I have been bringing my dog to Stephanie, and her staff at Groomerellas for over 11 years. Her staff is and has always been very professional. My dog can sometimes be a handful. Luckily, Stephanies sweet, calm and professional demeanor has always made my dog very comfortable, and I trust her completely with him. Her prices have always been very affordable, and still are. I had moved a few years back and tried several groomers closer to my new home. Not only were they more expensive, they didnt provide the personal touch and level of comfort my dog and I had become accustomed to at Groomerellas. My trial of new groomers did not last long, and I will continue to now drive 45 minutes and pass countless shops along the way to have my little guy groomed by the best. I have to laugh when I read a negative comment about a 10 dollar price increase. Its 2024....operating costs have increased in all walks of life. Always boggles my mind when miserable people go out of their way to leave bad reviews and try to affect other peoples livelihood. I have recommended Stephanie and Groomerellas to countless friends, family and associates, who are now regular customers. I have been bringing my dog to Groomerellas since he was a little less than a year old. He is now closing in on 12 yrs of age and we will continue to give our business to Stephanie and her staff. Its extremely easy to see she is the type of person and owner who takes pride in what she does and cares deeply about her clients animals. Keep up the great work, Stephanie and the rest of the gang at Groomerellas.

Love this groomer. The owner is super nice, my sweet girl comes homewell-groomedd and smelling as sweet as she is.

I take my Australian labradoodle Charlie here every 4-6 weeks. They’re fantastic! They cut his hair any way I ask. Highly recommend. These guys know what they’re doing.

Groomerellas was recommended by our vet when my anxious dog Lola was a puppy and I’ve been taking her there for almost 4 years now! I’m grateful to have a place I feel comfortable bringing her to get groomed because she has major separation anxiety but I know they take good care of her! Thank you guys!

Stephanie, the owner is the absolute best. She loves her clientele. I only get my Golden Retriever Sherlocks nails clipped, which is not a pricey service, yet she treats us like gold. I love ❤️ Groomerellas.

Theyre all amazing at their jobs but more importantly their love for animals and how they cater to each one make them the BEST! They deserve a million stars

I delayed giving a bad review/Did Stephanie the service of not writing a bad review after the first bad experience. Second bad experience deserves a review! My shorkies came back with fleas several times after going to this salon & when I canceled the appointments citing this reason Stephanie did NOT take it well. She comes off sweet, but she’s actually a bit unhinged. After grooming at home for about a year, I decided to give the salon a try again/hoping they got cleaner. After I dropped my dog off, (which was an odd experience as there was a male worker with blue hair/probably Stephanie’s boyfriend, giving me very nasty looks and a female groomer telling me how Stephanie NEEDS to speak with me) Stephanie called me very agitated and angry and laced into me for my flea accusation, she actually had the nerve to LIE and say that my two dogs (out of the thousands she sees) are the ONLY ones to ever have fleas! She also said in a very snarky manner “don’t you ever notice your dogs itch??? If they’re itching that means they have fleas and you should be cleaner with your bedding!” Extremely disrespectful. The fact of the matter is they Overbook and their cages are overflowing and there is flea transference going on there. Upon pickup she charged me a $10 fee for my dog having fleas out of spite when my dog did NOT have fleas. I paid without qualms knowing that she’s a bit crazy and too immature to hear feedback that was given in an articulate way, She then “discharged” my dogs and told me to go to another grooming salon in town, I’ll withhold the name so this review can be posted. which I’ve been doing for the past year and guess what??? NO FLEAS.

This place is the best. The owner absolutely loves animals and it shows the way she is with the dogs and also is great to her clients. I highly recommend bringing your dog here.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. They take care of the dogs like they are their own. Everyone is so Professional yet, so Very Sincere. The owner is a lovely person. The price is fair for the very good job that they do. You know a place is GOOD if you call and they dont have an opening for several days. Theres a reason for that. We have been using Stephanie for years. The staff is always friendly, and my dog always looks great. She is a senior dog now and is given tlc and love.

Love groomerellas of Nesconset. My Dogs love going there I have a 17-year-old Shiba Inu and a three-year-old boxer mix, and they are so good with both of them. I highly recommend them for your pets.

I have been bringing my Shih Tzu here for the last year and I absolutely love them. The girls there are super friendly. Stephanie is amazing she always works with my dog, I am pretty picky and she always comes out perfect/happy. I can tell they treat the dogs really well

I went to a another groomer right before here to try and get my cats claws trimmed and they told me that they were unable to do it. Thankfully, i tried this place right after, explained the situation and they were so accommodating! They turned off the vacuums/blow dryers in the entire place. They even had a little thing to put over his head which helped so he couldn’t see what we were doing and lastly, they let me hold him while they clipped them. I can understand why many places think pet parents can’t handle doing that (holding the back of their head pretty tight and just keeping them still) but they trusted me to do it and it worked out. I will definitely be going back!

My dog came back happy, clean, and neat. She looks beautiful and was well taken care of. The staff were really nice and I felt comfortable leaving my three year old golden retriever with them.

Stephanie the owner is absolutely the best with my dog, she goes above and beyond. When I picked my dog up she said I should take him to the vet because his paws were bad , she said maybe a liver problem. I took him immediately and they ran tests. Over months of vets and dermatologist my dog got sicker, one test said liver disease but never confirmed. He passed away a few months ago. So not only is Stephanie a great groomer she really cares about your dog. Her staff is also amazing, very friendly. Brandon is very nice and courteous and gives you that reminder call. I give them a ten star rating.

Groomerellas Dog Salons team is awesome. I have 2 elderly dogs (16 & 14) - blind, deaf and full of moles and bumps. Stephanie and her team treat them with care and respect, gently grooming them and sending them home looking adorable! They prance out of their beauty treatments like they just had just got a color, cut and blow out!

Weve been going to another local groomer, and switched to Groomerellas which we should have done a long time ago! My anxious black lab mix does not enjoy the groomer, but Stephanie made him feel comfortable and she took extra care to make sure he was ok. Stephanie was so thorough through every step of the grooming and bathing process. This has been the best grooming experience we have had. Thank you Stephanie!

Took our Shih Tzu Tobi 8 month old for first time to for a full service haircut and bath was kept posted how she was doing while she was there was done in a Very reasonable time the staff was Very polite an Professional The price was very fair When we went to pick her up I feel they took the extra step Because she looked even better than I thought she was going to be I’m bringing not only her but all my dogs there now on thank you ladies for a fantastic job done!! FYI I have 6 more dogs in the family lol

Just picked up our Maltese from this location after specifying for the cut to be short and round on the face. He literally looks like a rectangle on his face right now. Everything is choppy and squared, hair around his eyes and top of the nose almost down to the skin while the top of the head is long and almost looks like bangs… will need to take him to another groomer tomorrow. My girlfriend was nice enough to pay and leave a tip but holy moly does my dogs hair look butchered… what a waste of money… would not advise bringing any dogs to this location unless they just need to be cut 1 length all around with just clippers… Big 👎

Tried making an appointment for my St Bernard (on 1/24 at 10am) after reading these good reviews. I was just told were not taking large dogs like yours. Not for that particular day... but ever... I have never been to a groomer that refused a St Bernard. I cant leave more than 1 star because they wont even take in business from a new customer. If you have a large dog, dont bother calling because they wont book it. Disappointing.

I have been taking my two Maltese babies to Stephanie for years ( at least 6 years) they are now 14 & 11 y/o. I have never had any issues, the place is always clean and her staff are kind and helpful. I drive 1 hour every 10 weeks and I will never change it.

A great groomer. Really made my dog feel comfortable as well as myself. The only problem with the place is that they are so busy that its hard to get an appointment.

Absolutely disgusted in the way this business is run. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years. I’ve been dealing with constant price increases… Owner calling me to come get my dog immediately because they were closing early… Dealing with ongoing ear infections from their incompetent dog washer. There is numerous signs outside of the shop with charges for everything under the sun. Today I went into the shop and another worker mocked me, laughed in my face and shook his head at me the entire time I was picking up my 12 pound dog for $75 haircut that I get once a month for the past 10 years. I am beyond livid and disgusted that I would be treated that way. This was after the comments by Stephanie about my dogs ear, Which over the years, she likes to make comments about the status of my dogs, ears, and his allergies. I have spent thousands of dollars trying to keep his allergies under control. Not to mention the reason he gets ear infections. All the time is because of her incompetent dog washer getting too much water in his ears, and a week after he gets a groom every month, his ear acts up, but I have never presented her a bill or complain to her about it. Numerous times I’ve complained about the price increase, and the answer was the rates went up. Meanwhile, I have a friend at the Dog Park, whose friends with Stephanie and she laughs at how much I pay because she’s even says that’s a rip off. I am over this woman. I am over this place. I dealt with it for all these years because my dog was comfortable going there, but how dare someone laughing my face after I spend almost $100 a month there. Grow up and hire professional people and run a proper business. I have plenty of friends. I can’t wait to tell them all about my negative experience.

I m very disappointed with this place, Stephanie did the grooming for my Yorkie terrier, she cut off half of my yorkie left eye leashes when she groom her face. Not going back to this store anymore!

The care we received was beyond exceptional for our full bred malamute. Our dog is very large and very afraid but very sweet too. To see a team of professional groomers see how afraid our dog was, come to our aid was truly breath taking. They just knew, they knew how to handle the situation and were not going to give up on us. We had been trying since Aug. to get our dog to a different groomer and failed more then three times due to her plopping down flat as a pancake and refusing. Every time we had to reschedule cause the groomer we went to simply couldn’t deal with such a frightened dog. But not groomerellas they went above and beyond, and when our dog was frightened of the blow dryer they have a special drying room how awesome is that!!! Our dog came out picture perfect clean as can be and really happy too. Such Blessings! Now I look forward to taking our dogs to the groomers. God Bless Groomerellas We Love You

Ive taken my dog to Groomerellas a few times since we moved here. I couldnt be happier. My dog has had bad experiences with other groomers and is usually a handful because of that. Each time, the Groomerellas team handled my dog and our special requests around his care with kindness and courtesy that is rarely seen from business owners these days. The grooming was perfectly done every time and I wouldnt take my dog anywhere else. Theyre terrific!

I love Groomerella , they really took care of our French poodle. They are so professional and so kind to our precious baby and to us. Champagne looked so beautiful and so sweet!! They groomed her so well. I would recommend Groomerella to all people that have precious dogs in their family.
