Worldwide puppies and kittens pet store had a nice selection of puppies & kittens. I was very impressed how well they maintain the store. All of the animals were clean and healthy, it didnβt even smell when you walked in. Jay was wonderful and helpful. He was well informed and showed a genuine care for all the animals. We adopted a gorgeous ragamuffin, that was full of energy. She was clean healthy. Sheβs has just been a total pleasure. I would definitely recommend adopting a fur baby from Worldwide!
I got my not so miniature schnauzer from here in April of 2023. I got my other schnauzer from a private breeder which I had planned to go back to. However, one day I walked into this store and saw a 5 month schnauzer in the sales section. I knew I couldnβt leave him there. He is a bundle of joy and, at this point, no medical issues have occurred. This place is only getting 3 stars for a few reasons. These dogs and cats should not be kept in such a small space as their, βliving quartersβ. Due to the small space my dog ran in circles for months because that is what he was used too. The dogs also arenβt socialized and desensitized to things. We had to train Leo to not be afraid of everything, and we are still training him now a year later. It seems someone in the store maybe hitting the dogs. Even to this day Leo will freak out and become extremely submissive and sometimes pee himself if someone raises their had over him or he thinks he is, βgoing to get hitβ. The lady who assisted us with getting him was a very sweet and kind person.PS- I am comparing this dog to my other dog so maybe I am being harsh.
I bought my Cockapoo puppy from here in June. She is the best dog I have ever owned. She is so smart and I crate trained her once I took her home. She learned many commands such as sit, stay and paw. Shes an amazing dog. We brought her to the vet to get a checkup and she is healthy and has no problems. Thank you Worldwide!!
Through this note, I want to make public the unpleasant and unprofessional service provided by this company on 03/02/2024. For which I requested a touch-up and cleaning of my dogs ears, eyes and tail area, but in exchange I received the pet completely shaved and with unprofessional cuts; quite the opposite of the service I requested. They did not bother to notify me before proceeding or take into consideration the assigned instructionsUNFORTUNATELY I HAVE TO LEAVE A STAR BUT THE TRUTH IS THAT THEY DONT DESERVE ANYTHING!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS!! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL
DO NOT BUY A DOG FROM THIS PLACE. Dogs have pnemonia and MRSA in their lungs!! I usually do not write reviews but had to due to our negative experience. We bought a mini golden doodle at the end of July she was diagnosed with respiratory disease 1 day after we got her which progressed into pneumonia despite being on antibiotics. Our dog is STILL sick from pnemonia and has not been responding well to treatment. She has been sick and unable to get her vaccines for over 3 months!! Since she wasnβt responding to treatment the vet said we had to do a trachael wash procedure which was $1000 that worldwide REFUSED to pay for. This procedure diagnosed her with MRSA in her lungs. She is still not better and may never get better despite receiving treatment. Please do not make the same mistake we did and buy your dog here!! Stay away.
Worldwide Puppies really gave us the most incredible puppy. While he may have been expensive, Gus was worth every penny. He is absolutely gorgeous and so smart. He is a barrel of cuteness and happiness. We love him so much and we couldnβt be happier. He has been with us a month now and we cannot thank Worldwide Puppies enough. The young woman who helped me was fantastic. You could tell she loved the animals as they were all going wild for her. I read a lot about prices on here and the truth is that Gus was not much more than if I would have gotten him from a breeder. I would have searched high and low, most likely would have had to have a puppy shipped and Iβm not sure I would be as happy. He is exactly what we were looking for, a little 3.8lb ball of love and silliness. I would absolutely get another puppy through them. He is perfect as far as my vet, family and I are concerned. Thank you for our perfect baby!
They should at least provide an estimated price over the phone. I drove five hours to get there, only to find out the price, which turned out to be outrageously high for a kittenβor whatever they believe is reasonable. When I questioned why it was so expensive, their staff started laughing and looking around, which felt quite insulting. The main issue is that the price is unreasonably high, and they should be more transparent.
Iβve visited here and the cats and kittens have no toys or water and food always available in their cage. They all look sad. They should shut this down.Cute to look at but horrible what they are doing.Also my good friend bought a dog here only for him to get very sick and this place was forced to return all money spent on the dog.

This pet store got unprofessional service and unacceptable condition , she asked that I need to confirm the puppy by today 5:30pm for $1000, if not, tomorrow will go back to regular price $4000. Hey, Iβm choosing a pet for my mother to keep companies, Iβm not picking up something fm supermarket.
I bought my chihuahua there 3 1/2 years ago for 7 thousand dollars. He just passed away from a genetic liver disease. I dont care about the money he was priceless. But that tells me they did not pick a good breeder or do there homework for charging such high prices and the heartbreak I have endured.
No complaints here. I got my puppy here 6 months ago and he is perfect. A goofy and loveable chocolate labradork. Not a typo, he is a fantastic doofus and I love him to pieces. My Charlie is the bestest boi! Thank you Worldwide!

I had a very unpleasant experience with these people. They sold me a puppy that wasnβt even on display, they said she was in perfect condition but few days after I got her she had a hernia and she wasnβt eating, she would shake and get scared around other puppies. I spoke with Danielle one of the managers and she said they would reimburse me for the hernia surgery so I went and did it and I sent her the bill which was around $800 and they sent me a check for $150. These people are scammers and theyβre very unprofessional, if youβre buying your first pet I advise you not buy from them.
Just the lack of customer service. Ended up just hanging up in frustration from the lack of assistance and knowledge. Even after telling them I need information before taking an hour drive there was still lack of consideration. Me no longer wanting to be a customer doesnβt hurt them in anyway but definitely not supporting this type of business
Hi. Please please, as much as kittens and puppies are adorable here. Donβt buy from them. First of all their prices are through the roof. They charged me 4,000 dollars for a ragdoll cat!? He was 4 months and they said he was βalready old and discountedβ. I immediately fell in love once I played with him and held him, he seemed very afraid of everything, I had to take him. Unfortunately I saw the reviews of this place after buying him. He started showing difficulties breathing the first few months. He wasnβt developing as normal and the vet told me he had dwarfism or was not pure breedβ¦ a 4K ragdoll catβ¦Then I started investigating and his pedigree certificate didnβt seem legit, I couldnβt match the number online. I had him for 10 months. Today he died of a stroke. My baby went into shock and unfortunately passed away. JUST DONT BUY YOUR PET HERE. THEY PROFIT OFF ANIMALS LIFES LIKE THEY DONT MEAN ANYTHING. Youβre better off going to a local breeder, you can research online. Theyβll be healthy, no shady stuff, and 1/3 or 1/4 of what you would pay at a shop and overall HUMANE. Again is not even about the price, but save yourself and the animal the pain.

Honestly, I happened to be driving through the neighborhood when we happen to pass this puppy and kittens shop. Me and my family walked in and immediately went crazy looking at all the beautiful puppies and kittens available. I suddenly noticed a Cavachon puppy (I had no idea what breed that was) and immediately fell in love with him. I asked for the price got a little bit scared LOL but the staff went through all of my options on how to bring my puppy home. After I complied with what I was asked to provide to the financial company, they allowed me to go back to the store and stayed passed closing time to ensure the process went smooth so that I can leave with my baby. I truly appreciate the time the staff took to make this happen for us. We are completely IN LOVE with our cutie and would not have it any other way. Our baby is PERFECT!!!
Me and my wife went to buy a puppy. They offer payment plans and medical packages. We notice that they continually take care of the puppies individually which I appreciate. Our puppy, a teddy bear, is very peaceful and energetic, a good sign of being taken care of. The staff was always checking if we needed info when we were looking and made our visit very wonderful and personal!
Took my grandchildren to see their interactions with puppies and kittens. Place is amazing. Never seen so many different kinds of kittens or puppies.Jay, one of the workers guided the kids. He was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He took the time and effort to have the kids meet several different animals in a separate room. Kids said it was the best day.
I would NOT recommend going here prices are OUTRAGEOUS over $4000 they also make you buy the food after purchasing the puppy so if you have food already prepared too bad. Some places I have seen give you a bit of food for free. No discount or anything. Go to another area.
I purchased a beautiful puppy on the day of my wifes birthday 2 years and 8 months ago , we fell in love with this dog, he brought my house nothing but joy. We had laughs with him, he was there for us when we needed emotional support and he brought my other dog out of a deep state of depression after we had to put his sister down. His name was Enzo, he loved to play fetch , he loved to run in the yard, he would bark non stop. A few weeks ago Enzo stopped jumping on the couch and stopped eating, and started hiding. What I found out next was even more heart breaking. Enzo had a genetic kidney disease , we went from having a little hope that he would live a decent length of life to having no hope at all. Enzos kidneys began to fail rapidly and his organs were shutting down. We got to bring him home from the hospital for 1 night realizing that we would have to bring him back the next day. He went blind , he lost control of his bodily functions and could barely stand up. My wife and I loved Enzo as if he were a child that we had.Enzo was unfortunately born with a genetic disorder that is affecting every puppy from his litter, it was not fair to sell us a beautiful puppy that we loved and have it all ripped away from us in less than 3 years. I will never forgive this business for allowing sick dogs to be breeded and sold to people. My dog did not even outlive his finance , as we spent $5000 dollars to have him. We spent all kinds of money at the animal hospital as well, and they did everything in their power to help our dog, we exhausted every option because they knew and understood how much we loved our dog. Do not buy a dog from this place ever. We need to stop the reproduction of sick animals, its not fair to us or the animals. When contacting the owners, they offered me a discount on another dog as if Enzo was some broken toy that could be replaced. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, my wife and I loved Enzo and we will never forget the pain we had to endure in making one of the hardest choices we ever had to make. Dont give this place your money.
I adopted the most adorable and sweetest kitten back in October. She cost me $2500. Few weeks ago she began to develop fluid in her belly and became very sick. Almost $3000 later on vet bills, she had to be put to sleep. She had a disease called FIP which she most likely would have contracted as a baby in the pet store. My daughters and I are completely devastated and heartbroken. So much money lost, but will never replace how sad we are. She was the best little kitten ever π

Young and very friendly staff. Very helpful and accommodating. Not a lot of large breed pets to choose from I assume most folks now a days like the smaller breeds. There is quite a selection of pets for anyone to choose from. I can also see that the prices of pets has more than doubled and maybe adopting a pet or going to a breeder directly may soften the blow of instead $3500.00 pet that has a life span of 8 years from a pet shop. I cant imagine what a pet shops mark up is on these 4 legged friends are.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!! Please please please find a private breeder!!!! They are much cheaper and the poor animals wonβt die on you. I got a rag doll kitten from them and the sweet baby passed away just before 1 years old, I called to tell them that he died from FIP. Likely due to being bread in a mill. Since it was just shy of 1 year he was under warranty, like a car or something you can replace. I explained to them we were not ready for another animal just yet. I was told I had 4 months to get a βreplacement β. So against my gut I got another sweet baby of a cat. That was 6 years ago. My βreplacementβcat just died of FIP !!!!! The vet said that disease can be dormant for years and may never have been detected but he was almost 100% born with it. This place is horrible and so are the people in it. Again please find a breeder they will cost less and most likely live a full life.
They always take such good care of max. He leaves smelling like powder and it lasts a couple of weeks! Very accommodating! β€οΈ
The workers are friendly, but we were not told the price of the dog we were with until they had our ID. Us in the room with the dog, and then it took them 20 minutes to tell us the price. We asked 4 times and it was always let me find out. Extremely shady place. In no world would I be paying $4900 for a lab. They quoted us $5700 before taxes and fees for cane corso thatβs almost 3 months old. I felt awful leaving her there in a small cage but in no world am I paying 4000 over what a purebred breeder is charging.
We got our Toy Poodle there almost 3 years ago. Yes the dogs are very pricey but thatβs not the issue. My issue is that I felt like this place only cares about the money they make off of these puppies. They donβt ask any questions about you or your household so they have no idea where these dogs are going.My other issue is when we were in there with our now dog asking about the financing, when she gave us the financing plan my husband calculated everything and it didnβt make any sense because the price wouldβve been much higher. So we payed in full. I also didnβt like the vet they sent us to because they too only pushed to give my dog a bunch of vaccines that he doesnβt need and said that they would give him the flu shot next time without even asking if I want to give it to him. I ended up not going back there and went to my in laws vet. With that being said, I donβt regret getting my dog there because he is the best thing to ever happen to us. Heβs so smart and brings us so much happiness every day. At the end of the day thatβs all that matters and I hope that every dog being sold goes to a good home.

THIS PLACE SUCKS AND IS UNPROFESSIONAL. I went to go see cats and I saw a cat and the sign of the cage said not to put your finger in the cage or else the cat would get sick but then when i went to go see the cat and play with it in a separate room they didnβt ask me to wash my hands. So I played with the cat and when i was walking out I accidentally touched my neck and now I have a ringworm from this nasty unprofessional place. They are rude and unprofessional DO NOT BUY FROM HERE the animals are sick.
So this morning I called about 10:40 AM I spoke to a female I forgot her name, but I did call her to let her know that my friend is looking for a puppy, and to warn her not to sell him a puppy because he abuses animals she barely took his name. She really didnt carry enough. She said she didnt have time for this, theyre more of trying to sell an animal than to take the information on an abuser and animal abuser. This is very disappointing and very scary as she said to me while I was trying to give her the information she needed to know. I give this less than a one review I would really love to speak to the owner of Wide Puppies & Kittens. Theyre more of selling animals than taking information on an abuser of animals. We could not be any more happy with our new puppy. Worldwide Puppies and so pleasant to deal with, Quick and efficient. We came and went within two hours of picking out our new pup. An hour just playing in a cute little room getting to know him before making our decision. He is healthy and beautiful and AKC registered. Took him to our vet and they were very impressed with his records and health. He is just perfect and we would not hesitate to purchase another dog from them but we are in no hurry since this little guy is very energetic and we forgot what having a puppy was like! Worldwide puppy store is clean and spacious with plenty of room for the pups to move around, play and relax. Lots of different kinds of dogs and cats as well to choose from.
Dog we bought here just turned six and passed away the other day. Was perfectly young shouldnt have been that way not to mention we paid over 3200 dollars for him six years ago. We have multiple mastiffs, rottweilers, and pitbulls generations. They all lived to be 10 to 13 years old. He shouldnt have died that young. Next time I will buy from a breeder. Oh also I remember driving there at an earlier time after we were told they had a certain breed of dog only to find out they lied to get us to drive over 45 there just in hopes we would fall in love with something else.

I live more than an hour away in the city and called to ask about pricing. Didnβt ask for a specific number, asked for a range of what they normally see. Instead she offered βfinancing over the phoneβ without a true price to begin with (like I was going to trust somewhere that canβt give price ranges with potentially running a credit check on my personal information). Made me extremely distrustful. If you are looking to purchase a kitten, Iβd recommend going somewhere that is more transparent. Somewhere that is hiding things up front, I definitely donβt trust to not hide things about my kitten and/or their health and history.

I purchased my puppy here in May 2023. I paid for a Shih Tzu but DNA tests proved I got a mixed breed dog, that clearly shows signs of abuse/trauma. I wouldnβt recommend this pet store to my worst enemy. BEWARE!!!!UPDATE: I received a call from the Manager Danielle, looking to resolve the matter. Unfortunately it quickly escalated to her being rude and threatening. She continued to shout at me and express her distain about the matter in a very condescending tone. After explaining the issue, being sold a dog that was NOT the breed I paid for, she explained that I am not entitled to to any monetary settlement to resolve the issue. Needless to say, unfortunately we were not able to come to an amicable solution. I pray no one else has an experience like mine. What was supposed to be exciting, family bonding experienceβ¦ quickly turned into the most dreadful headache ever. Save your money and sanityβ¦ this pet store is not worth it. Scam. 4000 for an Abyssinian. Was skeptical so asked what was covered. Know a place giving Abyssinians for $2700 with everything this place does NOT include. The workers arenβt the problem, the breeders are so giving this place 2 stars. Would be 1 star if the workers werenβt exceptional.
If I could give this place a - star I would. This place treats their animals horrible!!! The manager Danielle at this establishment has a REALLYYYY NASTYYYY attitude. I donβt understand how she has a job with the way she treats the customers AND HER EMPLOYEES!!!! So many of the animals are coughing. The workers just brush it off as if they were β chokingβ on their water. These people donβt give prices over the phone. I DROVE from GEORGIA because I was thinking the prices were in the 100βs.. the MAX 1000!!β¦ NOT EXPECTING ALMOST 5K!!!!. Than they say β oh they are on saleβ what kind of sale is that?!?!.. You can just tell all they care about is getting a sale. They donβt care about where the animal is going to, donβt care about anything like that. They just want to get the money. I will say the person that helped me ( I canβt remember her name but she had her hair in a pony tail and hair is very thin) she was really nice. I shouldβve checked the reviews before committing myself into coming to this place. I feel really bad for the animals here. Hopefully they get shut down sooner than later!
I went here for my birthday on march and I wanted a Russian blue kitten, he was so cute I fell in love with him and my mom couldnβt resist the look on my eyes so she had to get him. When he got home we loved him so much he was my baby.until I noticed something off about him he didnβt run around much but I never thought anything of it, I just thought he was scared because he was used to a cage not a home . Well he slept more than usual ,then I started noticing how he was trying to breathe he was suffocating so he added so much pressure to just breathe through his lungs, it looked like he was trying to take out a hair ball. Long story short, I came home and he was like adding so much pressure on his lungs that it made him move we took him to the vet and it turns out he had fluid in his chest and his lungs. We didnβt want him to suffer and go through all those surgeries as a 4 month old kitten so we just put him to sleep.
I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH. the workers are beyond nice and the pets look so healthy and clean. i want to buy a puppy and they helped me pick out a puppy and placed me in the playroom to get comfortable with the puppy. i definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.
I give this place two stars. The people who work there are friendly and helpful but the prices are absolutely insane. I went in to ask about a Russian Blue kitten and was told it was $3999. Then they told me there was another one, slightly older, and he was on sale. That sale price was $3499. After leaving the store in disbelief over the prices I was quoted, I did some more research on the price of a Russian Blue. Typically, these cats cost about $500-$600. The next day, I found a breeder in Colorado that gave me a price of $500 plus $100 to have him shipped to Long Island. It cost less to get a pure bread, from a breeder, all the way across the country than this place tried to charge me. They offer financing which actually made me laugh. Imagine taking out a loan to buy a pet. Again, the staff is very nice and Im sure the prices arent set by them, but whoever sets the prices is out of their mind. My suggestion is to do your research before you go to this place. Use it as a last resort. And even then, Id still recommend going elsewhere if the price point is an area of concern for you.

Place is full of absolute morons. They never know what they are talking about especially over the phone. They had us come down to talk about a dog we were interested in and once we got there they told us it was already sold. They charge $5k for any animal cat or dog. The animals donβt even look taken care of. A complete joke. Parking sucks too. Donβt go here.
They will not give pricing over the phone so I traveled very far to learn pricing is 3-$4000 for pups and kittens. I was shocked. Then they tried to assure me thats what breeders charge as well. Completely false. Dont get ripped off. If youre searching for a pet and need pure breed due to allergies or just preference go with a reputable breeder.
Management and owner are horrible, they do not care about employees or the pets in the store. All the owner cares about is getting top dollar for these pets. Talk about inflation? If i were shopping for a dog/cat this would be the last place Iβd go. They tell you one price and then change their mind when you come back another day. People buy these pets and most of them have to be put down because they are sick. I dont think that is fair. Their is no accommodation for anyone. ALSO The environment isnβt very diverse.
Iβve had the best experience coming to Worldwide Puppies & Kittens. I went in looking for a french bulldog and to my luck, they had them in store. From the moment I went in, I was greeted with warm smiles and awesome customer service! They answered all my questions and concerns with full detail and did not leave me wondering. The financing process was seamless, I had absolutely no problems as I knew I am getting my moneyβs worth. Thanks to Worldwide Puppies & Kittens I have my new adorable puppy Bennie! I could not be happier! They are the best in town. I would not recommend anyone else.
Never been more frustrated with the way one of the workers treated two puppies in the first section by the front doors, he absolutely manhandled these poor dogs. Dragged one by their neck, not their scruff, their neck. And put both of them which seemed to be chokeholds to calm them down. If they handle these animals during store hours like this in front of customers I can just imagine how they treat them when no oneβs looking. Absolutely disgusting. Always had rescues my whole life between dogs and cats, this is just another reason why I adopt, and never shop.
I would rate Worldwide Puppies & Kittens 20 stars if I could. From day 1, Danielle who helped us when we walked in the door was not only super educated on the puppies we were discussing, but she spoke with us and showed us puppies for a couple of hours... the PATIENCE! I am a brand new puppy owner and I have a ton of questions... every day I ask them questions!! Jenice, the owner, and all have been so patient and kind and answered all of my questions. I seriously have reached out every day since we brought home our new baby almost 2 weeks ago... even today. I cannot say enough about Worldwide Puppies & Kittens. Super clean, smells wonderful, the animals are so healthy and happy. The staff is above and beyond. What an amazing experience. Thank you, thank you!!
Please stop supporting places like this. Many of these dogs come from puppy mills. In the US dogs are being euthanized every day in shelters. Adopt, dont shop. Save a life instead of supporting big business. These places should be illegal.

My boyfriend and I have been wanting a kitten for the past few months and the website for this place seemed lovely. We drove over an hour yesterday to get to this place and I was in shock when I walked inside. My smile instantly left when I walked inside the business watching puppies poop in their pens lined with newspaper and roll around in it. My boyfriend and I saw an adorable rag doll kitten we fell in love with. When we took her into the pen she was covered in poop, on her face near her eyes and on her paws. I notified a worker who told me that if we took her home the kitten would be properly groomed. This alarmed me so I wanted the precious kitten even more so she wouldnt be in that disgusting place. The price for her was completely unreasonable, $2,800, for the kitten to be rolling around in her own feces. I would never recommend this place as I am heart broken having to leave that precious baby there with those horrible workers. The place smells and it horribly kept, if youre spending over $1,000 for any animal in the store it shouldnt come covered in its own poop and with all the money they make off of customers the place needs a serious face lift. I wouldnt even take my puppy here for a hair cut. Completely disgusting.
I would strongly recommend that you shop around for the breed you want elsewhere, because they are extremely expensive and a complete rip-off!!! They dont post their prices anywhere and ask you to come in for a price. I paid an exorbitant amount for a scottish fold kitten and then they add on 179.99 for a microchip which apparently does not cost more then $50 at a vet. Then they tell you food and vitamins for an additional cost. I walked out paying $6100 for a kitten that should not have cost me more then $2000 .
Worldwide pups is amazing ! We went there to finance and it was amazing how many breeds they had ! Big small any puppy you have in mind they have it. Golden retrievers bulldogs even German Shepard puppies! And the small pups they have are so adorable they had so many different ones. We ended up picking a poodle and she is absolutely amazing. Worldwide pups was always a phone call away any time I had any questions and the purchasing process was so easy and fast! They were such a huge help I would highly recommend you to go there.
Do not purchase any animals from here!!!!!We called the store to inquire about prices and were told they do not discuss pricing via telephone. Ok, fine, no problem! So, we went in to see the puppies they had available. They quoted us $6899 for an 8 week old goldendoodle. $6899!!!!! We have been in contact with many breeders with pricing ranging from $1500 to $4000 -- including immunizations, vet check-ups, crate training, and potty training!!!We thought, ok, maybe they overprice them and prices are negotiable? Negative. We said that is a lot more than we have been quoted for other pups of the same breed, gender, and coat, and they offered us financing options -- NOT interest free financing either!! No wonder they dont discuss pricing over the phone.. they would never have customers walk in the door!!This place scams buyers who are looking for instant gratification in welcoming a furry friend. We saw many families with children begging their parents for a pup/kitty and parents attempting to negotiate pricing.The only positives are that you get to play with puppies and the sales associate we worked with was very nice. She answered all of our questions and gave us a lot of details on the pups -- although we cant confirm if they are legitimate or not...We are so glad we did not cave and buy one of the puppies!!!
If I could give negative -10 to this place , I honestly would.My boyfriend went to look at puppies yesterday. He fell in love with a Golden Retriever puppy. We have decided to go in together today along with my 9 year old daughter.He was told the price for the dog was $4,300 yesterday but today (Sunday) when we all went back, they told us that the price was discounted to $3,899 (Only today).We went over the pedigree of the dog, were told the dog was AKC certified from purebred parents and that she came with an already implanted microchip. We then needed to discuss it further over lunch and looked up reviews on Google that were mostly 1,2 stars but there were some good reviews as well. So we figured it was half/half and that we need to really weigh all the pros and cons. We came up with the list of questions , and they were all promptly answered. I specifically asked for the info on the breeder and even looked them up online while at the store (Came back legitimate) , the breeder had a website and a Facebook page. That checked out.We were also told that theyd honor any health issues within one year for a FULL refund and that we had 14 days to get the dog checked by a veterinarian of our choosing which made us feel confident and that if the dog was deemed not for sale, theyd get a second opinion from their vet.My question next was what if one vet deems the dog fit and another not fit, we were told there would be a third vet who would decide. Great, we felt confident and picked out some essentials for the dog and waited for the paperwork.I just need to mention that NOT ONCE did the sales person or the manager say that there would be additional HIDDEN FEES associated with the price other than the sales tax. We were shown paperwork that the dog came with the microchip already and that it was already included in the price since were never told that the chip was coming at an extra cost, plus the food cost.When we were ready to checkout , the total price came to be over $4,500. Turns out they had tackled on the microchip fee ($179.99) and the food $69.99 + tax. This was an additional $600 beyond the sticker price.We called to speak with the manager AGAIN, and she didnt flinch. They refused to even discount the 2 small toys and the wee wee pads or to accommodate us in any way since it was their mistake that no one mentioned in the 2 hours we were in the store , there would be hidden fees or that the chip was extra. Had they told us this transparently at the beginning , we would have been fine.This manager was so accommodating and assuring during the pre-sale conversation but her demeanor had completely changed when we questioned the additional fees. She DID NOT CARE for one second on losing out on a nearly $4K sale and we stepped out of the store. My 9 year old daughter was HYSTERICAL. Crying inconsolably for hours after. We stood outside the store and discussed what to do then decided to go back in to see if there was absolutely anything they could do.Again, we were met with a huge NO. To us personally, as consumers, it wasnt about the money - it was about the shadiness and the integrity ,or the lack thereof, this place had. They are only in it for the MONEY, nothing else. They do not care about these animals.If they wouldnt work with us on the price at this point in time, does anyone really think these people would honor anything they said they would if God forbid the dog got sick or there was any health problems down the road? Absolutely not. I believe we have dodged a MAJOR bullet here.We are going to go to a reputable AKC breeder and pick out a dog. I not only dont recommend this place, but I urge you to stay FAR AWAY from them and never give them one single cent of your money.Just an awful and horrible experience.
Worldwide Puppies and kittens is the best place to come and get a puppy and or kitten. I have both an English bulldog and Beagle from here and they have been the most amazing pets I could ever ask for. The ladies there are extremely accommodating! They even have packages that come with the crate and everything that you need for your new puppies and kittens. I have never had a problem with them. I would highly recommend to everyone.
We adopted a bernedoodle like one year and 4 months ago. First off the bernedoodle was way to over priced but we adopted her anyway because she was cute. But the problem with her now after one year is she has really bad anxiety problems. When we first got her she had really bad health problems as well. I think these puppies are separated really young from there mother thatβs why they have so much problems. Donβt make the same mistake as my husband an I adopt from a shelter itβs way better and cheaper.
I went there today just to look. Well I came home with a tea cup Yorkie. The staff was amazing so sweet. Answered all my questions.They Even set up cocos first vet appointment. Also her grooming appointment. I was so excited my eye filled up with tears and so did Kristens one of the staff members. I cant thank you guys enough. Im so in love with my little princess. I would definitely recommend this place.
We purchased our Cavashon Rosie from Worldwide almost 4 years ago. They are wonderful and we continue to bring her back to be groomed regularly. They are always very kind and caring to her when she arrives. Highly recommended!
We purchased a 6 month old Wheaten Terrier and I must say he is the most lovable and mellow dog ever. Unfortunately he will have to undergo an operation to remove the testicle that did not drop. This is an expensive and potentially dangerous procedure. We had the pup checked by the vet Worldwide recommended the week we brought him home. No mention of the testicle issue by either the vet or Worldwide was brought up. We also tried to contact the breeder that worldwide stated on his paperwork and they did not exist. My advise is to only purchase a dog through a professional breeder with high recommendations.
This place is an enormous rip off. Beautiful cats and really wanted to get one, but their prices are beyond INSANE! 3x what a breeder charges
Whether youβre looking to buy or look, they allow having playtime for the animals. You can ask to bring any of the animals into the playroom. If you find dogs and cats therapeutic and would love to get used to them and bond with them before committing, this is the place for you! I come here at least twice a week to relieve my stress and anxiety.
Im so thankful for this place. I ended up purchasing a beautiful Imperial Shihtzu today. She was PERFECT! Thank you so all the staff members at Worldwide Puppies and Kittens. You made our whole year. Please make sure you do go visit them. They are great in customer service.
One of the best! One of the employee helped me and my family through the process of getting our new pup! They were very patient with us very nice! They even stayed with us after close finishing up the paper work! Wonderful people wonderful pups! In love with the new addition to our pack!
They are liars and way over priced. I was interested in an Abyssinian kitten from this store. I called and they told me they had 3 Abyssinian kittens available! I asked them to give me a price and other info over the phone, because i live about 5 hours away, but they refused. They stated it was against company policy to discuss such things over the phone. So i hired somebody from close by to go for me to get more information. That person i hired went the next day, and they had NO Abyssinian kittens. They had lied, and they were prepared to have me drive 5 hours (one way) to find out they had lied. Thank god i sent somebody instead. They told the girl i sent that they would have some in 3 weeks, and they were selling for $3,800 per kitten...Abyssinians range from $1200 for a pet to $2500 for the absolute best show winning cat. $3800 is absolutely ludicrous to pay for that cat. Terrible people
So I called up the store and they would not provide a price over the phone. So I said the heck with it Iβll drive. Came into the store and I felt like I need them more then they need me. I had to wait for the salesperson and it has gotten to a point I had to actually ask someone if they can help me. Finally someone was willing to help me. After giving me a few prices for some kittens and puppies I said to my self at those prices they should of welcomed me to the store with bells and whistles. Btw a kitten is over four grand and a shih tzu puppy is over 4 grand. These people are crazy.
Rebecca helped us pick out the perfect poodle puppy. All the cages were clean and the animals all looked clean. The store smelled nice to. Rebecca your a sweetheart. Most the staff is very friendly besides one lady who was kind of rude. But over all the puppy i purchased was sold at a very fair price and healthy. They even groomed her before we took her home which i thought was nice. I have been in many pet stores and this by far was one of my better experiences
OUR PUPPY DIED! DO NOT BUY YOUR PUPPY FROM HERE! My girlfriend and I purchased a 12 week old golden retriever from here only to have him ripped from our hands 2 days later. The puppy suffered for 5 days at a 24 hour animal hospital to die. We would call every day to see how the puppy was doing. It is sad to hear what this puppy was experiencing. Not eating, throwing up, fever and constant diarrhea. The vet said that the puppy had contracted some sort of virus from either the breeder or the pet store. Yes, you may get lucky and purchase a healthy dog from here, but just understand that you are supporting a store that purchases and sells sick animals. Do not be the 1% that experiences this. We made that mistake, do not do the same. Buy your puppy directly from a reputable breeder.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! The sales staff acts as if your annoying them when you ask any breed specific questions, probably because if their lack of knowledge. We were looking for a kitten and wanted to be sure we were choosing the correct breed. I Wanted to send a picture to my wife because she was a big part of the purchase and they would not allow us to photo the animal, I am guessing because they donβt want documented proof of the lack of cleanliness. I got the most beautiful & sweet tempered Himalayan kitten! She is great with my 3 children, very social & well adjusted thanks to the great care & love she received from the staff at Worldwide Puppies & Kittens! The staff were very knowledgeable, I highly recommend them!
The store was clean and didnt smell bad. The staff was very friendly and I thought they handled the pets with love and care. I was there for a while and noticed they were rotating the pets that were out with one that were resting in the back. There are rooms to play with and meet the animals you are interested in. The selection is great too but the pricing was really, really expensive in my opinion. Also appreciated the shop cat!!
During quarantine, not many pet shops had a nice variety of puppies, but World Wide Puppies did. Drove 40 minutes to get to the store when they first opened, and they generously accommodated us to see the Cavachon puppies even though we didnβt have an appointment. The representative Rebecca was very friendly and patient with us as we looked at the puppies and was very thorough in answering all our questions as we determined which one we wanted.The pets there all look clean, healthy, happy, and well taken care of. And my Cavachon received a clean bill of health when we took her to get examined at the vet and she is adjusting well to her new home. She is already part of the family β€οΈ
If I can give 0 stars I would. DONT BUY YOUR PUPPY FROM HERE! A friend of mine bought a puppy from this place because she was feeling anxious given all of the madness Covid has brought. After ONE day of happiness with her new puppy, the puppy fell terribly sick. She wasnt eating or drinking. She was rushed to the vet to find out this reputable pet store sold her a sick puppy. The poor puppy was diagnosed with kennel cough that turned to pneumonia!! She has been at the vet for over a week now and my friends anxiety has been terrible. We all thought it would be best for her to give the puppy back since it worsened her anxiety given the circumstances. Its unbelievable that this pet store refused to refund the amount she paid for the puppy in full. They only offered her a 50% refund for their MISTAKE. I have never seen such unprofessional staff. DONT BUY YOUR PUPPY FROM THIS PLACE! They clearly dont know how to care for them properly and sell sick puppies!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I donβt even know where to start. I was looking for Russian Blue kitten and found their website. It showed 3 male and 1 female kitten. I called them and they confirmed their availability and mentioned that all are ready to go home. Also, they told me that they cannot tell me the price because it is against their store policy. I drove over 3 hours one way to the store and asked for the bathroom but I was told that it is βunder constructionβ. Fine, whatever, moving on to the kittens or a kitten. There was only one male Russian blue kitten 8weeks old, ready to go home in maybe 1,5 week looked very skinny and sick. When asked about the price, they told me $3,800. I am sure they make up prices as they go. Horrible service, horrible, smelly place. I honestly donβt recommend it to anyone. Ruined 6 hours of my Saturday and left concerned about animals they sell. Whoever is running this place should hire entire new staff.
I donβt even know where to start. I would give it zero stars if I could. You go into the store and they give you one price but then say theyβre dropping the price to make it seem like a βgood deal.β They overcharge the animals there. We bought a cavapoo puppy for $3,000 which we were originally told she was $3,500. I think they just give people random prices for the animals. Then, we were told weβd be financing her which ended up being a lease which we were not informed of. Our puppy is going to end up costing us $5,000! I love her but I would have never purchased a $5,000 dog. This place is a scam. They told us if we chose a plan with large monthly payments then the financing would be just about $3,000 but only a little more. That was a lie. And on top of that, she was sick when we took her home. We went to the vet so that she could get medications and we saw someone else there who had purchased their dog recently from Worldwide Puppies and Kittens and their dog was sick. Take my advice and stay far away from this place. We later found out that you can buy a good cavapoo from a reputable breeder for $1,200 or less. There is no way we should be paying this much. Itβs highway robbery and they should be ashamed of themselves. At least if youβre going to charge this much, make sure you take care of the animals.
I love this place ! I take my dog here every time to get groomed and this is the best place to get a dog from as well. Theyre so nice and helpful and anyone would be grateful to experience even a day with the puppies here.

This store is a beyond the worst!My son bought me Siberian Husky not realizing the needs of this dog.I will be moving and the dog will be in a apartment.He had the dog for 1 hour and I asked to return the dog because the dog was not a good fit which they said no final sale.They refused not caring at all about the dog.I asked to exchange dog for a smaller one buy they said no!!I also saw the breeder comes up as puppy mill and charged .$3000 for this dog.Its deceiving while they show you papers for dog being AKA but it was ACA accreditedMost people that own pet stores care about the fit of a animal proper home.They couldnβt care lessHorrible Horrible.Go Directly to a Breeder!,,
I wasnβt a fan.I came in about 2 hours ago to look at kittens with my boyfriend and his family. He and his family liked many kittens, but instead of initially giving us prices, about 3 different employees gave a hurried word for word script about financing options and mandatory bundles needed to take a kitten home today. No employee willingly offered to let us know how much a kitten was until we asked them a couple times.They ended up not getting a kitten, as they were very expensive.I personally donβt like the apparent business practice of pushing people to fall in love with an animal before informing them about how much they are. Itβs a sneaky tactic to pull on the heartstrings and wallets of people looking to find a furry family member.
I Would put 0 for this store. The average price of the puppy is a big secret until you drive 4 hours from other state. They dont care about customers time and money spent to travel to the store. Their policy is not to tell anything about a puppy over the phone and to waste peoples time. And when you come, they say Im sorry we dont have a puppy of this breed in the store right now but we would show you the pictures and video of him so i spent 4 hours drive with tolls to see the pictures...No help at all. I would never go to the store who hide information from customers. And yes, you are spending your time to check others spelling but not helping to solve a problem.
I bought my kitten here and it died the same month of URI. After trying it save it, all I am left with is astronomical medical bills and a broken heart. These people are heartless animal peddlers. The animals are kept in unsanitary conditions and look sickly. This place needs to be shut down. They are also very rude in dealing with their customers and use bait and switch tactics just to get you in the store. Promising they have certain breed of kitten but when you get there, they tell you it was bought earlier. Their litter boxes reek of urine. All you want to really do is rescue the animals as they look so pitiful. The prices for these poor creatures are astronomical. A kitten can cost you somewhere from $2,000 to $3500. But they will not tell you, only when you show interest then they reveal the price. Pictures on their website are fake, when you get to the store none of those kittens you see on the website are there. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE!!!!!!
This place is a absolute joke. They allow a 18 year old without a house to buy a puppy. Without Verification of a proper home . And on top of it all over charged her because of her age 3500.00 for a puppy. Be careful with finance. They throw in many overpriced items not needed. Example $150 microchip. Overpriced free pet visit. Overpriced bag of food and other things not needed. Before you sign..look it over line by line. I financed $2000 came out to $3000. My dog also now needs knee operation. Not sure where their breeders are. Not best quality especially for the price.
Got my dog here over 9 years ago. Best dog ever! Very nice staff, I go in from time to time to show them pictures of my little girl. She is over 70 pounds and the love our lives. Thank you Worldwide Puppies and Kittens!
Went there after seeing many breeds on their website. I get there the same day and the ones I was interested in were all gone. I would think they would update the website. I will say the place is clean and staff is nice. I went agsin aftr being emailed they had 3 puppies I was interested in. I get there day later all gone . Best part cant even say how much sold for. Canβt give prices on phone even in person do not answer whst pride range is . I fully believe half dogs advertised were never in store. Will not waste my time with then again
If I could give no stars I would. The same thing happened to me with the whole financing scamthst other people are talking about. And Im sure they jacked up the price of the kitten we were I interested in when they saw us pull up in a BMW and my designer handbag.The staff (especially the chubby manager with the bad fake eyelashes) was EXTREMELY rude. The owner was never there (supposedly) and did not return any of my 10 phone calls. The place was dirty and smelled. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO CLOSE AND STOP LETTING ANIMALS DIE.

I got a my love Felix a Devon Rex kitty back against all I believe in stores selling animals I passed place stopped in not knowing what kind of place but seen Felix fell in love right away needed to give him loving home totally shocked at $2995 price but he was looking a me with loving eyes could not leave him there. Even knowing I was being taken for. But Felix having love and a home was more important. Little did I know he was sick with herpes that for my other cats sick $10,000 later 3 cats now sick forever but I can control with meds on flare up. And love my boys. They had to know they had a sick cat. Dont go here they need to be shut down.
You know this is not the first time, not the second, not even the third....tonight makes 4 times that I have called on a specific puppy and the dumb girls that work there say they have what Im looking for and then after taking the hour ride in traffic to their store, they dont even have one. AND, they staff is so nasty. Very unfriendly. I would never recommend their facility and I should have read the other reviews before going there 4 different times. The other reviews and consumer affairs rate them a 0. You would think management would do something about that and get a crew that knows what theyre doing and talking about when interacting with customers. These poor, poor puppies and kittens. What a disgrace of a place!

I purchased Stripe 2 weeks ago at their Bellmore NY, location.Stripe is Pure Bred Miniature Poodle. Hes healthy and happy! I couldnt be more pleased with my purchase thus far. Rebecca assisted me from the time I walked in the store and was patient to answer every question I had and considerate that Im a first time dog owner!I took Stripe to his follow up vet visit which is free as part of my purchase and Stripe got a clean bill of health from the vet. The vet stated that they, (worldwide puppies & kittens) took great care of Stripe. He had all of his shots needed so the vet only administered one booster! I recommend anyone looking to buy a puppy/kitten to go to WWP&K first! They know who their pet breeders are, and can give you information thats solidified with paperwork you take with you.I searched pet shelters and non profits for the right fit of a dog to bring home but couldnt find a match. I was skeptical of going to a pet store bc of the horror/health stories regarding puppy-mills etc. That was not a concern at WWP&K.They are professional, sincere and really care about the pups/kittens they sell. The kennels are so clean it doesnt smell like their pets havent been bathed since birth. They are also on standby to answer any questions by phone you may have concerning your new family member. I dont write many reviews and when I do its mostly food reviews. Dont believe the negative reviews.Im happy to share this honest review. Now what are you waiting for?... Go get your pet!
Called the store multiple times and finally am giving up. They will not confirm if they have the kittens that are listed on their site in store. Nor will they discuss any pricing. Then pressure you to come into store. Been there, done that. Not going to waste a long trip only to have someone play games.
I purchased a Russian Blue kitten last week at Worldwide. Shes adorable and I love her to pieces.Prior to going to Worldwide, I had checked with a breeder in Westchester. Had he been more communicative and easily contacted, I would have gone with him. His price was $1500. I paid $3000 at Worldwide. I know, that was my choice. But thats double what a TICA breeder would charge, and my kitty is from a registry that no one has heard of (UFA). The breeder herself comes up on internet searches as a backyard breeder which is classified with puppy mills.I took my baby to the vet today. She has a yeast infection in both ears, and feline herpes virus, causing one eye to run often.Im disappointed that I didnt do more research in advance and let my heart override my common sense. My bad.I will say that staff was very friendly and Rebecca seemed quite knowledgeable.
I have to give them 5 stars because theyve earned it. I have purchased 2 kittens from there and a puppy. My first kitten is now 2 years old , my second will be 1 in Sept and a special Thank You to Kristen. Ive just brought my puppy home this weekend, I have to thank Kadi & Rebecca for being so patient with me and helping me with the process . The staff are professional, caring to all the babies in there care. I dont understand the bad Rapp they receive, ,, but I can truly say.. if my experience wasnt good I wouldnt have returned. Last but definitely not least , the gentlemen that groom and take care of the pet shop are just as involved and concerned with the babies. To the owner you have a wonderful establishment and great employees. Keep doing what you do.

Went today to look at a pup. Would not give a price over the phone. We went in anyway and got a chance to play with the puppy in a small room. Upon seeing the dog we noticed its eyes looked off. They advised the puppy is perfectly healthly. Upon asking the price they were about 2,700$ more than a pure bred pup from a breeder with a show winning leiniage. They seem to be doing price gouging due to an uptick in demand, or from reading some of the other reviews they may just have insane markups to being with. After taking some pictures and sending to a friend who is an AKC chair we were advised that the dog most likely has demodectic Mange. This is most likely from the dog being either from a Mill or poor living conditionings. Either way steer clear of this place, if not for the poor care it seems than from the insane markups and shady business practice of luring you into bond with a puppy and then dropping an inflated price on you.TL;DR: Went in to see a pup after I was refused to be told a price over the phone. Pup looked to be suffering from Mange and then was told an ultra inflated price (much, much more than from a pure breed champion).
Expensive, and overpriced cost of add ons but we would otherwise not have our Russian Blue kitten! Breeders for RBs are hard to find and there is a waiting list. Even then you are paying thousands. So far, happy with our new family member. Heβs adorable, playful, affectionate and healthy! No regrets.
Rebecca was phenomenal with helping us find our perfect addition to our family. The staff was courteous, professional, and friendly which made our experience even better. From the moment we walked in, our overall experience allowed my daughters to convince their dad to get a pup which we named Oreo. Thank you again Rebecca. You were very knowledgeable which made it easy for us as a 1st time dog owner.
Unsanitary conditions, putrid smell, all of the kitten were sleeping their litter boxes on top of excrement with nothing else in the cages besides the litter boxes and minimal food. Lying about availability of the kittens. Staff was very unfriendly, not caring about the customers experience and very rude. Also extremely overpriced kittens. Would not recommend this place anyone, certainly not an animal lover.
After reading the reviews on cats getting sick and dying after being purchased from here, I wont go there. The reason I am giving one star is because I was totally profiled on the phone. She asked where I was coming from and I said Oyster Bay, and immediately regretted it because now I know she would upcharge me. One can only surmise that they dont discuss prices over the phone because they want to size you up and see what they can get from you in the store. I am going to a breeder in PA to get a healthy animal. This place looks like a nightmare.
Very overpriced. I came here twice. On my first visit I saw a shiba inu with a very runny eye and I asked an employee what happened to his eye. She said he was crying because he was sad. A week later I came back to see him and his eye was still very runny and the employee said he was just crying. I decided to get him because I loved his personality and how playful he was. Four days later we took him to his first vet visit and found out he has conjunctivitis. His fecal sample also showed he was positive for Giardia.
Do not waste your time. They tell you they have a breed only for you to get there for them not to have the breed at all. We are talking a matter of 1 hour. This poor women traveled from Nj to get there only to find that she was lied to just like we were!
All the puppies n kittens r adorable, healthy n well taken care of!! Store is clean n staff is very helpful n attentive to each customer. If they dont have what ur looking for in the store they can n will special order the breed u r looking for. When u do buy a puppy or kitten hey come with the health guarantee n the remaining vaccines, including rabies if they dont have it yet, n dewormings.
Like a puppy mill. Plexiglas covers on pens were missing pieces, dogs were poorly groomed. Wish I could have taken them all out of there. Go to a breeder not this store.
This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. Puppies were playing in their own feces. Puppy areas looked like they were never cleaned out. Very strong odor through the place. Employees looked annoyed and were very rough when handling the animals. They were not helpful in any way and seemed like I was bothering them by asking questions about adopting a pet. Even the cats looked in poor condition and unhealthy. Will never go back and suggest you dont even walk into this place
We bought our new Chocolate Labrador, Brandy, today and we couldnt be happier. The employees were amazing and knowledgeable, our puppy is healthy and happy, and the process from start to finish was perfect.

Anyone still buying designer puppy mill dogs after learning the misery these dogs go through should be ashamed of themselves..When a place doesnt let you return a puppy for what ever reason they care nothing for the puppy..Most of the puppies turn up sick because of the conditions they are brought up in,, and they are way over bred..When mom and dad are no longer useful to the breeder,, most of the time they are thrown away, or worse. You contribute to this..Go to a Reputable breeder..they stand by the puppy you buy, and will take the puppy back..Dont even enter the store, because once you see the puppy, the store ghouls play on your emotions, and that is why you pay the ridiculous high prices. I mean how can anyone resist a puppy or a kitten right? They know this.. Think first.
Didnt hate it. Puppies and kittens are all beautiful. Pricing ($3000+) kills the pets unfortunately bred for this store. Sad they do have beautiful pets extremely high price tag. Wish I could save them all.

Bought my amazing pup in February and just now finding out i was completely lied to the main manager rebecca sold us our dog and seemed like she was a very nice person up untill now. i was told we had a full AKC dog and that we could get the pedigree on the dog come to find out that AKC doesnt certify mix breed dogs!!! and that his pedigree isnt obtainable by me!!! total bull s*** go elsewhere
Emailed them looking for a specific breed , wouldnt discuss prices over the phone.. go there only to see puppies on a computer screen, 3500 dog so was asked if i wanted to try to apply for financing, got approved which i thought was strange cause my credit sucks, so i got excited and put down a 550$ deposit (big mistake on my end) was told no information about the financing plan (paytomorrow) after going home that day i felt uneasy did some research.. 2 year plan would have costed me about 6500 in the end for a dog, feel like they roped me along, called next day no refunds on deposits. i hope the owner of this store gets hit by multiple buses. i only leave this review because dont do what i did, research before you go there. even better go adopt an animal but if you are rich and wealthy this is the place for you.
My brother and parents had gone to the store to look at a mini golden doodle for my brothers birthday. The dog was almoat 8 months old and was rather expensive but my brother loved the dog. They had kept in touch with the store and my dad called at 635 they said that they would groom him for us to pick him up and chip him. We called at 730 to say we were almost there and they said it wouldnt be a problem picking up the dog. When they got there the dog was gone and they said it was just adpoted minutes before. They should not have said that they were grooming him for us and it was okk to pick him up if it was already sold. When we called at 730 they should have said that the dog was already gone and saved us the trip. The women at the store was very nasty. After my sister wrote a review someone at the store called my father and asked us to take down the negative review. If they would have said that the dog was gone when called at 630 or 730 we still would have been disappointed but it would have been understandable. They broke my brothers heart by telling us an hour prior that they were grooming the dog and would chip it for us. At 730 on the way there my brother was so happy that they said it wouldnt be a problem getting tonight and we wouldnt have to wait until tomorrow. The nasty employee then said the people that had gotten the dog must have gotten since groomed and looked so cute i would not recomend this store to anyone else
I have been searching for a Victorian Bulldog and found World wideβs website. They had and still have FIVE Victorian Bulldogs listed for sale. I live in Manhattan and called the store last night. I specifically asked if the VBβs listed on their site were still for sale and I was told βI canβt give you prices over the phoneβ ... I didnβt ask how much I asked if they were still available and after some wrangling I was finally told yes they are all here. So I leave work early today, hop on the LIRR and go to World Wideβs store in Bellmore. And wouldnβt you know they sold 4 of the puppies this morning b/c there was only one VB for sale... The girl said the puppy was 10 weeks old but this isnβt my first rodeo -> that dog was much older. Long story short after explaining to me that I couldnβt buy the puppy without paying $140 for their micro chip and I also had to buy their food... Iβm here to buy a dog -> You already lied to me, donβt waste my time trying to make me pay for stuff I donβt need. AND BEST OF ALL THEIR ON SALE PRICE WAS $1,000 more than any other place I have seen. Avoid these jokers.
If I could give it a negative I would. Me and my Gf were just browsing after getting another from the humane society and we walked into this place. These puppies and kittens are stored like hamsters. About 60 animals crammed into about 700square feet. The humane society treats them better and you adopt them for 100 times less! This is genuinely sad and these places should be shut down!
Place is a joke. They post pics on their website of dogs they say are in store... i call up and spoke to someone and drove from Staten Island to go see a chow puppy. I show up and no dog is there, they claim it was sold yet it was 6 weeks old then say that it was at the breeders not even in store and they can special order 1. I can order a dog off chow breeders websites also.. the whole point of driving to Bellmore was to see the dog before hand. Typical bait and switch scam this place runs. Avoid them
Was tricked into leasing a puppy. Staff as extremely nasty, rushed me into everything without explaining the contract whatsoever. Was told if the situation doesnt work out within a certain amount of days that i could forfeit my contract and return puppy. They did not honor this agreement at all. puppy died within 3 months, and now their messing up my credit and attempting to sue me for 1900.00. Worst place ever!!!
We bought our little Frenchie from WorldWide puppies and kittens and it was such a great experience and we couldnβt be happeir! BAIT AND SWITCH TACTIC!!! This place lied about having the pet we were looking for claiming it was in stock.We then took an hour long train ride to get there and when we arrived told us the pet was sold just before we arrived.This place and the employees look very suspect and shady.The place is not clean and has too many animals in each cage sedated.We are going to report them to the proper authorities.

Very strange vibe as soon as we stepped foot in the place. It almost was a feeling of unwanted ness as there was no customer attentiveness and employees stood there as if they were supposed to be closed. Please do not invest money in this business- as cute as they may seem, most are bred roughly and develop serious health issues. Strange place all around.
I got my English Bulldog from world wide after searching in so many places for the right one the staff was helpful and I was able to play with several bulldog pups before I was able to make my decision that Bruce was the one to take home I asked so many questions but they answered all of them. . I got my kitten from here and she died after literally 3 months of ownership. She was 6 months old when she died. Not only that, we still had to pay for the cat after SHE LITERALLY DIED. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor as I was told by the representative that answered that they cannot make appointments other than the day off however when I called back to try to get a supervisor the first thing that came out of the representatives mouth was βwould you like to make an appointment βI donβt understand what the problem was I was not rude to this woman but she seems to want to have an attitude and itβs very Unprofessional. Still not sure whatβs going on but we will not be adopting from this company.

Went there today with my 5 yr old daughter looking for a kitten, and they really do have an amazing selection of gorgeous kittens , place was very clean and staff was friendly , but there prices are absolutely absurd , I understand they are in business to make money but to charge $3600 for a persian/Himalayan is absolutely absurd , after I heard the price I immediately left the store and wouldnβt ever waste my time going back , when asking where the kittens were from it was evident these are from backyard breeders as well and the staff whom were very nice are obviously trained to upsell , and push the instant financing at only $150 per monthπ , felt like I was in a used car dealership in a way , itβs a great place to look and figure out what specific breed your looking for , then definitely do your research online and you can save 2k-3k elsewhere ,they obviously sell dogs and cats to impulsive shoppers who donβt know any better

Work at a clinic the kittens that had came from here had Giardia. Just rescue a kitten instead of spending 5k on a cat that is claimed to be hypoallergenic. No cats are hypoallergenic.

We came here to see puppys and We saw exactly was i was looking for.They have great staff.Nice and playful puppys and kittens.This is a great adoption center.I came here today to see puppys and they showed me what i was looking for both of the dogs i looked at were hyporallageic,playful,watch dogs and loveing their is one reason that they are wonderful dogs its because of the great staff they treat them so wonderful so just take a minute to appreciate the staff her before you take the dogs home they get them ready for you they make sure their clean make sure they are well token of and have a great family the staff are wonderful and very respectful i love this place and we came today to look at the dogs and we will be back in a week or so to probaly get the dog that we like witch was a mix of a shih-tzu and a yorkie i think but that you staff we give u all 5 stars.
