Five Star Doggy Day Care

This place is 5 star, services provided for our two dogs were awesome. They loved the interaction and came home exhausted - so plenty of play and attention. Highly Recommend Five Star Doggy Day Care!

Five star doggy daycare blew our minds, the place is beautiful. We took our golden doodle there. The second time we brought him he was pulling us to get back in the door! He absolutely loved it. He played all day long…came home and slept for hours. We highly recommend five star doggy daycare.

Thank you, Steve, and the amazing staff at 5 Star Doggy Day Care for taking care of our precious and nervous Cecelia, aka CC, while we were at work today. We were apprehensive at first because of prior experiences with other services. However, after today, we are pleased to say we couldnt be happier knowing CC and her new friends were safe and well taken care of while we were at work today! You guys are amazing and we know CC cant wait to see you guys again next week! We give 5 stars to 5 star Doggy Day! Keep up the great work.

Be careful sending your beloved pups here! Owners will let whatever dog join even if they’re anxious, aggressive, or dominant just because they’re money hungry. They will lie and tell you your dog had a good day even if they were running around anxious the whole time.Edit: Unfortunately, I was indeed let go and not given any warnings and or any feedback on my performance from either Steve until they fired me, unlike they had previously stated in their response. Therefore, I would know the place and how it operates better than any customer would.

Five Star Doggy Day Care is LITERALLY the BEST daycare that’s ever served in the area! So much care, effort and love goes into every pup/dog that comes through their door!

This is not about the care specifically. I have not brought my dogs here for daycare but I have brought them to their grooming location within the Fingerlakes mall. I have nothing to say about the care of the dogs but I will say the owners are very unprofessional and have lost my respect and my business of ever going to them again. I shared my thoughts on a post they made on Facebook and was threatened by them immediately.Being upset over a situation is ok but it is not ok to take it out on customers and threaten them for sharing their opinions. As a business you take the good with the bad and handle accordingly. As a business you are to handle such matters professionally and with dignity.The employees I have met seem like nice people but I can’t say much about the owners. Not what I was expecting out of a business owner at all. Very disappointed. If you don’t want customers sharing their opinions close the chat and don’t reply at all.Reply: I have been bringing my puppy Bumi to their grooming to get his nails done every 2-3 weeks. I’m sure you could look it up in the system and I planned on bringing him this weekend. As for the girl? Never heard of her and don’t know her. The way you handled this is incredible. I have never seen or heard of a business treating their customers like this.False statements when the proof is right there? I also have a lot more screenshots and actual proof. It’s not false or defamation of character when I have evidence. Have a good day!

Their name says it all. Friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive owners and staff. Huge facilities. Just an amazing good feeling leaving our puppets in their care.

We were skeptical at first to bring our two Pitbulls because we used another doggy daycare in Syracuse, but we work in Seneca Falls and found out that Five star doggy daycare opened up in Auburn we drive right by the mall so we tried it out and the staff and facility are amazing and the place is beautiful and clean highly recommend it and the price is right.

Hands down the best doggy day care there is my dog is so happy every day she comes there

I highly recommend Five star doggy daycare.The 6 am opening time is perfect for me to drop my dog off and be in Syracuse by 7, one of their workers offered me daily updates/pictures of her and it’s nice knowing that she’s having fun enjoying her day. Then on the way home pick her up and she’s tired from playing all day.
