Do not bring your dog here. I went for a meet and greet today, I could see my dog on the live stream, he was doing fine and all of a sudden I see the person pick him up and what appears to have put him in a crate that was just under camera view. I watched and for an hour I did not see my dog. I called and was told by the woman, I was just about to call you, your dog did not pass the meet and greet. Their story was they put my dog in a crate so a new dog could enter and when they let my dog out he snapped at the new dog. All which was conveniently off camera. If this is all true why would they not call me right away? Why did they leave my dog in a crate for an hour? I was the one who called them. Horrible, my dog is now acting traumatized. Do not trust this business

Dogtopia made me and my Gigi feel so welcomed! We were apprehensive at first, as this is her first ever daycare experience but the knowledgeable and friendly staff assured me that shed be safe in their hands. And she was! She played, barked, jumped, all the stuff she rather do than sit at home all day. I will definitely be recommending to friends and families, as well as signing Gigi up for a weekly schedule as soon as she finishes her vet appointment! Thank you Dogtopia!

The workers here have taken care of my dog for three years 5-6 days a week. Sadly, we are moving and will not be able to go there anymore. I cannot recommend them enough . They truly care about the dogs and the owners. Top notch.

I started bringing my dog here a few months ago. They are very friendly and actually care for your dog while they are in their care. When I drop her off she wants to run inside she absolutely loves it. She always comes home and falls asleep right after from playing all day.

I FOUND THE NEW AND BEST PLACE TO BRING MY DOG! Unbelievably clean, brand new facility with plenty of space for my dog to run around. Their organization is top notch, storing my dog and other dogs items in individual and labeled bins. Their staffs highly knowledgeable and trained on dog care as well as friendly when you arrive. I feel more than comfortable leaving my dog here and would recommend this place to anyone looking to find a safe and fun place to bring their own.

Wonderful place to bring your pet! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Baker always leaps out of the car and sprints inside to greet everyone and see his friends. He boards frequently and I rest easy knowing that the staff will take fantastic care of him. We love Dogtopia!

I was very worried putting my dogs in daycare at first, i have awful separation anxiety from my dogs and constantly worry about them when im not with them, but with my work schedule i just couldnt leave them at home anymore. thankfully, dogtopia has really exceeded my expectations, the entire staff is so lovely and kind and caring, i swear every single one of them have known me and my dogs by face and by name since day 2. it really warms my heart knowing how much they all care and how genuinely sweet they all are, it makes me feel very comfortable leaving my dogs with them every day. their cute little events they do every so often are adorable, i love knowing my dogs are getting yummy special treats and doing fun silly activities while im away. they also give report cards and send email updates with photos every so often to keep you updated on how your pups are doing, as well as constant access to the cameras inside so you can peek in on your furry friends while theyre there! alongside their daycare, their grooming & spa services are UNMATCHED. rebecca did an absolutely STUNNING job on both my chow chow and my sheltie. you can tell she truly loves her job and cares about her work, she spent 4 1/2 hours grooming my dogs to make sure they were done perfectly and comfortably. she is so attentive to detail and does exactly what you want (but better!) and only does what your dog is comfortable with. one of my dogs didnt like the nail dremel and she immediately stopped and found an alternative way to trim her nails that my dog would be comfortable with. she BEYOND exceeded my expectations, my beautiful ladies looks so so gorgeous, and you really cant beat the price either. i am so incredibly satisfied with all their services and their staff, i highly highly recommend them for your daycare and grooming needs!

The folks at Dogtopia are always friendly, flexible, helpful and attentive. I never worry about my dog for one second when she’s there. She’s always super excited any time she goes!

The best experience for you and your pup. The team at Dogtopia fishkill from the front desk to the groomers and everyone in between always goes out of their way to make sure your pup is comfortable, happy, and safe. My girl Olive would be so excited when we pulled up for her daycare days and always be pumped to go in with all her friends. Extremely clean and well cared for environment, excellent communication from the staff. If you’re on the fence about signing your best friend up for daycare at Dogtopia fishkill, just do it - you won’t regret it.

Doggie daycare. An opportunity for a lap/companion/velcro dog to see other people and get some needed 4 legged, furry socializing. Also an opportunity for the home bodies (two leggers) to get some chores and errands done without all the ‘help’. Clean. Pleasant staff. Attentive handlers

Daisy loves Dogtopia! I was so nervous to leave her but not anymore. The staff are always helpful and excited to see Daisy. I love that I can check the webcams to see her playing with the other dogs. She’s eager to go in when we arrive so I know she’s happy there. We recently started boarding her there when we go away and we were very happy with our experience. 5 stars Dogtopia Fishkill!

Did my meet and greet for my fur babies at Dogtopia last week, not only did they love it I loved it! Upon entering there names were on a board for new members, so cute! I watched them on the cameras having a blast and watching the employees be so good with them when going to pick them up I received the cutest key chains! We are going to be using Dogtopia 100% when we have busy days or the babys just need a play date.

My Charlie came home very happy and tired! When I checked in on him during the day on the web cam, he was having a great time playing with the other dogs. Dogtopia is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Charlie always looks forward to going to Doggy Daycare He has no problem going right in!

My pup is always so excited when I bring him in. As soon as recognizes the parking lot, he starts wagging his tail and cannot pull me in fast enough. I love that I can watch him on the live camera, and I always see him having a great time and getting out his energy. He always comes home tired and happy. The staff is great, knowledgeable and on top of all the dogs health records. I feel so comfortable knowing he is in a place where he is loved and cared for during the day.

I’ve found Dogtopia to be a top notch daycare. There is constant supervision, and I can watch my baby on video as well. One can see the folks who work here are dog lovers. The administrators and front desk are kind. Considering they go to the bathroom inside the rooms, the cleanliness stands out and you would never know because it is taken care of so quickly and completely. I was a few days late in my vaccinations and was not permitted to book a reservation, this is a very good thing because it means protecting my dog and the other dogs is more important to them then the daily daycare fee. While there she is socializing, playing, learning and having a blast. Dogtopia is truly better than any other daycare I’ve sent her to. I highly recommend.

Absolutely LOVE Dogtopia. The gym is full of activities and dog trainers ready to play with all the pups, keeping them safe and entertained, as well as providing them with a safe space to rest should they need it. The staff is informative, knows what dogs like, and how to handle them. The hours are perfect for both half days and full days. I feel completely comfortable leaving our dogs there, leaving me with no worries and great peace of mind.

I put my pup in here starting on 4/3/23 on Friday of that week she showed a case of laryngitis, I didn’t think much of it, maybe barking to much at her first week of daycare. Sunday night she had her voice back and the next day 4/10/23 I put her back in daycare and she came home with no voice again. Tuesday (4/11) and Wednesday (4/12) I watched the cameras all day while I was at work. My pup was being left in a crate the entire day and being let out for 5 minutes every hour. I places a stop payment on my card and she won’t be returning.I did notice on Tuesday she was being left in a crate where the camera could see and the people in the room kept pointing at them. Wednesday she was then being kept in a crate directly under the camera in the camera. I took time stamped pictures every time she was let out and put back in.I also noticed several dogs were being treated in the same way, crated under the camera let out for 5 minutes every hour.People are doing the write thing and paying a lot of money for their pets so this behavior is disgusting. I will be informing vets in the area to tell anyone sending their pets here. Also, if you dog is going here watch the cameras!!!!!!!!!

My dog had so much fun and I got reports throughout the day! Their professionalism and quality of care is commendable and I thank them for taking care of my boy! There is no better feeling than knowing your dog is safe , having fun and being cared for while you’re at work instead of bored at home and alone all day. I thank you for that dogtopia 😊

Lily had 3 glowing report cards.When I picked her up from her fourth visit Danielle told me she was being expelled.Twice, 2 bigger dogs tried to dominate her and she didn’t like it. So she reacted.She said she was going to talk to the other owners. Lily, being the sweetest loving dog, I was shocked.Does not make any sense to me and I did see dogs in crates for long periods of time.

We came from a local daycare where overcrowding had developed and it had put a tremendous stress on my dog. It’s wonderful to see how my dog is now happy to be at daycare. I know he is well cared for. The staff is very patient and thoughtful, willing to work through any difficulties perceived.

My dog loves this place i just mention dogtopia and he wimpers and rushes me in the morning when he sees we arrived he goes wild

I definitely recommend everyone to send their dog here. They are great with the dogs. They treat them very good. My Ellie was a timid dog afraid of other dogs and people. Now that she goes there she is more confident not scared anymore. Her true self finally came out and she is playful always wanting to play with other dogs and goes up to people to say hello and she only went twice so far. The workers there reassured Ellie that the world isn’t a scary place they are kind and patient with them. I seen it first hand on the dogtopia webcam. Yes you can check up on how your dog is doing with there webcam. They also have theme days like birthday celebrations for that month prom you dress your dog up in the best attire then there is a vote on who is prom king and queen. Bacon day, tour of Italy week, popsicle day, every holiday is a party. I justWant to give a heads up when your dog goes home he or she will be exhausted from playing with his or her friends all day long. The pricing is good compared to other places. I would tell anyone to send there dogs here even to socialize your dog and let them have friends.

Great staff, very caring and it feels like they treat our dog like one of their own. They are also extremely patient with our rambunctious puppy! We love that he can have so many hours of open play and exercise, and the theme days are a lot of fun. It’s great being able to watch the webcam during the day, too. Most importantly, our dog clearly LOVES going — he gets super excited on daycare days and sprints to the door.

The administration/front desk employees are wonderful. The care about the dogs, they know you and your dog. I love the little events they have. My dog seems pretty happy. However, what I do not like is the some of staff in the playrooms. I see too many dogs in the crates too often and I do not want to pay for my dog to be in the crate instead of out playing. I understand some reasons why they need to be out in the crate but when they leave a dog in there for an half hour to an hour that is not okay and if the dog has anxiety from the crate that could make them become a whole different dog. I would like to know why I see so many dogs at once in crates and only a selected amount from the employees in the room are allowed to be out. That is not okay. Overall it is a great place but they need to do something when it comes to the same dog constantly in crates. I also do wish they had an outdoor space for the dogs.

We love Dogtopia - its been great for our dog, who always comes home happy. The staff is WONDERFUL. Only downside is there is not outdoor space/playtime and they have limited weekend hours.

I can trust that my dog is safe and entertained for the day. Its clear she enjoys her time there as she is always excited to go back. I love all the activities for the dogs and parents. The options to board or schedule grooming is also really appreciated.

It was easy to enroll my dog for boarding. The staff was helpful and always prompt in getting back to me when I had questions. I appreciate the pictures and updates from the Meet and Greet and the access to webcams.

Not only do they take care of my boy Tosco but the extreme change in his demeanor after going there is a blessing.Our pup was a covid baby so socialization was always an issue. He loved dogs but hated people. He would even get aggressive with people who came on to the property. Dogtopia got him so much more acclimated to people. So much so that we were able to have friends over with supervision.Now, people can come in and out of the house without a peep. Hes as friendly as ever.Of course he comes from day care with bumps and bruises because he is a big dog but I’m happy to see his progress and how happy he is.

Did the first day trial with my puppy that’s shy. Was promised pics. When I asked at pickup, I was told they would be sent later because the girl that takes them was busy. When I asked how my puppy did, the receptionist said to ask the girl who brings her out to me. When they brought her out, I asked and the girl looked at me like a deer in headlights then the receptionist said, “she did fine. She was happy”I was looking for more of a reply as to how her day went and if daycare would be a good fit for her. The manager emailed me saying she herself spoke to me about how her day went. This never happened which leads me to believe they are very disorganized. She said in her email to reach out with any concern, so I did and never got a reply. I will NOT be back. Very unprofessional and a lack of communication.

My dog absolutely loves it here. Everyone who works there is so kind and sweet and they love my dog. I know she is always well taken care of here. If you’re looking for a place to take your dog, I highly suggest taking them here.

My dog really seemed to enjoy his experience at Dogtopia! He’s actually a little calmer at home from getting all his zoomies out there. Can’t wait for his next visit!

My puppy loves going there. They have been great with her and are always friendly and very accommodating.

I’ve been placing my pets into daycares for a decade, this is the only place I’ve ever had an issue. Such an awful experience with unintelligent staff members, that waste your time. The complete unwillingness to accommodate or help in anyway was atrocious.Lost our spot in a “meet and greet” due to the staff member not knowing what their own procedures are. Do not waste your time here.

Dogtopia is the perfect place for my dog when I’m working during the day. The staff is great and they take great care of all the dogs! Highly recommend.

My pet is given a lot of attention and the daycare has great added activities to provide to your pet. I feel good knowing my dog is well taken care of.

Theyre pricey but, my pup enjoys being there! Wish they were closer and I didnt have to pay a toll. Exhausted after a day of play!

Needed a place for the pup last minute and they were very accommodating! It was even an hour drive from me but ended up being a perfect fit. My new go to place for my dog!

The fact that they tell you about everything I guess its not bad, but no prices on anything not even an over night stay and when you walk around what should be the front (because thats the part that is actually on the mini-mall) the windows are covered completely and when you walk around after closing you can hear the poor dogs just barking, Im sorry but maybe its just me but my Yorkie is not a puppy that likes cages and neither are I so when you hide behind tinted windows you are hiding something thats my opinion, sorry.

Incredibly easy group to work with. Would have paid even higher rates for the services received.For some reason though, my dog no longer has the same appetite for peanut butter. Ah well…

The facility is clean. The staff is friendly and the all remember my dogs name! Also, love that I can watch him play through the webcam.

My grand pup seems to have gotten dog flu while there last Saturday or last Monday...my daughter in law called on Sunday and was told Nezuko was not the only one that was sick...Do you not call pet parents and let them know there could be a problem with their pets health?...and please dont say you have no records of her being a client!She has been there many times.

The only good thing about this place is that I was able to keep my dog there while I was busy at work but I didnt like the attitude to stuck up I only lasted 1 week in a half they also dont do anything but leave them in a room with other dogs no walking or a lot of playing really.

What sold me about taking a chance and bringing my furson here, was access to cameras, good website with detailed info, and the kindness of the person initially reaching out for a meet and greet.I got to see my baby playing with other dogs and the people watching them are dog-people, wiping their drool, petting them, keeping an eye out for overly excited behavior, etc.It was great to see my baby socializing, Id recommend you at least take a chance and give them a try.

Nice place and my dog loves it there.

We never had an issue here, until recently when our dog contracted kennel cough/dog flu in the last week (this is the only place our dog comes in contact with other dogs). When we went to inform them of our dog getting sick, they said oh yeah several parents have called saying their dogs are sick. So they didnt think to inform parents that their dog came in contact with a sick dog. So if your dog has gotten sick recently, I would let them know. Very unprofessional. Will never be back.
