The Perfect Paw

I brought my pup Winston to the Perfect Paw for the first time last week and I could not be more pleased with Sam! Winston was well overdue for a groom and Sam took her time to ensure he turned out great, I still can’t believe how good he turned out!! I also was very pleased with the communication through the whole appointment, we will definitely be back!!

I have only been in Syracuse for about a year now but this place has been a great relief. Before Syracuse my pup has had horrible grooming experiences where past groomers have clipped him which in turn resulted in him being anxious and reactive towards those groomers. It was so bad I couldn’t even get him through a groomers front door. I have an American Cocker Spaniel who we occasionally let go long so when it comes to haircuts I get very anxious. The groomers have been amazing about being patient with him and at every pick up all I hear is about how well he did throughout the entire session which puts me at ease! They also listen about the type of cut, length, &c which is amazing bc I love keeping some fur and length on some parts and not others. Pics of my chino pre and post groom!

First visit. The staff is very nice. Groomer took the time to talk with me and answer my questions and overall did a good job. Stitch always comes out smelling fresh and looking good with his fresh cut.

Our vet was recommending that we medicate our dog for nail trims, but the people at Perfect Paw seem to have no trouble getting it done.

5 stars!! Defintely recommend this place! It is always super clean. Cassie and the crew are great at what they do. My 2 Labs always look so great and they are treated like they are their own dogs, with respect. I always come back and recommend others give this place a try too, you wont regret it.

I love the place and the staff are amazing also the price are affordable. They handle my dog very well even though he has anxiety and always scare. They even gave him a bandanna.

Kaylee gave my Coco the best haircut shes ever had! I was so happy with the job she did on my baby! Cocos 4 years old and has never looked so good. Shes so perfect she doesnt even look real she looks like a little toy 😍

Were so relieved and grateful to have found such a wonderful groomer for our senior pup. They take such good care of him, he always looks great, and theyre extremely friendly. We wouldnt take him anywhere else!!

We brought our dogs today for their very first grooming appointment. All my questions were answered, prices were reasonably, and my fur babies look amazing! We paid extra for the deshedding and I can definitely see the difference! Would highly recommend, will be back soon!

I have an older toy poodle mix and have changed groomers today. Amanda was great. She made Skipper very comfortable and he looked terrific when I picked him up. The shop is very neat and homey. Skipper is usually nervous at new places but seemed to love it there. Will definitely recommend this place to our friends. Skipper will be going back for sure. Worth the money, glad I found them!!

My dad took our Frenchie here yesterday to get his nails trimmed and filed. We were so impressed with the professionalism in dealing with our rambunctious little terror and the end result was absolutely beautiful. We have not had the same level of meticulous work in other places. We will be coming again! Marvelous job, guys!

I brought our Corgi here for the first time yesterday, I was so impressed! We started looking for a new groomer when the pet store we had been using started taking 6 hours plus for a groom. My husband or I would pick up our dog and be told that she was too aggressive to finish services, that she didnt get along with the other dogs there (we made them well aware that she does not mix well with other dogs, we were assured she would be kept separate and it wouldnt be a problem). The Perfect Paw was fantastic!!! Amanda made sure to schedule the pup for a time that no other animals would be out. She was understanding and came right out to sit on the floor and play with our pet. The groom was done in an hour and Amanda explained that the dogs behavior was totally consistent with her breed. Not aggressive or overly snippy at all. Our pup looks like a new girl after her trip to this place! The prices are very reasonable as well, I highly recommend The Perfect Paw to everyone!

When my regular groomer went out of business it was pretty hard to find a new spot until I found perfect paw. They were able to get my dog in quickly and they do great work

Our 2 dogs are a handfull. Amanda did a great job getting them comfortable and did a great job with both of them. Having them groomed used to be very difficult process but now as soon as the dogs Realize where we are going they cant wait to get inside for a bath. I highly recommend this place and Amanda to anyone.

I brought my dog, Jordan here on August 11th, 2021 for a groom and desheding service. I’m so impressed with how wonderful my girl looks! The price was very reasonable. I’m very impressed with the work Cassie does and I will definitely be back!

We took our senior dog Gunnar for a grooming with Miranda. It was a phenomenal experience. Our dog is quite sensitive around his ears and face but was put at ease immediately. We will be coming back for future groomings. 10/10. Couldnt be happier.

Went for nail cutting for both our dogs, one of which is rather nervous. They were great! Very gentle and reassuring with our old girl.

Cass and Cale take care of all 3 of our dogs, a Bichon, Standard Golden Doodle and Golden Husky mix. Cass takes her time with both Bichon and Doodle and they always come home so nicely cut and groomed. And our Golden Husky requires a lot of bathing/brushing and he always comes home a happier dog. We truly appreciate their time, skill, and care!

Oh my goodness! Amanda and Cassie are the best! I would give them 100 stars if I could! It took 2 weeks to get in but it was worth the wait! I heard so many wonderful things I had to see for myself. I am sooooo happy!!!!!! :)

Our dogs go here when needed...they go to k9 camp next door. Perfect is professional. Never have issue.

I am new to the area and took my lab here for the first time to get groomed, they did an okay job. Not bad and not the best, they were very friendly.. in my opinion they are over priced, especially for a simple groom for my lab

Every experience has been great with Cassie! She grooms my chocolate lab and she comes home super soft and smells so good!

A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

We have a very large dog that is nervous of everything, but he does great here because the people are very genuine and nice. We have been bringing him here for about a year and a half and happy every time we come. We appreciate everything you do?
