responses. I tried the get a quote option from their website 2 weeks ago, and left a voicemail 2 days ago. This probably means they cant take anymore dogs and I can understand that, but couldnt they send a quick reply to the quote request telling me this? Pardon the pun, its just a pet peeve of mine when people dont respond.
