Have gone here for years. Super nice, reasonable price for the service. Great groomers! Recommend

Petar is an amazing groomer at the Metropolitan Avenue store. All the the Grooming employees know my dog and are very caring. They are all very caring responsible and make my dog feel extremely comfortable.

Staff refused the use of the bathroom more than twice in separate occasions. When confronted that its illegal to do that, they pretend to not hear it and totally ignored me. Oh well, filing a complaint now to the state and authorities. Oh and I am a customer.

Forest hills petco location is the best!!! The groomer to see is Emerald and the manager to see if you need help is Daniel. They are the friendliest and most professional petco I have been in and me and my dog Fendi love love love them!!!

Horrible experience the stylist cut my dog ear which I had to take him to pets emergency hospital and they give him stitches. Right now my dog is on a lot of pain. Please take care of your pet and make sure where you take them.

Very upset with the grooming department. My dog was there for 4 hours and I never got a text saying he was ready. Only that they were delayed at the 3 hour mark. I just decided to go get him.I’m seriously disappointed. A lot of hair in his paw pads, on his legs and around his paws , around his head/ left unfinishedBut also he looks horrible. Emerald - you overbooked yourself today. And Potato paid the price.

From start to finish Brianna is Seamuss very best favorite groomer of all times! She does a wonderful job on his cut, in spite of his doodle dancing! She listens to what we want done, asks pointed questions about his overall health, and offers her expert knowledge freely! Anyone would be lucky to take their dog or cat to her for their grooming!

I don’t do this but I made an appt for grooming. I tried communicating with 2 employees both whom seemed upset I asked questions. I waited in grooming area 15 minutes with no sign of anyone. I called the number while I was there no 1 answered. I go back upstairs and ask a girl and greeted me with absolute nasty attitude. I simply wanted to speak to someone on update for my dogs grooming. The appt is 1pm and it was 130 with no sign of anyone or any info on how long it will take to see someone. Don’t go here. They keep your dog in a tiny cage unattended while crying when I looked through the glass. I will never use this petco ever again

I was nervous taking my wheaten terrier to get groomed at Petco because of the stories you hear about Petco and how the grooming is just horrible, but I took a chance and I’m glad I did… Pedro was Puchi’s groomer and I gave him a picture of what I wanted and he nailed it !!! What an awesome job he did 😊

Petar/Pedro is a very skilled and patient groomer. He is extremely professional and has excellent communication skills. Our dog, Seaver, a goldendoodle… loves him! We have been his client for over two years. We are grateful for his expertise and appreciate his gentle and kind treatment of our pup.

Emerald honestly cares about my senior dog and shows a lot of love towards him. He is never nervous there so I trust he feels safe with her.

She took the time time to make a connection with my pup to make sure she was comfortable and trusting of this new experience. She has a lot of love for her furry clients. My pup was one happy dog when I picked her up and she looked amazing!

So they banned my puppy from getting groomed there because he was not cooperative when he was three months old. Crazy!

I find the staff at the Rego Park location very friendly and professional. I the grooming service is particularly special, since I started my four month Young puppy there for grooming. Your associate, Emerald is terrific! Emerald is gentle and kind with the dogs and listens to all my concerns before she grooms my pet. The results each time I have taken my puppy have been amazing.

The staff were not too helpful with helping me find what I needed and the salon staff were not too clear about what to do to make an appointment there. Needs to be more organized and attentive to customers needs. The vet was careful with taking care of the pets at the establishment.

Ordered online for delivery and was sent a email one item was not in stock. I immediately called the numbed provided and spoke to a woman and asked if I could replace it because i had to feed my mothers dog and couldnt go out myself to get something else. She said no that wasnt a option , so I proceeded to tell her to cancel the whole order. She said it would be. I get a email that my order is being delivered. I check and its only one item. I called back the number and they told me there is nothing they can do other then to tell the delivery person to bring it back. I wouldnt do that simply because the delivery person can just take the food home to their pet and say it was delivered. Not worth the aggravation. I called the store in my area where the order was placed figuring I could cancel it there. First time I call I get disconnected after waiting fora extended period of time . I called back , followed the prompts to be connected to customer service , again. I waited for over 5 minutes only to have someone pick up and say grooming ! I know what I dialed and it wasnt grooming. The woman tells me I need to call back again and connect to customer service.The way this has all been handled is horrendous ! Not only do they not take their job seriously they really dont care about what they are doing while being paid by a company that boasts such great customer service. Its either employees that arent trained correctly , or management that isnt into of their employees performance or its just lousy management. I think its all the above.Never again.

Great groomers caring sweet did a great job but the service cost almost 60% more then I was quoted online.

I loved the way my dog stylist treat my dog, so she was able to do her job and my dog left her do it. The only thing I was disappointed because I wasnt able to use my Vital Care benefit for Nail Trim because it was along with buffing, they should charge separate, so I will pay the difference only.

Everyone at Petco are always very helpful, knowledgeable and interested in my dog. They are accommodating with scheduling. My dog is always happy to see them and looks/smells great when they are done with him.

The guy who did my dogs nails was careful, polite with me and my pup, and gave me tips on how to maintain his nails at the salon. It was also super easy to book the appointment with the salons manager

Super high prices. Contacted them for a bath price and they were more than our regular groomer for a full groom.

Briee has been Rockys groomer since last year and she has always been so great with him. Rocky gets anxiety and she helps to calm him for the time he is with her, she is a hard worker and always has the best interest for Rocky.

The team is so warm and helpful! It was my first time using a groomer and I didnt know what to expect. I will happily come back and use the team at Rego Park for all my grooming needs!

My pets groomer is fantastic, she obviously loves animals and does such a great job even with my younger dog Max who I know can be difficult to deal with!

I really donot want them to shave whatever. I think i should have choice they charge me 50 dollars extra for no reason j donot want package i just want cut and bath not cool dishonest
