Boops Co. Boarding & Daycare

My dog Trevor absolutely LOVES going to Boops! He can barely contain his excitement when we pull into the parking lot! It’s such a relief to know he is in great hands - whether it’s during doggy daycare or overnight boarding. The facility is clean and the staff is so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!!!

EDITED TO ADD :I wasnt sure initially if I wanted to give 4 or 5 stars but while adding the photos and seeing just how happy our guy is there, it may not be perfection (which is epitome of 5 ☆) but honestly there is no where else I would rather him be. They did well with his grooming, great when he didnt feel well and contacting me. So yes.. I did change it once looking at and adding the photos.We have been taking our pup Dunkin to Boops for both Daycare and boarding since around Thanksgiving 2023 and I was hesitant, but I was more hesitant to leave him home all alone as a rescue pup. And he absolutely loved it! They have options, they are patient, they work well with you and your fur-pal.Dunkin gets in socialization and exercise in all kind of weather and comes home tired and cuddly. He also has separation anxiety and sometimes needs a few minutes to transition or just simply to himself. They have room for that.We arent originally from this area, born and raised. So finding someone we know and trust is certainly a difficult endeavor. But we truly have found that with the staff at Boops!

Herbie, our Old English Sheepdog, loves coming to Boops! I had never taken a dog to Daycare and was concerned on how Herbie would handle the situation. He does not like leaving home. Well, until he went to Boops. He gets more and more excited as we get closer. Once there, he is welcomed by the Boops staff who totally understands Herbs enthusiasm to see his buddies. When I pick him up, he does not want to leave. The staff is great and the physical daycare is immaculate and safe.

Boops has been our dogs home away from for the last two years. He absolutely adores going and seeing his friends! The staff is always friendly and happily takes my crazy boy in the morning. We are forever thankful that they love our dog as much as we do! Jeter will be a lifelong customer!

From the day the doors opened at Boops we have trusted them with our Beasley and Baxter. Always welcoming the dogs with smiles. You can’t say the word daycare without the boys getting so excited. Recently I rescued a puppy and having three can be difficult at times but having boops daycare available to help out and be able to trust with our pups is such a great help. How much it has grown since opening! Just this week we were able to try the grooming they now offer! Omg my husband and I just loved our 80 pound dogs cut! We were surprised it was the best cut Beasley has gotten! Ella got her first grooming and cut also and looks great and so does Baxter! We are soooo grateful Boops opened in Brockport and couldn’t thank the owners enough!❤️

Our dog Nash who is a 7 month old golden retriever had his 1st day today at Boops. We had him groomed and had him there all day and he was so happy and excited When they sent me a picture of him halfway through the day. I truly appreciate how quick the staff returns phone calls and emails I highly recommend this place and we will be going back. Thank you Boops!!

We cannot recommend Boops enough! We wish we could give them 10 stars!! We recently started taking our 4 year old in for daycare. Raymi, a 4 year old, recently rescued labradoodle has some anxiety issues. That said, Raymi is doing great! Since he started going, he is less reactive and much more sociable and playful with other dogs. The staff is super-attentive and helpful, taking the time to understand his specific needs, and catering the day around those needs. We are so appreciative for the amazing care that Raymi gets at Boops. Highly highly highly recommended. If youve been considering taking your dog for daycare, boarding, or grooming, you cannot go wrong by taking them to Boops! Thank you so much! We really appreciate all that you do!!

I was calling around to find a last minute reservation for my golden retriever when I discovered Boops Co. I am sooooo happy I found them!!! From the first phone call to every interaction afterwards, everyone was friendly, accommodating and professional! The reservation process was super easy and you are able to add on certain items like a puppacino or a walk which I took advantage of. I signed up for text messages throughout my dogs stay and he looked so happy in every pic! My dog is super social and he was able to play with other dogs which was a plus! I immediately booked Teddy’s next stay with Boops co! I will recommend them to friends and family! Thanks for taking great care of my pup!

We’ve been taking our dog to Boops for daycare and boarding for over a year now and we’ve been super happy with their services. What I love most is he gets 5 hours of play during boarding, which makes me happy knowing he’s not sitting in the kennel his entire stay. Alyssa and Tyler are very responsive to any of my questions and concerns, and treats our dog as if he was their own. I highly recommend Boopsco!

I am so thankful to Boops Co for taking amazing care of my 4 year old Australian Cattle Herder mix for an overnight while I celebrated my brothers wedding. My dog has lots of anxiety in new spaces (and I had anxiety about leaving her), but Tylar the owner went above and beyond to make sure we both felt comfortable. His kindness with my pup gave me the peace of mind I needed to enjoy the special day with my family. I highly recommend this small business and would travel across town to leave my dog in their care.

Super pleased with the care and service from the Boops team!My wife and I had been hesitant to try boarding for many years, but we recently heard great things about the services at Boops. After some discussion, we decided it would be nice to give it a try with our 2 year old and 15 year old as dog sitting logistics have become growingly challenging with youth sports travel.We definitely had some apprehension with this new experience, especially with our older dog. However, from the point of drop-off to pick-up, the Boops team offered nothing but care, empathy, and thoughtfulness in making this a positive experience for us and our furry family members.Thank you Alyssa, Tylar, and the Boops team! LOVE LOVE LOVE BOOPS! We rescued a puppy mill puppy who was more than what we could ever imagine. He was abused and so afraid. He needed so much. When hearing about Boops we thought it could hopefully help with being around other dogs and people. Well Boops has done so much for Bentley! When we first started going he was so afraid and after the patience, love and care they gave him he has grown to trust and love the caretakers and the other dogs! Wow!!!! They have made such a positive impact on Bentley! They are also so patient, understanding and responsive! It is also well taken care of. I thank god for Boops! The owners and caretakers are just wonderful people that are doing this for all the right reasons! Thank you Boops! We truly feel blessed that Bentley has you!

Our Bernadette gets so excited when we tell her shes going to daycare to play with her friends at Boops. She wags her tail and waits by the door till its time to go. Shes been going there 2 to 3 times a week since she was 4 months old. Shes going to be one year old on the 8th of April. She just loves everyone that works there!! They take the best care of her!! I have no worries at all when we drop her off for the day. Bernadette was a handful as a puppy and everyone at Boops was so patient with her. I dont know what we would of done if she didnt have a place to run and play all day and get that puppy energy out. Im so Thankful for Boops!!

I have used Boops for boarding twice now and had a great experience both times. The owner had good communication with me to ensure I had the proper vaccines and paperwork completed before our stay. They were very kind and clear on their policies (I personally appreciate knowing no dogs will be there if they have kennel cough, etc). Most importantly, my dog loves it there and comes home EXHAUSTED. I definitely recommend Boops for boarding and daycare!

Boops is a little slice of doggie heaven! We appreciate the care and kindness they show every single dog (and their humans). I feel like my dog is loved, safe, and happy when she spends time at Boops. We have experienced day care, overnight boarding for a long stay, grooming, and training through Boops. Highly reccomend!

We have been regular customer with Tyler and Alyssa at Boops for several years now. Our now elderly dog still loves going there and they treat her so well! We have recommended them to several of our friend and they too have nothing but glowing praise for the team at Boops!!

I’m one of those crazy dog Moms and honestly boops has been amazing for us with our Shepsky whose energy doesn’t quit! Jace loves going to daycare!

Could not be happier with Boops. They are always incredibly kind and flexible to our needs, and our dog Nolla just loves going to daycare here. Boops is very responsive, easy to get a hold of, and all around a fantastic daycare and boarding location. You can tell they really love the animals they care for. Far and away the best boarding and daycare services my partner and I have found in the greater Rochester area, bar none.

Boops is the only place we trust to care for our 2 year old pup when were away. Tyler and the rest of the team seem to genuinely care for our dogs well as other customers. We love that they offer other services like baths and daycare. Thanks Boops!

We cannot say enough about Boops! Our dog Sadie loves going there to stay; which gives us piece of mind when we have to leave her. The communication is great, Tyler called us to let us know Sadie had a little medical issue, but re-assured at the same time that she was okay. Due to we were out of town, Tyler kept us updated daily which was a relief. We recommend Boops to other family and friends because this place is like home away from home for Sadie.

We have had issues with local boarding establishments, but now we are loyal Boopers! We used to take our dogs to Add-en-On, and before Evergreen went out of business and then restarted recently, we took them there occasionally. When both were booked we used Boops a couple times. The awful experiences we had with the other two led us back to Boops for every time we need to house our dogs.Tyler and the entire staff are wonderful. The booking process is so easy and clear, no hidden charges (Evergreen) and they have accommodated anytime I mistakenly bring them in early or late. Our pups come back clean and happy and exhausted because, I imagine, theyre having so much fun. The excitement on their little faces when I pop the trunk and let them out makes me so happy, I know they love it there!

My golden doodle has been coming here since she was 5 months old, so grew up with Boops as her second home. She is always SO excited and has the best time. I cannot say enough good things about Tylar and his team. Super communicative and excellent customer service. Sweet people who truly care for each animal - small business at its best. So grateful for their responsible loving care of my pup! Three cheers for Boops!

We boarded our dog here for the first time and it was such a pleasant experience! We’ve used other boarding facilities in the Rochester area and Boops stands out with their responsiveness, and how well they individually care for each dog, no matter how they present (i.e. giving individual play time if warranted and not charging, not requiring interviews, etc.). This was the first time he actually looked happy to be being boarded, and we plan to use Boops in the future.

Very Nervous Fur Mama and Papa but so VERY HAPPY!We reserved 3 overnights for our 13 lb Maltese Bella as we had to go out of town and she could not come with us.We were nervous wrecks leaving her as she is 10 and she was my aunts dog and she passed away and we adopted her at 8 years old.She was by herself for 8 years and wast that great with bigger dogs and a little bitchie with little ones but usually figures it out!The staff at Boops, especially Joy, made us feel comfortable and sent us text pics and emails to provide us updates along the way! She made a friend with little Luna and was very happy!They could not be more supportive and kind at Boops and we will bring Bella back when we have to travel again! We were able to relax and not worry....Thank you Joy and all of the Boops Team!You truly love our fur babies as much as we do!

Took my dog here for daycare for the first time today and we both had a great experience! Staff is very friendly, the website is easy to use and they offer a wide range of services and add-ons. This place is perfect for a high energy, social dog like mine and I have no worries leaving him under their care. Can’t say enough about them!

I just brought my dog there for the first time after finding there cute Instagram account and was very impressed. My small dog went for a grooming appointment and the staff was very welcoming and beyond nice, the building was very clean, even the items they sold near the front desk were cute! Booking online also made everything sooooo easy! I will be bringing my dog back again in a few weeks for her next grooming appointment!

Boops has taken great care of Nicky for two years. She has attended daycare weekly and has had several week long boarding visits. The staff gives her a warm welcome every time she “runs” through the door. With the way she wimpers and wiggles excitedly on the way there it is very apparent that she enjoys her visits! It is nice to see the effort owners Tylar and Alyssa have put into growing the business and the improvements they have put into the facility.

My puppy is 4 months old and she loves going to Boots Co. daycare. Thanks to the staff for giving her a great experience. I would recommend for daycare. I wish they were open Mondays .

Great communication, responsiveness to changes to our reservation/questions, and how happy/clean/cared for Mars was when we got him from his stay over the recent holiday has us a confident in having our pup cared for at Boops. What a great place to have local to Brockport!

I am very happy that we have Boops Co. in Brockport. I use their day care for my puppy. Charlie loves going to play and socialize with his new puppy friends. The staff is wonderful! I would highly recommend!

Boops has been such a blessing for me and my girl, Molly! With going back into the office after working from home, I have always felt comfortable with care and attention, as well as knowing Molly is getting great play time and mingling with new friends! Tylar, & Alyssa are wonderful, so friendly and caring!! Molly is also in love with their son, Michael! Boops furever 🐾❤️

Just brought my dog Fred for his 1st grooming experience with Kenna. She is the first groomer to ask about his likes and dislikes. We will definitely be back and will bring his sister and brother. She actually treated him like he had a say. I appreciate that as a dog owner.

Amazing place!We have an 11 month old German Shepherd named Shadow who almost certainly has separation anxiety. He hasnt been out of sight of my girlfriend or I since we got him at 8 weeks old.Today we tried boops for the first time... We kept it short, about 4 hours because we were worried how he would do.Tyler, the guy working assured he would call us if our boy was having a rough time. Our dog was nervous going in buy must have settled down because we got no calls.Shadow was super excited when we picked him up, he had gotten to play with other dogs throughout the day.The change in his routine tuckered him out and he is actually laying down and chilled out.The dog free time was great for us to be able to get things done at non pet friendly places.We plan on making this at least a once a week arrangement and will definitely be using them for any daycare/boarding needs!

Our Buddy has been going to Boops Co. Daycare since he was 5 months old and he is 11 months old now. All the staff has been fabulous! We have boarded Buddy twice for long weekends and accommodated all needs. Buddy was able to attend the Daycare during his weekend visits as well. That is a plus since he loves socializing with other dogs.

The staff at Boops always handles our beloved, yet highly idiotic dog with love and kindness. They love having him stay, and he loves being there. Could not be happier with the facility and staff... Highly recommended

My pup is four years old and this was only my second time boarding him. Needless to say I was nervous leaving him. Boops relieved my worries instantly. They provided personalized and loving care to Bentley. I signed up for the text & pic update which came faithfully with individualized and reassuring comments. It’s clear the owners are passionate about caring for all animals. Thank you Boops, I won’t hesitate to utilize your services again.

I started taking my dog to daycare and she loved it!! Everyone is friendly. The place is clean and organized. They put dogs in groups based on their personality. I feel very comfortable leaving my pup there.

BoopsCo is the only place I trust with my Rhodesian- She has so much fun playing with the other dogs and staff!
