Master Quality Grooming

Don’t come here. The grooming is done in a small room surrounded with barking dogs in cages maybe 5 feet away from the grooming table.Very unprofessional feel here, and such a stressful situation for the dogs.The groomers assistant kept talking about how she trains dogs and does such a good job and I need to hire her, but she doesn’t realize the horrible environment they subject someone’s pet to.Definitely won’t be returning.

I brought my dog here for the first time the other day and he came home with cuts and scrapes all over him. i get grooming animals can be difficult at times but this has never happened all the times i have gotten him groomed. never again. extremely upset. attached is some of the many cuts/scrapes.

I know I am not alone when I say that I get very nervous/uncomfortable dropping my dog off for grooming. There is always a bit of unknown and I always feel guilty when I see how scared my boy, Ed looks as I leave him. With that said - Lynn and Cheryl do the absolute most to make the visit as comfortable and relaxing as possible for both my dog and myself.Not only did the haircut come out perfect, but I received constant updates about how he was doing throughout the day while I waited for Cheryl to finish up. On top of the excellent care, compassion, and quality of the haircut - Cheryl knew that I am going through a bit of a hard time at the moment due to an injury and she adjusted the charge accordingly. I could not believe how kind and professional they are.No question that I found our forever groomer and I will not be going anywhere else again. I would give ten stars if I could. Thank you again Cheryl and Lynn!

Had to share about the great experiences Ive had bringing my two little dogs to Cheryl and her staff. You can tell when a dog has been treated well by a groomer and my guys come out happy and in no hurry to leave! Profressional, caring, considerate and gentle with pets. Reasonable prices and packages too. Ive been looking for a groomer for a while now and Ive found one for keeps.

We brought our 2 dramatic Siberian Huskies in for grooming and a flea bath, they both came back looking amazing. They were really great with our pups, and were extremely thorough. Our wooly/long haired husky had some matting and they did a wonderful job removing the mattes without having to shave him. Cheryl and her assistant had our dogs all day to ensure the best quality grooming session. Definitely coming back, extremely happy customers and pups!

If I could give 0 stars I would…. First time coming here… they told me to drop my dog off at 1 o clock and I didn’t pick him up until 6:30-7. I have never been to a groomer that has done this before. My dog was sitting in a crate the whole day. Unbelievable. The worst hair cut I have ever seen. This sanitary area not shaved at all. My dog looks like a different dog. Told me I needed to come back for a second session… I would never go back EVER again. Terrible terrible terrible. A waste of 100 dollars. I have a doodle.. told me the matting was bad which I agree he was pretty matted but I have gone to different groomers before with the same matting and I have never ever ever experienced anything like this before. I cried my eyes out when I got home. Very unprofessional. Do not waste your time or money coming here. My dog looks like a rat. I can’t even believe the unprofessionalism of this place.

Justin is the most caring and kind groomer my dog has ever had. My dog use to tremble going to the groomer. With Justin she is as relaxed and happy as can be. His attention to areas that need special care such as around small growths as well as his detail to get the desired look we want is perfect. I wish I found Justin years ago and highly recommend him to anyone that cares for their dog as I do.

I have 2 dogs with completely different personalities. My Yorkie loves bath time and my Rottweiler.. not so much. Justin handled both with extreme professionalism and loving care. I was very happy to see my dogs both in good spirits afterwards. Usually they r panting and stressed out. Thanks Justin I will definitely be using you again.

Was a wonderful experience for my aging dog Lucy. Cheryl gave her a medical bath & soaked her feet& Lucy came back happy & relaxed.

Absolutely fantastic!! My dog was very fearful of having her nails cut. Justin took his time and had a lot of patience with her. Now she sits perfect for nail trims. Couldnt be happier!!

Cheryl is an amazing groomer. She takes her time with the animals and really takes good care of them while theyre in her possession. She gives the dogs a really great haircut and I trust her.Its a great shop and I would recommend anyone to there.

Justin is incredibly talented and kind hearted. He groomed my older cockapoo in the last year of her life. She was so relaxed she fell asleep as he cut her hair. He now grooms my 1 year old cockapoo. She is incredibly energetic (wild) and he handles her extremely well. She has a think curly coat and always looks beautiful

Cheryl is THE ABSOLUTE BEST! She comes to my house to groom my not so cooperative yorkie. Shes ALWAYS patient, kind, and gentle with him. Major ALWAYS look ,and smell Great when hes finished. Give her a chance, and you wont be disappointed. Cheryl is top notch!

I made an appointment for Sunday at 3pm today. I made this appointment a week in advance i show up with my dog and the door is locked and lights are off. The hours say 12-5pm and i called the number it went straight to voicemail and my text message didn’t go through and i waited just in case she stepped out. If you are not going to be there don’t book the appointment or atleast let the person know so i don’t waste my time driving there. This made me very mad and i will not be bringing my dog here!
