Our Doodles always have the best time at Pet Spa Center! One thing I love is seeing the collection of beautiful pups in the front window when I am dropping off or picking up. Generally, drop off is in the morning, and I have the day to do things dog-free until I receive a text that my babies are ready. Based on my dogs behavior at drop off and pick up, it is obvious that they are loved and loved on while they are there, and they always look so clean and beautifully groomed! Like I trust no one else with my hair than my own stylist, I wouldn’t trust my Finn & Gracie to anyone else’s care. Maria and her team are true professionals, as well as being true dog lovers.

Love my girly’s new look every time I take her in for a groom! She’s always happy and calm to see me which makes me feel good that she is in good hands and not fearful. Very respectful team that listens to direction and accommodates our crazy schedule.

I would not consider taking Asha anywhere else. Maria always makes her look adorable and she always goes above and beyond to make things easier for customers. It is such a pleasure dealing with her and her staff. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Ive been taking my now 18 year old dog to Maria for grooming her entire life. When Lily needs bathing and primping, Maria is always there, and does a careful job, especially now that Lily is very old and infirm and needs special care. Lily has always returned looking amazing, the styling takes 10 years off her face, and she prances around the yard showing off her new look. I never have to worry if Lily is being cared for while shes there, and I always get reports of her behavior and how much they love her at Pet Spa.When I needed someone to watch Lily when I travelled, Maria agreed to immediately, and took wonderful care of her, giving her medication and eye drops, treating Lily like one of her own. I was able to go on vacation without a single worry about Lily and Im really grateful for that.

We have been going to Maria for 20yrs. Staff is always friendly and attentive My dogs always look beautiful but most importantly they are always excited to see Maria and her staff. One of my dogs is now 15 yrs old and Marias and her staff go out of their way to make her comfortable and keep her safe.I wouldnt go anywhere else

BEWARE! I took my golden retriever in for a bath AND THEY CHOPPED OFF ALL OF HIS HAIR CLAIMING I ASKED FOR A PUPPY CUT! He lost his beautiful coat! In the winter! He is now a short-haired dog! And they did a horrible job of it at that—it’s all choppy and looks like someone did this to him with their eyes closed. The owner also tried to gaslight me saying I’ve had this done to him before. I’m disabled and cannot bathe him myself, that’s the only reason why I take him there. Seems like they just do what they want with your dog.

I have been a Pet Spa customer for over 10 years. I cant imagine another groomer taking better care of my dogs. The owners & staff are true animal lovers and have, on several occasions, pointed out my dogs health conditions before me or my vet had even noticed! Plus, when I go out of town, they take my dogs to their home to care of them!

No one loves dogs more than these guys! Maria and Marco and the crew are great.They are serious and they know a whole lot about possible ailments that they have taught me. I have been taking my little pooch for 4 years and am always happy at how beautiful she looks when she comes out. They even do overnight boarding if needed, which I have also used.

I was there to pick Smokey up, stuff was helpful and polite, Opened the door and talked to me as costumer that knows how to choose the best for our dog. Thank you Pet Spa for the wonderful job with Smokey Peteira.

Truly a pet spa for dogs.....Maria is talented at grooming and extremely compassionate. My dogs leave looking gorgeous, while I am confident they were cared for with kindness.

I take cedes all the time and she loves to be there. They go above and beyond for my dog and it’s one of my dogs favorite places. I also took my previous dog that passed away and she loved that place so much.

Awesome spa! Charley loves it there... MARIA and her brother are kind compassionate dog lovers. They are great and so is their staff.. I️ highly recommend.

Love this place Maria the owner is so good with the animals. My Mickey comes out looking and smelling like new and we love his bandannas that he gets when we pick him up. Great service friendly staff and love them

No spa here!! DISGUSTING place to take your pet. Took my dog only to get her back smelling like urine!!! They sprayed her with so much cologne to mask the smell. Place smells like urine.I was mortified the owner contacts me 7 months later and accuses me of not sending payment. Thank goodness I had record of payment to prove I paid. Maria De Martins is AWFUL!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE person to deal with.Be smart and don’t take your pet here

I’ve been taking my dog here for yrs and I just got a new pup and Marie is the best my dog is nervous and she is so good with her , her cut is always beautiful and she smells so good for weeks I’ve been to numerous places in the city and in westchester this is definitely the best.
