Best place for your pet to let off steam and socialize. Our dog never goes crazy around other animals since taking her there. Great for boarding. The staff is very friendly and you can see how much they love the animals. Its the only place we trust our dog to go for boarding.

We absolutely love Hounds Town in Farmingdale. They take such good care of our pup Chewy and know him by name when he comes in- which means so much to us. It makes us feel like he isn’t just another dog to watch, but that they actually care about the dogs that come in! We love the different “parties” they have, the pictures they take and the different activities they do for our dog. We love that he has so much fun there and we feel super confident to be boarding him there for almost 3 weeks coming up. Thanks for everything Hounds Town but especially for keeping our pup safe and having a blast!!!

The staff at Houndstown is amazing. Our dogs are always in great hands. They get so excited to walk in and see the other dogs and friendly staff. Houndstown hosts the best parties for the dogs and sends pictures all the time. We wouldn’t send our dogs anywhere else!

Absolutely LOVE Houndstown! The staff really cares for your pups like their own. My 2 dogs love going there and letting out their energy! I would never bring them anywhere else or trust anyone else with my dogs! I attached pictures of their recent spirit week “jersey day” ☺️

We are so impressed with Hounds Town USA in Farmingdale. We sent our three dogs for a day of daycare, a bath and nail trimming and have planned for them to get daycare again next week. This was a suggestion from the staff to lessen the stress and anxiety pets can get when being boarded. The staff are always willing to go “ the extra mile” for all animals in their care. This is the second time we are going to be boarding our pets here. My only regret is that I had discovered this place later then sooner. My wife and I really like the staff there and our dogs love them as they are allowed to roam freely in their establishment. As opposed to most other boarding facilities that leave the animals in cages and even charge extra for staff to play with them.It’s my honest opinion that other boarding “ hotels” could learn a lot from Hounds Town USA.

Hounds Town Farmingdale has been wonderful for my Blue! She was immediately welcomed and loved by the staff who have made not only her, but me, feel so comfortable and confident knowing she is in the best hands. She can never hop out of the car fast enough when she gets dropped off for daycare!

Our dog loves Hounds Town for daycare! She is so excited to enter and you can tell the staff cares about each and every dog.

We are going on our 6th year soon with HoundsTown Farmingdale and all I can say is Thank God for them. My Aussie Boy ran out his puppy crazed days with them and now gets to hang out a couple of days a week as one the Veterans in Town. I never have to worry about him being cared for whether its a vacation, an emergency or any number of curve balls that life throws at you. We love all the staff and honestly couldnt imagine going anywhere else for both our DayCare, Grooming and Boarding needs !

Dropping off my dog at Hounds Town for the first time was seamless and she happily went in to meet new friends. Fully air conditioned, clean, lots of play (and rest) areas. Everyone was very friendly (humans and dogs alike) and made us feel loved. Bringing her to Hounds Town is like bringing her to a friend’s house. The bonus is that she’s exhausted from her day of play. Another bonus is the option to add on a bath so she comes home clean. We brought our Rhodesian Ridgeback, Hudson to Hounds Town for his first day yesterday and he absolutely loved it!! The staff is so friendly and all the dogs look so happy. They send you home with a report card on how your pup did and I even got to call to see how his first day was going. Hudson was so sleepy after leaving that he fell asleep immediately in the car lol!We are so excited to continue to bring Hudson there so he can let out his crazy energy and make tons of friends! I absolute love this place. I recommend them to everyone who has a dog. My dogs have been to multiple locations on the island( each is privately owned) but this is their favorite staff. I know when I leave them here, they are cared for. I have tried other places but no one compares to the way these guys treat my dogs. They also opened up a Hicksville location, so if Farmingdale is full, I can drop them off there and still know they are in good hands!

Hounds Town Farmingdale is THE BEST! The prices are very reasonable and all of the staff is so wonderful. They care so much about every pup and it really shows - from the daily Facebooks posts to the friendly greetings at drop off and pick up. We started bringing Cali here for daycare a few days a week to help her socialize and get rid of some excessive energy - she gets so excited to go and always comes home so happy. I mean c’mon - look at her smile!! We’ve also boarded her several times and were so relaxed knowing that she was in great hands. We love HT and will be coming back for years to come :)

Entire staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They provided a very welcoming experience and allowed me to feel comfortable leaving my dog with them. Appreciated seeing photos of my dog on their Facebook page!

My two dogs had a great long weekend. Well be back.*Update- weve been using HT for about 5 years and its such a well run place with friendly people and friendlier dogs. Weve done as many as 8 nights and our dogs come back clean, happy and tired from all of the exercise.

Houndstown is the BEST! We have been sending our dog here since she was a puppy, and now she is 2.5 years old and we cant recommend them enough. The staff is so kind and amazing with all the dogs. My dog comes home exhausted after spending the day having fun here, and it is so comforting to know she is staying at a place she loves and feels comfortable in when we go away.

My dog Toby loves this place. I take him for his grooming or if he needs a play day and he’s also been there for 5 nights while we went away. He’s happy. I’m happy.

I have an extra large dog, and Hounds Town Farmingdale always takes him in with open arms when I need a place for him to stay while I’m away. He stays in an extra large room and gets to play with other dogs during the day. Hounds Town places him with dogs that all have the same type of temperament. It is comforting to know that he will be well taken care of. I paid a small price for an exit bath, and they did an amazing job bathing him. He is always happy to stay there. I highly recommend Hounds Town.

Our dog, Georgie, absolutely loves going to Hounds Town in Farmingdale! The entire staff treats him like he’s their own, and he loves everyone there so much. The facility is nice and spacious, so all the pups have lots of room to run around. I know my pup is in good hands when he’s at Hounds Town, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Hounds Town Farmingdale has made the normally stressful experience of finding reliable care for my dog a fun and relaxing experience! I appreciate all the care taken to make sure dogs are a good fit for the environment before introducing them to the pack, including verifying vaccination records and temperament tests. The staff have been nothing but fantastic when interacting with my and my dog and you can tell everyone is truly passionate about their work! Ive used Hounds Town for daycare and boarding and have been so pleased with both services.

Update! As of 2024 we now have two dogs going here and I still couldn’t recommend a more caring and wonderful establishment to take care of your dogs!!Older comment: I love houndstown! Hounds Town is the best ever. Our crazy little pug, Samantha, loves to go there and we know that she is well taken care of. Highly recommend for daycare and especially for boarding. Even though we miss her when we are away, we know that she is love and well cared for at her 2nd home. Big shout out to the great Staff!!!

First time dropping off our 8 month old puppy at Hounds Town.We first dropped her off for just the day to see how she would do and then we also boarded her for the weekend. I was very nervous leaving her but the staff was wonderful. I would call every day to check up on her and they would give me a little update on how she was doing. They never made me feel rushed on the phone or that I was being annoying lol She had her own little private room for the overnight weekend stay and we even had her bathed before we picked her up. We will definitely be back.

I love Houndstown in Farmingdale! My dog is always so excited to go to daycare and she is exhausted when she gets home from playing. Such an amazing staff and I never feel anxious about my dog being there, even for long periods of time. We have boarded her here for multiple days and she always has a blast and we always get an answer when we call. The workers are so attentive and always are so pleasant. I recommend Houndstown to all of my friends/new dog owners and they all have the same feedback. Highly recommend!!

We know Houndstown is the perfect place for our dogs, Bear and Leo, to hang out. They are in great hands and gives us time to get things done around the house. Socially it’s great for them and they come home exhausted which is a plus! Bear and Leo highly recommend Hounds Town.

Great energy and amazing staff. Everyone is professional, kind, and attentive. The fact that they have every dog and it’s owner’s names memorized is a feat in of itself. Our pup, Sarge loves going and is thoroughly exhausted when he comes home. Highly recommend.

Hounds Town Farmingdale has been so fabulous for my dog, Daisy. I know she’s in good hands and well taken care of when I go to work as well as when I go away. Daisy is so eager to go in the morning and see her furry friends! I love looking through the pictures they post as well. Highly recommend for daycare and boarding!

Wasn’t a good fit for my dog. I appreciate what the staff had done for me & my dog. Everyone here is really nice. I brought my dog in on a Saturday for an evaluation & she passed that part after meeting 1 male dog. 2 days later I dropped her off for first day at doggy day camp around 630am. By 740 they had called me & said my dog isn’t going to be a good fit for day camp or boarding as she’s not getting along with female dogs. I was told she does well with the staff & the male dog she met, but they couldn’t keep her with just male dogs. Naturally I was upset with this but I can’t get mad at my dog for who she is & that’s okay that it didn’t work out. I’m a little bit more educated now on body language of both my dog & a new dog she’s interacting with. This also will help me the next time a female dog approaches her & how to handle the situation. When I picked my dog up she was actually really happy to leave & go home. My dog is a rescue so I don’t know her past at all. But I appreciate the staff for allowing me to keep her at their facility so I could finish my work day.

The staff is super friendly and our dog Quinn loves going here. Dogs are separated by size and temperament so they get to play and hang with their bed buds & aren’t overwhelmed. They post pictures on their Facebook page almost daily and it’s really nice to see your pup happy & playing while you’re away. They give GREAT baths. Quinn is never so clean as when she comes home bathed from Hounds Town. Pink paw pads and all! Quinn always comes home exhausted from all the fun and is always so happy to return. Can’t say enough great things about Hounds Town Farmingdale!

Lola loves playing and staying at Hounds Town. She loves all the friends she makes there. She comes home with a hangover every time without fail. Everyone is always professional and genuinely kind. It’s great to feel comfortable while you’re away, knowing your pet is taken care of and people are treating your pup just like their own.

The staff at Hounds Town Farmingdale is always friendly and helpful and they treat your pet like family. My kids enjoy the daily pics the Hounds Town staff posts of the pooches playing. Theyre happy to see that our dog is enjoying his vacation while we enjoy ours.

What can I say but they are simply the best!! The Farmingdale HT team members are amazing! I feel like my dog is being left with a family when I drop him off. They go out of their way to take care of my pup and we would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!We recently moved out of state and came back to Long Island to visit. We brought Smuckers to Houndstown and he had a great time with all his buds!l

Farmingdale HoundsTown staff is amazing with my baby. He gets to play with other dogs and comes home happy and more important healthy. They check that he had all his up to date vaccines before reentering the establishment which is so important. Highly recommend

Love this place. My dog is super high energy and he gets so excited to go spend the day there. They do an excellent job taking care of the animals there and are so nice. They have even helped me out with a family emergency and made sure our pet was safe and cared for. You know when your dog is happy someplace, and mine is very happy here. It also gets all his energy out!

Hounds Town is great. My very hyper basset, Marshall, has been going here around three times a week for a few months now. The staff are always friendly and excited when they greet him. Marshall has calmed down a lot at home since he started going, which allows me to get my work done while working remotely. And best of all, he loves playing with his friends. When we’re on our way there, he’s very excited. He practically sprints in.

I had a great feeling about Hounds Town from the very first time I called and talked to Miah. She went out of her way to answer all of my questions thoroughly and even immediately called the owner with a question she couldnt answer herself. She called me back within 10 minutes! Fast forward to our pups first trial day of daycare, and we (and our dog!) couldnt be happier. Everyone, including Venus who worked with us to set Max up, made us feel so at ease and as though our baby would be in the best of hands.

I just want to say that I will never consider any other place after trying Houndstown Farmingdale. They are AMAZING. Their customer service is top notch and my dogs are treated so well. Miah is an absolute gem and my dogs loves her - they are always so excited to see her. Jennifer is always so kind. And Veronica always sends me pictures of my pups so I can see how they’re doing. I’m so happy I found this place!!

It takes a village to manage every day life. Houndstown is a very big part of our village. My husband and I can’t thank the staff enough for loving our dog as much as we do. We rest easy knowing that he is in good hands when he is there and also is in a playful and enriching environment. 15/10 recommend!!!

This was Susies first experience at Hounds Town. When I dropped her off I left there feeling that she was in good hands with an extremely friendly and caring staff. She definitely had a great day playing with her new friends because when I got home she was out like a light. She will definitely be back.

It was our first time boarding our pup and everything was great. Bowie came home exhausted she’s been sleeping for two days straight 😂 guess she had an amazing time playing with all her friends. Staff was fabulous, keeping us up to date on how her stay was going. They posted tons of pictures. So much more affordable than our previous place. Would def recommend. Hounds Town is the only place we leave our pup overnight! We have been going there for about 4 years.They’re caring, flexible and clearly love their jobs. Charlie loves when we can drop him off for a day care session, his tail starts wagging as soon as we turn on the block.can’t recommend them enough.

We LOVE houndstown - and more importantly so does our 3 year old Australian Shepard Kenzie. They are so affordable, especially for the quality of services they provide. They are our go to spot for when we are traveling, we can be relaxed and enjoy our time away knowing our pup is in great care and having so much fun! She’s actually even upset the day after we bring her home most times because she misses all the dogs she got to play with all weekend. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone!

Hounds Town Farmingdale is by far the best dog daycare, boarding and grooming in the area. My dog is always so loved, so happy and comes home so exhausted. The staff really pays attention to my dog and I know what he’s up to all day long. He’s never in a crate or a cage. I truly love this place!

Houndstown has been a life saver for me when I can’t be home or go on vacation. The ladies here are very nice and take really good care of my pup. I know he gets plenty of exercise because he falls asleep in the car after I pick him up every time. I love that the dogs play inside and outside and are not put in a kennel like some places do. They are really taken care of. I recommend this place to anyone who has a dog.

I had an out of control golden retriever puppy with an attitude who defied a professional behaviorist and 2 educated parents who owned another golden retriever for 10 years. We tried everything to calm him down and then found Hounds Town in Farmingdale. Rusty gets dropped off on my way into work 5 days per week and gets picked up 10 1/2 hours later on my way home. He is calmer and happier, as are we. The owner and staff at this facility are caring and keep the place immaculate. We are so happy to have a safe, convenient place for our puppy to vent his energy. I highly recommend this place.

My one year old, very large Mal / GSD, Jasper, enjoyed a romping good time last week during his doggie day care stay! From first meeting the staff the day before for his temperament test, throughout his play date, I always felt the staff really cared for the dogs under their watch and liked what they did. Everyone was so friendly and informative. It really made me feel at ease. We will definitely be back again for day care and boarding!

Highly recommend this place. Brought my dog in for the first time and immediately felt comfortable while the staff greeted me. My dog is oh so full of energy and to say he came home exhausted is an understatement. He was ready to go again the next day! Since December 2019, our dog Stella has been going to Hounds Town Farmingdale for doggie daycare & grooming. This place can’t be beat! The staff are great & treat Stella as their own pet. Stella comes home happy & exhausted after a full day of play.We recently went on vacation for 10 days and boarded Stella at Hounds Town Farmingdale. It was her 1st time being boarded so I was a little nervous. When I checked to see how she was doing, I was immediately put at ease! The staff told me Stella was doing great & having fun. That’s all I needed to hear.When we picked her up, she was freshly bathed & I don’t think she wanted to leave!Hounds Town really is home to the happiest dogs!!

We love the team at Hounds Town USA Farmingdale! Our energetic pup has been for daycare, overnight boarding and now an extended stay boarding (10 nights) while we were on vacation. They took such good care of her. We love the Facebook page to be able to see photos throughout her stay. Miah did her initial temperament eval and love catching up with her every time we stop in. Overall, we love it here and its nice knowing your pup is in great hands no matter how long their stay is!

My husband and I went away for three days we heard about hounds town by friends and we wanted to give it a try. When got there the staff is very nice the place is very clean. We really liked where we were leaving our dogs for a few nights. Definitely felt good leaving them, our dogs had a great time!

Houndstown does a great job every time we drop Autumn off for boarding. They are attentive and really care about each dog that comes through those doors. Will never go anywhere else.

Stellar experience from start to finish. Every person we encountered was equally pleasant and excited about dogs. It made us feel very comfortable boarding our Mason here.After the first trial day care day when he was fighting me to go back inside I knew we found the right spot. We boarded Mason for 5 days, when I picked him up he was scratching at the door to go back in. I felt a little neglected lol but happy that he was so happy there.Dont hesitate about bringing your pet here, they are top notch. Thank you all for taking such good care of our Mason, we are very grateful.

The staff was wonderful and quite helpful. My dog had an amazing time on his first visit. He actually smiled the entire car ride home. He is very excited to come back.

Houndstown Farmingdale takes good care of my pup he comes home happy and tired. He’s eager to go play as soon as we get there in the morning. So glad I found Houndstown Farmingdale last November! For anyone looking for daycare and/or boarding- this is one of the cleanest facilities I have seen and is climate controlled for the pups. Additionally, the special events throughout the year are that extra touch that really set it apart from all the competitors. You cannot put a price on the sense of family feeling conveyed at Houndstown Farmingdale!

I’m so glad I found Hounds Town. We tried one dog daycare before this one and they did not work with my pup at all. After having such a bad experience at first, I was hesitant to try another place. But Hounds Town made my dogs transition so easy. They work with him, and now I’m comfortable leaving him there & I’m not worried about him being scared while I’m gone.

We’ve been bringing our dog to Hounds Town for a few years. It’s her favorite place. We can’t even say the name without her getting excited. Hounds Town’s owners and staff all go above and beyond to make our pup feel loved and her owners feel confident in their ability to take care of her while we are away.

HoundsTown Farmingdale has been nothing short of amazing for our family. When we got our dog Tika in March 2019, we had terrible issues with separation anxiety (husky/shepherd mix). We tried trainers, and all of their tips and tricks. Nothing worked. We hired a dog walker to stop by during the day to help us get our dog’s energy out, but we couldn’t keep her in a cage all day (she would destroy our house if left to freely roam the house). We felt awful.Then we found HoundsTown. This place is magical. Tika looks forward to going every time she hops in the car. She comes home completely happy and exhausted (that HoundsTown Hangover is real!). Our dog gets an exit bath each time she goes to HoundsTown, and she always comes home smelling good and looking clean. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and you can just see how much they love dogs. It means a lot when the staff knows the owners and names of their respective dogs upon pick up and drop off. There is such a sense of community at this place.We have also used their boarding service. We saw pictures of our pup throughout her stay, and we even called to check in on her. They were always informative and told us how she was doing. I was always weary about boarding services for my previous dogs, but HoundsTown changed my feeling about it. I would only trust them.I highly recommend HoundsTown to anyone and everyone that needs a doggy day care or boarding service. Jen, Maria, and their staff are the best. We are so grateful.

Hounds town farmingale is our favorite place to board our pitbull mix ! She is welcomed there and treated so well. We know when we are out of town our sweet girl is well taken care of and enjoying herself.

Everything about Houndstown Farmingdale is amazing!! We’ve been taking our dogs here for 7 years and they love it there so much that they can’t wait to get inside! The people who work there love your dogs like you do... like they are family. The staff there will give your beloved pet the specific attention they need. Our dogs have some medical needs, but that doesn’t stop them from living their best doggie lives whenever they stay. We know our precious babies are in fantastic hands at Houndstown and that gives us peace of mind when we have to be away from them.

Our German shepherd always looks forward to going to Houndstown. GSDs are known for their anxiety and ours is no exception, but you’d never know it here she always has a great time and we always know she’s safe with other dogs her size and temperament. Also so convenient she can play with other dogs and get a bath at the same place! Cant recommend them enough!

I was hesitant to bring my puppy to doggy day care because I’m a nervous first time dog mom. I am SO happy we brought Rosie here!! She LOVED it. She fell asleep on the way home and was exhausted until the next day… ha!!! I am happy to have a safe loving place for her to socialize

HoundsTown Farmingdale is the absolute best place for my dog, Mocha. She gets to play all day and come home tired and nondestructive. Their approach to interactive doggy daycare has surpassed and exceeded all of my expectations. We were on vacation and our dog had a wonderful time at Houndstown. I mean who wouldn’t want to play all day? She came home and was happy as can be. They took care of our fur baby as I’d she was theirs. Will use them over and over again.

My girlfriend and I needed a last minute place to board our puppy for a week since we were going on vacation. The place we were originally going to turned out to be awful.Within a day or 2, Houndstown was able to get my dog assessed and in for the week. They went above and beyond, just going through their normal process in such short notice and getting us booked. On top of that was the very quick responses to any emails we sent during our trip, as well as providing amazing photos of our pup at play on their Facebook page! He looked, and was, so happy. They break up their boarded dogs by size and temperament which is what our previous daycare was lacking. It was clearly much more enjoyable for our pup.Much appreciated Houndstown!! We don’t live close but, we will be back someday.

This place was great! First day trial for my pup and they were extremely professional. Explained the entire process to me, what their facility is all about, and how theyll work with my dog. My pup cannot wait to go to Hounds Town! He knows it by name, and he gets all excited. I love the fact how personal they are. And they know my pup, they get to know everything about him, who he gets along with, how hyper he is, and they even post pictures!! I was always skeptical of daycare and they put my fears at ease! We were recommended this place from friends who recently boarded their 🐕 there and they had a good experience. We are planning a vacation and booked our dog Shadow to stay for 5 nights. They offered a free trial daycare to get Shadow used to the place and make sure we are all happy. Everything went smoothly and we got a report card from them about her day. I am confident that she will be in good hands when we leave her there for vacation.

Before I sent Lana here, I was amazed at the reviews of this place. Now that I have been with them for several months; I have joined the community of people who love and adore Hounds Town. Last night I hit unusual traffic rushing back from the city. I unfortunately bypassed their normal pickup time. I called in advance to apologize and inform them of the situation. The employees were not only kind but also patient and understanding. When I finally arrived, I found Lana hanging out behind the counter with the loving employees who exuded enthusiasm and care. He runs right in when we drop him off and he is so happy when we pick him up.We wouldn’t trust our dog with anyone else!

Houndstown is a wonderful place to board your dogs for the weekend. My two small dogs had a great weekend. They came home smelling good after an exit bath, with cute little bandanas & they were good & tired!

A year ago my husband passed away. I quickly needed to find a daycare for Cleo, our 2 year old peagle, and was concerned that she was used to a quiet day staying at home with someone in a wheelchair. She didnt have much exposure to other dogs. Fortunately I found Houndstown Farmingdale.Im amazed with this place. The staff are top-notch, friendly and you can tell that they love dogs. Cleo adapted quickly and now she runs out of the car and into the building when I drop her off. She comes home happy and tired from a fun day of playing with her friends. Even now that I work from home, I still bring her several times a week.

We think Houndstown is the perfect place to board our 2 year old Golden Doodle with lots of energy. They genuinely care for and love your dog while you are away.

This place has been great for my dog. He’s a high energy breed that needs lots of activity. If I have a long day at work or need boarding services I bring him to HoundsTown and he gets the exercise and interaction he needs. The staff is always cheerful and accommodating.

Houndstown has truly become a second home and family for our dog Mia! She has been going to camp/day care for over a year and LOVES it! She gets to play, socialize with her dog friends and exercise (which for a high energy dog like Mia is essential!) we have also used their boarding services which include the daily play and exercise necessary for happy dogs! knowing that your dog is not stuck in a crate all day while boarding was a game changer for us. When Mia arrives at Houndstown she cannot contain her excitement and runs for the door tail wagging and ready to give hugs to all the employees.Houndstown is clean, safe and has both indoor and outdoor areas for their dogs. They have many special events each year like an annual Luau and Halloween Party which are always so much fun for the dogs and us owners. They provide pictures almost daily of the dogs at play on social media and treat each pet as their own. They have even sent care packages to our home when Mia is unwell!The owners and staff at Houndstown understand dogs and most importantly they truly LOVE dogs! We are so grateful to them for giving us peace of mind that our Mia is in safe hands and having the best time of her life whenever she visits!

If you are looking to board your dog or even keep them entertained for a few hours or a day, this is your place… the staff is very caring knowledgeable and will do everything in their power to ensure you and your doggies are comfortable. Most of these places smell; this place is super clean smells good and so many options to accommodate you in any way they can. I would give 10/5 stars if I could. Thanks again!! We brought our year old rescue ball of energy to Hounds Town Farmingdale for her first day of doggy daycare. We were nervous leaving our fur baby at any doggy daycare but we did our research, visited the location, and had our dog attend an evaluation before dropping her off for her first day. Once you’re a member of the pack, you get access to a Facebook group reserved for the HT pack only where they post pictures from the day. The picture uploaded of our dog could sell anyone on this place. She looked like she was on spring break LOL gigantic smile ear to ear, tongue out, ears back, living her best life. She came home after a 7 hour day and crashed hard. The whole family (humans and dog) can not wait for her next day. I love the fact that it’s on an as needed basis too. We plan on trying to take her once a week to see her friends and get that dog interaction she needs!

Venus always has a great time at daycare. Although you cant ask your dog how they were treated Ive been to other places that I knew she wasnt being cared for properly. At Houndstown she comes home happy and tired and Im confident she is being treated properly. Venus has been going there for six or seven years and will continue to go there and play with her friends. BEST.PLACE.EVER. We went to Bermuda for a week and I boarded my 2 boxers here. When we went to pick them up after 5 days they were, happy, clean and acting as if we werent gone ( not an ounce of stress or anxiety) . I completely trust the entire staff with my pups lives. My beasts spend 2 days a week here for day camp and when I say ready to go see your friends they both run and flip and dance in circles. I warms my heart to know that this amazing, knowledgeable, loving staff and owners truly care about my dogs. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

We recently left our dog Hunter there for 2 weeks while vacation. They took care of him as if he was the most important dog in the world. We have been using them for a few years now. Jen was amazing when I signed Shea up. She told me everything I needed to no. I brought Shea for her first free daycare and Mia greeted Shea like family. My Gunner loves Hounds Town! It’s a great way for him to get the interaction with other dogs that he needs and especially with his separation anxiety, he gets to play with pups instead of being home when no one’s there ! The care takers at Hounds Town are amazing, I wouldn’t want to bring my pup anywhere else!

Staff was very professional and welcoming. My dog had a good day and seemed happy when I picked him up. My only issue is that his coat was wet and it was all urine. He stunk and had to go in the bathtub immediately. So much so that the water was yellow in the tub. Really disgusting and may prohibit me from bringing him back.

Our Sonny Boy had a smile on his face all night after he got home from Hounds Town in Farmingdale! There is no question that he not only was happy and treated well- the team there is lovely!!! We can’t wait for him to go back. We give two thumbs up- he gives two paws up!

I board both my dogs here and feel they are getting the best care and attention. Once while away one of my dogs vomited twice. I was immediately notified of this situation with their plan of how they were going to handle it. They kept in touch with me throughout the morning answering all my questions. Turned out he was fine but liked how they handled it

We love it here! More importantly our husky Kylo loves it here!!! The staff is professional, caring and most importantly loving. We feel confident and comfortable with leaving the 4 legged love of our lives there not just for a day, but for a week ( if we go away). Kyle has made friends here and gets so excited when we tell him he is going. He loves it so much we can not tell him too many hours in advance. If we do.... he will keep asking if its time to go!

Maggie always loves to play at Hounds town. The staff is always friendly and takes good care of her. The place is clean and I know she is in good hands for daycare and boarding.

My 9 month old puppy has been coming here since the beginning of the summer. He goes once a week and he definitely knows every Wednesday he gets to play at Houndstown with all of his doggy friends. He can’t wait to get into the car and enjoy his doggy day full of fun! He gets a bath after playing and I love that Houndstown cuts his nails as well(I am way to nervous to do that!) Hawk enters full of energy and comes home exhausted from all his playing around and chasing other dogs. He is so happy that the other dogs chase him back too! Thank you Houndstown. This back to the work dog mom feels less guilty one day a week when he comes to you! I know he is in the right hands especially when I have been home with him since April(yes that’s right a Covid puppy)! ❤️ Any dog mom knows that Houndstown is where your dog needs to be! 🐕 🐶

This place is AWESOME. The staff is friendly - literally every single person is so nice. I’ve been going to this location on a consistent basis for over a year. My dog loves it and it helps get his energy out all day, then comes home and sleeps like a baby. I highly recommend them!

Im not sure what exactly goes on all day at Hounds Town, but whatever it is...it is incredible!! My 3 year old basset hound Merryweather has been going here a couple days a week for about 2 years. As soon as I am a couple of blocks away, she starts crying and barking in the back seat. She cant wait to get out of the car and run top-basset speed into the building!! Merry never even looks back at me for reassurance. She knows where her play group is, and she runs for them!The staff are polite, thorough and thoughtful. I know I can trust them 100% with my girl and they will make decisions for her as if she were their own dog. These are the people who you want taking care of your dog, no questions asked. Merry always comes back exhausted and stinky, which for basset hounds means they had the best day ever!! Drool galore!Merryweather was attacked by a large dog on one of our walks around Argyle Lake this summer and had some deep puncture wounds on her nose. A few days later there was a special delivery to my house - a Bark Box filled with fun and wonderful toys and treats for Merry! It was the most heartwarming gesture, and something that only family would think to do. I know that she is taken care of and loved there. The staff also makes a huge effort to update their clients with pictures on their interactive Facebook page each day. I could not think of a more perfect place for my dog to spend her time.

I just wish they posted photos of my fur baby each stay. They do not seem to understand how important it is for us to see our beloved pets (in a group photo or alone) during their stay with them. I have asked numerous times and I have been told they concentrate on the ‘new’ towner’s - which doesn’t make sense to me at all! Why not focus on pleasing all customers their new ones and their loyal ones!

My dog, Winnie, has always had a wonderful time at Hounds Town when I need to be out of town. They take excellent care of her and always include photos online during her stay.

They are the absolute best day care / boarding for pets, Rocky loves going to hounds town and comes home super tired each time, every time we mention hounds town to rocky his ears go up and he starts jumping like crazy. Harlee loves going to houndstown and we love bringing her. We know she is always in good hands when we drop her off. The entire staff always has a smile on when you walk in the door and are aways so welcoming. Harlee darts in the door and doesn’t look back. When we get home, she is super exhausted and goes right to sleep. We sometimes have to force her to wake up and go eat.

Sage absolutely LOVES HoundsTown!! From the pulling across the parking lot to GET IN through the passing out in the car going home AKA The HoundsTown Hangover 😋.... the owners and staff are soooo wonderful. We don’t go A LOT especially this past year and it never ceases to amaze me Every Time I drop her off; they know her right away first sight by name! That is a level of caring and professionalism that you can’t fake they Just Love their clients!!!

We have 2 Frenchies and a large Ridgeback mix, and all of them LOVE going there! The Ridgeback has issues with strangers and certain dogs and this is the only place we trust to keep him and others safe. The entire staff is very well trained.

I love HoundsTown, every time I needed to board my pupper, they always have room for him. Also, love the option that they can bathe him before I pick him up too. Reliable and professional with a friendly staff.

My biggest issue was we paid for a bath in the morning after staying overnight and he came out still wet and was not brushed so he was completely knotted. For paying what we paid in comparison to other places that provide pictures and videos of a first stay it was underwhelming. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, but again the bath was very disappointing

Staff was super freindly,.place looked clean from what I saw. One thing is my pup came back and developed kennel cough, which i understand can happen and is beyond anyones control but when i called to tell them they did not seek to worried. Also if all the dogs are supposed to be vaxed with the bortatella how did this happen? Debating on sending my pup back.

I know when on vacation I could be at ease knowing my guy is at Houndstown. He gets separation anxiety at times and they know how to handle it and what to look for. Thank you for taking great care of my favorite boy Rufus.

I absolutely love taking Rusty my Beagle to Hounds Town. All the girls love him and treat him as if he was theirs.

Easy to get to , though in an industrial neighborhood My grand-dog had a good time while there . Friendly staff , easy in/out with your pet(s) .
