RaeAnne is very patient and careful with our (rough coat) Chow Chow, ChristoFurr. She does a great job on him. We are fortunate to have her so close to Cortland!

I have been taking my Lhasa Apso Buddy to RaeAnne for years to be groomed. RaeAnne is knowledgeable and experienced. Shes always courteous and professional and does her best to get an appointment scheduled when you need it. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a worry free grooming session for their dogs.

I have been taking my cat Buddy to RaeAnne at FurryTails for the last 3 years and she always does a really great job. Buddy has long fine hair that gets matted by the end of Winter, so we always get a Lion’s cut in the Spring. RaeAnne is really gentle but thorough and we are super pleased when we leave.
