Dog Park at Loves Travel Stops

The worst. Put on 6 tires and 4 new batteries. Never cleaned the battery terminals and the batteries themselves were old and filthy. Plus they gave me 2 different size tires on rear axle. What a bunch of untrained flunkies.

3 for fuel showers and Wendys. There is too much padding on the clock in the shop. 3 in the shop. Service writer, mechanic and a tire changer or anything that the mechanic doesnt want to do,guy. At shift change around 5 pm. Two trucks have been worked on. A code and a tire change. 1 truck in the lube bay pm. Been there for 2 hrs. The other is empty. There are trucks waiting to be repaired. One guy is buying 2 new steer tires. Been waiting 2.5 hrs. 1 is waiting on some bolts for a step. Easy work right. While the service writer and mechanic walks around smoking and talking. I have not talked to others. Now, now lets dont forget about the first shift. I phone in for a tire change at 9 am. I checked in at 10 am there was only 2 ahead of me. Tire change. from that time they worked on 2 trucks 1 in lube bay. Until after 3 pm when I entered the shop for a tire change. 6.5 hrs for a tire change. It seems to me. You get paid to work here for the whole shift and only work 2 of those hrs. Waste of drive time, waste of love building this shop. Waste of money paying these guys who just dont want work. The guys in Wendys got their stuff to gather more than these guys.

This shop is scammer, actually lady in the shop she is lies, they keep bypassing truck I checked in at am , she told me there is a truck in the shop 1 hour approximate time she ave me, after one hour when I check she told me me one truck is there after that you, when I visit 11 that truck was moved already and another truck pulled, that means she bypassed , when I asked than she told she cannot tell how long! Is this the way they work, what is the meaning of estimating time. Clear that lady is racist. Beware love travel she deserves to fired from job, how come someone bypassed! Everyone has time value.

Solely for the dog park itself as it’s a relief spot for our 2 huskies from our 4 hour trips to visit family so good enough for us!

Wendys was fast clean & very professionalLike clock work in there, compliments to management. Just about all the Loves has clean bathroom..

A slice of heaven. Bathrooms were clean. Ev-chargers were available. Wendy’s was open.Would stop here again.

Agree with other dude, literally worst place to come, wanted to change airbag, they didnt have it, but i knew ta had some, offered them to start a job, meanwhile ill bobtail and get it from ta they told you since they dont have it, I need to go in line again, manager on site 12/10/23 acts and talks like a complete Douchebag, just looking for reasons not to serve you !!!
