Lorenas Happy Tails Pet Spa And Grooming

This is the best groomer in the world hands-down. I have a really difficult dog he was a rescue he has massive anxiety getting groomed is one of the worst experiences for him ever. I have never met somebody as patient as all of the workers at Lorenas. My little boy can get a little bit nasty And they are just amazing with him. He really is the sweetest little boy but grooming is traumatic for him.

Lorena is amazing. Our french bulldog has a bit of anxiety, so I was a bit nervous the first time we brought her. When I picked Lilly up, she was so happy and was comfortable in Lorenas arms. Lilly also looked and smelled fabulous.

Wonderful experience with Lorena. Not too many places will groom German Shepherds. River loved them.

After reading all the great reviews we decided to bring our standard poodle here for the first time today. Lorena was professional, caring and fast! Our previous groomer would usually have our dog for 4-5 hours (long days for him). All I have to say is he looks and smells great! We have definitely officially switched our groomer! Thank you 😊

Awesome place- I’ve been taking my two cotons de tulears to Lorena’s for a few years and she does an outstanding job with them. I wouldn’t think of ever going anywhere else. Excellent place, very clean, Lorena is consistently patient with the dogs, grooms all dogs right in the open, the process is very visible and transparent, which I also appreciate. Always very polite and very accommodating.Update- My review above was from two years ago. Lorena is still my groomer and I can’t thank her enough for always taking such great care when dealing with my pups. I work in NY and FL and as such, I am traveling quite a lot, my dogs can sometimes go a bit too long between cuts- but Lorena goes above and beyond to accommodate my crazy schedule and make them look their best, even when sometimes I’m sure it’s a challenge! Always a pleasure taking them here.I will add- I remember years ago taking them once or twice to another groomer in the area- when we walked in, they both had their tails between their legs and were clearly frightened. I will never know why they felt this way only upon entering- but I do know that now, even the mention of a hair cut to these little furry rascals, gets their tails wagging and gets them jumping for their leashes. They LOVE Lorena and they LOVE going for their grooming. THAT speaks volumes in my book!Thank you Lorena for always and consistently being fabulous. Xo-Sarah

Lorena was fantastic with our Jack Russel! When we picked him up he was nice and clean AND calm. Service was great as were the staff. Prices cant be beat! A very pleasurable experience! Highly recommend.

Brought my Shih Tzu puppy there today for his first grooming and he came out great. Lorenas prices are very reasonable and the service was super FAST. 45 minutes from drop off to phone call that he was ready. Highly recommend Lorenas Pet Spa.

My dog is very old. He needs special care. Lorena was so gentle. She did such a good job. I can’t say enough good about this experience. If you worry about your dog or you just want the best come to Lorenas. She’s gonna do right by you.

My dogs LOVEEEEEEE Lorena!!!!!! She is amazing!!!!!! They get so excited and start wagging their tails when I see we are going to see Lorena! She is an angel! So calm and beautiful energy! She makes us feel so comfortable!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

Brought my cat here for years. Called to make an appointment and the rude lady in the phone says “we don’t do that” and I said yes your company has groomed my cat for years. She just said we don’t do that. Asked to speak with the owner so maybe she could recommend me to someone who does and the rude lady put her hand over the phone came back and said no we can’t help you. I am very surprise as the owner was always very nice but apparently the company has changed with rude employees and repeat customers are turned away with no care for my animal. I wouldnt bring my animal there ever again even if I had a dog. Just another run of the mill groomers who get too big and heads swell up with the lack of focus on animals. Good luck

Have an almost 10 year old pomeranian that has NEVER been to a groomer. Loren did a great job! Looking forward to going back to keep her looking sharp!

Our dog has been going there for three years and we will never bring him back again. We called three times last week and again twice this week to make an appointment for him. This morning Lorenna told me to bring him at 12:00. When my husband paid the bill she charged an extra $10.00 because she said we didn’t have an appointment! I am appalled that Lorenna would treat a regularr customer this way!

Love the place and the owner is a sweetheart everything you want and more your 🐕 couldnt be in better hands...
