NEVER ALLOW LAURIE TO GROOM YOUR DOG!! Not only is she very rude, unprofessional and a very unhelpful, lazy worker, but she doesnt care about the dogs or her job. After talkin with two groomers and confirming she has NO MATTS and is getting our usual teddy bear haircut. Laurie the liar claimed she was too matted so she had to shave her entire body face and tail?! She refused to apologize and made several excuses(lies) about our dog as she proceeded to scalp another dog. My beautiful fluffy cavapooo came out looking like an abused naked rat. But thanks Carline, noelle and Amanda in your professionalism and empathy in the aftermath of the horrendous disappointment. I wish I wouldve seen all the other bad reviews for Laurie before dropping her off. In my opinion she should be fired.

They were friendly and nice. My dog allowed them to touch his paws to trim his nails. He never lets anyone touch them.

Absolutely unacceptable the behavior of the employees in this store I have been given multiple different responses to the same questions and there reptiles enclosures are absolutely not acceptable the temperature of there bearded dragons is at 80°F which if you know anything about reptiles they are cold blooded and can not digest unless there tummy is at atleast atleast 90 degrees I tried to let them know but they acted as if they knew better this is unacceptable PERIOD and I will be writing to corporate
