Bailey had her first grooming experience and it went amazingly! The Ultimutt team really listens to your pet needs! You can definitely tell they love what they do and love the dogs. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend them to anyone!!

They were awesome with my shepherd mix! The staff were great with her, as she can be nervous since she hasn’t been around many other people before and this would be one of her first outings to get groomed. My pup came home happy and with nicely trimmed nails and a softer, fluffy coat. Will definitely go back!

My two fur babies got groomed today. They did an awesome job! My toy poodle looks so handsome and my lassapoo looks like a real lady! I highly recommend k9! The owner groomer is so sweet and shows a real love for her career and the dogs.. I am very pleased with the quality of service!

I did like the two employees and their knowledge when I stopped in there to drop off my two dogs, They did a nice job too but where they get the 1 star review is transparency and communication. When I called to make the appt and asked how much it would cost I was told most dogs are 85$ , ok I know my dogs are long haired will take more time, I expected this to be more, which is fine. It took 6 hours to do both dogs and when I texted how much when I come to pick up I was told 225$ dollars each,......Not for both. , which I normally pay at my other groomer .This is 3 times the amount I was told on the phone. I understand their time is worth money but with no signs of cost and no communication. Very disappointing, will not be going back there. If you decide to use them Get a price in writing before you leave did not expect this kind of pricing ridiculous, also no better than my normal groomer will be returning to her in Medford.

I love them so much. They always treat Roscoe so nicely. He has a lot of medical conditions and they have been so accommodating. I highly suggest.

Janice is absolutely wonderful. She is sweet and caring. My Cole (mini Aussie shepherd) is well taken care of there for grooming. She does a wonderful job and Cole comes home so happy and gorgeous. Thank u Janice. P.s her husband is also very nice too!

The best groomer/trainer there is!! Hunter has such anxiety and after he is groomed and I pick him up, he is not stressed at all. Janice is amazing with animals and I highly recommend her!!
