Fizzbin loves going to see Charlene, its his favorite place other than home. Charlene is such a sweet and warm caregiver to our little guy. Easy decision if you are looking for a safe and warm place to have your furry loved ones groomed and pampered. 10 stars.

Just had my first experience with A Gentle Touch, and it was perfect! I have a 1 year old cat who has beautiful long soft fur, but gets matted very easily. She doesn’t like to be brushed or trimmed at home so I decided it was best to get her groomed professionally. I’ve never had a cat groomed before, but I’ll definitely be going back. I let the owner decide what cut would be best, and she looks and smells amazing:) You can tell A Gentle Touch cares about every animal they see!

Weve been bringing our dogs to Charlene for over a decade and shes never done us wrong. She gives our dogs not only the best spa days, but the best care as well.

First time. Brought my cat in for a grooming. He was so behaved. They were done in about an hour. Great service! My little guy came home strutting like a king

Vert nice lady, very reasonable rates, and my Kitan he us a much happier & less messy Cat since she trimmed his bottom.

Exactly what it says on the tin: Charlene is a gentle but effective groomer, especially removing mats from my cats coat. Highly recommend!!
