Jennifer is the best dog groomers in Dutchess County l love her work the dogs look super when she is done with them

Jennifer is an excellent groomer, She has groomed our dog for several years. She is very personable, friendly and caring of your pet. When you leave your pet at her shop to be groomed you know you are going to receive it back with quality care and grooming. She is the best in Fishkill. I highly recommend her.

I went to Jennifer about 4 times and each time it was great. My dog gets very anxious when he goes to big businesses so when I found doggie do we were very happy. She would cut his hair shorter than asked but I was still very satisfied. The last visit I got home with him and as he played outside he started bleeding a lot from a nail. I was very confused so I called Jennifer to ask if she cut him and why she did not mention it. She never answered or returned my call . It’s been months she didn’t even bother. I understand dogs move and they might get hurt, but say something. I would have definitely continued to do business with her had she mentioned it but she chose not to.

Horrible service!!! I’ve called to make a appointment and they’ve hung up on me multiple times.. When I went the first time she was very nice but now I’ve called during open hours to file for an appointment and I’ve been hung up every time.
