Been going here since they opened. Mirna the owner is a doll!! I bring my Cody, Brady & Loki every 4-5 weeks. They’re all awesome. Sweet caring staff. Susan in front is sooo sweet. So helpful with the pups and always willing to work with you in whatever you need. Won’t go elsewhere ♥️🐶🐾 beautiful spa

I love this salon for several reasons. They groom my dog Luna with perfection! They are kind, and have an obvious heart for the animals in their care. The woman at the desk loves our dog and Luna knows and is always excited to see her. This is the only salon I trust.

I brought my three dogs here for baths, and one of them also got a cleanup. They came back smelling amazing, looking super clean, and so happy! I love how close this place is and how well they take care of my pups. Highly recommend!

Owner and front desk are rude.Dog had anxiety post groomingResponse: instead of being defensive, I would highly recommend you look at some of your other complaints for this location. You would not disclose when the dog service would be complete. Which was the first red flag. After completion you called and stated the dogs would have to be picked up “right now” bc you needed the space or you would start charging a late fee which even though it was not discussed I agreed to pay the late fee but that wasn’t good enough. You proceeded to harass me every 5 minutes prior to the pick up time and stated you don’t care about the late fee you need the space. Your assistant refused to give a receipt in this modern day and age and proceeded to write an itemized bill on a business card. I told her that was unprofessional. When asked if she can contact the owner before I paid she stated she would call the police. Very sad. And furthermore to even admit and to gloat about attempting to call officials on a customer is disgraceful and classless. Instead of being defensive I would take your customers experiences seriously and fix the issue. In addition to that experience I had to call my dogs vet bc he had two anxiety attacks leaving this spa which I see someone else wrote a similar review. Being a business owner is difficult but you need to have better customer service skills, appreciate your customers and listen to their concerns. Have a wonderful day

Susan and her staff are excellent. I have been taking my goldendoodle to them since they opened the business, and my dog always loves to be there. They always asked me what I wanted for my dog, and Susan always called to ask if they needed to do something that was not scheduled. One time, we needed our dog groomed before our appointment, and she was so lovely that she opened a space for him. I am always grateful to them because they cared for my pet.

Great experience! Brought our 5 month old Giant Schnauzer and Ooh lala did such a beautiful job, they really nailed the GS look. My puppy is happy and we’re so excited with the outcome and service from this wonderful business!

Very unhappy with how today went. I brought my dog for the first time to the Holbrook location. The woman at front desk was super sweet when I got there, made me feel comfortable leaving my dog. This was at 12pm. She told me it would be a few hours and that she would call me when he was done. I called her at 2:50pm to check in and see how he was doing. She told me that he would be next on the table and that it would probably be another hour. I sat home (I live around the corner) and waited from that time until about 4:50pm when I had to take my daughter to her religion class. I call her again and she very rudely tells me that she had called me 5 times and left me three voicemails and asking when I would be there. I told her that I was around the corner and never received one phone call or voicemail. I go inside the shop to get my dog and the woman was again very rude. I told her again that I never received a call and attempted to show her my phone. She told me that it’s on her redial on her landline and that I should get my network checked. I proceeded to remind her that just the day before she called and left a voicemail confirming the appointment so there’s nothing wrong with my network. She then tells me that the service is $10 more than I was told at drop off because my dog was very difficult to groom. I have never had such a bad experience before. Not only did my dog sit there for 5 hours. The way I was spoken to was uncalled for and inappropriate. I was excited to find a place so close to home and unfortunately will not be returning.

Best cut ever. Very happy with Cassie s grooming. People are friendly and nice. Well be back.

Brought my full bred toy poodle in for a grooming. Couldnt have been happier as a lot of groomers dont have much experience with poodles. Her top knot was done perfectly! The place was clean, smelled delicious and the manager at the front desk was very friendly. I definitely recommend OohaLaLaPoshPets!

The staff here was wonderful, friendly and courteous!!! They did an excellent job grooming my 5 month old Cockapoo Puppy and even gave her a complimentary toy for being a new customer!!!

What a fantastic dog grooming experience . I was recommended here from my family member for our puppy Gizmo . I was very nervous being it was his first cut and he is a Maltipoo with very specific hair needs . The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very kind , friendly to the pet parents and our babies . Gizmo had a great experience and looks fantastic. We are more than pleased . Thank you to Sue and the team for all you do ! We booked until Christmas for our baby

We take our Shih Tzu here for her haircuts every 6-8 weeks. Ever since moving into the area we have been using Ooh La La Posh Pets, and they have been phenomenal to work with. I love how close and convenient to location to our house. The prices are great and the staff are all wonderful to work with! I am so happy to have found this salon, and they do an excellent job with our pup!

SCAM they didnt even groom the dog. Horrible experience. I have been a dog owner since 1989 and had never had such a bad experience. We waited so long for this appointment what a disappointment. Also this place needs to retrain its staff on customer service. The dog was returned to us ungroomed. his nails were not cut, feet were not trimmed. They didnt offer to fix the situation. The owner refused to call us back so we were charged. We called both shops Holbrook (the dump) and Islip. & WE texted. NO RESPONSE Disgraceful way to run a business. I had to take off another day of work to actually have him groomed by a professional.

First time going to Ooh La La Posh Pets in Holbrook. Very Happy with the service. They treated my Sweet Girl Allie like a Queen. You can tell how much they love the pets they groom there. Reasonably priced as well. We will be regular customers for sure!

The best groomer in the area hands down. I have taken my goldendoodle to various groomers over the past year in search of a better place. I am ecstatic to find posh pets. They are a super clean with no bad oder an adorable boutique. The staff is super friendly and they love your pet. Prices are very comparable to others. My dog is squeaky clean!The prior groomers I have taken my dog to were dirty, smelled bad and I was exhausted of hearing how my 8 year old dog was nervous and should have a RX from the vet for grooming to settle her (she is not aggressive). The staff at posh pets assured me they can handle a nervous dog, no RX needed. I could tell my dog was not as nervous as she was at other groomers, and I think its because I finally found the right place! Wonderful experience for myself and my dog!

Today was my first time here and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Everyone was extremely nice and went out of their way to be kind and helpful. I have a little rescue dog from overseas that I have only had for a month and a half and she’s afraid of noises, having her feet touched… lots of things, so I was nervous about leaving her there. They were wonderful and patient with her and did a fabulous job! Thank you all so much!!!

For 3 years My Molly Girl has been going to Angel Touch before the new owners of Ooh La La Posh Pets Boutique took over. I was nervous to have anyone else groom her. But as soon as I called to make an appointment for my fur baby, they were very friendly and I felt like I have known them for years. They even accommodated me. I have to say my baby girl received the best haircut of her life. They were amazing with her and did an amazing job. They made me feel so comfortable leaving her there and they are all so sweet. . My Molly Girl looks absolutely fabulous. They did exactly what I wanted. She is so soft, clean, smells so good and looks so beautiful! My little diva looks amazing with her new cut and she knows it too. ☺️ . I am so thrilled to have Ooh La La Posh Pets in Holbrook! I already made her next appointment. Took my two maltese pups to this is new location and I couldnt be happier. My pups were super matted and they were able to squeeze us in during 4th of July weekend! No other groomer we called was that flexible. One of our pups is a bit nippy and they dealt with it just fine! I was scared that my babies were going to look bad given all of the knots, but they came back looking beautiful. Probably the best grooming experience Ive had on the island. Before, I had to go out to Manhattan for this quality grooming. Definitely coming back!

Took my goldendoodle and schnauzer in today. This by far has been the best dog grooming experience and their cuts were extremely well done. Their attention to detail is excellent, this will be my go to place from now on!!

I bring my little pup Maggie here ❤️ 💜. Shes a cavapoo and only one years old and she loves going to the groomer and they treat her so nicely and shes groomed so well that when we go out and to go to a party we get compliments from everybody saying how pretty she is.She has never looked this good. They are so quick with the grooming its unbelievable that she looks so amazing after only maybe 1 hour. We absolutely love brining Maggie here and we will continue to.🐕🐾Olivia Jaycon

This is by far the BEST grooming place on Long Island. My golden retriever gets the best grooming services here. The staff is very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend it!

This was my first time bringing my Logan to Ooh La La Posh Pets and I cannot express enough what an amazing job they did! He is a silky terrier / Maltese mix and they cut his hair beautifully to his breed. He looks and smells amazing. Owners were very friendly and very responsive to any questions or concerns you at have. I totally recommend bringing your furbaby here!

I am so happy to see another Ooh La La Posh Pets closer to me! I have been making the travel to their location in Islip for many years now because they are WORTH IT!!! They are always CLEAN, professional, CLEAN, caring and have I mentioned CLEAN! There is nothing worse than dropping your dog off to be cleaned at a location that isn’t! My fluffy has been well cared for and groomed meticulously every single time. I can’t wait to see the state of the art improvements this company is sure to bring to our town of Holbrook.

I dont understand these negative reviews! I have been taking my dogs here for years. Angie and Joe are caring and loving people - and truly love all the pets that they care for. Ive had dogs that needed special attention due to anxiety etc. and they would arrange for him to come in when it was quiet even if that meant going in a little earlier than the shop opened.Some people just look to complain.....

Been using them for a few years now for my 2 yorkies and I love them .... my dogs are not afraid and run right to the door when we go there and that says A LOT!! I highly recommend them and would not bring my dogs anywhere else!!!! They are usually done in about 2 hours and I can pick them up and always smell and look great!!

Where do I begin? I have been a customer of Angel Touch from before they located to Holbrook starting when they had a mobile van. I adopt senior dogs, mostly Cocker Spaniels, from local shelters. I will never know what these poor babies have gone through before they wound up in a shelter and my goal is to make the rest of their lives the best of their lives. And since grooming is a necessary part of their life I wanted to be sure they were in the best hands and so I was on the search. I saw the Angel Touch van in the parking lot near where I worked and I actually pulled over and called the number. My first phone call with Angie told me I had found what I was looking for. My dogs started to enjoy their “spa days!” Angie and Joe and their entire staff have been wonderful, caring and have treated each of my rescues like their own. I recently rescued a senior poodle from a bad situation and Angie has been so helpful with her guidance. I cannot recommend Angel Touch highly enough. They are simply “THE BEST!”

I have 2 dogs that I bring to Angel Touch for baths. My old girl Maddy has some issues with arthritis and very sensitive to touching her in certain areas. Angel Touch takes the time to make sure her grooming experience is pain free. My other dog Zoey hates having her nails cut, my fault cut one to short, Angie has taken the time to make her relax to the point where Zoey gives her her paw so her nails can be cut. I wish I could give more then 5 stars. Absolutely the best. Highly recommended

As a sanctuary for senior and special needs dogs and cats - my dogs and cats are the toughest clients to handle and groom and I wouldnt trust anyone else but Angie with my pets. Their age, medical condition and even a grouchy temperament or two require not only a staff with the experience and patience to groom my old friends, but an environment that is calm and an experience that is pleasant. Angie and her team provide that and more. Angie cares for your pet as if he/she is one of her own. I highly recommend Angie and Angel Touch. I cant say enough great things about her and her staff. Try her once and youll be her grooming (and training!) client for life.

TERRIBLE. If I could give them negative stars I would! My dog looked absolutely terrible after she was groomed, she was very scared and hostile once she arrived home, almost like someone had hurt her when she was there. I called them after she was brought home because I had someone pick her up and when I voiced my concerns the woman on her phone flew off the handle and started screaming at me like a maniac. The woman then put the owner on the phone who proceeded to tell me I didn’t know what I was talking about while the crazy woman was still yelling in the background! Who treats customers this way?! Especially when you have someone’s beloved pet in your care?! NEVER, EVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE GROOMER.

I was impressed with the place, from the clean areas for guess and pets. The dog was groomed extremely well and we were very please with the entire service.

My dog has a skin issue and they are handling it so well. He is healing now.
