Self Serve Pet Wash Victor

Its nice an convenient but I almost slipped and landed on the floor because the floor was so drenched and was dirty from people walking around. And paying 17.00 to wash my dog for 12 mins...and you have to be quick because time runs out so fast... but that makes it a little hards because when you try and rinse the soap there is hardly any water coming out. But when you hit conditioner..nothing happened. So I pressed the rinse button after the conditioner, and all this soap came out. Now I had to press the first rinse on the machine to really try and rinse off the soap before the machine minutes ended and the sanitizing started. Was more of a workout crunching time than convenient to my time. But also was not maintened nicely or appearance not checked enough because there was a full basket of dirty towels.And if that mop bucket is there for me to mop a floor...well I shouldnt be the one to do that. I will clean up after myself but I wasnt about to mop a floor that looked like as if it was a car wash. Dont get me wrong. Love this and the concept. But it needs to be maintained and maybe some water mats that are used behind bars.If I pay 17.00 I will do as I did. Carry my pup out so she doesnt get dirty right after a bath or smell like dirt right away.

I’ve been using this dog wash since we got out puppy. I’ve always loved the convenience, the cleanliness, the secure location, even the towels and scrub gloves they have for you to use. Well I met the owner today and I love this place even more. Such a kind personable guy, was so sweet to my son and doggo. Highly highly recommend!!! Perfect place to take a stinky dog and go home happy!! Thank you Rocco and Vito!

We just finished a cross country road trip and our dog desperately needed a bath. We found this place only 4 minutes away from our last night spent on the road and it couldn’t have worked out better! They had everything you could possibly need. Everything was clean and tidy, they even had a rack of towels for last touch ups after drying. What a great place!

Save your money!!! What a waste, hardly had enough soap to wash my dog, space is tight for bigger dogs and mine couldnt get turned around. Went to use a brush that was there and it was filled with someones pet hair and when I tried to clean it I got poked and bled!! Go to Bad Dog Boutique in Canandaigua $20 30mins and a whole private room with everything you need!!!

This is the best little hidden gem in town. Super convenient. And it really makes cleaning the dog super easy. Highly recommended

Pretty nice little setup. There are two bathing bins, each with wands that supply soap, water, conditioner and a blow dryer. They offer a loyalty program based on your method of pay. After 3 visits, the 4th is free. Bins are separated by a gate so dogs can be kept apart, which was a big plus for us.

I think this place is new? Its good! Easy to use, like a DIY carwash. The shampoo and conditioner have a mild scent, which is nice, and there is good water pressure.There was ample time to wash my large breed dog, condition, and sanitize the tub. I used the blow dryer for a bit but finished drying with the provided towels.

Can not recommend this enough! My dog loved it! My back didnt hurt when I was done, I didnt have a bunch of towels to wash and my house wasnt soaked from him running all over shaking. I need to figure out how to invest in one of these!

Okay place, would be better if the machine let you have 2-3 minutes after before starting the sanitize mode. It runs out way before you can remove your dog from the tub.
