A Bark Bath & Beyond

Our experience has been wonderful at a Bark Bath and Beyond! They are incredibly helpful and specific with which type of cut you would like , ensuring you’re getting what you ask for. The space is beautiful! Open and clean , nothing hidden. The staff is always friendly and kind as soon as we walk in! Our 2 year old golden always looks and smells amazing after his spa day at BBB! 😊

We brought our very feisty Corgi boy in for the first time. He is a handful, cannot stay still for one moment, does not like to be groomed or be around new people/dogs ( due to a traumatic event in the past). We were so pleasantly surprised with the results because we know how hard he is to handle. 😊🐾 Staff is super awesome, obviously very experienced, professional and gentle, place itself is very clean, his cut was exactly what we wanted. 😍 not more not less. Riley Rue had the honor of getting groomed while dropping off our niece at SUNY Cortland for first year at University. Michelle was more than wonderful and accommodating for us as Riley Rue is a Chinese crested hairless and does not typically like to be without his mom. Michelle made him feel like she was his auntie and he was super comfortable with, his new love Vivian who is also a Chinese crested. They look so super cute today and Vivian actually look like she was smiling in pictures with Riley. Michelle took amazing photographs of the two of them and of her amazing work. She did on Riley Rue. I am so thrilled to be a part of this amazing Groomer family and will definitely , use them again. Next time we are up in Cortland. Riley looks amazing and was so super happy when I picked him up.Michelle and Vivian definitely feel like family now and we are Facebook friends forever. I wouldn’t go anywhere else or trust anyone else with my baby!

A very clean and beautiful shop. The girls were very sweet and were great with my dog. She is a rescue and has never been groomed before. They were very gentle and understanding with her. They did a wonderful job and we will definitely be coming back!

Excellent staff! My Jack Russell Terrier came out as a new little boy. I will never go anywhere else!

We were so excited to learn they are excepting new clients. Today was our first visit and let me say how wonderful Michelle and her crew are/were. They truly have your pets best interest and do everything to make the grooming enjoyable. Everything from the little play/waiting areas to the cute and adorable after pictures. We just loved our first time there and I felt like my dog certainly wouldn’t mind going back. See you in 6 weeks new friends.🐶☺️

Staff very friendly and the place is very clean - really impressed on that side, which is so great to see! However they are not equipped or experienced enough to handle large mat prone dogs. In all my years and my husbands as sheepdog owners we have never been pushed away from a groomer because they just can’t handle the work load. Groomers seem really green and limited in experience, which is totally okay. Just not for us. All that aside however very clean and the younger staff members were very friendly. Perhaps would bring a low maintenance dog here for a bath but nothing much more than that.

Angie was amazing with my little sheltie, Sunny! ☀️ She took care of all his remaining winter fluff (and there was TONS of fluff coming off). She also gave him a perfect manicure – so much better than other groomers Ive gone to before. I saw a huge improvement in his coat and skin (no more matts behind the ears or dry, flaky winter skin patches). Sunny is usually extremely shy and nervous in new environments, but when I picked him up he was playing and having a great time! We were both overjoyed with A Bark Bath and Beyond, and we highly recommend. 🥰

I brought my cavachon and my daughter’s cavapoo. Both hadn’t had good grooming experiences prior. The girls (Kaitlyn & Ally) were gentle, sweet and patient so the pups would be comfortable. Michelle was a great communicator and made sure it was a positive experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Cody has been going to BBB for over a year and has always returned clipped, bathed etc, Michelle is very accommodating in regards to any special requests or using certain products.Thank you Bark, Bath & Beyond for the excellent service you perform for our furry families,

I have a dog that can be quite difficult, and has had difficulty at other groomers. Since bringing him here he has gotten along quite nicely. I can only attribute it to two factors, 1) they are more experienced or 2) they are more kind, either way this is the place to go!👍

Very rude and unprofessional. My mom called and they hung up on her? She called again, asked if they were open or not due to the pandemic and whatnot. The lady says, “we close soon”. My mom did not ask what time they closed, she asked if their shop was OPEN. They told her “bye” & hung up, AGAIN. I think it might’ve been a miss understanding, but to hang up on her instead of trying to understand her is really rude and not okay at all. Funny you say the call was “disconnected” yet you said bye right before the call ended?
