We recently moved to the area and needed a trustworthy boarding place for our pup. Mike and staff at Dog Rock are absolutely phenomenal. At our prior boarding place, our dog would come home fairly dirty and have a few behaviors that were atypical. Here, she came home SO happy and just had such positive happy energy. The staff threw her a birthday party during her stay as well, which was the cutest thing ever. We got daily pictures. They were very good about updates and I truly trust them with everything. Highly recommend 11/10.

Great place. Dogs are well cared for and they love coming here for day care and overnight boarding. One of my dogs does not like playing with other dogs. Instead he stays in his room and staff come and play with him throughout the day. My other dog loves playing with other dogs and enjoys playtime and visits with his brother. Great place, very clean. Would definitely recommend

This place is honestly amazing! The first place I have EVER felt comfortable leaving my pup over night. He is always happy going in and coming out I can genuinely tell he loves it there and feels comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

Our six year old labradoodle continues to board and go to day care there and now our 10 month labradoodle has joined his brother with them...have done a great job to date!

Dog Rock Resorts is a 2nd Home for my Buddy. Each week, I see my Buddy growing and maturing & learning to feel comfortable outside of our home. This is a exceptional dog-care center. Mike, the manager, runs the center with compassion, care and integrity and these values are shown in each staff member. I cant not say enough about how much we appreciate DRR --- Heartfelt Thanks!

For most people, their pets are a party of the family. Finding a place to leave your pet for the day, or board for an extended time, is not an easy decision. It is sometimes made harder when there are other considerations. We have a fairly timid dog that has high energy when playing with other dogs. Although he is still a puppy, he is 60 lbs. In addition to that, he is not neutered yet at 1 year, which means he is not allowed to play with the other dogs. When he was a bit younger, we kept him with a woman that boards in her house, but he proved to be too much for her and the other dogs there. After that we spent a bit of time looking for other facilities to use while we were away on a trip. Mike and the staff at Dog Rock were very understanding of our situation and accomodated a number of visits, emails and phone calls to help make us, including our dog, feel comfortable. Of all the boarding facilities in the area, Dog Rock has the highest amount of one on one time for a dog mostly confined to an enclosure. In addition to that, Dog Rock has has the biggest enclosures. You may so, “So what? My dog won’t be in an enclosure all day”. Well, it is so much more than that. While we were away, we got many email and text updates from the team letting us know how our pup was doing. They made us feel very comfortable about our decision. They are a top notch facilities with a very caring staff. Not to mention, the facility is beautiful and clean.

Our dog had the best time ever, and we felt at ease leaving him there overnight. Will definitely bring him back! Thank you for everything.

Dog Rock takes doggie care to a whole new level. I just scoped it out yesterday to see if I could trust them with my shih tzu, and I was completely wowed. This is true puppy luxury. The boarding suites, and they really are suites, are awesome, and the amount of human interaction the staff provides for the dogs is better than any other option I have ever seen. They even send you texts with pictures and videos of your dog throughout the stay. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Miko has been in their Daycare program and has been boarded there as well. He absolutely loves being there. The staff is caring, kind and veryattentive to all his needs. The Facility is clean and roomy with lots oftoys and activities for them. I leave him there with total peace of heartthat l am going to pick up a tired and happy dog in the afternoon..

This place is fantastic! I brought Toby there and he was treated with nothing but love. Dog Rock Resorts is a clean and friendly environment. From the owner Mike and the rest of the staff I can truly say I couldnt have been treated better. See you soon!

My mother Valerie sent her dog TJ to Dog Rock for a few days and she thought the service was OUTSTANDING! She said the facilities were beautiful and the photo updates of TJ looked like he was at a 5 star dog resort! The staff is really dedicated to making sure the dogs are happy and well taken care of... Im looking forward to using the service in the future for my own dog Bear next time Im out of town.

My wife and I cant praise Dog Rock Resorts enough! The facility blew us away. It was immaculately clean from the front desk to the play yards, smelled great and every dog being boarded or in day care looked happy and healthy.During our dogs boarding, we got about 3-4 photos or videos a day of them. Each photo they looked happy and content which made us content enough to enjoy our vacation. The staff notified us of any unusual behavior which means they really kept an eye on our dogs which was comforting. They answered the phone when we called and the staff was more than friendly to speak with.Checkout time was easy. Our dogs bags were packed, bowls clean and all accounted for and our dogs ran up to us as if we never left.100% would recommend this place to my other dog parents.Thank you Dog Rock Resorts! Youll definitely be seeing Bruno and Eva again!

I cant say enough about Dog Rock to accurately portray just how above and beyond the typical doggie daycare and boarding places they are. I toured so many dirty, smelly, warehousey, and cramped places until I saw Dog Rock, and they were all blown out of the water. I felt like I was touring a childrens daycare facility with the level of attention to detail I saw that day. Aside from how beautiful and clean the place is, the staff and business is simply on point in every way. Theyre quick to respond to any communication. They know you and your pet without any prompting. We drive 40 min both ways to bring our dog here once a week and I wish we were closer so he could go multiple days. Our dog has a blast every time hes there, has made new doggie friends despite his anxieties, and comes home exhausted and happy. This place is the gold standard. Worth every penny.

I cant thank Mike and his team enough for the years of loving service they provided for our baby Missy. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye a few months ago and I got a beautiful message on my phone with their condolences. I was so grateful for Mikes kindness and appreciate everything theyve done for me and my family. Thank you again for always giving us peace of mind. I would highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone looking for quality care for their fur babies.

We have sent our dog here on several occasions and can honestly say its the greatest boarding facility ever. Our dog is a mini schnauzer who is fairly particular and they do a GREAT job with her. We trust Dog Rock completely and do not worry while away. They send us daily updates/pictures which are appreciated.

Dog Rock Resorts absolutely exceeded my expectations for the best care for my 13 month old hound mix. From the moment I met Mike and his team, I felt at ease knowing that Harper would be well taken care of and safe during my wedding weekend. Their evaluation process was thorough and I felt that Mike truly got to know my dog and her needs. Theyre facility is clean and welcoming. When I dropped her off, Harper effortlessly went with Mike and didnt hesitate at all (which she usually does.) I wrote a short letter about Harper, and I even received a phone call shortly after drop off to clarify her feedings which meant so much to me. I received pictures of her playing and having a great time, which made my wedding weekend even better knowing that Harper was happy and safe. I highly recommend Dog Rock Resorts to anyone that is looking for a day of play, or an extended stay and want the best quality and safety for their pup!

Dog Rock Resorts took excellent care of our dog, Dakota. This was one of Dakota’s first times staying somewhere when we went out of town, and she was a little bit nervous. Because of this, Dog Rock Resorts gave our pup extra attention and play time, and even a few extra peanut butter Kongs to make Dakota feel more comfortable.Mike, the owner of Dog Rock Resorts, is incredibly impressive and dedicated to the amazing business he has built and truly cares about each of the dogs staying with him (he knew every dog’s name and quirks when we took a tour). Mike gave us fantastic update reports over the phone and even personally played with and checked on Dakota various times.The facility itself was built in a very thoughtful way and is clean and calming for the dogs. The dogs have plenty of space, but also have comfortable beds, glass on one side so they can see out, and classical music plays while the dogs rest so that they are calm. Most other dog hotels or facilities smell and the dogs are always barking and worked up—Dog Rock was clean, did not smell, and when we took a tour, the dogs were all quiet and relaxed when we walked through.When we picked Dakota up, she was happy and excited and not nervous or wound up at all. Dakota was completely herself when she got home, and she was pretty tired for two days after picking her up, so she definitely got a lot of playing and exercise time! Dog Rock clearly took great care of Dakota, and we highly recommend it. We will definitely be bringing Dakota back! :)

Dog Rock is a cut above the rest of the dog resorts in the county. Just from the outside you can tell the difference. The owner and employees are super friendly, which made it easier leaving my dog there for a week. As for the service, it was top notch. The facilities are awesome and they send you lots of pictures of your dog during his stay…all of which showed how much fun my dog was having.I’d definitely return when I need to leave my dog again; no hesitation.

The top of the line in pet care ! I got pictures sent to me about twice per day when I boarded my 2 huskies there for 2 nights. I felt very comfortable with the staff, Dennis, and the owner, Mike, were especially helpful and super sweet!! Mike even called me to thank me for using his services and for supporting a small local business, which I love!!They informed me of a small ear issue with one of my dogs, which had been ongoing, that they noticed was bothering him, so the high quality attention to detail and care is abundantly clear! After 1 visit, I can confidentially say I wont look any further for a place for my dogs when I am out of town! Thank you so much!

The owner, Michael, has put tremendous thought and care into building a state of the art facility that is the cleanest I have ever seen. My pup is treated with love and care by the staff and seems to enjoy himself tremendously. This place is a gem. Highly recommend.

If your looking for a place for your pup to be treated with such great care and attention while they have the time of their life, stop looking! Dog Rock facilities are so nice and it is always so clean (ask to take a tour, you will be left speechless). The thing that really blows me away is how great and attentive Mike and his staff are. They know all of their dogs and their needs and personality just by looking at them. I love it when Im at work and I get a great picture that they send me and it looks like Toby is having the time of his life. The first thing that impressed me about Dog Rock Resorts is the owner of the facility, Mike. He is there all the time, with a smile on his face, ready to answer any of your questions, and ensure that your dog is well taken care of. He is so passionate and knowledgeable about the work that he does, and it truly shows in his/his staff’s attention to detail and how they care for all of the dogs on site. The space itself is a warm, safe, fun, inviting environment where the pets come first. You can tell that a lot of thought went into the design of the space, in order to make the dogs most comfortable. For starters, it is probably the most sanitary dog resort I have ever visited. It actually smells fresh and clean, as you’re walking through. The dogs have plenty of indoor and outdoor space to roam around, play, and get their energy out. They receive tons of one on one interaction with the staff, and are given lots of love during their stay. The staff is also wonderful in ensuring that all of your pet’s specific needs are met, whether it be with food, medications, or specific blankets that you want them to sleep with. If you have to leave your dog for the day during work, or for two weeks of vacation, this is the place to do it. You can be sure that your pet(s) will be treated like a part of the staff’s very own family.

Mike and his team at Dog Rock love animals and it is evident in every aspect of the experience here. I dont worry about my dogs when I board them here. They are attentive and really got to know and understand my dogs needs. They gave meds, dealt with an anxious dog and did it all with a smile. Love it here!

Walking into dog rock resorts was like Wow, what a great place for the doggies. I was very impressed how clean,beautiful and bright it was. I live 50 minutes from there and it is definitely worth the trip! Mike and his staff are amazing, friendly and so professional. My dog Lacey is 11 years old, has skin allergies and is hard of hearing and they made sure she was comfortable, took excellent care, and giving her special attention with kindness and love. Even got some belly rubs in too!! We loved the daily pics and videos of her that really put our minds at ease. You wont be disappointed, it is really truly a Resort!! Thanks again!!🐶🐾🐕

I researched all doggy day care possibilities. There is no place that comes close to Dog Rock. I travel twenty five minutes for day care for our golden doodle and it is well worth it. The care, the facility, the people...truly are all top notch. Our Max pants when we get close to Dog Rock and is always happy camper at the end of the day. We get pictures via text and email throughout the day. This resort is truly a resort and you will have no hesitations leaving your pet at Dog Rock.Follow up six months later. I absolutely love Dog Rock. No other dog care facility comes close. Thank you, Dog Rock!

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. We left our two pups there for a week so we could go on a ski trip. One of our pups, Goose, starting showing signs of a potentially serious ailment. The owner of Dog Rock, Mike, who was recovering from surgery himself, cleared his schedule to take our dog to the ER while we booked a rental car and planned on how we would return home if the situation escalated. Mike waited at the ER and gave us updates/sent pictures, talked with the ER vet, and made sure our Goose was cared for while we nervously waited for the final diagnosis. Goose ended up being fine, and Mike took him back to the resort with meds and special food in tow. The entire week we received updates, pictures, and assurances that our dogs were doing well and were being happily pampered. This was our first time leaving any pets somewhere other than with family, and I have to say I wouldnt leave them anywhere else. Thank you to Mike and the rest of Dog Rock!

I have two pups Riley and Sawyer who are really great, but are happy in their own environment. Riley is 14, Sawyer is 9 My daughter’s wedding created such a stress as far as they were concerned I had no one to take care of them. I can’t believe how happy I was with them staying dog rock resort As much as I was so nervous, the quality of care, the cleanliness and the constant pictures really gave me peace of mind.I would never consider another place. My dogs were treated with love and care. Thank you all

Now that she is acclimated, My dog Shiloh cant get inside fast enough to start her day . Thats the first sign she loves this place.What I LOVE are the spectacular pics sent during day. She plays with other dogs in an environment where the staff are engaged with the dogs and I know things are supervised. There are naps during the day too.She comes home exhausted and is one happy puppy and I am one happy puppy mom - If you want the best for your pup, this is the place. Thanks Dog Rock. !

Dog Rock is an amazing place. We left our two guys there when we went to Florida. We got daily updates and pictures. My guys had the best time and I know for a fact that they were treated with love and care. Love Dog Rock and the staff. World class resort. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Don’t believe the bad reviews...go see for yourself and you’ll be amazed.

As someone who often works long hours, I was looking for a place where my 7 month old puppy Dexter could play with other dogs and would be well taken care of and loved. From the minute I met Mike and toured the facilities, I knew Dog Rock Resorts was exactly what I was looking for. The lobby and playrooms are bright, welcoming and clean, and the boarding suites for overnight stays have all the comforts of home, including a dog size bed, pillows, blanket, area rug and water bowl. The indoor/outdoor areas provide plenty of space to run around and play, and the staff is warm, friendly and engaging. I was particularly impressed that dogs are not only grouped by size and weight, but by temperament as well. Dexter loves going to Dog Rock and I love knowing he is safe, happy and releasing some puppy energy. When I come to pick him up he doesnt want to leave, and I know he spent the entire day playing because he falls asleep before we even drive out of the parking lot. Having had a negative experience at a different dog day care center a few months ago, I wouldnt think about leaving Dexter anywhere other than Dog Rock Resorts.

Since dogs can’t communicate rest assured that if you leave your furry family member at Dog Rock Resort you won’t be disappointed. Mike and his team are amazing and will make you feel at ease. From the moment you walk in the front door, to the playrooms you know they will be safe & happy. Thank you for making Oliver’s stay fun and making me feel comfortable knowing Oliver was safe.

First time i had to put my dog in sleep away camp. I felt comfortable leaving my large dog at Dog Rock Resorts. I got photos and a call or two asking how to make him feel better. When i picked him up he was happy and healthy and i was happy to see him as well. My boy was happy and i got to go on a vacation where he couldnt come along.

What can I say? This place is absolutely amazing! I loved it from the first time I walked in the door. Mike and his staff are completed dedicated to taking care of our little kids. The staff is friendly, respectful and most important of all, animal lovers!!! I will continue to bring my little guy to dog rock resort for day care as well as boarding.

Had been trying to find a trustworthy place to keep my dog for over a week. I honestly couldnt find a place I trusted anywhere and even thought about cancelling my vacation. Then I heard about Dog rock. Looks like my search is over! The facility is great and after talking to the owner Mike, I was assured my Barkley would be in good hands.

My dog loved his 2 night stay here. How do I know? Multiple photos were texted to me during the 2 days and he looked very happy in all of them. Usually my dog doesnt like having his picture taken - he always looks sad. I won a voucher for 2 nights in a lazy loft in a raffle from Hitor shelter so I decided to go away and use them this past weekend. I brought my dog about a week before for a meet/greet and Mike was great - he gave me a nice tour of the whole facility. I really like that there are no cages. The lazy loft was a nice space with plenty of room for my dog and has a bed :) Its also spotlessly clean and I like the indoor/outdoor yards they have. They sent me a photo at night, morning and in afternoon. My voucher also included a deluxe bath so my boy was fresh and clean when I picked him up! If I lived close enough I would use them for daycare but I live in Westchester :( I will definitely be using them for boarding whenever I go away. Highly recommend.

Fantastic new facility - immaculate, modern, bright, and lots of outdoor space for pups to roam and play. Mike and his staff truly love their doggie guests, and were sure to send me daily photos and updates documenting our Alex’s first stay.

Excellent, Dropped my 11 month old puppy off early in the morning.I was relieved and felt so much better knowing and seeing(pixs) how they played and took care of him throughout the whole day! I highly recommend them for your dog!

This is a great place for your dog. When we pull in my girl Kia gets so excited! She cant wait to get in. Staff is great...places clean...and the fur babies have a blast. Highly recommend.

This is the only place I would ever leave my dog for any period of time. The staff is amazing and the facility is clean and lovely. The dogs are not in cages and they are given individual attention. I left and retuned with no apprehension and a happy dog!!

Mike and his staff are amazing. They really care about dogs and it shows. Facility is immaculate and they’re always so accommodating. The only issue is our dog hates leaving and gets mad when we pick her up to go home! Lol

OMG swank! The owner is a “rare breed” (see that play on words). Talk about passion for your job? He defines it. The cleaning system is that of medical facility.....the floors are that of an ER. The lobby is total class; just look up! The play areas (exterior & interior) are WOW; just look at the ingenious door that separates the two enticing areas. The suites rival that of 5 star hotel....to equate it to human terms Google The Mandarin Oriental (Columbus Circle). The potty areas look like a golf course green (bring a putter and ball), again the waste removal system another modern marvel! Ok the staff....100% the Rolls-Royce of personnel. Dennis does an in depth ascertain of your little furry friend then gives you the tour. The rest of the staff are warm and welcoming as expected. Everything is run with precision and the timing of NASA. Forget NYC dog hotels, stop looking for others because you just struck gold. Exterior and parking area better than 95% of local hotels. Bravo!Also I had to look who gave a 1 Star...no way. Owner is unassuming, professional and so so so detailed, whoever wrote that literary disaster has hate in their heart sadly and should not own a pet :(

World class resort. The best of EVERYTHING. From special suites ranging in all different prices, to UV Air filtation systems. Not to mention all the amazing videos and photos recieved while dogs are in their care!!!

I was in the area making deliveries and I drove past, so I had to check it out online. This place put all of our local kennels to shame. If I lived in this area its the only kennel I would board my dogs in.

Dog Rock Resorts is like no other doggie day care/boarding place that I have been to.... and we have been to a few in the area. I was excited watching the place being built and seeing the design and detail difference from all the others. When you walk in it seems like a very well thought out upscale hotel. My dog Rusty is a great dog that does has some health issues with his hind legs. I have to say that the staff gave him such special care and kindness which made me so very relieved. They even sent some photos which indicated how happy he was. As an extra added bonus it is conveniently located right across from his vet. I could not recommend Dog Rock Resort more!!

This is a state of the art facility with personalized, loving care for your dog. We were sent pictures and updates daily and cannot praise Mike and his staff enough for keeping Paisan safe and happy. He was given individualized attention and comfort. It is clear everyone there knows and loves dogs.

Dog Rock Deserves TEN Stars.Ive been to 3 or 4 different day cares over the years- nothing comes even close to Dog Rock. They are the standard. The bar is set dog professionals! all it will take is one visit and you will see.I have a dog reactive staffy. She cannot interact with other dogs while we are working on her fears. I LOVE HER like no other so of course I was very reluctant to leave her in the care of anyone. But I need a life too right?Dealt with Mike the owner, he is nothing short of FANTASTIC. His entire Staff is also fantastic. The steps they take to ensure all the dogs Safety, Comfort and happiness is like ive never seen before. and I havent even mentioned how beautiful this facility is. just WOW. if you need day care or boarding i cannot recommend Dog Rock Resorts high enough.The photo is my baby girl in her Suite. Even received photos and video updates to ease my mind. Thank you for opening this wonderful facility!! See you soon!!
