Fat Puppies INN

Lily goes to daycare every Thursday, and is picked up by one of the owners in the morning and dropped back home in the evening. She gets so excited when she sees her “school bus” pull up! She is buckled in safely and we’re notified once she checks in for the day. The physical location is so beautiful! Very clean, and the large windows are the perfect touch for some natural light and for people watchers like Lily. For dogs who love people interaction like Lily, this place is great as employees are always playing with the dogs and giving pets. We love the homemade treats—but not as much as Lily! They’re so cute and she goes crazy for them. I consider myself a worrier with Lily at times because she can be naughty and anxious, but I feel 100% comfortable with Jay and Gabriella taking care of her. Because things have gone so well at daycare, we’ve decided to board her there, where they brought her home with her in the evenings and to daycare during the day. We always get updates and photos, and they are always happy to answer questions in a timely manner. Were so happy we found this place, and highly reccoemnd to any dog parents!

I love Fat Puppies Inn! My dogphew goes there and he has a great time. His mom was very hesitant at first, she never let anyone care for her baby. But I’m so glad she decided to give it a go. It really helps her out and I love the way they treat my KK (dogphew). I watch their instagram stories and get to see him running around all day with his new friends. During the holidays they have food/dinner boxes for our furbabies. A great price and a delicious treat. I always send him something to remind him auntie is thinking about him ❤️. Thank you guys so much from the bottom of my heart.

I cannot say enough positive things about Fat Puppies Inn where I left my one year old Akita Malamute mix baby named Rocky for boarding. We are repeat customers. From the moment I dropped him off, I could tell he was in great hands. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and they ensured that my pup felt comfortable and at ease during his stay.I appreciated the fact that they kept me updated with pictures and messages throughout his time there, which put my mind at ease knowing he was having a great time. The facility itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for the dogs to play and socialize.When I picked up my furry friend, he was happy, healthy, and seemed genuinely relaxed. I could tell he had a fantastic time during his stay. I will definitely be bringing him back for future boarding and would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of a safe and loving environment for their furry family members. I am so happy I found Fat Puppies Inn!! I needed boarding for my two dogs for 4 nights, 5 days. A few days before one of my dogs became temporarily paralyzed due to a vertabrae disc issue. He could walk but limped a little and needs about 6 weeks to heal. I thought they would never be able to board him (and it was urgent that I needed it). The owners were wonderful! They kept my two babies separated from the other dogs and restricted him from running around or walking too much. They administered his medication. They sent me pics of them laying on their blanket and videos of them during the day. They took such a load off my shoulders! They really care not just for the dogs but their parents. I recommend this place so highly!!!!

This is doggy heaven. Not only do you receive the best care but the best training. I asked the owner for help on being able to train one of my furry babies before embarking on a trip to California. I had three weeks but he did not doubt me, I was willing to put in the work and he helped me through every step. Now I am able to take her everywhere and she is always by my side. I’m coming back with my two boys for training without a doubt.

Fat Puppies Inn did a great job boarding my dog for 3 weeks! I never left my dog alone for more then a day so leaving for 3 weeks seemed like a nightmare but Gabriella and her Staff made sure to update me constantly about how he was doing and even video called me despite the time difference. My dog had a ton of fun and came back to me the same happy dog he was! I definitely recommend Fat Puppies to anyone looking for a trustable boarding facility. I will definitely be coming back!! This place is amazing. I’ve picked up my dog nephew a few times and he is always having the time of his life with the staff and the other doggos.Gabby and her team are very friendly, patient and caring. They make sure to keep a safe and clean space for the doggos. Their team is so creative, they have different events to keep the doggies entertained from Dog Birthdays, to Olympic Games, Tennis Ball Day. I always see something different on their IG Story. You’ll also have access to the dog cam if you want to check up on your baby.If you’re thinking about leaving your dog with them, I highly recommend . Your fur baby will be well taken care of.If your dog’s bday is coming up and you’re thinking about getting a cake or throwing an entire party ? This is the place to go. Their dog cakes, cupcakes are the cutest and their bday parties are great play dates for your dog.

Jay is amazing! Hes been walking cane corso Mia for a year and has been phenomenal in building a relationship with her. He goes above and beyond to make sure shes comfortable. My dog is scared of people and everything so definitely not easy to deal with! Hes very trustworthy, reliable, and communicative. I once had to call him for an emergency, and he got there in five minutes! Cant say enough good things about him and his business.

This dog daycare and bakery is fantastic! The staff is so friendly and genuinely loves dogs.My pup is always excited to go and comes back happy and well-exercised. I couldnt be happier with the care and attention my dog receives here. Its the perfect combination of fun, safety, and delicious treats. Our experience at The Fat Puppy Inn has been beyond amazing. I had the opportunity to stop by for the first time in June to purchase birthday treats for my pet Beaux and was very pleased with the service provided. When I inquired about pet care and boarding services thereafter, I felt at ease because all my concerns were addressed given that Beaux is a senior dog and had never been to a pet care facility in the past. I dropped off him off this week for daycare service and I was pleased to see that he quickly integrated himself with the rest of the dogs and was genuinely having a great time. I thank J and the rest of the staff for making this an easy process for us and providing a loving and safe environment for all pets. It’s great to know that we have such a caring staff right in the neighborhood. Thank you guys for all you do for our furry babies! We very much appreciate you all. ❤️

I called Fat Puppies after last minute birthday pawty plans for my little boy turning 2! They take orders in advance as they bake them fresh and offer an array of options to customize. I called needing a cake in less than 24 hours but they were quick to help and offered quick options including delivery straight to my little boy’s daycare school. The cake was beautiful and all we could have wanted. My boy and his friends had the best birthday pawty fun and ate every little crumb!

I brought my puppies here and I was so happy with the care they received. Both my babies Harley and Kaizer had the best experience. It was hands down the best experience with a doggie daycare in awhile. I always get nervous leaving them and I just felt so at ease. The owner is loving, down to earth, and she just loves caring for our furbaby’s. This will definitely become their home away from home. Five stars. Thank-you for all that you do. I want to update… We have now used Fat Puppies often - most recently for boarding our pup when we traveled internationally for nine days. They are and continue to be AMAZING. Our pup has an additional medical concern and they handled him wonderfully. He was well cared for and loved and we were so so grateful for all Gabby, Jay and everyone at Fat Puppies did for him. I cannot recommend them enough!We had to bring our daughter to college in Illinois - and needed to be away from NYC for six days. We had never left our two year old pandemic rescue pup with anyone before. But we tried out Fat Puppies Inn, first for a few hours, then for a half day, then for a day, leading in to boarding our pup with them over the last week. They were AMAZiNG. Sirius had some anxiety at the beginning but they eased him in, gave him comfort, made sure he was fed and walked, gave him the joint supplement he required, etc. I LOVE that an adult stays overnight with the boarders - made us happy that he wasnt in a crate alone overnight. We got lots of pics and videos - and responses whenever we checked in with them. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for hands on, caring and loving doggy day care or boarding.

Best doggy daycare. I brought my dog here the other day for their boarding and it was worth it. They are highly attentive to every dog and provide various activities to keep them active. This was my first time leaving my dog to board but the owners cleared all the worry’s by sending pictures and updates of my baby. They also had cameras where I could check up on what she was doing. The staff genuinely provide a loving and clean space for the dogs. Highly recommended.

The entire staff there goes beyond for you and your fur baby... from the moment I stepped foot in the daycare for the first time with my baby Sweetpea I knew this was going to be a great experience! The space is beyond clean , very spacious and the best part my baby is socializing with other pups ... Also, to top it off they offer pick up /drop off service which is another great reward in itself if your unable to get to your little one in time !I cant say enough about how truly happy and grateful I am for you all especially GABBY!!! Your an amazing person with a heart of gold , that my sweetpea loves and gets excited to see ( second mama ) we love you guys!!!!Anyone that is looking and needs daycare services for their dogs look no more !!! My husband and I never travel without Rambo. This past weekend was our first time doing so because the retreat camp that we went to doesnt allow pets. My baby Rambo is not used to being around other people or unfamiliar people so I was worried Fat Puppies would not take him in, but they did. However, I was so worried the whole time I was at camp. I was so worried that he was gonna have a bad separation anxiety, that he might hurt someone or that he might get hurt. When I picked him up, there was a slight change in his behavior--he was less anxious and did not seem to act up. Jay, the owner walked him everyday, which Im sure he loved. Rambo loves other dogs that he gets overexcited around them, which is always mistaken as aggression. Thats why Jay spent most of the time with him alone, which I really appreciated. Im happy that although Rambo was not easy to work with, Jay will take him in again in the future. I just wish I set up my account so I could really see on video camera how he behaved without me. Well, maybe next time.Now I have a place for Rambo that I can trust will take care of him the next time he needs a sitter/boarding house.Thank you, Fat Puppies! I recently had a fantastic experience with this dog daycare. The staff is incredibly attentive and caring, creating a safe and stimulating environment for my little baby. The facility is clean, and they offer a variety of activities to keep the dogs engaged. I appreciate the regular updates and the genuine love they show towards the pets. Highly recommend!

This place is incredible! The dogs are all treated well and the quality of the service is out of this world. I dropped my dog off for a day and truly felt like he was taken well care of. They are kept together in a room with staff that interacts actively with each of the animals. Overall I would recommend this place for anybody in need of a great service to leave their pets for a bit.

I work long shifts at a hospital and was looking for someone to take care of my dog when I happened to find this place while I was in the area, the staff were very friendly and the service my fur baby got there was phenomenal. I highly recommend!!

Fat puppies Inn is a wonderful daycare. I highly recommend this place for your dogs, I can assure you that they will have a great time. I brought my German shepherd here so she could have some fun. I was nervous at first but it turned out to be a good experience. My dog is very anti social and doesn’t have much friends but this daycare provided an opportunity for her to socialize and make new friends. The environment is very welcoming and the owners are very kind and responsible. They know what they are doing and will handle your dog with good care. They even bake their own fresh doggy treats! As well as the employees, they make sure to keep the area nice and clean to have a safe and sanitary atmosphere. They are always playing with the dogs and give them lots of love and attention. This daycare deserves 5 stars!

The owners and workers here treat our pup Rocky like one of their own each time he has boarded here. They pay close attention to his needs, take him on long walks, keep him entertained, and show him the love he so deserves. Whenever we go on a vacation, they are our first choice and we drive all the way from LI to board him here. We cannot thank the owners and workers here enough for how well they take care of Rocky and we will forever be grateful for people such as them. Youve got some loyal and grateful customers here.

Wow is all I have to say. Last week, me and my family headed off to vacation for 8 days and left our dog here, unable to take us with her. Little did we know that she would have a vacation of her own. The staff here are not only professional, but extremely down to earth and personable people. They provide surveillance during their hours of service so we can check in on our pups at any time during the day. We were always sent pictures of our dogs throughout the week and it looks like she had a blast! The store itself is phenomenal. Not only are they extremely clean, but they have a wide array of treats, toys, and other goodies for any and all dogs. The owners are super nice people and its obvious that they have an immense love for dogs and animal care in general. Will definitely be bringing my dog back in the future. This daycare has it all from safety to fun. Definitely would recommend to all.

This place is AMAZING for your furry babies. ALL the staff are FRIENDLY and ATTENTIVE to my lil guys needs (ENEGRY). The space is always CLEAN and WELL KEPT let’s not even talk about when they decorate for PARTIES and HOLIDAYS they go ALL OUT!! I always feel completely comfortable leaving my Odin in their care whether it’s for DAYCARE or BOARDING. Highly recommended!!!!

I called to inquire about daycare and private one-on-one instruction. Although it appears to be a wonderful place, I would have rather spoken with the dog trainer or owner to learn more. When I contacted, he was nowhere to be located and not working. They assured me he would call me back, but he never did.

Brought my frenchie here for boarding because I was going to be away for the weekend, Amazing experience, I was able to watch my pup on their live cameras at all times. The employees spend all day playing with the dogs and cleaning up after them making sure the playground is all good. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful when you have any questions. I 100% recommend it I’ll definitely be bringing my dog back soon.

I am so happy we found this place for our baby girl, Coco. This was the first time we were leaving Coco for a long period of time, 10 days, so we were worried she would be stressed or unhappy. But Jay and his wife and the whole team put us at ease. They sent us pictures and updates and Coco looked like she had a great time. Huge plus for us is that someone stays overnight with all the doggies. They are also very reasonably priced compared to all the other local places in our area. We will 100% continue to use Fat Puppies for all our boarding and day care needs.

The staff is highly professional very welcoming. Not only the service there, but the treats and baked goods that they provide are very cute. The cakes are incredibly beautiful. As a fellow customer bring my dog it as been a delight. Where the bosses are very friendly and informative. It also a very clean environment for your dogs. I would definitely recommend!

I was unable to fully enjoy my puppys boarding time with them since the two staff members were unfriendly, uninviting, and unhappy. It was unfortunate because I (a Sunnysider) could have easily gotten to the location. I simply reasoned that I would not entrust my pet to their care if they behaved that way in public. It was upsetting since I was expecting that this would work out for me because Sunnyside doesnt have many options for pet boarding. They lost a dog earlier this year, I discovered after reading several posts.

Amazing service! The gentleman with the curly hair took care of us very well. He was very accommodating and professional and made us feel very welcomed. Highly recommend it! Have gone here 2x now for my dog’s birthday. We will be coming back more often for sure!

There is seriously nothing bad I can say about this place. From the moment you walk in they greet you so nicely. My dog has board with them like 3 times and I feel so comfortable to leave him with them when I have to travel for a few days. This place is amazing! I had to go for a few days and when I say the way they treated my dog was amazing. We started doing a meet and greet prior to the trip, allowing my dog to warm up to the staff and owners. During the trip, I would always get updates, pics of her and if they needed information about her they would call. I would trust everyone here with my dog any day and I definitely come back. Everyone here is so nice and very understanding.

Absolutely love fat puppies day care. I take my dog here all the time. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. The dogs are always introduced to each other properly and socialized well unlike other places. The Day care is always kept super clean and the owners are wonderful. This is like a second home for my dog .

Let me just tell you. This is not like any other doggy day care. When you just drop your fur baby off and they just exist .this place is extremely hands on and they treat your pet like their own. With patience and kindness. I had my dog lucky stay with them for 5 days due to a emergency business trip and I knew I can trust them and depend on them well. Not only did they treat my lucky as their own they gave him so much love and they started to train him !he listens more and does things he never did. Like sit lmao. They sent videos and pictures and showed us how to continue his training these people are so amazingly wonderful amd would recommend them to anyone! Im grateful 🙏

Love Fat Puppies! We drop our dog off for daycare often and have boarded him. The owners are fantastic, our dog is well cared for and always safe.One of their staff is always on site overnight when our dog is there. They gave us access to the camera so we could see him at all times.Amazing addition to the neighborhood. We will always bring our dog here.

I highly recommend this beautiful and professional new daycare in my neighborhood. They took really good care of my puppy rocky. He was really happy at the end of the day and really tired which means he played and had fun all day. Cecilia and Gabriela took really care of me and rocky in all ways possible when we first arrived. I recently got a pup 10 months ago; I shopped around for a doggy daycare for a while to care for my baby while I went to work. After serious consideration and reassuring conversations with the owner J I decided this is the place I wanted to try first. That try turned into I am never taking my baby elsewhere!!!! The care and compassion that I generously continue to receive from J and his staff is so comforting. I worry about NOTHING when my baby is in the care of Fat Puppies Inn. The tailored treatment we get is so appreciated and I am sure unmatched. The rapid responses through the day when I have a question, and videos posted throughout the day leaves me at ease while I am at work. I was totally inconsiderate with the excessive calls in the beginning as if he didnt have a business to run, but never once did he make me feel like I was a bother. :)They also have a boarding service that I will follow up with a review when I leave my baby with him whilst I am on vacation. To be on a vacation and not worry makes all the difference. Imagine going away to relax and you are worried if your baby is active, eating and happy??? Thats no vacation. included in the price for boarding is daycare as well. I personally cant go wrong with that. Its a one stop shop for all your pups needs. they also have a grooming service that I will partake in soon and have a follow up review as well. The owner, Gabby and the staff at Fat Puppies Inn are very personable and go above and beyond to take care of your pup. They send pictures and updates on your pooch. Also, I love how they have the RING system where you can keep an eye on your pup throughout the day or if your away. The prices are reasonable especially for the quality of work. 5/5

This place is amazing, love the staff my dog walks in like Is our house he feel very comfortable Every time we walk in. The staff is very welcoming, Gabriella takes such a good care of the puppies. I have left my dog there for couple days while traveling, and she always make sure to let me know how samu was doing through pictures and videos, in addition their treats are cute samu loves them and eats them all. Definitely recommend.

I was worried that my pup Sage would have a hard time adjusting to the environment but I’m glad to say I was wrong, this place is great! The trainers take very good care of the dogs, make them feel comfortable and always playful. The treats they offer are super cute and creative. Sage is always excited whenever she gets dropped off at the daycare :)

I highly recommend this daycare, best experience my dog was treated like they own dog. My fur baby stood on day care && boarding for 20 days. He was having great time at all times they had me posted about him how he was doing. Thank you so much for taking care of blue while we went on vacations.

Our pup LOVES going to daycare here! Super friendly staff and clean facility. The best!! I am happy to have a safe place to send my pup when needed - the socialization is imperative to his growth and well being.

** DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE**I was very excited to bring my dog here and I did see some good reviews and thought this would be a great place to come to get my dog properly socialized, but seeing how the owner and her lack of staff run the place, ill definitely be looking else where.This daycare has only been open for a month or two and in that short time they managed to lose a dog..not to mention an older dog, how does that happen? how are the staff not keeping an eye out for each and every dog and not securing them when walking them outside.They post on social media of the dogs playing and all my eyes could pay attention to is the horrible floor with the pee and dirt ..its honestly disgusting, i cant imagine how the daycare dogs go home smelling.Find a better daycare for anyone who comes here, i promise its not worth the risk of losing your child due to negligence.

Place is rude they don’t answer phone calls and voicemails or when you actually go to the location their rude and don’t open the door all I was asking was for inquiring boarding about my dog. their racist and I hope they go out of business.

Gabby is wonderful- reliable, trustworthy and very caring towards our dog. She left us detailed summaries of her visits and texted us photos. I would highly recommend Fat Puppies Inn to anyone looking for a pet sitter!

Our family unfortunately couldn’t take our pug to Florida. But our pug Ruby Tuesday had an amazing vacation of her own at Fat Puppies Inn. Our family loved the attention to detail and love the fact we can view our lovely pug with camera set they had. Even thou Ruby didn’t spend the holiday with us, Fat Puppies Inn gave Ruby a very special holiday experience! For sure would recommend!!

Our toy poodle comes here virtually everyday and boards when we’re away for a few nights. We are so happy with the love and care he receives not only from the team but also the other dogs. There’s a lot of attention put into each dogs care and importantly chemistry with others. Im so thankful to have them in the neighborhood ❤️❤️

Ive been surcharging for a good secured inn for my dog.I was honestly scared to leave my dog not knowing if he would get along with the others. The owners were very friendly and kind that I was relieved to have found the! Its been a month that I have been leaving my Patron there and he loves playing with the other dogs, also the treats are amazing for my little guy.

Brought my 13 year old cockapoo there while I was away, they took the best care of him he loved it and felt so at home. This place is clean, organized and the owner is super friendly. Her love for dogs is amazing would def recommend and bring my pup back….

I have an anxious super attached chiweenie who loves the staff at fat puppies inn! Despite her normal whining when I’m forced to part with her briefly, she’s much happier and more calm when dropped off here, and has even developed friendships with some of the other dogs that frequent the Inn! Definitely recommend this place if your pup needs to be babysat for a bit!

Had an amazing experience with Fatpuppies. Dropped my little Pablo off on Friday for the Labor Day weekend & all went so smooth. Walked in and received a warm greeting. Jairo was so attentive and detailed in the structure of their services. Throughout the whole weekend received pictures and updates on my lil one. Love this spot. Love that I can go to work and leave my princes knowing shes in a safe place se loves the cookies and I try not to get her so many sweets since she is older. I just cant stop spoiling her with those amazing treats they make. I can definitely recommend them for anything.

Fat Puppies INN did not meet my expectations. The service was slow, and the amenities were subpar. I wont be coming back.

Along with my first post about my trip with my oldest girl husky, the boys also love this place. My furry babies are always so happy when we’re in the car pulling up to daycare. They have the time of their lives and come home tired to go straight to sleep. They also know they have the best treats and always look for their favor duck neck and cow ears.

I loved my experience with fat puppies inn they took great care of my baby he stayed for 4 nights with them ,communication was great my dog was happy and pictures and videos was sent thru as much as possible Gabriella informed me of all the options that came with boarding we had two walks morning and night he was eating as well they would send me videos of everything they put double leash and air tags to secure the dogs I appreciated the most her honestly and her welcoming energy thank you very much for everything we will be back !

Came here based on the reviews to buy something for my pups 1st birthday. Staff was very rude didn’t greet or say anything at all to us. Were speaking in Spanish and staring at us. Terrible way to run a business. Walked out never going back lol

The place was nice and clean and I go there every now and then to donate some of my diseased dogs items. I also just buy dog food or dog collars or harnesses just cause the dogs are cute and they seem to enjoy the place.

Highly recommend getting your treats and birthday cakes for your puppies here. The staff are very welcoming and friendly.

I’m so happy that they expanded into a doggy daycare my jacks has been eating their birthday cake since he was a baby he’s now three. I love the fact that they have their own dogs who attend the daycare as well makes me feel so much better and safer knowing that they take care of my dogs as they take care of theirs. Def a must for day care doggy cakes or boarding!

High costs and fees. Having a pool, like other dog daycares, would make their high prices worth it.

Fat puppies Inn lost Harry recently, I’ve seen the posters around the neighborhood and can’t believe a day care place lost a pet. I’ve been inside and the staff was rude. Don’t recommend anyone coming in

Very great experience, I was recommended by one of my friends & dropped off my dog for a day & he had so much fun. I got daily updates, my dog was active throughout the day playing with others. He got along very well & came back home very happy and tired!

Service was terrible. Staff was inattentive and didnt want to help customers with their needs and questions. On top of that, the staff there seemed careless and unprofessional when taking care of the dogs that were there. Based on other reviews, this place also recently lost a puppy and their response seemed very irresponsible and again unprofessional. I strongly not recommend this place.
