Clean and spacious facility. Staff was super friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. They have plenty of options for your dog - whether they need a comfy raised bed or if you are inclined to spoil your dog to a log bed with their cozy sherpa blanket and a flat screen TV in a room with a view, they have the accommodation that your dog will love. Regardless of your option, your dog will be in great friendly hands and they will receive the love and care of great humans and great doggy companionship.

The only place we will board our dog. Clean. Great people. The #1 place around. Easy to see how much all the staff care.

K9 kampground is amazing! They came highly recommended from a couple friends. They are the only ones I will trust with my dog! If they don’t have availability then we don’t go on vacation. They take pictures while you’re away so you can see your pup is happy :) they have an outdoor area for the dogs to play together and also have many rooms with outdoor porches and one even has a tv! I highly recommend them to anyone that needs to board their dogs. The staff is very friendly and I can tell they love and care for the dogs!

I love this place. I have been going here with my dogs for twenty years. I have know the owner Chad for 20 years. He is a man of integrity and his highest priority is the safety of his staff and the fur babies. I have had three dogs in that time span all attend here. They are safe, well cared for and the pack leaders all know my dogs so well 😄. I love that i can watch on the web cam anytime of day. I also love that the pups are on Facebook everyday from the awesome pictures that amber takes.

The girls here are fantastic with the dogs. We wont use anyone else. We had a to extend our dogs stay because of airline delays and cancelations. They were able to accommodate us with no problems. Dog rely loves to see them...

Could not have asked for a better place to leave my Dazey. We were visiting for the 4th from Florida and had to board our big old 70 lb AmBull with some special needs. They were super terrific to work with over the phone, the manager Heather expressed that they somewhat specialize in Pit/Bulls instilled confidence that she would be in good hands, and even though we were somewhat late in arrival they were able to accommodate us. I met the owner Lorraine who also was super friendly and helpful. During a very busy holiday weekend. The facility was clean, easy to find, and I could tell my Dazey was very well cared for when we picked her up. I would highly recommend anyone looking for either boarding in the Syracuse area or as a great place to take your pups for play date day care. Check out the K-9 Campground.

Heather and the staff here are outstanding, good people absolute dog lovers and I cant say enough good things about them here. When we came to pick up Apollo after a week of being boarded, he didnt want to leave. If that doesnt scream good staff here and good business then I dont know what does.

We brought our beagle brother pups..1year old..to them for 5 days and the dogs loved it,were taken care of great !!!A terriffic experience for them and relaxing for us knowing they were so good!!!

Owners are open, knowledgeable, & inviting. The inside & outside were clean & well maintained. Booked my 1st ever boarding for my beloved boxers....which I wouldnt have done if I sensed the slightest thing off.

Picked up our dog after 5 days and she comes home with an eye infection and she has puked twice in 4 hrs now and she never pukes. Stay away from this place
