Serendipity Grooming Salon

Took my dog there for approximately a year. Then one day get a text from Christine telling me she will not take Noah any longer as a client! That he is too difficult. This is the first I am hearing about it! This after I gave her a $100 tip for Christmas for the full year of grooming! And she quits on us! Maybe if she stopped bringing in her personal pets and not treating them as #1 in the shop other dogs wouldn’t act out! I was very disappointed and disgusted. Also the first time she cut Noah’s nails he came home bleeding all over the place! I was horrified!

I have a pug mix who throws an absolute tamrum when I try to cut her nails. Serendipity is the only place that has been able to cut her nails without her getting upset. Im amazed at how relaxed my pup was after picking her up. Usually she shakes for the rest of the day after getting her nails done. Also, the owner went above and beyond to find a shampoo that wouldnt bother her skin because my pup has lots of allergies. I highly recommend this place and have already made another appointment. Just any FYI, theyre cash only so make sure you have some on hand!

GREAT PLACE TO GO VERY CLEAN VERY HOMEY SHES VERY FRIENDLY AND GENTLE!! I RECOMMEND 100% She doesnt normally clip bunnies nails but she did a great job with ours. In and out in minutes and now I have a happy bunny who is running all over the place. Before and after pictures.

The owners grooming skills are not good enough to make up for her poor attitude and lack of professionalism

Christine does an amazing job grooming our Sophia. She takes her time which makes Sophia comfortable. She looks and smells terrific every time.She takes pride and is truly very professional.
