Torsney Dog Run

Great dog park- besides the pavement BUT everyone seems to do a great job of cleaning up after their pups (pee included, with water/hose) which really reduces any nasty smell! The pools are fun!! And so far all the dogs Ive met there have been so fun and loving.

One of the best dog parks in Queens. It is always very clean, it has water and accessories to clean what your pet dirty. The neighbors are very polite and always pick up or clean up after their pets. They also have balls for your dog to play with. You can join their community: S.U.D.S. 👍🏼

Well-kept by the local community - this dog run is usually popular in the early afternoons, especially during weekends when the weather is nice. Not uncommon to see a couple dozen dogs here of all sizes. It has separate areas for small and large dogs as well as some shaded seating and running water (the water is off in the winter to prevent the pipes from freezing). In the summer, they put out a couple of paddling pools for the dogs (tip: dont wear anything you dont mind getting a little wet dog on😂)

Great park with a great community of people with fun and friendly dogs. There is a core group of people who put their hearts into the park to make it scenic and comfy for the owners while the doggos play their awesome little hearts out.

Great place to let your dog off leash, nice people, and well kept.

Overall a great dog run and very cleanly/well taken care of, but some owners will repeatedly bring their aggressive dogs into the run.I wish there was a better way to regulate or report the owners who insist on bringing aggressive dogs into the park.I would recommend stronger leash rules for all. Stay wary!

Great dog park, water is very much available by the gallon since the pipes are shut during the winter and owners are very clean. Only downside is the size, its not as big as other dog parks, I would say is more on the medium to small size for big dogs.

Very nice and clean, only not so big, but enough to make your dog happy!

My pup first time at a dog park and most of the dogs were friendly and he had a blast but there was a dog fight so owners still need to stay on point!!! Again not the dogs fault but the owners!

It’s a very cute community run dog park - it is just an enclosed area so make sure you bring a dog toy incase you are the only ones there.

Good dog run close to home. Its a bit small and there is no grass, but it is a place for the doggos to play and get their zoomies out.

Such a nice little area to bring your dogs. My stepmoms beagle had a really good time playing with the other dogs.

Great little dog run! Very clean, people are pretty responsible about picking up and cleaning after their dogs too.

Nice and clean dog run, just be on your toes to keep to place squeaky clean, even rinsing all spots your dog peed...

Ideal for smaller dogs. People look and act funny when you bring a bigger dog around. Something to keep in mind.

Not a dog owner but a fantastic edition that helps encourage safe and fun play on the playground.

Has a spot for big dogs and little dogs which was amazing for our little pup who was able to play without being overwhelmed by the big bruisers.

Lots of great dogs. Typically someone for the pup to play with everytime we stop by.

This is a great dog park! The facilities are well-equipped with plenty of water, plastic bags, trash cans, and cleaning tools for the convenience of dog owners, so the environment is effectively cleaned! The only drawback is that the area is a bit small, and it is recommended to build some hills in the garden to make it more fun for dogs!

I dont have dogs, but I went to observe and if I had dogs I would take them to that park. I loved it. It is a special space for dogs 🐕 and they have everything they need for their attention, water, and many other things. This park is on Long Island. under Triboro Bridge.

Unfortunately I cant speak well of these people, three visits to this place wasting time and work, in the end just excuses and they didnt fix anything about my car, its a disaster
