My Wife and I were in the process of finding a dog, after having a long extended time without one. We decided on the breed we were looking for and began to scour online and locally to find our Forever Dog. Through searching online we were lead to this site Central Park Puppies, we began to search their database of dogs. My attention was immediately brought to one particular dog and knew he was the one we wanted. I reached out to them to get some further information about the dog and was then put in touch with Ash. She was my point of contact for all my questions and concerns regarding this particular puppy. Let me just say this, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us in our search for our forever dog. She was EXTREMELY Informative, Knowledgeable, Professional, Caring, Understanding, Attentive, and just an All-Around Beautiful Soul!!! Whatever er questions or concerns we had she was able to address them or find out any information she might have not been privy too. After feeling comfortable with the choice of dog we proceeded to purchase him. It was a simple as placing the payment and that got the ball rolling for the next step of when the dog would be delivered. When I say delivered he was delivered to our front door step. They used a incredibly reputable company for delivery and was kept abreast of the entire journey with an exact ETA. This was the easiest and most SATISFYING Purchase we’ve ever made. This Bundle Of Joy couldn’t have come to Our Family at the Most Opportune Time. Recovering from all that came with Covid, losing a parent, one of our children losing their mother (we’re a blended family only by legality. Because we’re all we know), another one of our children recovering from some health issues. This Dog has Truly Brought Us So Much JOY & HAPPINESS that words could do it no JUSTICE. I can’t really put into words how happy I am that I found Central Park Puppies. The personal and caring nature of this company is unmatched. Even though this is an online company, from the communication with CPP and the videos that I got of the puppies I was interested in, I was able to choose the puppy that was perfect for us! The experience with Central Park Puppies was exceptional. I was hesitant at first not meeting the breeder and thinking how my puppy would do on the drive from OK to NY but she was delivered the day before Christmas Eve early and had her first vet appt a few days ago. She is healthy and happy and we just love her. Ash was awesome throughout the process answering my questions and keeping me informed. Our Gypsy was worth every penny and i definitely recommend Central Park puppies for anyone looking for a fur baby.

We love love love our little ball of fluff, Thor. Right from delivery he was a lovable friendly puppy. We’ve had him one week and he is already playing fetch, mostly house trained, and knows his name. He is friendly with everyone he meets including my sisters dog. I am an asthmatic and wheeze if I’m in a house with dog or cats for more than 2 hours which is why I purchased a Cavapoo specifically. I knew it would be my best chance and other than occasional itchy eyes when I’m snuggling with him, I’ve not had any reactions. My whole family is in love and I’m very grateful to CPP for working with such an excellent breeder. You can just tell his parents are smart and friendly and the home he was in before us loved him. I had never even heard of Central Park Puppies when I began searching for my Cavapoo. The site came up when I did a Google search. I never knew anyone who used them, had no referrals, and no background. All I know is that from the second I contacted Central Park Puppies, I was provided feedback, pictures, videos, etc. I dealt with Ash and she was a pleasure- her responses were quick, she had all the details I wanted, and even reached out to the breeder for additional videos of our pup. I would HIGHLY recommend Central Park Puppies! My husband and I kind of jumped into our purchase, but every step of the way was simple, straightforward, and pleasurable. It has been a little over a month that we have had our pup and I still keep in touch with Ash. She loves getting updates for all the pups she places in homes, which shows how much she cares about these puppies. I just got my first puppy here and I would recommend this company to everyone! Ash is truly the best! We received our new Havapoo puppy yesterday (Mia) She is super sweet and Central Park puppies were amazing in answering all my questions. I was very indecisive but we are so happy with our sweet girl and she is settling in perfectly to our family of 5. Delivery was great and the driver was very friendly and contacted me to tell me when he was near. The process was very easy and Mia is a dream 🩷 she is not potty trained yet but we are taking it slowly with her. I recently purchased a Yorkie Poo from Central Park Puppies. From the minute I sent an inquiry about the Pup from their website, Ash the co- owner has been amazing. She responds to my inquiries and questions at all hours. It does not feel like you are having a business transaction when you purchase from Central Park Puppies. It feels like you have acquired a puppy from a friend. I have never been a dog lover, but my kids and husband wanted a dog. Ash was very familiar with the breeder and said my dog would be a very sweet boy. She was not lying. I am beyond in love with this little dog. He is so sweet and intelligent. The best and most trusting experience! We purchased a Cavapoo back in December and the entire process was the fastest and easiest thing I’ve ever witnessed. From applying for a payment plan, to receiving a decision in seconds and signing paperwork, to reviving communication from the delivery persons the day of. I was so shocked to love the entire process. The best part of course was walking out to the puppy van and finally getting to meet my pup. She is the cutest, smartest & most loving dog I’ve ever met and I am beyond happy with my decision of using Central Park Puppies. Could not have picked a more perfect dog. They even offered a free first visit at a local animal hospital and if I could give both companies 10 stars I would. I LOVEEEEE this place. I started following @Centralpups on Instagram a few months ago as my husband and I started having conversations about getting our first fur baby. When I DM’ed them on Instagram I received a response QUICKLY and literally at anytime. The person handling the social media site is professional, understanding and has a HUGE heart.Central pups is not your average puppy selling business- they care for their pups and truly want to make sure they are safe and happy. Their service doesn’t end at cash out they guide you along your journey of raising your dog. Providing different avenues of contact if you find yourself in an emergency situation or just simply have a question regarding your pups progress- I called A LOT and they were and are always super patient and understanding.I still follow them on social media and I’ve noticed that they are constantly trying to enhance the customer experience and find easier and seamless methods to connect puppies to their new families. This place always places the customers needs in the forefront. I’ve recommended this place to A LOT of people.Fun fact: they helped connect my puppy Archie @Archiesvault to his brother Milo. 💙

We were very happy with every person we dealt with starting with Ray Barlas who made us feel very comfortable about the whole process to the driver, Tyler, who delivered Kobe right to our door. We named her Vanya. She’s so very loved and spoiled and she’s such a good girl. Her vet visit was fine. Looked up her breeders they were legit. Established business. She was delivered to me in a week of purchasing her I know everyone’s time frame will be different based on location and driver availability. Transaction was quick easy. Communication was great from Central Park pups. They called me as soonAs they opened next buisness day after purchasing. Sent most paperwork via email. Answered any questions I had. They provided a few days worth of things for her along with her certificate. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for their forever pup.

I bought a puppy pug at this store a few months back and I have to say no other store is quite like this one. The way they take care of you is like no other store. They also provide you with a package where you can get your first visit with a vet for free and they’ll take care of the bill. (I believe it’s in the first 7days of owning your pup) my pug is super healthy, happy & getting so big! Had to a moment to thank you for your professionalism and awesome pup! I had an amazing experience. I’ve been wanting a Frenchie for so long, I had a list of pet stores in the tri-state area and began weeding them out one by one due to their horrible reviews. I found Central Park on instagram and fell in love with their transparency. They are one of the only places that list the price which I found to be very helpful as I called many places and they would only discuss price/info if I agreed to come to the store. Central Park has some of the best employees, and you can tell they love what they do!Once I got serious about purchasing a Frenchie, I began checking the website regularly, after missing out on a few, I left a comment regarding how fast the puppies are sold, I’d say in less than an hour I received a message advising me to email them directly with info on the puppy I was interested in purchasing.In about 2 weeks I received an email informing me that a new Frenchie litter was set to arrive! I was so stressed half year ago because of my exam and life in general, so my friend got me Niannian from Central Park puppy!!!We made the decision almost in 3 min and went to the store to pick Niannian up in one hour.Niannian is a lovable, outgoing and sweet puppy. She is very healthy. Her GI was sensitive when she was 3-4 months old, and after that she is doing perfect.She is 8 months now, done with her spay surgery and all vaccination. She is so happy everyday.The customer service team is great too, whenever we have question, we leave them messages through Instagram, and they are very helpful.

I got my cockapoo puppy from here. At first i was a bit worried but, my puppy came home healthy and safe. He is the love of my life! I am so grateful to Central Park Puppies. He just turned 3 months old!

After visiting this store two-three times, we fell in love with a puppy. Our family has been wanting a puppy for a long time. On May 25th we decided to get our cute fluffy havapoo from Central Park Puppies. At first, she was trembling a lot and we were concerned, but the store owners told us she is a very timid and shy puppy. Now she is comfortable around us, she has stopped shaking as much. She still trembles when it is cold or when she is held, especially by people she is not familiar with. She is super comfortable around me now and no longer shakes! So far it has been 3 days since we have had her, and we love her. She is starting to become more active and playful as she is warming up to my family members. We are taking to her to the vet at Scarsdale Animal Hospital on Friday (Central Park Puppies provides a free vet consultation at Scarsdale Animal Hospital within 7 days of purchase), and we will update on her health then!UPDATE: Lilys fecal exam came out positive for parasite. :(

I got a mini Australian shepherd from them recently. They were amazing with us and we are so happy with our new puppy! He came home very healthy, full of energy and eating super well. He’s so smart and funny and we couldn’t be happier. The employees were the nicest ever and very caring, gave us great information about the puppy and when we went to pick him up, one of the girls (don’t remember her name) gave us a bag with a lot of puppy food (that he loves) and an envelope with information of everything we needed to know. He was smelling so good too! So clean and I 10/10 would recommend. Luka is the happiest puppy and he’s so funny and playful besides being super smart. He already learned how to use his absorbing pads to do his “business” (he is only 2 months old LOL). Thank you guys for making everything easy from start to end. We really appreciate the honesty, how clean the place was, and how clean and healthy/happy Luka came home.

I got my french bulldog Bubbles from here (yes shes a super hero. Power Puff Girls). The staff seem to be great with the animals and us. She got home and was immediately part of the family. On her first vet visit she was a little sick. The pet shop took care of everyrhing and now she is top notch and growing stronger bonds with the family. I blame the pet shop for her being super friendly with people and other animals. She loves playing with my cat although he fights the urge to play back sometimes lol.

We purchased our Shiba Inu pup from Central Park Puppies almost a week ago (after a recommendation) and we couldnt be happier! Our Redd has brought so much love and joy into our home/lives. The store is very clean, the employees are nice, helpful and knowledgeable of the pups.We visited Puppy City in Bklyn last year, in search of a puppy ,and there were only two employees there for a much bigger store than Central Park Puppies. I was pleasantly surprised to see more than two employees working at CPP, which means the puppies receive more attention to their needs, and thats a plus in my book.We take our pup to the vet in 2 weeks for a checkup and rabies shots, so hoping to send an update on this health then.In the meantime, I must say, we are very satisfied with our purchase and would definitely recommend CPP to anyone looking for a puppy.

I went in there with the hope of finding a pup to fill the hole that my last pup left. AMonth ago my Teacup Yorkie Rosa passed away. I thought to myself I’ll never get a dog again. Than someone told me just go check out Central Park puppies! So I did. I went Sunday with my girlfriend just to go. And I met my new little best friend! This beautiful white Maltese that made me fall in love again. My heart felt full again. Like most people during quarantine, I was on the search for a puppy, but was having little to no luck. Most places were puppy mills, over priced or had long waitlists. I came across Central Park Puppies on Instagram from a Z100 post, I kept checking back for weeks, but was skeptical. I found an absolute adorable toy aussie who I fell in love with, but still wanted to make sure everything was valid. I had emailed and dm’ed CentralPups and got a response within the same day. They answered all of my questions and sent information to reassure me that I was making the right choice. After buying my puppy online on a Monday, he arrived that Wednesday night. He came directly from the breeder in Missouri. The delivery company was courteous and professional, my puppy arrived clean, and calm. I received follow up phone calls from both centralpups and the delivery service, Puppy Express. They reassured me any follow up questions I may have would be answered. The following week I took him to the vet and he had a clean bill of health. I just wanted to post my review for any other potential customers who were at first skeptical, and verifying that I indeed made the right decision! UPDATE: Here is a photo update. He is 2 years old and doing great. Central Pup also managed to send me photos of his mom and dad so that I could getter a better understanding of what he will look like full grown.

We got our mini aussie 2 weeks ago, with just a few minutes with the puppy I could tell it came from excellent stock! Also confirmed by our Vet! As for Central Park Puppies, what a fantastic place. The staff was excellent, friendly and very very helpful. From the first call to the hand off, it was so well thought of and handled. I was very impressed with a care package that came with pupply supplies (wee wee pads, wet and dry food and detailed instructions on care and feeding, including cooking for the puppy and all the vaccine records. Over all, I am happy with Cental Park Puppies and love our little Runa.

We got our beautiful Shi-Tzu at this puppy store on Central Park Avenue. His name is Watson Björne. We just happened to drive by that store and saw this little brown”bear” in the window. It was love at first sight. The staff was very professional and seemed to be very caring to the animals. They arranged for us to play with Watson for a few minutes in a playpen. The staff explained everything about how to take care of him, gave us his pedigree papers and informed us he had a chip and how to register the chip and the dog. We definitely recommend this store if you are planning on buying a dog (and are not adopting).

We bought our 22-month-old chocolate Yorkie, Chloe, from Central Park Puppies in May 2017. She is a happy and healthy puppy. It is a very clean store and employees were very helpful and good to the puppies.

I have purchased 3 pups from this location & let me tell you, they are amazing. Not only do they have a vast knowledge on all the pups they carry, you can tell they have a deep care for them. I purchased my female red miniature poodle “Diva” on Oct 2019 & she has been great , healthy & a quick learner. When we purchased her the staff was nice & answered all my questions & they were very patient with me as to which dog I wanted to bring home, They had one named Ginger which was Diva sister & I was so undecided, I would definitely recommend this place to friends & family. 👍🏼

We recently got our Yorkipoo from Central Park Puppies. What a great experience! The staff there is so caring, kind and compassionate. Our pup is in perfect health (per vet) and he took very little time adjusting to his new home. CPP really cares about the animals and is very thorough explaining what to expect as well as what we needed. A+!

Central park puppies is a great store that treats its customers and puppies with lots of care and love. They put us in touch with a breeder who we received our wonderful boy from. Their delivery service was great and the drivers really looked after our pup. They also provide documentation and information related to insurance, care, and are available to contact for questions. They also are responsible for your pup to see if they get sick and they will provide medicine and care for your pup.

I really really had a great experience with Central Park Puppies!! My new mini dachshund just came home and he is already so loved by us. Ash was so helpful and so reassuring to me and it really made me so thankful about this whole experience. Because our pup was so little, he was unable to be driven to us due to him not reaching the weight limit. I reached out to Ash to tell her how I felt very worried about the situation and she explained everything to me and reassured me. Was looking to get a dog to extend our family and was so glad to have come across Central Park Puppies! After much research about unethical breeders and puppy mills, I got hesitant about going to a pet store but luckily Central Park Puppies come with guarantee of ethical breeders as well as breeders information when I got my pup! Best thing is, they deliver it to your doorstep and even had a 24/7 service line to help you out if youre a first time dog owner or even if you have any questions about your dog. Helping from beginning til the end! Love them! If I wanted to expand my family more, would definitely go back to them!

I was a little skeptical purchasing a puppy online at first. They had great reviews and now I know why. They were amazing to deal with on the phone. They explained everything went over all the details with our puppy. Our puppy was delivered to us. We purchased a mini golden doodle that is so healthy, adorable. We couldn’t be happier and our looking to get another puppy from them. Great place highly recommend them.

I have been into this store quite a few times to browse the selection of puppies. Each time that I’ve gone I have observed the staff being super attentive to the puppies. When the puppies are whining they will take the puppies out and play with them. They are consistently ensuring that the puppies are sanitary and clean. They allow people who might not necessarily be interested in purchasing a puppy an opportunity to have time to play with the puppy.The dogs look very good. I have been to other pet stores are the dogs look like they are from puppy mills. And I can say these dogs are in great shape. Staff provides you with all the information required to make your decision. Everything is super transparent , And the staff will help you look over items required to make your decision. Everything is super transparent.The only reason why I haven’t gotten a puppy is because every time I get my husband to agree the puppy is already sold!I seriously highly recommend them to anyone, and I typically tend to stick with breeders when purchasing a puppy. I cannot sing their praises enough when it comes to customer service and quality!

I have dealt with many companies. None have come close to Central Park Puppies. During this pandemic many kids have been affected by the separation of friends and family to stay safe. As a mother I noticed this in my daughter. She has always asked for a dog, and what a perfect time to get her one. Central Park Puppies was a lifesaver. From the first call, they helped me with information on a dog I was interested in even when I was not sure I was going to purchase. The level of professionalism from their staff was phenomenal. I purchased a Doxipoo, she came the next day. The staff help with my phone purchase for a first time pup buyer and all the supplies I need. The delivery service was so kind and patient and professional and assisted me in surprising my daughter. And the addition to our family is exciting. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

From start to finish Central Park Puppies provided superb customer service. In the initial phases of finding our perfect puppy, questions were answered promptly via Instagram. After purchasing and awaiting the arrival of our newest family member, the staff at the store walked us through all the necessary preparations. Took my Maltese for grooming and had a wonderful experience. Her grooming was excellent and she she was not stressed at all. She looked and smelled great! Groomer was super friendly too. They sell puppies as well so I spent time playing with some of them while mine was getting groomed. They have a nice selection and good space. The staff was attentive to the puppies and cleaning up constantly so that was impressive to see. Thinking about getting another one soon; mine is growing up and she needs a playmate lol I moved out of state recently so it will be a trip but will definitely will consider them because I was seriously impressed with their quality and service.

I got a puppy from this business based on a recommendation from a friend. The puppy was delivered 2 days before Christmas 2021 and on Christmas Day the dog was experiencing constipation. I called the emergency number that was provided in the paperwork that came with the puppy, but was not expecting to have a vet answer the call. It was after all Christmas day. Julian answered the phone and was extremely helpful and thorough. He sent me text messages of instructions and things to get to alleviate the constipation. Unbelievable service and care. The puppy is doing great and the experience dealing with CPP has been nothing less than exceptional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

I got a Maltese from them and I am beyond happy with the service I received from beginning to end. They are the best!!!! The staff is friendly and very attentive. I ordered my puppy online and I was contacted within minutes. Ren’s energy over the phone was very professional and happy, she helped me pick the right food and supplies for my puppy and also kept me informed every step of the way till I got my fur baby. I am planning on adding another puppy to my family, either a golden retriever or a goldenpoodle, and I will wait as long as I have to, to get it from Central Park puppies. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I brought my two cats to get groomed at Central Park Puppies and they did an amazing job. The groomer was very proactive in working with me to get the exact haircut I was hoping for. She took her time during the grooming and I could tell she put a lot of care and consideration into her work. She was also very attentive to the mood of my cats and handled them very well. While I was waiting, I looked around the store and was happy to see that all the animals in there were well taken care of. They all looked happy and healthy. I left very satisfied and would recommend Central Park Puppies to anyone looking to get their pet groomed.

I had weeks looking for a place to buy my puppy, but a lot of places are scams. I ended up finding this place and hands up is the Best dog place ever! I just got my baby yesterday and I am so happy. Fast pick up the dog was perfectly clean and healthy. They gave me bag with food and some other stuff. Definitely recommend this place.

My fiancé and I had been searching for a female Maltese puppy for nearly a year, and came across Central Park puppies. We live out of state so I had my concerns about getting a puppy transported to me, let alone from a puppy store. Central Park puppies was aware of my need and reached out in advance to let me know they had female Maltese puppies coming available. I worked mainly through Ash, who was wonderful!! Every time I had a question or concern, Ash communicated promptly with the breeder and got me all the information I needed, and continued to check in even after the pup arrived. I was very much concerned about having my puppy come from a breeder halfway across the country but she arrived safe and sound. I cannot recommend them enough - thank you Central Park puppies and thank you Ash for our little Minnie girl!

I had a great experience at Central Park Puppies. The staff was very nice and informative about the puppies and didnt mind answering any questions I had about the puppies. I was there for about an hour and a half, which the staff made me fill comfortable. I purchase a white Maltese on 09/23/16 and had him check out at my vet, which he is a very healthy and active 4 month old. I would definitely recommend Central Park Puppies if you are looking for toy dogs.

I went to Central Park Puppies yesterday to get my twin girls and wife a surprise Christmas present. After going to 10 breeders and puppy stores I finally arrive here last might after an exhausting day of of searching for the perfect puppy. Well I have to say that it was incredibly refreshing to see how clean the store is kept and how healthy and playful all the puppies were. I finally decided to get a gorgeous little Malti-POO and it could not have been a better choice. They were so helpful in the details and included everything we needed to start caring for our little Angel. Including first Vet visit. The entire family was in love at first sight. Yes, the puppies are a bit more expensive than other stores and breeders I visited, but as they say you get what you pay for. Believe me, I researched and visited a lot of places to quickly become educated on the value add you get from here....Very impressed! Bravo.....Antonio

Great place to find a variety of puppies of all kinds. Staff is very knowledgeable about the puppies and purchasing process. They gave a bag of dog food, puppy pads for the ride home and a cleaning of the puppy before you take them home. They also gave shot records, breeder information and even the parents name. Free Vet check, and a ton of other free goodies to ensure your new puppy stays healthy. They are very through with the puppies and their process it just isn’t a business transaction. They have knowledge beyond basic the service was remarkable. Trust me stop by and check them out.If your concerned about price for what they offer it’s well worth it because all there puppies come from breeders that have a background check preformed on them that goes back 5 years. Plenty of parking and easy on and off of the highway. Store is very clean I knew it was a good place from when I first walked in because it didn’t smell like a kennel that had over 20 puppies in there. If you want to come in and look at a puppy you can choose 2 and see how you or your family reacts with the puppy. You will have to sanitize your hands before you interact with your choices to keep the puppies safe. My Puppy came vaccinated but will need shots (as expected) to finish out the year but they are ready to go when you pick them up. The staff will explain everything and not pressure you to buy one. They are dedicated on a level they don’t want any of the puppies to leave because they love them but of course will let you have them.We used their microchip company tracking recommendation (microchipping came with the puppy) and it was $24.95 for the life. No monthly charges or anything. Great recommendation.If I HAD to say something I didn’t like about the entire process and this isn’t even something that would deter me from coming back it would be there website and the ability to filter between what puppies are available and not. You have to click on the photos on Instagram and read the description to see if they are available or not kind of a hassle especially once you see all the cute puppies only to find they aren’t available anymore. Easy solution I found was to just call them I called a few times to ask for a dog and they told me everything they had without any issues.Thank you for bringing me to the puppy we love her.

One of my friends told me about Central Park puppies when I told him I was looking to get a husky. I was always wary of the pet trade but then I went in here. Super clean, super friendly staff, and best of all I brought home a happy and healthy little husky! I recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase a puppy, really great store.

2 stars are for customer service only.I was driving from Boston to check out a few pet stores in New York and I have to say this store has the cutest and healthiest looking puppies. But the staff seem so cold to the customers. I would recommend the staff to be more active in starting a conversation with the customers. They dont look like they want to sell any puppies or offer any help. I felt awkward being in the store and the other couple seem to feel the same way. Even though the price was quite high($1,800+) but if one of the employees was more engaging in offering help/advise then I would most likely brought this adorable Yorkie or cavapoo home. They were all so adorable. :(

Bought my dog, (miniature schnauzer) from this shop over a year ago and by far the best pet shop I have ever encountered. The owner Julian is extremely helpful and super knowledgeable on all types of breeds. He takes very very great care of the dogs which shows in the dogs behavior until this day. Highly recommended!!!!

Purchased a puppy from this store in September 2014- easy and straightforward process. I adore the dog and despite being from an unknown breeder, she is perfect - both healthy and full of joy.Satisfied with my initial interactions with this business, it seemed only natural to revisit as I am looking to add another puppy to the family.I have stopped by to see the available puppies on several occasions and I am sincerely disappointed with the customer service.The staff does not by any means go out of their way to interact with potential customers. On my last visit, I mentioned my great experience purchasing a dog from them in September 2014 and waited hoping to be acknowledged in some way. After 10 minutes of waiting to speak with someone about a puppy, I walked out of the store (still seemingly invisible to the multiple employees). (As a side note, there was only 1 other customer in the store at the time)

Okay, so Im not a reviews type of person but I felt very disappointed after leaving the store and felt like I had to share what happened. One thing I will acknowledge was how clean they were they were cleaning the cages constantly and every dog a customer wanted to hold they made you sanitize yourself which was nice to see since most shops just give you any dog without asking to wash your hands. But there was one puppy I really loved and wanted to put a deposit on. As we were playing in the cage I guess the puppy got overly excited while in my arms and jumps off of me so quick I tried to catch him but he landed on his back. Although he was okay I literally wanted to cry for the puppy because I couldnt catch him in time and the employee runs to me and yells at me with such attitude SERIOUSLY?? Whats wrong with you? I already felt horrible but to make me feel worse about it especially since I couldnt control it was horrifying. I felt so uncomfortable after the staff was completely negligent in speaking with me I just returned the puppy and said I cant purchase a puppy where the staff is this cold. Not right at all I really feel like they need to learn how to speak with potential customers better

I had a great experience! Ash answered all of my questions prior to purchasing. I got all of the info I needed for dog’s arrival. Everything was smooth and secure. Communication was great, I would recommend 100%My baby Lexi is perfect!

I’am not the type to write reviews, but this really got to me. I’am giving two stars because it’s very clean, puppies look very healthy and well kept. However customer service is horrible!!!!!!I am looking for a puppy for my daughter and decided to come to central Ave Puppies because I have passed by a couple times. I entered at 6:45pm on Saturday, unaware they close at 7pm. I was not greeted but since I am educated I said hello to employees, I immediately saw a beautiful cavapoo, I asked for the price. A ‘gentleman’ told me it was $1900 + tax, a little over my budget so I asked if they financed, he immediately said yes and told me it’s only Monday through Saturday and it’s online to which I ask if it could be done in store and he answered yes. I went to see the puppy up close no one offered me to see the puppy and 1 minute later the ‘gentleman’ said we are closed, I was not even offered the opportunity to buy the puppy, I wasn’t given any options and I really wanted him so I left very disappointed. It was like they were not interested in selling.Luckily my husband looked up Westchester Puppies and Kittens, we headed over to them and even though we got there at closing time they let us play with a Havanese and a maltipoo. There customer service is amazing I recommend everyone to go to WESTCHESTER PUPPIES AND KITTENS, their customer service is amazing. They really want to find homes for there puppies and treat everyone with priority. I now have a new addition to the family a healthy maltipoo.

I didnt buy a puppies from here yet. But I visited the store and first impression the store and animals were extremely clean. I was impressed! Very pet shop Ive been in smelled awful when you first walk in. You can tell these pets are well taking care of. I will be coming back to purchase definitely!

Got our yorkie from Central park puppies and could not be any happier. The breeder was great not one negative thing about him, and after i received my puppy, Central park puppies called me to see how my puppy was doing. Def not a puppy mill and will def buy another puppy from them very soon.

The best experience at a puppy shop. The staff Veronica and Araceli were so friendly and informative. The owner Julian managed to get me the specific breed I wanted within less than a week and kept in touch with me periodically to let me know what was happening. Thank you so much once again.

They dont allow you to go inside even if you wear masks + they dont have dog available only a few and its too expensive for a puppy NOT even trained dog,🐶 7-month puppy $3000 and up to 5k I prefer to invest this amount if I have it at all.I came all the way driving my car 🚗 35 minutes on highway I thought It would be $500 to $600 max 😂 thats what Google tell meWith the persistence of this virus lot of people decided to own a dog .5 stars 🌟 because the staff who work there she was nice talkin to me giving me her time but still I decided not buying because is not the right time.

Good Business, dogs seemed healthy and during playtime they seem to have good social behavioral skills. But very disappointed in how things are run. I was one of the unfortunate ones to come in very close to closing time. My family and I fell in love with a specific pup and tried to finance the dog so it wouldnt be bought by anyone else. After being denied, I expressed that I’d be back at the opening hour to buy the dog cash, and nothing was said to me. When I call the shop before making the trip the next day....”the dog is on hold”. So basically a person can reserve a dog for an hour to purchase it and no other purchases or play time is allowed until that grace period is up and the dog has not been bought. So why when I basically guaranteed the shop a purchase I wasnt told about this hold rule? Just lost a potential best friend because of this and it honestly left a sour taste in my mouth. Even if i see another dog of the same breed on social media I dont know about going back there.

Great staff purchase a French bulldog blue female and we are so in love with her. Plus the staff was great and explained every step to us about the puppy. Thanks great job.

I got great service sadly I didnt buy anything because Im getting one for my birthday but I do recommend this place the puppys are adorable and so energetic. They look really healthy. I loved how clean the place is and they are constantly cleaning the cages and they take really good care of the puppys so I would definitely be going to this place agai

I bought my dog Rhaegar from Central Park Puppies about two years ago, and it was aming the best purchasing experiences Ive had in my life. Everything from the hands-on nature of the customer service to the quality of the pet was first class. I will definitely be returning for my next pet! I loved the dogs 100% but.... there was a lady there (she was Mexican, in specific, not trying to be racist but im just trying to give descriptions about her, and this was about a year ago) and she was helping us play with the dogs and get them out the cages, but after we played with a Yorkie that seemed very young and fragile, she put him/she (im not sure what gender) back in the cage, nothing bad about that right? nope wrong, actually, the dog started whining because the dog wanted to come back out in the play pen with us, she reacted very rudely and super mean. there was a thing on the bottom of the cage inside of it (i am guessing that is what the dogs poop on and they have that sliding thing on the bottom to have an easy clean up) she grabbed the sliding tray for the dog poop, pulled it out the cage half way, and slammed it back into the cage, then she banged on the cage and yelled at the dog to shut up in Spanish. i was in complete shock and i even started crying, it hurt me to see that she was hurting a dog just because it was whining. as i said before though, the dogs were absolutely amazing, but the workers arent.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS MONEY HUNGRY STORE. Called up to check a price on some yorkies i saw, what they told me is absolutely absurd & greedy. You can find this breed for far less almost anywhere.. I read a reply on someone elses review about how absurd the pricing is and they told them its too ensure that future owners can pay for all the puppies expenses in the future, I was mind blown when i read that, Completely laughable. Please go the much smarter route and look for a private breeder with good reviews/Vet docs or adopt from a shelter if you would like.These poor animals are locked in small crates all day by themselves and these people would rather make it harder for them to get adopted instead.

It’s been one of the most amazing experience of my life. My puppy is just the biggest sweetheart since day one she adjusted perfectly, she came potty and crate trained. Im just so happy I came across Central Park Puppies online, they have assisted me with all my questions and requests through their 24/7 VETERINARY. Yes, 24/7!!! Got my Pomeranian Luna from Central Park puppies and she brings such joy to our family she is fullOf energy and very loving. Also the owner julian is very responsible he was there any time I had any questions or concerns I would recommend this place.

I bring my dog for grooming and love the groomer she is so good with the dogs and she truly loves her job and animals, the problem I have is the dogs are in the cages all day long and then what about the whole night to the next day. these dogs have to come out of cages they cant stay all day in cages this must change now. This is not right they have no room to move and the workers are doing nothing to play with them and let them out throughout the day. please this is to the owner of the store you have to stop letting this go on and change this now the dogs need to get out and move around I want to see this happen it is so disturbing to see and you need to change this now, I pass alot please do something today. thank you you should be there more often to see and check on things.

Because of covid we had to do a virtual visit with the puppy but ultimately, I was happy with my decision.

So I was driving home from work and I spotted a puppy store with my boyfriend and we were like ok lets go. We walk in and we see a girl sitting at the front desk on her phone not even acknowleging the fact a costumers just walked in. As we go to look at one of the puppies very rude the girl says SANITIZE YOUR HANDS! So we do as the women said.. As Im done petting one dog I walk over to look at another and she again very rude says UH YOU NEED TO SANITIZE BETWEEN DOGS. At that point I was very fed up and left. Not only was she extremly rude she seemed way to bothered with her phone to be bothered to help me, let alone let me know there were rules to petting the dogs. Never again, very bad first experice and I will NOT be returning to purchase my puppy from here.

The puppies are very cute and look healthy. Can tell they really care about them. The store is also very clean. Well be back when the family decides to get one.

1.5 hours turned into 2.5 hours. Got charged extra for knots (no Mention of it at drop off). After waiting 30 mins, got dog but no collar. The kids working there couldn’t be bothered to pick up the phone, too busy playing Nintendo switch.

Went into to they store wanting information about a puppy and I was not acknowledged by the staff they were all playing with da puppies and on their cell phones. I stood waiting to see if someone would acknowledge me and nothing. Even after being in the store for about 5 min I had to approach and say I would like some help. Very unsatisfied with the service.

I was fortunate enough to be joined w/ Bruce all thanks to Central Park Puppies! I cant thank them enough.I was originally hesitant about the whole process considering the limitations placed in 2020. Admittedly, it was bit foreign to me...purchasing a puppy w/o interacting AND having them dropped off to your front door?! Sounds SOO absurd...I know. Trust me. However, Ash and the team instilled confidence in me and was very patient with answering the annoyingly amount of questions/details I had proposed to them. I will also preface that a family friend did originally recommend this organization to me. After sometime, I felt very confident in moving forward and waited until the time was right i.e. a litter of Golden Retrievers.I had gotten Bruce at an age of 8 weeks in Dec 2020. He was transported using a third-party pet transporting company. I have been told that typically the breeder would elect to drop off the puppy and to chat in-person; that was not the case (I believe this was modified due to the restrictions towards the end of 2020) for me. My only compliant, which is not a reflection of the breeder, Bruce, or Central Park Puppies was the third-party transporter - their demeanor was eh; Im sure it was attributed to the fact that they had to drive from X state to NY, etc. and that lack of sleep played a role there. Nonetheless, he arrived safely and in timely manner. They were very professional with the process and ensuring the date/time that they were going to drop him off and kept in constant contact.Central Park Puppies works w/ breeders who know what theyre doing i.e. responsible and NOT breeding puppies left and right for demand OR a quick buck. Bruces temperament has been excellent since day one. Ive received so many reassuring words about it from trainers and other folks in the neighborhood. Hes been healthy and everything listed had checked out; I did also connect with another one of Bruces littermates and he had expressed the same thoughts as well about his sweet boy.If youre on the market for a puppy, please do your due diligence on researching the breed that works best for you and your lifestyle. Speak with other dogs owners (they love talking about their pets) and see if it works best for you/your family. Please remember that not every breed is meant for every personality/lifestyle. Once youre confident in your selection, bother Ash and the team w/ any questions you may have and they will help you get things sorted. Honestly the first time i walked in ... it was pretty Normal .. we were greeted and looking at the puppies .... but what first caught my attention was that .. i heard these puppies crying and these ladies were mistreating these little puppies and ONE!!! lady!!!! ( she was hispanic) Me and My Girlfriend.. asked her to see if we can hold a puppy ..: and she told us to put on Hand Sanitizer ... So we did and we were just playing with the puppy in the pin ... and once the puppy used the bathroom... the lady was cursing the puppy out in Spanish ofc me and my girlfriend understood it cause were Spanish but ...me and my girlfriend looked at eachother ... saying that they mistreat them and we both found it so wrong and disturbing.... some people Dont see it ... but if your actually a dog lover or Own a dog and you know how a dog sounds when he/she scared ... you can tell the way that there TERRIFIED!!! ... i find this place disturbing... these poor little animals . (p.s)theirs one lady ..: who is rude ... shes the one with the glasses and asian type looking ... she has no patience or tolerance... she needs to get her act together

Staff is well educated but on the puppies and the puppies are s adorable... play time is very short for you to interact with the pups which sucks, and you can only play with 2 dogs per group.... oohhhh and the got you, you cant play or pet the puppies on your own if you came in with a group or other people... great..... but the puppies are cute though lol

It is very clean and someone is always cleaning the crates sweeping and straight and straightening up and it also smelled clean!! Daniela assisted us she was very nice and knowledgeable, I definitely recommend this place!!!

They don’t do a good job on making sure the puppies are heathy bought French bulldog form them for 5k the puppy later had IVDD.

Called before purchase, they answered every question without hesitation, before purchase they offered facetime call and explained the process in detail. Made the purchase online and communication started and didnt stop, as we are in NC and the puppy was in NY, they made it very comfortable to make that kind of purchase online. Overall the EXPERIENCE was 5 stars and on point. The puppy, is beyond cute, taken care of, and perfect. They gave us every bit of information we could ask for, and also gave us details about what Khloe liked and did while in their care. I recommend anyone to purchase from central park puppies!!

Nice people ,fast although pretty busy place. I would suggest to go when they 1st open if you need to go on the weekends try the weekday if you can. The staff is very knowledgeable we got our Frechie from there.

Poor puppies. They suffer in this place with fleas. I went 2 times to visit and these poor babies all they do is scratch themselves. Purchase at your own risk.

Ok, I don’t usually write reviews, but this business deserves a review 100%. I got a Shiba Inu puppy nearly two months ago. This was a new experience because I usually had support from my parents with my past dog. But now I was all alone. Central Park Puppies has an active Instagram to share your concerns and can receive an immediate response. They guided me because she is a timid puppy, and I was inexperienced with this situation. I took her to the Scarsdale Animal Hospital (the first visit is free if you take your puppy within 7 days of purchasing), and the rabies vaccine was free too. However, she was positive with the Coccidia parasite. CPP covered the medical expenses and the re-testing fast and guided me through it. They have a 24/7 calling center if you have any concerns or emergencies. The guy was very reliable. I took her to another vet and even did a blood test to secure that she is 100% healthy now. Her results were all good to go, and she is fit for now. Thank you, CPP!

Purchased our toy maltese in Sept of 2018 from here.He grew a little more than expected, but he is the healthiest buddy we could ever ask for.

Ash went above and beyond for us when we adopted Kika our miniature schnauzer back in November. We love our little baby and recommend Central Park Puppies to everyone. You won’t regret it, they are truly the best! Highly highly recommend.

Very disappointed. Website says they are open 12-7PM. Made a special trip their and was turned away being told that they are ‘closed to the public and online only.’ Very weird set-up. Steer clear.

I am very thankful to Central Park Puppies I got my mini australian shepherd from this establishment. They were very professional and asked me when I would be available to have my puppy delivered to me and called me to ensure that I was still available at said time. I was also very thankful that they included a schedule on how to best transition her from the store to my house and sent a recommended pet list to ensure a adequately prepared home. Everything was made easy for me to bring my puppy home. If you were debating from where to buy a puppy debate no more this is the best place to buy from.Ps. She is such a happy playful puppy and we are so glad we brought her home with us my whole family is in love with her😁

I went in to see some puppies on my way home and theres a puppy lying in its cage twitching whilst the owners are getting reimbursed for their puppy due to its failing health despite it being a few months old,saddest thing Ive ever seen,never going in that place again

Recently got a shih poo from them! He arrived healthy, happy, and super active from the start. They took the time always to answer my questions from beginning to end, from looking for a puppy to after care. Out of all the puppy stores in New York that I looked at, I would recommend them for reliable and healthy puppies that aren’t sourced from puppy mills. They even called me a couple days after to make sure my puppy was healthy and eating well. I’ve recommend all my friends in NYC to check them out if they’re interested in raising a puppy!

The place is very clean and its obvious that they care about their puppies. They have playpens where they allow you to play and take a closer look at the puppies of your choice after you sanitize your hands. The staff is friendly and quick to answer all your questions.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The staff are so helpful, especially Eric! I purchased my Pomeranian and he was brought to my house the following day with all his paper, food, pee pads and the cutest tye collar. He smelled AMAZING! The employees are very responsible and keep the place clean and safe for the puppies. The dogs seem healthy and energetic and it’s been like that for years whenever I visit. I got my dog from there in 2014 and 5 years laters he’s still got a clean bill of health!

I recently purchased a soft coat Wheaton terrior (Leroy) and could not be happier. Leroy is the calmest puppy Iv ever met. He has soft fur and does not shed at all. My experience at Central Park Puppies was great... the staff was very helpful and gave me a ton of good advice for taking care of Leroy. I highly recommend this store.
