Furry Friends Grooming Salon

I cannot say enough good things about this salon! I have two male golden retrievers (1.5 years old and 6 years old) and like many loving dog owners, I am very particular with who grooms my boys. My 6 year old Golden Retriever has horrible anxiety and HATES the groomer. The staff here was so wonderful and patient with him. They truly catered to his needs. I was so relieved when I saw how happy and relatively calm he was when I came and picked him up! Both my boys were beautifully groomed and de-shedded! I immediately rebooked before leaving! I am forever grateful for these wonderful individuals who help me and cared for my babies. They earned a long time customer for sure! I cannot express my gratitude enough!

I cannot recommend Furry Friends Grooming enough. Kim and her team have been very patient and loving with my two dogs over the past year, one who is extremely nervous around new people and the other who is extremely high energy. Kim was always very helpful with any questions I had, and always gave them the exact haircut I asked for. They always came out looking adorable and smelled amazing. She is so thorough that she was even able to warn me about a possible ear infection in one of my dogs that my vet had missed. People always stop me in the street asking me where I take my dogs to get groomed!

This grooming service is the BEST! The price is great, the staff is friendly, very clean and well run. I wish i would have found this place sooner!

Kim is my hero. I have a pug who hates having her nails cut and hyperventilate . I have been all over long island all kinds of groomers even tried having my vet charge me almost 40 a month to barely cut tips for over a year. Kim is able to do it with no issues . Would definitely recommend her and her staff. They really care

Edit: I wanted to take a moment to edit this review because things have only gotten better! Kim is such a good person. She somehow can always accommodate me (and my flaky schedule). She not only genuinely cares about the fur babies, but for their families as well. Don’t even think twice about bringing your fur babies here - they will be very happy!!!What a wonderful pet groomer! Kim and all the employees are kind and friendly and talented. I wouldn’t hesitate to come here at all!!! Thank you for making my Kenzie look gorgeous!

The only place around that can cut my pups nails. shes super anxious around nail trimming, this team makes it as positive experience as possible. Group of caring individuals.

Desk staff are wonderful and friendly. Amy who is a groomer took such good care of my girl. She is simply incredible in every way possible! The owner has a very bad attitude, her technique made my dog uncomfortable which made me very uneasy, and she does not allow clients to schedule appointments with desired groomers, therefore, I am not able to recommend this place.

I cant express enough how caring and wonderful the staff at Furry Friends are . I highly recommend them. Not all groomers will groom cats and Furry Friends not only accepts cats but Kim is the best of the best with my little guy. I actually believe my cat enjoys going to visit her :) 5 Stars and more

Phenomenal job! What could be better than a building filled with wonderful, animal loving people that enjoy doing what they do? They were quick and efficient and friendly from drop off to pick up. My cat is very timid, and they handled her very well. They were not just good to my animal, but they treated me with kindness and professionalism as well. Im very grateful for the experience Ive had with the employees here and I look forward to booking a future grooming appointment. I will definitely be returning to this buisness for as long as I live in the area :)

We love this place! I have a pomeranian mix and sometimes is hard to get him a good grooming. Since I found Furry Friends I don’t have to search for it anymore. They are very friendly and they do a great job in my puppy.

Amazing staff! So friendly, patient and kind! Annie and the rest of the staff went above and beyond for my pup Remy today. Remy was a rescue we brought into our family a couple months ago and desperately needed a grooming. Annie and the staff took such great care of her today and I can’t say how thankful I am for how courteous and patient they were! Remy looks so pretty after her grooming today!

The folks that work here are wonderful. Theyre all so kind to both you and your pet. You can definitely trust them to do a great job with your pet for all its grooming needs. If youre close by and are looking for a pet groomer this is a no brainer.

I went to this salon because I saw one of their reviews and decided to give it a shot. I was absolutely so happy I did. I brought my 4 yr old Yorkie (Vincenzo) in for a haircut. He was in desperate need of one because I tried to hold it off as long as I could due to his allergies. The ladies were friendly, professional and informative on remedies for his skin. They also recommended that I return to get his nails cut because it’s free for their customers. (That’s a first for me!) My dog’s haircut was amazing. They did exactly what I asked!! (Another first for me) I was very happy with this salon. It was new and clean and the pricing was reasonable.I would definitely recommend this salon!

They always do a great job on my two dogs and they are dog people and handle the dogs so well. Dogs are not there all day, done within a few hours. They have pointed out things i should be aware of concerning my dogs, for example she saw my dog had a yeast infection in her ear. I appreciate that! I would recommend them to anyone. Always a pleasant experience.

Brought my feisty Jack Russell Terrier into Furry Friends for a complete washing and grooming. I have to say the staff was great, Linda was the one who groomed him, she did a really spectacular job and my dog looks fantastic! Furry Friends is definitely the place to bring your pets.

Furry Friends Grooming offers many services for dogs and the prices are reasonable. An appointment is recommended on Saturdays. The building is clean and the staff takes good care of my fur baby!

I will never bring my animals to this place ever again!!! She butchered my cat, and then tried to say I brought her in this way or that my cat did it to herself. There was no accountability at all!!! I had to rush my cat over to the vet after picking her up from the groomer, where she got about 20 stitches. The cut was about 4 1/2 inches long. If u care and love ur animals don’t bring them to furry friends in worth.

We found Furry Friends Groomer simply because they were located near our new home. Our fur babies have been coming here since we moved here a year ago. Bandit and Luna love to go here. They walk right in from the car which makes us super happy!!!!

My nephew told me about Furry Friends and Im very happy with them. Ive been going there for the past 2 years. They are very accommodating. The past 2 times they squeezed me in the same day. My maltese Zakary is my little love and I would never bring him anywhere but here for his grooming. The staff is very friendly and understands how much we all love our furry family. The place is very clean and their rates are reasonable. Dara did an excellent haircut on Zaki. Best place to go. Thank you!!

I have been going to the same grooming place for years and they seem to be having a bit of a problem there so l decided to find a new place.I went on the internet and looked for places. I came across Furry Friends they had great reviews. I called and spoke with Ron on the phone for some info. I need a appointment for my american Eskimo which is a little difficute to do. He got her in the next day she looks great. I then made a appointment for my St. Bernard she also came awesome.l had got both appointment with in days of calling. I also have a Great dane and will be bring him in when he is ready. I love this place every one is very friendly. The place is very nice and very clean. The prices where very reasonable. l will now be bring my dog to furry friend very happy l found it. I give this place more then five stars Thank you again for getting me in and for a great job.I recommend this place to every one. l will be spreading the word how great you all are.

Just want to thank the staff at furry friends for taking such good care of my Ernie . Ernie was in heart failure but desperately needed a grooming . Being a furry mom I was a nervous wreck and waited too long. When I finally went to furry friends and explained Ernie s health condition they assured me they would take good , gentle care of him . They did just that and Ernie looked his handsome self again. Unfortunately, Ernie passed over the rainbow bridge last week. We are heartbroken but grateful he went looking so handsome . Thank you Furry Friends for your time , patience and gentle ways !

Furry Friends is very patient with the pets they groom!! They understand and try very hard to accommodate their customers by giving it their best to obtain that certain look that their furry parents want for their pets! They dont just return your pet with the excuse, sorry....we had to shave him! They do their best and it shows :). 5 STARS FOR THEM!!!!

Love Furry Friends ! I feel safe and comfortable leaving both of my dogs there, including my German Shepherd! Both my dogs look great after leaving their salon.

They did a great job with my Golden. He came out looking and smelling great. Cool bandana too. Very professional people there. I would go back next time he needs grooming.

These people are my saviors. Due to my disability I cant get my Yorkie Zoey to them very often. She gets really stragly, and they make her look like a puppy again when she is actually 12. She goes back in on Saturday and I cant wait to see her all glammed up for Halloween.Thank you so much for all you do. I appreciate everything you do.

This place gets the two stars because they were open during the pandemic and took great care with my dog.. but after this last visit I am fed up and taking my business elsewhere. We have been coming here for years, even after moving to a new town. I wanted to be a loyal customer and keep bringing my business to them. Within the last year, they have started becoming more pushy about bringing her more often. Ive told them over and over again that financially I cant always bring her every 8 weeks on the dot (I dont even get my own hair done that consistently), but that doesnt stop them from making us feel bad about it. Not only that, but their prices have increased, which I fully understand.. but you cant decrease your quality of services simultaneously! They charged us the same amount as always, we still tipped, and then I found out that her paw pad fur, nails, and sanitary areas hadnt been trimmed! She started slipping on our wood/tile floors and the poor old girl cant afford a bad fall! Its a shame because I was so pleased when I first started bringing her.

My huskiy was so happy. He would not want to leave the office!! He felt right at home! Will definitely go back!!

Called to schedule last minute for my husky who was in *desperate* need for a groom. They quickly squeezed him in for that day, which showed their strong love and care for animals. Meeko came out looking fantastic. I was amazed.11/10 recommend ! My Malamute was groomed to perfection. They even helped me get him (135lbs) into my truck !!

Extremely rude owner who upon hearing I would have been a new customer rudely hung up on me after nastily laughing at the fact I wasn’t a regular customer pre Covid.

I took Finley my English Bulldog for a grooming. He loves to roll @ in the horse pen, any puddles or piles he finds are the highlight of his day! So when I got him there he was FILTHY and STINKY! Really STINKY!I went to pick him up he was amazingly clean! And smelled wonderful! His white was SO WHITE! His facial wrinkles were spotless. And his nails trimmed to perfection.Finn will be a returning customer!PS all dogs are air dried, so our Brachycephalic pups are safe!!I highly recommend!!!

Always professional and appreciate how comfortable they make our lil pup feel before, during and after being groomed.

I went here a few months ago because my little havanese needed a hair cut and my sister had recommended me, Maria took care of my little Pepper and she came out exactly how I wanted. No complaints, staff if very friendly, and definitely my permanent groomers!
