I just had such a positive experience over at Loving Touch Pet Salon and I’m so happy I stopped in there. I had just gotten my dog groomed somewhere else and was unhappy with the job they did, leaving certain spots too long or uneven, not dealing with some minor matting, etc. I call Loving Pet Salon the same day maybe an hour before they closed and they were more than happy to have us come in right away for a quick touch up to fix what the previous groomer should have done.They were able to do exactly what I was looking for and were done within a few minutes while I waited there. And in the end they didn’t even charge me for the touch up and refused even when I tried! They were just happy to help us out and leave our little man looking handsome and dapper.I’d return there just based on the customer service and positive vibes alone, but also seeing how well cut and styled all the other dogs there looked I’m confident they would do a great job once it’s time for our next grooming, and we will definitely be returning here for that.Thank you again!

Best place in town with the most professional groomers and competitive pricing , rebook discounts and always happy tails and happy people and happy staff. Forget about petco and the big name stores this salon has been around over 12 years and is all about the community . They have great prices so we always leave a great tip. Trust me they deserve it as hard as they work. You will not find a more loving salon with a competent skillful staff. They have flexable schduling and I could go on and on about how wonderful this place is! My best advice to all pet parents is dont rush your groomer , and tip well , you will get a good haircut and make someone feel appreciated for all their hard work ! Take your dogs here I recommend 200% !

Christina was Fabulous with my very nervous lil Shih Tzu. The staff is very gentle & friendly. They take excellent care & do a great job with grooming. Super great with nervous & shy dogs. Prices were above reasonable compared to most places, & better treatment & skill.

Christina is an absolute angel!!! I have been seeing her for years with my bichon frise and she treats him as if he was her own fur baby! She takes such good care of him and makes him look oh so handsome, even though he is a tough boy when he is with her! I can’t recommend Christina enough, she does her job because she absolutely loves it and that really translates into her work! The whole salon is just the best best place for dog grooming!!!

I took my dog here the other day , first time I’ve ever taken him here because my other groomer was really expensive and I couldn’t afford it at the time. I have shaved him down a month prior of taking him to the groomers. He had no issues. My dog never had any issues with going to the groomers or with me shaving him down. I dropped him off and I waited 3 hours for them to call me saying that they have multiple people cutting his hair because he was biting and became aggressive. They also stated he was never like this. I have never taken him to this shop before so I truly didn’t understand . Ever since this grooming visit my dog has became fearful of anyone touching his paws or if someone places their hands on his back he gets fearful and tries to bite . I don’t know what occurred that day in this grooming salon but my dog is no longer the same after that visit . If I have to be charged extra because he is biting there should be muzzles at hand for dogs such as seniors who can no longer tolerate the grooming .

Christina did a great job grooming my dog! She was so sweet to my dog that she made it so easy for my dog feel right at home. Professional and kind at the same time.

I 100 percent feel confident that my dog is in good hands when I leave him with Christina. She does a great job ! I have referred many people here and she has not disappointed us once!

What I love about this place is how the dogs are treated. The name says it all. Loving Touch. They treat your dogs like they are their own babies. I used that word because thats the word they use, Their babies. Keep up the good loving work.

Since new management took over it’s been a disaster. They kept my dog over 3 hours tried to blame it on me then when I picked her up no one came and apologized then I got home and realized they butchered her face! The poor thing looks horrible! I went there for 4 years sandy was awesome! What a shame!

Christina and her staff LOVE their clients.. Mini my maltipoo loves to go to the salon., Bailey, my daughters dog who is 15 blind and deaf gets treated with love each and every time she goes..I am very thankful to be able to take the doggies to a salon that loves their dogs and do a great grooming.. She’s gentle and very nice with the animals. The grooming is always done well. Neither which I could say for certain chain stores grooming experience.
