Excellent store for dog supplies. Really helpful staff. The girl who helped me was incredibly generous with her time and went above and beyond to help me. I hope her boss knows how great she is!! Thank you again for your help and I will definitely be back.

Good selections for my Australian shepherd, however very limited on the raw foods available. Only seen bone marrow when frozen duck heads and and chum buckets are key ingredients. Will still be coming by tho, close to our warehouse n Silver loves it all.These are the items that were purchased.

My cat and I came to this pet store in Larchmont over another pet store in Greenwich because of their amazing reviews and what seemed to be exceptional customer service. I however, had a less then pleasurable experience. Upon entering, neither my cat, my mother or I were greeted. I looked past that, whatever. I find what I’m looking for and head to the register. I was standing there for close to two minutes while the employee was busy doing other stuff. She not once acknowledged me or said anything around the lines of “I’ll be there in a second”. She simply scanned the stuff and asked if I wanted a bag or receipt. This is the exceptional service you guys were referring to? Will not be coming back, not friendly. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the price of the food (pictured below) was slightly cheaper and had a good variety.

Both Christopher and adam, employees at the Pet Pantry, are amazing! They both of made me aware that they do not cater to fish nor sell their products. But after expressing my need for help and they both were instrumental in keeping my fish happy and alive. I do not write reviews very often at all... but felt the need to express my gratification to them both. Again, THANK YOU!

Overpriced. Keep raising prices and owners do not care about paying a living wage to their employees. Keep seeing new faces working there.

New suburbanite. I moved to town with two dogs from the city. This was one of my first local retail experiences. They are friendly, sweet, knowledgeable, proactive and helpful. They are my high bar for great service. Client for life.

Best pet food/supply store in NY and CT! The Larchmont staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have provided me with detail info on products and love it when my dogs come in!

Pet Pantry is amazing friendly staff who help and go out of their way. Pets are always welcomed and treats to give out they also offer a loyalty program if I remember. Overall you wont be disappointed if your in the area or near by.

I watch dogs for free for friends. The dogs love beef bones and Pet Pantry has them. They are frozen, natural, and now some of the owners buy their own bones too. If you want a happy, occupied and content dog give him a bone.

Ive enjoyed excellent shopping experiences at Pet Pantry Larchmont: helpful staff; good product array; and if they dont stock it, they will get it for you quickly!

Think it is horrible that the store in larchmont does not have a fan in that store since ur AC is broken. In the 10 mins I was in there I couldn’t wait to leave. I feel bad for ur employees that have to stay there all day. Horrible

Very helpful and polite staff. They carry dog food brands you won’t find in big box stores like Petco.

Best place to buy cases weruva dogfood, the only thing my dog will eat! Cool people working there and otherwise just a good spot.

Like the store and staff, but too pricey. Also, 99% of the store caters to dogs. Cats get one isle of food. The food they get is mostly fish, and yet theyre carnivores.
