10 stars if I could!!!My dogs know when they are going there and the simple utter of the owners name sends my dogs bonkers!!! They are always cleaned and groomed perfectly. The amount of love that my dogs get at Splash and Dash makes me so happy! Our golden retriever / baby went for his first grooming appt on 12/16. I was so nervous but I could not be more pleased with the results and how handsome my baby came out! They were extremely professional and friendly!

Lilly has been visiting splash and dash every week for a brush out, a bath and teeth brushing for 6 years. She gets so excited when we pull in the parking lot. Susan and the entire staff are dog loving professionals!! I also buy Lillys food and treats from Susan. She Carries only natural top of the line FROMM food! I would highly recommend splash and dash to anyone with a pet!

Zoey is always so well taken care of even though she can be a naughty girl. The staff is wonderful with her. They are always communicative and efficient and let me know as soon as she’s ready.

Murphy went in looking like a total a hot mess and came out looking like a rock star.Splash & Dash is the real deal. Susan’s attention to detail is incredible, from trimming nails to styling the coat. Aside from how good he looked, Murphy came home happy & smelling great too.If you want the best dog grooming with a personal touch, make sure to go to Splash & Dash in St James. We have been coming here for years, and every time the haircuts always look wonderful.As my old girl has slowed down and gotten older and more frail, they are so careful with her every time. And they make her look so young and pretty.Other places I wont name had harmed one of my geriatric dogs in the past during grooming, but everyone here really cares and is so gentle. Thank you for all you do.

Susan and her staff were amazing!!I volunteer with One love Dog Rescue, and at the time I brought in my two foster poodles who were rescued from a puppy mill. They were in rough shape!! They were 10 months old and had lived their whole lives in a crate in a barn so needless to say they were in deplorable condition. The poor pups were all matted up, filthy, and their hair was completely overgrown. Because they had no human interaction, love or kindness, before they were rescued, they were also extremely terrified.Susan greeted us with kindness, warmth and compassion and assured me that they would be well taken care of. Her and her staff were patient, gentle and loving with Max and Ace.When I picked up the dogs, I couldnt even believe that I was looking at the same pups that I brought in that morning. They were well taken care of, clean and cut perfectly in the adorable, traditional, poodle style and they also smelled so good. They each also had an adorable Halloween bandana fastened around their necks.The best, most touching part of all, is that Susan did not charge for their washes and cuts. Her and her staff volunteered their talent and their time out of the goodness of their hearts to help support One Love Dog Rescue and to give back to the universe and to help the dogs that had been so cruelly neglected.I was amazed by the generosity and kindness of Splash and Dash Groomerie and Boutique. If you want amazing service by amazing people, please bring your dogs here for all of their grooming needs. Rocco “ passed away while getting his nails cut” Rocco was a great dog and used to love going to get cleaned up at every other groomer. Why does now he just passes away. Poor care for there dogs that are in the care.We need justice for Rocco#justice4rocco

I took my golden retriever here for the first time today and I couldnt have been more happy with the experience. The owner (I believe her name is Susan) was so incredibly helpful and welcoming. My dog is usually hesitant with new people but loved her from the start. From booking to picking Bailey up she made me feel completely at ease and answered all of my questions. My dog tore her ACL last fall and she reassured me they had support to keep her comfortable since the grooming takes a couple hours and it gets difficult to stand that long as an older dog! Im astounded at the level of professionalism I experienced and its safe to say I wont be going anywhere else from now on. Thank you so much Splash & Dash team!

Splash and Dash is an overall amazing experience! From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you pick up your fur baby! Staff is so friendly and super accommodating. The owner spent some time in the front with our goldendoodle puppy and myself before bringing him in the back. She makes the dog super comfortable. I absolutely loved the cut. I highly recommend Splash and Dash!!!!

Brought our puppy in for his first haircut and he is very shy around new people. He easily adapted to their associates and came out looking wonderful. They did a wonderful job and we will definitely be going back!

Susan is the most caring and wonderful dog person I know. My dog loves spending time there and gets so excited in the car as we pull in to the parking lot. I bring her every week for a bath and she loves it. I am in awe of her when I see people bring in their dogs and she shows them ALL such love and care. I love Splash and Dash❤️

Absolutely love this pet boutique! Ive been going to Splash and Dash for years, and it is by far the most experienced and caring groomer Ive encountered. The owner and staff are extremely compassionate with my anxious terrier, and always offer helpful advice on services and dietary products. I wholeheartedly recommend Splash and Dash to any pet owner!

My dog Clark is a rescue and terrified of new people and surroundings Splash and Dash performed a real miracle with him. He was calm and confident. They did such a good job he came out happy and confident. Even my grandkids remarked on his swagger. He looks like a show dog now

My experience was an excellent one! The groomers (apologizes- cant remember their names) did an outstanding job on both my Yorkie and Morkie. I cannot express enough how affordable, professional and timely a service they provide. Already looking forward to their next visit.

LOOK ELSEWHERE! After 4 hours our puppy did not even receive a hair cut and they advised they would need another 30 minutes. When we asked what was taking so long, they replied we was a “savage”. He is a 6 month old puppy. Very unprofessional interaction.

My Jack picked up a skin Staph infection from this business and when reporting this to the owner, instead of simply apologizing, she blamed it on my dog and denied the mere possibility of this likely occurrence. My dog never had a Staph infection before and went nowhere else but home. Im very disappointed that she did not simply apologize and take necessary precautions. It is understandable that someone could bring their dog in sick and they would not know so I reported it thinking she could take measures to protect other dogs coming in. She emailed me a defensive response and ignored my efforts to talk to them over the phone. This groomery did a great job before this so the 1 star review is for how they handled me informing them of the issue. They have a tough job but they did not handle this properly. Stay away for that reason.

A very friendly staff that pampers my Pomeranian! Ive had issues with other groomers in the past where my dog would be stuck waiting in the groomers all day. Splash n Dash are usually done within a few hours and my dog always looks great.

Thank you so much for giving my big baby, Jude, a wonderful, detail oriented grooming experience! Jude felt very comfy and safe with the staff. He came home fresh and sparkly clean. I appreciate the care and detail you took with my giant boy, he left the boutique quite happy.

I understand that dogs do get matted and you have to cut closer then you normally would. In this instance, they cut the hair so short that they cut down to the skin leaving both sides of my dogs NECK raw and bloody. The cuts were equivalent to the size of a silver dollar. On both sides of the cheeks, you can see where the electric cutter was jabbed into her skin because it left a bloody line similar to the shape of the cutter. Lastly, they also left the outer ears raw and bloody from cutting too close. It took close to *a month* for the wounds to finally heal because my dog was constantly scratching at it due to the itchiness and irritation. Consistently everyday I had to apply Bacitracin Antibiotic Ointment to prevent infection and help it heal quicker. Suzan, the owner, didnt seem concerned enough to even let us know until we brought it to her attention. Her excuse was The dog was matted and we were trying out a new groomer. All wounds to my dog were documented, timestamped with photos. Were not trying to steer business away, we are only trying to make you more aware of the possibilities of what could happen to your pet(s) as well.

My Golden is happy and perfectly groomed. The owner is professional, friendly, and nice. She is very knowledgeable and great with my crazy pup. The staff is kind and responsive. I highly recommend them.

Honestly, IMO the best dog groomer on Long Island NY, they seriously care for ur doggy, have great prices, the amount u get per package is exceptional, 10/10 Always Recommend 🥰🥰🥰.

Avoid at ALL costs. Took my dog here for simple shampoo and came back with extreme trouble breathing. Immediately took to emergency vet and she had so much water in her lungs they had to put her to sleep. This actually happened to me just last week. Im beside myself. Hopefully I can save your loved one as they just killed my best friend and I cant get her back.

Susan and her staff take such wonderful care of Tiffany! She runs in to the store like a child running to play with her friends. She loves them all. Even when she doesnt cooperate with them they love her. Couldnt ask for a better place to bring my baby.

I always feel comfortable leaving my babies in the care of Susan and her staff. I can always expect great service and they are all super friendly. Would definitely recommend going to splash and dash! :)

I bought my 4 year old HEALTHY English Bulldog with no underlying conditions in yesterday for a bath and I receive a call 2 hours later that he died. The medical report attached is from the hospital next to them. As you can see, my dog was already dead when he arrived at the hospital. Our family is devastated and pursuing legal actions against this business. Please DO NOT bring your pet here!!

I trusted the owner with 3 of my dogs to own for 15 years .She is beyond careful , attentive and loving .It is horrible a pet owner of a dog breed bulldog known for a serious genetic defects .Did not keep their dog in good condition and attacked this great establishment before the necropsy report came back /PS the test proved the groomer did nothing . It was genetic .No abuse or neglect or injury .

Another wonderful visit with our special dog. Susan is very patient and I highly recommend. One of the only places my chocolate lab loves to go to.

I understand cats will scratch people and may hurt the groomer during all the services. It’s understandable that when groomer cutting nail that cut the blood line and makes the cat bleeding. But no one in the store tell me about this. I’m so angry about they try to hide it.

I have been bringing my Golden Retreiver there for 3 years. They take such good care of her.

My moms friend went here to have her dogs hair trimmed.She told the lady to not cut to short by the butt.Long story short the groomer cut her dogs hair to short and he was rubbing his butt on the parking lot cement as soon as she left the store....
