Creekside Resort

Our dog loves coming to Creekside Resort and we feel very secure that she receives the best care during her stays.

Creekside is wonderful. I highly recommend them. My dog Stanley loves to go there

Every time I bring LUNA, she is so loved by the staff. They do not believe in cages. She gets her own suite and bed for boarding, and the door is half a door so they can look out. The handlers know how to handle each and every dog. Dogs are matched with other dogs their size. Ive never heard one complaint. I made a huge mistakeBy trying that Central Bark.First day at that Central bark. Was a free observation day. Im sure she didnt change from that Monday the 22nd or that Tuesday they never said a word. Now Monday the Jan 5th, I brought her in at 7am. at 8:10, they called me to go there, and they then decided that they couldnt handle her. It goes to show that their in it for your money.They charged the 84 dollars for the whole day. The owner never called me back either. Please checkout out Creekside on Hence Rd. Its a little drive, but its so worth it. Just look at what they have to offer. If your dog isnt crate trained, dont bother with the other place its the first placeThe dogs go. Luna is a happy go lucky Yellow Lab. So much for their training I paid for. Sorry for the rambling. Just a heads up.

They have always taken great care of my 2 dogs during trips. One doesnt like to be around other dogs and they are able to get her separate play time. The other is social and loves all the group play they have.

The staff is super friendly. They take the precautions to ensure that pets are safe. Melissa and her team genuinely care about thier work and their technique is effective. Very happy with how my dogs behaviors have improved.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I have 4 dogs that i board here and i never worry when away. I know they are well taken care of, love the fb posts as well so u can see your pups having a blast. Definitely recommend.

This place is so good! The people there are so nice and treat people with the upmost kindness and respect. My dog went there for 2 weeks and came back in perfect shape. Thank you for all you do!

The 3 Creekside Kennels are the best I’ve ever used. Each dog has a private room with a Dutch door. The extensive green space offers a great space for the dogs to run and play outside. They are an inclusive facility and will specialize their care to meet your dog’s needs. My dog is always happy to go off with the staff and is never miffed at me when I return. 😊 I highly recommend Creekside.

Melissa has helped me evaluating my pups and suggestions to try at home. They have doggy daycare and for longer stays they have 5 star accommodations for your furbaby. Each pup gets a suite and enjoy playtime outside on her sprawling property what a treat! For peace of mind and knowing they are in capable hands is worth it must see to appreciate❤️

Theres no question in my mind that Melissa and her team are the best dog-care people in Upstate NY (maybe the world!). Clean facilities, great staff, a loving environment...everything you want for your pet.And if you need help training your dog Melissa is amazing at taking a crazy puppy and turning him into a safe well-behaved animal that you can be proud of.Theres no place better than Creekside!

I boarded my two dogs for the first time a few days ago. The place and people are great! Its a quiet, calming place with private suites for the dogs as well as a large, outdoor play area. Best of all, you definitely get the idea its a caring place first and a place of business second. Its great assurance for an anxious pet parent like me.

Everyone weve met has been great. My dog is so happy to go there. Our trainer, Melissa, is awesome. I definitely recommend it!

I wanted to stay in their lobby it- it was so relaxing and beautiful. The grounds of the kennel property were very clean and smelled really nice. My dogs were bathed and smelled like baby powder for the first time in his life. ;) They seemed upset to leave. Staff were all so friendly and knowledgeable when it came to my dogs. Creekside Resort is by far the most loving place for our dog Chloe. The staff is amazing and their time in effort they give to understanding dog routines, meals and the personal touch they bring each time we go. Their timely response in requesting a reservation is very helpful in our planning of trips. Can not thank them enough for everything they do. Thank Creekside! The Hasenauers love you!!

This is the place to go! Without question Melissa and her staff has made Ammos stay fun and exciting. I have also used Positive K9 for training as well as Creekside for boarding. If you love your dog the way I do then look into both Positive K9 and Creekside. They are the only place I TRUST with my partner!

Our dog always enjoys his stays here and the staff is excellent. They do a great job and we always feel better about dropping off the dog there because we know he’ll be well taken care of

When we go away on vacation, we have zero stress leaving our golden retriever, Stevie, with any of the Creekside locations. The staff is well trained and they update you throughout the week with photos of your dog having fun!

My family and I have used this place for years to board our dogs. They are great every time! Bonus they put pics of your dog on Facebook almost every day!

Two of my Frenchies have spent 10 days at the Resort. I wanted people who keepthem safe and “love them more that I do”. Creekside has met my high expectations !

Absolutely the best Kennel and Training Venue. I have, and have always had, Giant Puppies and Dogs. Its routine for the Professionals at Creekside. YETI loves Creekside, and hes a handful of fun.

A great place for your dog. They get to play outdoors, take walks, and even better you get to peak at them by viewing the pictures and videos on Facebook. Highly recommend them.

I have brought my girl Diva Claire here on a recommendation,and it clearly was and is everything I hoped it would be. We have a special needs 12 yr old, and Melissa and her staff go above and beyond to make her comfortable and loved....

Several times Ive tried contacting this facility with no reply at all for several different occasions over the last few months, both through e-mail as well as via phone/message machine. I understand theyre likely busy and Im guessing booked far in advance if they dont care to return any inquiries... but if thats the case, they should call/email back informing just that, write a memo on their website, or change their answering machine to reflect that, not just flat out ignore potential customers. Poor customer service, if you ask me. If its that hard to reach someone at this facility in the first place, why would I want to leave my dog there? If I ever had to contact them for any reason... well, apparently I wouldnt be able to!!

A wonderful place for your dog to stay, when you go on vacation. A very wonderful owner :) Her employees are very helpful and your dog/dogs will have a fun time.

We brought our dog here for a one day e-collar course. Its been amazing. She was well trained before, but it was hard to get her to stop jumping up on people when they came to the house. With one e-collar session, no more jumping! She heels amazingly well and comes immediately now too! Great place!

Outstanding - absolutely beautiful & clean facility - fantastic staff. Property is occupied 24/7, which gives me such peace of mind. The location is spectacular - the type of environment a dog deserves. Land, trees, trails - theres nothing else quite like it in this area. Great facility for boarding your dog.

My dogs always have a wonderful experience at Creekside Lodge. The staff are so attentive and loving - playtime pics on Facebook are a treat for me when on the road and away from them. When picking them up, they have big smiles on their faces - its a treat for them too to play until they drop! Facility is quiet, clean and modern.
