Glitter Paws

Today was Lucys first visit to Glitter Paws and she is in love with her new hairdo! And so am I! I didnt get her name, but after looking at the other reviews, Im almost certain Mayra was Lucys groomer. She was very friendly and efficient. She shaved Lucy just as I had asked, but the end results look even better than I expected! We love the flower 🌺 too. She sent me a couple of photos of Lucy during her appt. and messaged me as soon as Lucy was ready to be picked up. She even waited patiently for me to arrive because of my lack of time management skills. When I arrived, she took the time to talk with me and tell me how Lucys appt. went. We had a great experience. We definitely will be back!

My cat Hercules has come here several times for a lion hair cut. He is very furry normally and in the summer time I get his fur cut down to help with mats in his fur and to keep him cool. Mayra always does a fantastic job. She gives him time for breaks if he is stressed and makes him look so handsome. She is honestly fantastic with him. I have never had a problem and would recommend them. It is very difficult to find a groomer who will see and take care of cats. I am very happy with Glitter Paws and will continue going her for all my pets needs.

Stella has been going here for a few months, love the atmosphere and myra is great! Very accommodating and I appreciate the photos I get during the grooming session. As well as an update when Stella is almost ready for pick up. It makes it easier to schedule my day when taking Stella. Also love the hair cut of course and I know Stella enjoys going there as well😊

We’d been going here for a couple years and our most recent experience nearly killed my dog!picked them up and they were locked up in a cage ( first time that ever happened) got home and he was acting real weird and Within 8 hours of him being groomed he was in the emergency vet on his death bed from overdose of calm down medication, costing me thousands to save him. Be very cautious when trusting them with your small pups !

My dog is a super senior with chronic skin injuries. Mayra is an absolute angel who treats my baby with so much patience and care. Love her, and cant recommend her highly enough.

I love taking my dog to Glitter Paws. Myra is so understanding and gentle with the dogs. I have a puppy mill dog who is terrified of everyone/everything. She has taken her on Sundays, when she has less or no other dogs. She takes her time and gives her rest breaks so she can calm down. How she is able to do her face, I dont know, I cant touch that area. She texts a pic when she is almost done and gives you a sticker picture to take with you. I also love the pretty flower collars that she comes home in. I am so thankful to have found such a lovely person to groom my dog. I highly recommend her.

Our groomer of 20+ years had to close her doors. We were referred to Glitter Paws and had an outstanding experience. She listened to our preferences for how we like our Shih Tzus groomed and they look beautiful! I love it that she allows the dogs to free roam after and are not crated. She did not have more dogs than she could handle during our visit. We will continue to go back to Glitter Paws! Expectations exceeded!!!

She is amazing! My dog loves her she’s so welcoming and friendly and my dogs nails have never looked better! I’m so glad I found a good groomer for my baby!

Mayra loves doing what she does and you can see it. She takes time to get to know your dogs and love on them. She is very patient with them and often sends photos and treats home with the owner on top of managing bathing and grooming your dog. She is always so friendly when I bring my dogs in for their monthly baths. She is well organized and schedules your next needed visit promptly. Very happy bringing our dogs here!

Best groomers I’ve found!!! They never crate unless pet parent requests it or pup down at handle blow dryer well. They constantly send pics during the grooming to update you on how it’s going. Mayra and her team are just amazing!!! So glad friends recommended them🐶❤️

Such an amazing experience. So did my cat Sol, she was cleaned and cared for. They did everything I asked. And the owner was wonderful. I cant recall her name but shes the sweetest and she fell in love with Sol. I would recommend this place. I had to wait like 3 weeks to get in for her first appt but it was worth it.

She is absolutely amazing! I voiced my concern that my 11 month old puppy is extremely nervous about getting his nails done and she was more than accommodating. She let us in to get him acclimated to the area and i was nervous that he wouldn’t let her do his paws. He was reluctant but she got it done and made him feel safe! I appreciate her more than anything, and can’t wait to keep coming back!!!

Very great groomer. The inside looks very nice and has a lot of space for dogs to roam. Lots of toys and mini couches for the dogs to enjoy. Prices are very reasonable and affordable. Great hours. When i went in, the dogs that were there were very clean and you could they just got done having a trim, thats how great the groomer is. I highly recommend this place if you have any cats or dogs. Yes, they do trim cats as well, you probably shouldn’t leave them there since that place is geared towards dogs and your cat might not like being around many dogs. But you can still have your cat trimmed and then pick them up right away

Violet took great care of my 15 year old partly blind and deaf cockapoo. She did an amazing job with him. I highly recommend.

Our 2 normally nervous fur babies at groomers were not only beautifully cut but were as calm as could be. Great experience!

Called well over 11 different places. Most never returned my repeated calls.Called Glitter Paws on the advice of Niagara SPCA.She was incredibly welcoming and got my Ragamuffin in quickly. Being a rescue adoption, she needed some help, and that she got. Ragamuffins have fur upon fur upon fur.My cat was a hoarding/breeding surrender and needed, no - deserved a trim and more.She is visibly relieved, has been struck by the zoomies since leaving the salon, Clearly relieved of her matted fur,, shes quite happy.,This was a great experience for all of us.5 stars for sure

It had been a few years since we had our dog to a groomer. He was so relaxed and happy and beautiful when we picked him up. We love this place!

OMG she did an excellent job on my Lily, considering my girl has never been to a groomer as I’ve always done it. She was very calming and reassuring which is what I needed and she did not disappoint Lily looked beautiful. Made my next appt….highly recommend her👍👍👍👍

HORRIBLE SERVICE! A girl who use to groom at PETCO works here now and is bringing this place down always gives attitude and always ask how much of a tip before you even pay and performed a lack luster job on my dog, A very unprofessional young lady maybe the reason she isn’t a at PETCO anymore, I remember this place use to always have dogs in there now it’s empty most the time sad situation. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually cares about dogs or DIY.

Moqui did so well here with Myra! She was not stressed at all and got a great “do”!!!

I love Myra she is so gentle and understanding with my babies. I am so blessed I found her after my groomer closed. So hard to find a trusted groomer who also grooms cats! Thank you Myra !

Owner is unaccomodating, smug, and curt, will never ever bring my cat here again.

She was friendly and caring with my dog. Did a great job clipping his nails. She cleaned his ears, teeth and gave him a bath. Going back for sure!!
