Great experience! The process was expedient and meticulous. Sun requested copies of my puppies vaccinations, they weighed her and asked me detailed questions about what I wanted her cut to look like. Before they took her to bath they played with her and you could see her become very comfortable. The wash and cut took 2 hours exactly! They texted me photos of her when she was finished and I am thrilled with her cut, its exactly what I asked for. I have allergies and am very sensitive to fragrances and they were certain to honor my request. When I arrived, my puppy was playing. I could see that she was comfortable. I had a great experience and will be back!

I recently took my puppy to Chouchou-pup for grooming, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! My dog is sensitive to strong scents, so I really appreciated that they offer a mild scent option—something I couldn’t find at my previous groomer. The shop is small but professional, and they made my dog feel right at home, spending time with her after grooming, which made me really happy.You can tell the owner and staff truly love dogs, which gave me peace of mind leaving my pup in their care. I prefer a grooming style that’s more about keeping my dog looking clean and comfortable without cutting it too short. Other places never seemed to get it right, but Chouchou-pup got it just right, and my dog seemed so relaxed and happy afterward.I’m lucky to have this place in my neighborhood, and my dog actually pulls me toward the shop every time we walk by. :)Even if I lived far away, I’d say it’s totally worth the trip.Highly recommend!!

My Dog, mochi looked fantastic & treated with Care. Sung was very friendly. Patient & gentle with my dog. I’ve tried several times groomers, this by far the best. Price are very reasonable. Highly recommended

The care and service provided here are absolutely phenomenal. The staff is exceptional, keeping me updated with texts and photos throughout my pups stay. My dog usually takes a while to warm up to new people, but they gained her trust in less than a minute.While the price might seem high, its a worthwhile investment for your dogs well-being. My pup returned home smelling great and, most importantly, stress-free. I highly recommend their services

Amazing staff! My dog can be very shy and even anxious with new people/places but the staff here really made an effort to play with her and make her feel comfortable before they got started. They have great attention to detail — her haircut is exactly what I asked for. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

My beloved groomer of years moved locations a bit too far from me - so I thought to try out a new place nearby! I am super happy with how they treated him, and me, and they followed all my instructions! My dog is a very nervous dog, but he was very at ease with the employees! Dao was amazing, my dog has never looked so good. The best groomer ever! She was so patient and kind with Kobe. Hes such a difficult, nervous, and noisy pup but she made him look so handsome and cute no matter how difficult he was being! Thank you so much Dao! A miracle worker.

This is a new dog grooming establishment in Rego Park Queens. Due to low reviews I wasnt sure if this is the right grooming place for ourr two Shih-tzus. I cant tell you enough how happy my wife and I and my daughters were with the washing and grooming they did on both of our dogs. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! I definitely recommend this place and I will definitely bring back my dogs.

Was my first time here for grooming services and they did an amazing job! Since it’s colder I wanted to keep his length a little longer and they did a beautiful job of accomplishing that. They even gave him a little bandana 💕

My 15 lber has a really unique coat, very corded, the salon did a fantastic job and my dogs who have separation anxiety were very comfortable and relaxed there after only a few hours. thank you so much for your beautiful and careful work!!! This will be my groomer for as long as they are open!

I booked an appt with this groomer and was very pleased with the service, I picked up my dog and saw he looked wonderful and happy. I will definitely book other apps for my other dogs.

Really nice experience. I have a nervous dog who is very attached to me. The nice people at the establishment were very loving to my pug. They played with him prior to the grooming to make him comfortable and afterwards they sent me pictures of his time there. Good price and they have a punch card system for further discounts.
