Circle of Friends Pet Grooming

My mom is 85 years old and takes her little dog here for grooming. The staff always go above and beyond to assist my mom to bring the dog in from the car and to take her back out when finished. Moms dog came from a puppy mill and has a lot of residual fear, and the staff are amazing and patient with her. She always comes home with a beautiful cut and her tail wagging. Highly recommend them!!!

I would highly recommend Circle of Friends Pet Grooming! Nancy was kind enough to fit us into her schedule, when the groomer we had been seeing was no longer available. They were kind and caring and did a wonderful job with Gus! He looks fantastic! Thank you, Nancy!🐶🐾❤️

We try to support our local businesses especially now more than ever, however we are extremely disappointed with the services we have received. The dog we have is a 3 year old Australian Shepard that we have taken to Circle of Friends multiple times with no problem before. However, after getting my dog I was shocked. I gave it a night because I thought maybe it was just me over-reacting but upon further inspection this was not the case. They completely shaved her double-coat everywhere when we asked for a trim (I have always requested a trim and nails cut) and the over all cut is choppy and low quality. When I called to rectify the situation, she was unprofessional, unapologetic, and has no care for her customer relationships. I would of been happy with an apology and/or a fraction of my money back, but nothing was offered to me other than unwarranted attitude over the phone. Posted are before and after pictures.

Ive been hoping her ever since we received Cocoa 3 years ago. She was not badly treated but in desperate need od a grooming. They are friendly, helpful, and reasonably priced. Theyve worked with me on scheduling more than once.

Nancy is a great lady to work with. Her abs her teammates love aninals and make them look beautiful. You schedule a time that works for you, you drop your animal(s) off and she calls you within an hour and a half. They do a great job.

Nancy has been grooming my long hair, Mini Doxie, for eight years.She has worked with me and trimmed my little girl better each visit.Its a beauty shop for pets.My little baby is beautiful!I have seen a lot of dogs in her place that were very nicely groomed.If I could give a thousand stars, I would.

CIRCLE OF FRIENDS are the only professionals who could groom my dog Cotton. Every other place told me she was too difficult to manage. They are the best most caring groomer around!!! I was so Blessed to find them.

Excellent! Friendly and did a great job. Our lab has a lot of under coat. They did a better job than anyone else and charged us less than the condition around them. He hardly shed in the past 4 days. Thank you for a great job. Other places charge us what they would as if he was getting a cut. They are very reasonable.

Took my 2 Chihuahuas to get their nails trimmed. She was absolutely 💯. Definitely will go again. Highly recommend.

Took our pup to Nancy for the first time and we are very pleased with the result. She listened carefully to our directions, took only an hour and did a great job. We will definitely be taking her back!

Excellent customer service. Warm smiles and genuine customer care makes this little shop one of the best I have ever visited. Last visit was a simple nail trimming for my two dogs. I was in and out in no time with pricing better than another shop I used to visit in my region.

Everyone has always been so friendly! I bring my 15 year old rescue cat to get his nails trimmed and we have always felt welcome. Thanks so much for everything ! See you again soon !

I loved this place. Very friendly very clean I love that they have schedules and get your pet in on time and done in a timely manner. I will be bringing my dog here always after my first experience with them!!!

We bring out 7 year old Shih Tzu to Nancy and he loves her! She is very kind and so is her staff. She runs a Pet Boutique next door that is well stocked with cute items at very fair prices.

When Rocky knows we are going to the groomers, his tail starts wagging and he walks in their door like the happiest dog on the planet, that says it all to me. Nancy and her staff are wonderful and Rocky always gets a small doggie treat when he leaves.

I was looking forward to my dogs appointment here , I told them to call me ahead and leave a message so I would not forget my appointment. She insisted she did called me and left a message which I didn’t have plus she told me we talked also. I have no record on any incoming calls from them. Very disappointed . The way she responded to me insisting we talked offended me , she was rude and blamed me for her mistake.

They did a great job on my dogs. 1st time going there my pups were scared shaking when I left. When I came back they were happy wagging tails playing.

Today was my 1st experience with Circle Of Friends Grooming Salon! I was so pleased with their kind and friendly manner and their professionalism! I will return happily! 💖

The amazing Nancy Colprete, owner and groomer, takes great care of your furbaby from the minute they arrive. They offer many add ons to complete their basic grooming and grooming Assistant Denise, gets your pet ready with a shampoo for your pets needs and combs the knots and snarls out before the transformation starts on Nancys table. If you have any special instructions, Nancy will accommodate, or offer her expert suggestions. My dogs always look and smell wonderful when I pick them up and they have a bounce in their step knowing that they look so cute and adorable, too. They always end with a cute scarf around their necks or bows on their ears, perfection. There is also a small, cute boutique in the space, too that has everything from cards to clothing. I always leave feeling proud of how great my dogs look with Nancys expertise. I highly recommend Circle of Friends in the village of Brockport, our happy place.
