K-9 Kastle Pet Grooming

This is my fourth place. I’ve taken my dog for grooming because I have not been happy with any of my other places and this place is the best. Margaret is wonderful. She actually listens to what I want with my dog how I want her to look how I don’t want her to look, she really takes everything I say to Heart and she does the most amazing Grooming. I highly recommend her.

Love this place!! Took my dog there for the first time today, they did a great job washing her and cutting her nails, and they even put an adorable Halloween themed bandana on her! So so so well priced(45 dollars for nail trim and a bath for my small dog), will never go to petco grooming ever again!! K-9 kastle is the best, and my dog seemed very comfortable with them!!

I have been taking my dog here for 9 years. We were recommended by friends and neighbors. We have always had an excellent experience with the staff and the quality of the service. My dog loves going for his hair cuts. I recommend them highly and without any reservation.

Terrible groomer! They are very unprofessional, and the owner is very rude. I brought my little 14lb dog who came back with a terrible blood red eye. It took them 6.5hrs to complete a haircut and bath(cost $61), and I was not able to pick him up till it was dark out. Due to the darkness I did not see his red eye till I got home. I called them as soon as they opened the next two days. They would not answer their phone, so I went to the location and demanded a refund for the terrible service. The owner would not even talk to me and sent one of her employees to argue with me. I did not get a refund!

I used this groomer for the first time 1 week ago, I LOVE THEM❤️ they did an amazing groom on my senior baby boy.

We took our Westie here for 13 years. They have an excellent staff and he always got a great haircut! Highly recommended.

LOVE LOVE❤️❤️ Been bringing my black mini schnauzer to these groomers since my pup was 10 weeks old, she loves going and getting pretty...she smells fabulous after her grooming.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS! You walk in and it smells like poop. It is so dirty. They do a horrible job. AND my dog got ring worm!!! If you love your dogs dont take them to this disgusting place!

Always friendly and pup comes back smelling great.they like what they do for sure.

We have 2 golden doodles and we will only take them to k-9. Our dogs always look wonderful after we take them there.

The people there are always so unfriendly to interact with but I saw past it because my pup was happy and they do a decent cut at a good price. Yesterday one of ladies was just beyond rude and unprofessional to me over my simple question. I will never be going back on principle.

They clip my cats nails. They are great with them and are very reasonably priced.

Booking appointments are easy and the owner is so nice.

This is the only groomer I will use for my pooch. Shes a 10 year old cocker spaniel and has always been pampered like a queen while at the Kastle.. Staff is great and always takes that special care for my pet 🐕.
