This facility was very clean, warm, and welcoming. They were extremely sensitive to the needs of my dogs, especially my older dog who is extremely anxious. The groomer I had took the time to make sure I was 100% happy with my dog’s haircut. Both of my dogs were groomed in a timely manner and were very relaxed upon pick up. I would recommend this facility to everyone who has a dog!

I have been to Bubbly Paws several times for different services and I can’t say enough wonderful things about it! I did a self bath (happy to have left them with the mess instead of my bathroom!!) and also had them do a full service. The staff are amazing, especially the owner Phaedra! They took the time to get to know my Akita and how to work with him to make him feel comfortable. I would recommend this place 100%!!

My wife and I love taking our doggie to the self service wash. We love how clean it is and love the whole set up. The best part is seeing the staff . Angela is super sweet, very knowledgeable, has the best customer service. The first time we went she explained to us what to do step by step. Just hands down amazing person

I took a senior, blind dog with an abusive past to get groomed here. They were patient, gentle and understanding. Everything they do is transparent from the open baths to the grooming rooms behind the glass. I could tell they cared. I feel comfortable and safe bringing any of my dogs here now. This is huge for me as my dogs are a piece of my heart.

We LOVE Bubbly Paws! My dog is always happy there! It’s clean and smells nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our dog hates the dryer but the owner has given us great advise on how to keep our dog calm during drying time. She knowledgeable about dogs since she’s a dog trainer. She also gives us free treats and discounts every time we come in!

We took our Golden Retriever Oakley to Bubbly Paws for the first time today and it was amazing! They did a great job on the haircut and wash. Reasonably priced and great communication!

I recently took my pet to Bubbly Paws for a grooming session, and I am extremely disappointed with their service. We had agreed on a grooming session that was supposed to cost $120, but when I went to pick up my pet, they had added a $40 matting service without any prior discussion or consent. This brought the total to a whopping $160, which is way too much for a grooming session.To make matters worse, they also charged a $10 late fee because we were unaware there was a specific time frame to pick up our dog. This information was never communicated to us. With these unexpected charges, the overall cost came to almost $200, which is absolutely unreasonable.I understand that matting can require extra work, but it is completely unacceptable to add services and charges without informing the customer beforehand. This lack of transparency and communication is unprofessional and feels like a blatant overcharge.I expected a higher standard of service from Bubbly Paws, but this experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I cannot recommend their services to anyone who values clear communication and fair pricing.

Brought my pup (who has a neuro condition and balance isn’t the best) there and Angela was incredibly sweet and so helpful (when she doesn’t have to be considering it’s a self-serve wash) and I can’t thank her enough. Everything was so clean and I’m glad I brought her there.

My partner and I took our dog there for the grand opening and IT WAS AMAZING! The staff was so nice and so excited to see our little pup. He loved his spa day and all of the attention that came with it and has never been so soft. Not to mention I didn’t have to cover my entire bathroom with dog hair while bathing him at home. We absolutely cannot wait to go back and couldn’t recommend it more!

I have taken my doggies to other grooming facilities and by far this is THE BEST haircut they have had!!! Not only did they look happy but they looked the cleanest they have ever looked! I am so happy with everything! The girls are super nice and the facility is very clean.

I travel quite the distance to have my fur babies groomed. There isnt anything like this by me. It truly feels and looks like a spa except it is for your pet. The customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this location. The owner makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in through the door. You can also elect to bathe your dog here for those of you that have short hair dogs that don’t require extensive grooming services. ❤️❤️❤️

Had a fantastic experience! It’s a bit pricier than other self service dog washing places, but I think well worth it for the incredible facilities and vibes. We were the only people there and the experience was much less stressful for my dog. The tub is spacious (and close to the ground so easy for your dog to step right in), they give you everything you need, and the music was awesome. Angela was great to talk to and super helpful. You can tell this place is run by dog people. The interior is so well decorated, clean, and filled with the cutest dog toys and treats. Would highly recommend!

I did not like that I took my dog ​​for a haircut and a complete cleaning because they cut his nails and did not file them and they were very sharp and they did not cut the hair in the middle of his paws which had knots and I ended up doing it. I paid $100.

This was my first time coming here I seen the reviews and they all looked well for this place , so I was really excited to bring my dog max for his first haircut and professional bathing , I always bath him myself and he always super good i let them know that ahead of time . I called and asked for pricing the lady over the phone told me $65 with everything included (bath, nail trimming , ear cleaning , hair trim ,etc) I double checked with her and she confirmed with me before the appointment . come to find out when I came today I ended up paying about $120 I even told the girl that it must be a mistake she told me no that’s the cost and that she doesn’t remember the lady telling me $65 . money was never a problem to me especially if its for my furry friend I didn’t mind , I even kindly tipped the lady for her time before she left because I always love to tip even though I was told a different price over the phone once I am on my way home I take a closer look at him and his ears weren’t cleaned at all she did a minimum job for $120 just for him to not even be cleaned properly is crazy I wouldn’t waste my time here again overall the staff was nice I’ll give them that but unprofessional I see they did post pictures of my dog max and he looks so adorable as he always does he’s my best friend and I will always want the best services for him and clearly this place did not give him that he’s a dog and doesn’t know much as us humans do I am not interested any more in this place I did agree to come back for a free bath because I sent them pictures of how his ears looked and how his fur wasn’t properly washed but it is what it is I don’t like how you guys are trying to make it seem like it’s my fault now . I am now dealing with vet bills I would have rather received a full refund I only supposedly according to them got refunded $50 supposedly . this is unbelievable even my dogs vet said he’s never seen nothing like this by the way I don’t go to west hills animal hospital you should ask before calling 🤦‍♀️you just keep going back and forth with me under your reviews and if your open to paying my vet bills you can contact me and I’ll show you receipts I would post them on your page but it doesn’t let me get access to upload imagesI don’t need to lie ! I went today and I adore it. My dog came out smelling so fresh and clean, and the staff was so lovely. The pricing are reasonable, and the customer service is wonderful!!

The facility is clean, bright, and very pristine. Once you walk in, your mood is immediately uplifted with all the adorable products and treats. The staff at this facility is incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home.During Maples first haircut, I made the mistake of selecting the wrong trim size, resulting in it being a bit shorter than desired. However, I take full responsibility for that and waiting for her fur to grow a bit before scheduling her next appointment.Another option they offer which I loved was the self-service bath. The owner was there to offer assistance whenever needed. Her hands-on approach and invaluable advice truly showcased her expertise in animal behavior and understanding their needs. It was evident that she is a pro in this field.Another highlight of this facility is its incredible range of products. Personally, I am absolutely obsessed with the dog cologne they offer, particularly the passion fruit scent. I couldnt resist and ended up purchasing three bottles of it.

Awesome place to bring your dog for grooming . They are attentive , focused and caring . Reasonably priced and very easy to schedule. Communication is great and they are quick and efficient . You can also bring your pet care and use their wash stations as well

My pup gets itchy skin due to allergies so bathing is key to keeping him happy and comfortable. SO grateful to have this location nearby. We joined the scrub club for unlimited bathing at a fixed cost. Location is CLEAN and no detail has been overlooked. Staff was lovely and my pup received a bag of treats and pupcup for his troubles.

My partner and I took our dog there to wash our dog last weekend and we all had an amazing time! The owner & all of the staff were super friendly & helpful. Their products smelled amazing and were safe/non irritating for our dog. We used the deshedding products and it took a huge amount of his thick undercoat off. The dog earmuff helped our dogs anxiety so that we could use the dryer to dry him off. A week later & his coat still feels much lighter, is shiny, soft, and still smells good! Highly recommend to all dog lovers & owners 🥰🐾Prices are good and WELL worth not having to do a deep clean of my bathroom after bathing the dog to clean the ridiculous amounts of hair off of every surface 😅 They also did a great job trimming his nails which is nearly impossible for me to do at home!

Brought my puppy here for his first nail clipping. Unfortunally the lady who cut his nails cut his back nail so short, and he ended up bleeding all over. I understand mistakes happen but they didnt have a comprehensive first aid kit. In fact, they didnt have anything to stop the bleeding and one of the workers had to run to Petco to get something to stop the bleeding....how unprofessional and unsafe!

Came here on my day off. staff is incredibly helpful, i definitely will be coming back. Clean and calming space. My pup loved it.

Went at 615 tonight , two hours before close, and everything was locked up and dark. I would have liked to experience it but closes at will. So maybe call before you go?
