Were so grateful we found Thumping Tails! Mike and his team are awesome! Super reliable, friendly, professional -- our primary walker is Brendan, our pup Joeys BFF. He gets lots of love and treats on his walks. We always know Joey is taken care of and in wonderful hands with the Thumping Tails team.They have backup walkers to help keep reliability in scheduling and offer other great services like socialization and play. We cant recommend them enough!

We are very happy with Thumping Tails so far! They always take good care of our two dogs each time we are on vacations. The team are puntual on each appointment and very caring for our house and dogs. We are very lucky to have found them. Michael Ferraro is very responsible and reply to our text quickly. I was so impressed with Thumping Tails. They were recommended by our vet and they lived up to their reputation! My husband and I loved the photos and notes from each of the visits. I think that’s so valuable - it gave us peace of mind.One of our two dogs was a rescue and is very nervous. They calmed her down and got her on a leash we were able to get her outside. Thumping tails is terrific!

We started using Thumping Tails in January 2021 and have been happy customers! Our dog Oakley loves Michael (the owner) as well as his brother Brendan who walks dogs with the company as well. She looks forward to her daily walks & play dates with other dogs in the neighborhood. We love getting the updates filled with pictures of Oakley & know she is taken care of with love. We cannot say enough great things about Michael and his team at Thumping Tails! As a two working parent household it has been tough to find someone to help us occasional mid day week days with our sweet pup. With Thumping Tails, the pricing is competitive and there is always someone available for the dates and times requested, and they offer a wide range of services. Since our dog is leash reactive, we choose playtime in our yard and often have the same few dogwalkers come by to care for our girl. They note any health concerns, make sure she gets her exercise in, refill her water and of course make sure she goes potty. We could not be happier and neither could our dog - who actually smiles when they come by she is so excited!! I recommend Thumping Tails to anyone who needs a dogwalker. Thumping Tails service has exceeded our expectations. The management and staff have been wonderful with our shy girl. They are always there when we need them. Their communication and client portal make everything seamless to coordinate. Kind, wonderful people to trust with our fur baby :)

I’ve been using Thumbing Tails pet sitting for well over a year! Couldn’t be happier. Great communication and great care. I have 2 senior kitties who are very picky about their food and everyone who checks in on them are always very attentive to what they need. And I always get the most hilarious pictures of my cat Alastor in app! He’s always waiting right at the door for the sitter haha!

My boyfriend and I used Thumping Tails for catsitting visits over Christmas. We were pleased with the service and thought the rates were very reasonable, especially compared to other companies. The sitters were communicative and on time each day, and we received photos and updates with each visit. We really treat our cat like a member of our family and are always a bit nervous to leave him in new hands when we travel, but it gave us peace of mind to know that he was being well taken care of. We would definitely book with Thumping Tails again!

I absolutely love Thumping Tails! Mike and all of the walkers are incredible with my 2 year old Bernese, Teddy! As a first time dog mom, I was so nervous to let anyone walk her. After meeting Mike, I felt a lot better! Ever since, I’ve been using thumping tails any time I need a walk. They are so accommodating, the walkers are all so sweet and I truly feel like they love my dog! They also always send the best pictures of her, update me on how the walk went, show how far they walked, and tell me when she gets a treat & fresh water!! ♥️ there was one time in particular where Teddy had a tiny drop of blood on her paw. They called me immediately. When I got home later it turned out to just be from her first heat that had just started. But knowing all of the walkers care so much and contact when necessary is the best feeling in the world! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!!!

We used Thumping Tails for walking our 2 dogs for a few days and were super impressed with their professionalism and how great they were with our pups. We got photos + updates after each walk and they braved all types of weather to make sure the pups got a good walk. Definitely recommend!

Cant speak highly enough about Michael and his team. Weve been using Thumping Tails for over 2 years to take care of my three senior dogs. Michael is kind and conscientious and the dogs adore him. Hes also amazingly flexible with my bonkers work schedule which has me traveling a ton. He or his team have taken care of the dogs for 2 weeks with no issues or complaints! Hes great and has been truly a life saver for me.

I have two cats who are very shy around strangers. One big exception, they love the people from Thumping Tails. They get petted, fed, litter scooped, talked to and get their pictures taken. It makes me feel good to get the photos to see they are doing well but just a wee bit jealous at how much my cats seem to love them! When i get home, i get the “oh it’s you, you’re back” look. I am beyond satisfied with the level of service we get from Thumping Tails. I know my cats are in good hands and being well taken care of.

WOW! Thumping Tails (including Michael the owner, and the incredible walkers we worked with - Angie & Rafael) went above and beyond to help our anxious and fearful rescue dog, Ghost, gain confidence and trust! Given Ghosts circumstances, and my own anxieties, the team provided various meet and greets, and we worked together over the course of a few weeks, step-by-step, to help Ghost become comfortable and build trust with the walkers. The team took incredible care of Ghost when we went away on two back to back vacations, and they handled everything (medicine, feeding, walks, and treats) perfectly, providing pictures and written updates via the business app. They even took care of our chinchilla! Another great thing about the app, and tremendous response and communication cadence with the team, is that I was able to place a neurotic amount of specific notes and follow up thoughts to everyone involved - which they completely followed. Will absolutely use them again for vacation coverage, as well as periodic walks when were tied up. Thank you!

Highly recommend Thumping Tails!!!!I like that you can pick the time you want your dog walked. I also like that the staff is punctual and notify you if they’re running a few minutes behind. I have Vanessa as my dog walker. She is very gentle and patient with Teddy who is a senior and blind. She sends pictures and updates of him. Even told me when he had vomiting and diarrhea.And if Teddy doesn’t feel like walking much she spends the rest of the time cuddling ☺️Michael is also great!!!! I recently had a last minute emergency and had to cancel and he didn’t charge me. He’s very understanding and always willing to help.I give Thumping Tails five stars ⭐️

When I moved out of the city with my two rescue dogs Neptune and Yuri, I had never left them with anyone besides family. Thumping Tails made me feel comfortable and confident with their care right away. Neptune and Yuri are incredibly anxious and struggle to warm up, but Felipe was so incredibly patient with them and is a great communicator. I love getting his updates and photos after each walk! All walkers with Thumping Tails have been nothing short of amazing and I’m so thankful I found them.
