Petco Grooming

Roseann is so terrific! My dog is always so nervous, and Roseann puts her right at ease. She is just lovely, and they are lucky to have someone who does a wonderful job and is terrific with dogs. I wouldn’t take Cocoa Puff to anyone else.

My dogs were scheduled for April grooming since it was the first availability they had. Jodie called me and offered to get them in sooner before the holiday. They both had baths and one had a haircut. They came home looking and smelling great with awesome Easter bandanas! Truly appreciate Jodie for calling and getting them in 2 weeks early!

A great experience overall. The groomer was kind and attentive to my dogs’ needs and made them feel very safe and fun.

When you first enter the grooming salon, there was quite a bit of dog urine on the floor. Also, hair everywhere. In general looked filthy. I don’t even want to think about how gross the rest of the salon is that customers cannot enter. I worry about my dog getting sick. Cleaning staff needs to do better.

My groomer is routinely excellent and I am very happy with her service but I was due a free session due to it being my 8th visit but it was denied based upon the fact that my visit was overdue though nowhere was I previously advised that it had to be within a certain time frame which I find extremely annoying. I therefore had to pay when I expected my earned free session.

I liked being able to make my appt.early,when there arent a lot of dogs there. My dog gets scared,especially when there are big dogs. I liked that she wasnt there to long as well. I was able to pick her up in a reasonable amt.if time. Thank you! Jodie does a great job!

I was very pleased with the excellent wash and cut for my cockapoo, as well as the timeliness of the reservation. The groomer was professional and friendly with my puppy as well, and made sure she had an excellent experience with her very first grooming appointment. Thank you!

Love Rocky Point Petco. Today I had the pleasure of being helped once again by Jenna V. She is helpful and kind and always has a smile ! Made my shopping there today that much better !

Jodi always does a great job with Jack. He looks and smells great when I pick him up.

Adrianna always does such a thorough job taking care of our two dogs! My little one is skittish but he loves her.

Youre going to want to make an appointment with Jodie. Shes been grooming by bulldog for 4 years now and shes thorough, knowledgeable and most of all, she treats my boy like hes a king!

John was extremely professional, caring, and considerate with McKayla.Very professional and caring with her, and did an excellent job with her, she looked beautiful!

After going to Petco all of these years, we will no longer be taking our dog for grooming. She has long ears and they were all choppy. It is the most awful cut ever.

Everyone is very helpful and welcoming. Jodie did a great job with our puppy.

John in Rocky Point is by far the best groomer we ever used and will be our groomer for here on out.

Remi loves them. Very professional. They know how to handle a 95 pound golden.

Roseanne is wonderful. She goes above and beyond every time. We have been coming for almost a year and every time has been great.

My Luna smelled so good---and her fur was soft as silk. I could tell that the groomer really cared about my dog and made sure that her first grooming experience was a positive one.
