Five Star Dog Grooming

Harvey is a bit timid with new people and they were patient with him while he worked through some of that anxiety. He came out so happy and cheerful and smelling better than ever. He looks beautiful and we can’t wait to bring him back for his next grooming appointment!

I don’t know why we waited so long to check out Five Star! Brought our little one in for a grooming appointment today and WOW! Service 10/10 and staff are absolutely wonderful! We will definitely be returning! Thank you! ❤️🐾

We brought our 3 pups in for first time as charged groomers, other groomer great also, but due to location wanted near home. Previously we had brought in our 120 pound Golden Retriever and 5 star did an exceptional job grooming. So today, 3 other pups, shitzu, maltese x2, and pure bred Maltese. So 3 total. 5 star did a beautiful grooming, they were timely,efficient, and very reasonable, Highly recommend, and we are very picky about our pups, they were spot on. Ty!!

My husband brought in our dog Jack, a rescue dog. What an amazing place. They were wonderful and caring. We will definitely bring our dogs to them. And, wow! I didnt even realize it was my dog.🙂

I made an appointment for my dog Bella at the Five star dog grooming in Saint Cloud Fl. And after arriving I was informed that I could not stay. I had to leave her and return in about an hour. I have never been told that I could not wait for my dog trough a grooming appointment. And anyone who would request this of you in my opinion has something to hide. The one star rating is for the location only!

Five star grooming is amazing. Everyone of the girls are attentive and kind. I brought my doodle in for the first time and wanted to keep her hair as long as I could. The girls listened to exactly what I was looking for, and did a great job! They are also really good to my older boys when they go in for a nail trim. I highly recommend them.

We were looking for a groomer for Rudy, our Standard Poodle puppy. Our vet recommended Five Star. Cortney at Five Star did a great job with communication. She answered all our questions and sent us text reminders for our appointment. On the day of Rudys appointment, I found the facilities to be very inviting. Five Star had a very cozy and professional waiting area. We were greeted in a timely manner and Rudys appointment went exactly as scheduled. After he has done, the groomer gave a full report of how his appointment went (It went well!). I was very impressed at the personal attention given to Rudy. He was given a personalized bandana and a paw print memento of his first visit! Cortney also texted me his photo! We are very pleased with the results of Rudys visit and will be a returning customer! I highly recommend Five Star Grooming!

I brought my hound named Lady to 5 Star today. She gets excited when I pull up to the building. She knows where she’s going and has no fears at all. They do a great job with her.

They fit my 3 fur babies in & they look & smell fabulous. If I lived here full time they would be my dog groomers. Five stars! Highly recommend. They love & treat your babies like they are their own & that’s so important to me.

Jeep and Ko Ko had a spa day at Five Star dog grooming. I highly recommend them. They were so good with the fur babies. This will be their place while we are at the cottage for the summers.

So far Ive taken our 14 year old dog, and our 4 month old puppy, both experiences were excellent. The staff is always smiling, polite and professional. Personally I feel the rates for services received are very reasonable.

My first time going and definitely not my last! I set up an appointment within a day for my 11 month old Golden Retriever, Bentley. They were very fast at responding and when I got there they were so nice while we waited. I wanted the full service for my boy and boy am I impressed!! She said she needed 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours which is fine but she was done within an hour!! And the prices were amazing for the quality!! This is Bentleys second time getting groomed but first time here. He needed a good trim and they cut his nails super short which I love!! She also said my boy did super good for her, which Im proud of. He came out happy as can be, looking good and smelling fantastic!!!! 10/10 would recommend!!! Definitely will be going back! Thank you again! Very happy

Definitely 5 stars for Five Star Dog Grooming. Our little Gypsy was really nervous, but Cortney was so good with her. Gypsy is so soft and smelled so good. We will definitely continue using Five Star.

I cannot say enough about five star dog grooming. our beagle Basil, absolutely gets so excited when we mention Cortney‘s name. He loves to go get groomed. He always looks beautiful. Smells wonderful and his nails are so sleek. I highly recommend their dog grooming services to everyone in the area. Basil cannot wait as soon as you mention Cortney‘s name to get there as soon as he possibly can. Their services are impeccable. .

My Daisy is only 5 months old and very timid. The staff at Five Star Grooming was very patient and caring with her. When she was done, she looked amazing and smelled wonderful! She came out wagging her tail and happy!! They were wonderful!! Already have our next appointment!! Can’t thank them enough!!

Ten-ten recommend this place! I have always been nervous about taking my border collie to the groomer so I have always tried to do River myself and she always ended up looking like a sheep. I finally decided to get her professionally done and the staff were so kind and transparent. After her groom she looked and smelled amazing! Thank you guys for the wonderful job you did! Also they adorned her with a bandana that matched her leash and collar, extra brownie points for that 😁

Cortney did a fantastic job on my English Cream Golden Retriever!! I like her coat on the long side and I was apprehensive to have her cut/trimmed again, after a former groomer cut her much shorter, (she looked like she had been shaved) than I had requested. Cortney gave her a classic golden retriever cut, just as we had talked about and she looks great and smells AMAZING!! Cortney is also very personable and friendly!! I highly recommend bringing your fur baby here!

Cortney was very responsive to Izzy’s needs. We received an appointment right away. As first time visitors, everything was new to us and explained thoroughly. Cortney even texted us while in the waiting room. Izzy had a full groom and came out looking like a million bucks! All her needs were very well- taken care of! I would recommend 5 Star any time!

Grooming was great! Owner doesn’t return calls. I didn’t hear from the owner that my dog would be finish an hour early I only heard that it isn’t going to take as long. I’m so sorry I was late but I really and truly didn’t hear the owner say it would be one hour early.Now I’m black balled for being late!I guess she doesn’t care about her business cause she can pick and choose who she wants as a customer.I hate leaving a bad review but I feel the owner needs to be a bit more understanding to Seniors that have a bit of hearing loss.

My dog has been going to Five Star since we moved to the area and Maui just loves going!! We so appreciate the love and care you give our boy while he is with you! I would highly recommend Five Star to anyone.

Mace had his first puppy groom service on Monday and he looked and smelt amazing afterwards. I was a bit nervous how he would react leaving him, but he seemed to really enjoy the staff and was so happy when I came back to pick him up. I’ll definitely be going back for all his grooming.I highly recommend this place to anybody that needs their animal groomed! You won’t regret it! The staff does an excellent job!

We have a Great Pyrenees who lives at the farm basically. He was a dirty muddy mess going in as a creme colored dog and came out his original white color and fluffy like a cotton ball! Thats an immediate 5 stars for me! The bandanas are always my favorite touch too! We will definitely be returning!

Five Star Grooming is excellent! My dog Bowman loves Kaylee. Bowman always leaves the groomer looking and smelling wonderful! He is always given a new bandana to wear home after he is groomed. The owner and staff are always accommodating and timely. I love how I receive a text the night before reminding me of my dogs grooming appointment. I would definitely recommend!

Im super impressed with our Grooming experience at Five star. Guinness looked and smelled amazing. The price was reasonable and the service was very professional and friendly. You can tell that they really care for your pet. Highly recommend 👌

Five Star Grooming is wonderful. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. My Miniature Schnauzer is very high energy and wary of being groomed. Not only do they do an amazing job with his haircut, but they never make me feel bad about his poor behavior. When my dog goes to get groomed, I know hell be in the best hands, and hell come home looking amazing! I highly recommend Five Star Grooming!

I got my husky groomed here and she’s quite a bit of work to say the least. She came out looking and smelling lovely. They did a great job and would recommend them to anyone looking to get a quality groom for their dog.

My floof was so chill and happy when I picked him up after grooming!! He’s only been to one other professional grooming and came out of it an emotional wreck despite the fact that his coat was actually in great condition beforehand, so I’ve been diy cutting for 8 mos w/out nails just to get him used to it and to teach that it won’t hurt (he was severely matted with broken skin when I got him, so all he’d ever known was pain with grooming- he came out of a bad situation) I just wanted to say THANK YOU for an adorable cut and a HAPPY boy!!

Ruby’s first time getting groomed was a high success. We had an awesome experience! And our dog still smells amazing. His bath was like 9/15 and I can still smell his shampoo on 10/2. My dog tends to be difficult to groom, but with patience, support, and some anti anxiety meds they got the job done well! (No haircut for my dog so no comment on that).

After 2 years of going to PetSmart and pay well over 100 to get my black lab groomed and them telling me they were not able to do certain things because my dog was to hyper. 5 star was half the price plus did everything they couldn’t do. 5 out of 5 stars amazing!!!!

I can not recommend Five Star Dog Grooming enough! They go above and beyond and truly care about the dogs they groom. It’s a great feeling knowing that my dogs are in good hands every time I drop them off, and when I pick them up they look & smell fabulous every time!

My dog had an appointment today at 11:00. I was there on time and waited out front for 15 minutes. No one was there to greet people or no one came out. It was very confusing. If you’re busy you should maybe have a sign out front. I took the day off to get my dog groomed. I don’t know what to think.UPDATE: In response to the owner. It wouldn’t make sense for me to lie. I don’t know you and I don’t have a grooming business of my own. Check your camera. I was waiting there with my dog for over 15 minutes. I could hear talking in the back. Another customer showed up to pick up her dog around 11:15. I waited five more minutes and left. No one was at the front desk. You can put me down as a no call no show all you want. I was there. I would think you’d be more apologetic than defensive.

Business claims to not need an appointment for a nail trimming. This may be true but be ready to wait I took my dog in for a nail trim and waited for 20 minutes with Noone at the front desk . Not impressed

They are definitely very pet friendly and they made my family dog very happy with a bath grooming and she got her nails done. Would recommend them to anyone with fur babys. Thanks again we will be back soon.

We recently had an Urgent Need to find someone to cut our little “Itty Bitty’s” nails, I was stressed because she is extremely Small and Petite and came from Chaos.. our regular person we use bailed and left us in a Panic, I went to Facebook asking advice and was referred here.. This Facility Responded to the comments, immediately and offered their time and support.. and a day later I Bundled the little one up and brought her to their location in the Auburn Mall .. the Place was CLEAN !! Comforting and Comfortable atmosphere and the 2 women there were absolutely AMAZING and made me Feel Safe letting them care for our dog as her nails were awful, her nails were so bad I thought for sure I’d have to take her to the veterinary clinic.. but NOPE .. they did it all and we are so Thankful and Pleased for the Response and Support ..

Very disappointed with them- owner very rude- they wanted to shave my collie- ended going to Lucky Dogs-in less than 2 hours my collie had been brushed out, bathed, toe nails clipped blown dry- Natalie only found 2 mats on my dog which she easily combed out-unless you want your dog shaved I recommend you not go there.
