The first few times I took my dogs, I was pleased. The next time both dogs had boils on their skin. I thought it was an allergic reaction to the shampoo. Next time I went, one dog smelled like she hadnt been washed. The next dat the other one was totally immobile. Took him to the vet. Not only was his back strained, his fur was falling out from the root. Never take your precious pet to this place

I’ve been going here for awhile, I will NOT being coming back here ever again. My dog has recently come back with a skin issue and raw paws. My dog came back with a big red and bloody raw spot on her neck. She is extremely irritated and because of it doesn’t eat. And this happened twice already. The groomer is completely unprofessional and does not notify me that there is an irritation on her neck until I realize a few hours later when I get home. I’m appalled by how he cares for my dog and how he grooms. Absolutely terrible! Save yourself the time and money and don’t go here! And if you care about your dog , you don’t want to go here so your dog doesn’t get hurt.

I chose this place only.because of availability during Covid (which should have been a red flag). After his so-called grooming, My dog was returned to me with large bald spots on his butt and chest. I later discovered another bald spot with scabbed scratch marks behind his ear. When I telephoned them to report my findings, their response was “thank you very much for calling.”The groomer apparently does not possess the skills necessary to perform this job safely and the receptionist has no PR skills. (Also Noteworthy was that they did not have the sense/courtesy to wear a mask.)If No stars was an option, that would have been a more accurate rating.

Been going here for a while. my dog always leaves with some sort of skin issue ...raw paws, incessant scratching...this time my dog left with one eye open because the groomer got shampoo in his eye. the groomer didnt feel the need to mention that HE got shampoo in my dogs eyes. we noticed that my dog was squinting and trying to wipe his eyes so we took him to the vet who told us he had two scratches on his cornea. do your self and your dog a favor, do not go to this groomer. this groomer showed extremely unprofessional behavior and denial of his responsibility.

After going to MANY groomers, we continued to use PP services after the first time. Our lab actually LIKES going there because they are gentle and seem to like our very energetic dog. They are professional and reasonable.

Took my dog here to get his nails trimmed. The service was extremely fast (it took about 3 minutes) and very reasonably priced ($10). The staff was friendly as well!

A friend using facility full service pet shop for grooming etcetera,they do it all large or small dogs it doesnt matter your going to get a quality job at a fair price no dissapoinment s here.

I love pampered paws and so does my dog. They do a great job and my dog and I are always satisfied.

We bring our two dogs there they do a great job our dogs always leave clean and happy highly recommend going to this groomer

I had gone here for years until they burned my pets eyes (both), and received abrasions that had to be treated. They took no responsibility for it, and the owner was nasty. Were not sure how that happened. All he cared about was the insurance forms. Then I was harassed by the insurance company, wow. I have seen on other reviews the same has happened. These people are dangerous, and the place is filthy! STAY AWAY

Went there to get my dog pampered they wouldnt let you see how they wash the dog which made me think that they were a little fishy. They also told me that I had to wait 3 HOURS for my dog to be pampered. I literally had to buy time and get my nails done a few doors down when I was in the middle of my nail appointment they call me to tell me that the dog was finished. Really? So when i finished I went to take the dog but she had this strong cologne smell along with a blue bandana. A day later I called them to ask what was the purpose of the bandana they told me that it was just a decoration they put on the pets and I could buy the cologne for 10 dollars. Overall I payed 50 dollars for my dog because I just got her ears plucked,hair shaved,washed and etc. I learned my lesson Im either going to go home and wash my dog or go to unleashed were they allow you to wash your dog give you all the products for 10 dollars

Absolutely terrible. Don’t ever bring your dog here.
