I chose the earliest appointment slot and was pleasantly greeted on time. Munchie and I were very happy with the visit. Her groomer was patient and curious about what it would take for a smooth appointment. We loved her first appointment and will be back soon.

I went for the first time to the Larchmont location. From the moment we walked in, the associate was lovely. This was the first time my 10 year old gray nose pitbull was groomed. Michell was our groomer.Harlem was so happy when he was done. I think he would have stayed the day if he could. And boy did he look spiffy.I would recommed this for any fur baby. I was watching other groomers work and their pups seemed happy and relaxed while they were being worked on.

Alex groomed my Giant Schnauzer which is not an easy job, they were professional and extremely diligent. His cut turned out great and was exactly what we asked for. He did an amazing job, highly recommend.

I have had nothing but problems with Petco grooming. They did not update my punches accordingly on the app leaving me without my free bath and haircut. I have 3 dogs of which I get groomed all at once, by the 3rd grooming, I am up for a free. I was due a free in September and the app was not updated causing me to pay full price both September and December. They reached out to me via email saying they were going to reach out to the IT department to fix the issue only to receive an email over a month later saying that the IT department will not fix the issue. My last grooming and overall patronage with Petco was yesterday. I received a $100 ecard for the challenges of which I used toward their grooming as well as the free bath that was overdue, but the reality is that it still has not fixed the app which at this point I am up for another free bath of which according to the app I am not eligible for. Also, the person that reached out to me via email saying they uploaded $20 to my account because they were unable to fix the issue, DID NOT, so Im done with Petco entirely. I will NEVER EVER spend my hard earned money in PETCO again. NEVER!

The price of grooming keeps growing and growing and the final price is outrageous! I paid $175 for one grooming service for Max, which almost doubled the price of our prior visit!! When I first drop off Max, the stylist, told me Max’s hair is matted and needs a lot of Swiss cut. So she added 3 session cut service to my bill($15 each). I agreed to it. So when I leave the shop, the bill was around $125, which is high but still within normal price range. So I am OK with it.However, when I returned to Petco to pick Max up, the stylist told me Max turned out needed more scissor cuts than she thought, and she added ANOTHER 2 charge items to my bill. The final bill was around $160!!! After tax and a tip, I paid $175 for ONE hair cut for Max.I have never seen such a big bill for Max ‘a hair cut before. He comes with similar hair condition every time and no prior stylists has charged me this much. I am very unhappy before the price is high, and Kacie keeps adding to my bill even after we had an agreed price. Very bad pricing policy. When I booked the appointment, your website told me it is only around $80! How ridiculous. Plus: I just checked my petco app, and it shows the last visit price was only $125. NOT true. I paid $175.

I had a very bad experience in the groomer. They moved my appointment and I didnt realize because I had a very busy day. When I was on my way I realized about that they moved my appointment 2 hours before my schedule. At the time of my appointment they didnt have spot for my dog because they did what they want. After that I schedule an a new appointment online and they canceled it. What a professional are them? Never happened that in others petco. I dont know why they dont respect the appointment that the people do online, they do whatever they want.

Kacie is the best groomer that we have encountered. She keeps Sophie calm and she loves coming to see Kacie. After Sophie comes back from a grooming session with Kacie everyone on the Colonial Trail stops to see the pretty white golden retriever. Kacie is kind and very skilled in grooming our dog and she is the only groomer we use.

I showed up at 8:15am for my appointment, but the PetCo was not able to open until 9:50am because no one has the key to open the store. I learned that this is not the first time this happen at this location. I was not able to get a bath and cut as scheduled.

The first time I came, I was disappointed to hear that the groomers left early because according to the cashier, they sometimes leave when it gets slow. When I came back, I got a package of a bath, deshedding, and a nail clipping. When my dog came home he had dry skin and dandruff (due to the shampoo they used), he was shedding even more, had a different dogs hair all over him (probably because they didnt clean the kennel they left him in), and didnt even bother to clip his nails.
